Chapter 5! Finding the labyrinth didn’t wind up being so hard, like many other fantastical doors in the walls of Ever After High, the door stood in an empty forgotten hallway. The girls wound up wandering the maze for hours, and as they got more and more tired they slowly lost confidence until finally they found a door…
No voting this time around as it’s the end of Part 1! I’m out on vacation right now so art will be a bit slower going! Stay tuned for the beginning of Part 2 though! 💘💞

╰┈➤ suguru niragi x former!lover!reader imagine
a/n: i would like to give a special thank you to @lumillsie for the layout of this post and for the filter used on the header! please note that i do not agree with the choices of niragi and for any fanfictions i write about him, those controversial actions will be omitted!
˚ ༘ it was the strangest thing, stepping out of your bedroom and into a world that had ceased to exist. the familiar cadence of life, the hushed creaks of the old family estate, the distant sounds of the city beyond, had been swallowed whole by silence. you called out, expecting an answer, but none came. the lavish halls stretched empty, the doors left ajar as if abandoned in an instant. outside, the streets of tokyo stood frozen in time, emptied of their ceaseless crowds, their neon-lit chaos. no cars idling at intersections, no distant murmur of conversation, no footsteps beyond your own.
˚ ༘♡ for hours, you wandered, a lone figure adrift in a dead city. the absence of life gnawed at your mind, an eerie stillness pressing against your skin. you searched for movement, for any sign that you weren’t the last person left in the world. then, at long last, you found them, a handful of strangers clustered in the remains of a building complex, their faces etched with the same confusion and fear that pained your expression. pitiful consolation burned in your chest, only to be doused by frustration. they knew nothing. no one did.
˚ ༘♡ then came the notification, it read the following, “visa: 3 days remaining.”
˚ ༘♡ your heart pounded as you turned to one of the others, demanding to know what it meant. their answer was worse than anything your mind had conjured. you had three days to play. three days to win. fail, or refuse, and your visa would expire. and when that happened, you would die.
˚ ༘♡ it sounded absurd, a nightmare spun from exhaustion and fear. but then the first game began.
˚ ༘♡ a siren wailed through the building, red emergency lights casting the halls in an unnatural glow. a door slammed open. and then he appeared.
˚ ༘♡ a towering figure draped in dark clothing, a horse mask concealing his face, the gleam of a gun heavy in his hands. he did not hesitate. the first shot rang out, cutting through the confusion, splattering blood across the walls. screams shattered the air. chaos erupted, bodies scrambling for cover as the game of tag began, except this wasn’t a game. not really.
˚ ༘♡ you ran. every breath burned, every heartbeat a countdown to death. the masked man moved with terrifying precision, his steps unhurried, methodical. you turned a corner just as another shot rang out through the air, a body hitting the ground behind you. fear coursed through your veins like fire, but survival drove you forward.
˚ ༘♡ in the end, you lived, not by skill, not by strength, but by sheer luck. a young man and a woman, moving like they had done this before, found the safe zone in the final moments. you barely made it, collapsing against the wall, lungs heaving, the taste of fear still thick in your throat. the masked man vanished. the sirens cut off. eerie silence returned.
˚ ༘♡ your phone buzzed again. your visa had been extended.
˚ ༘♡ the next day, you could hardly move. fatigue and shock weighed you down, pinning you to the cold floor of the abandoned building you had taken refuge in. your mind refused to process what had happened, but deep down, you knew. if you didn’t move, if you didn’t act, you wouldn’t survive the next game.
˚ ༘♡ it was pure chance that you ran into them again, the two who had saved you. the young man introduced himself as ryohei arisu, the woman as yuzuha usagi. you thanked them, though words felt meaningless after what you had just endured. when they asked if you wanted to join them, you didn’t hesitate.
˚ ༘♡ arisu mentioned a location called the beach, a rumored sanctuary where players had gathered. a sliver of hope in a city that had become a graveyard.
˚ ༘♡ it took time, careful observation, and calculated risk, but after following a group of players you recognized from the game of tag, you knew you were close, but without warning a devastating blow was delivered to the back of your head and you were entrenched by darkness.
˚ ༘♡ when you woke, your wrists were bound, the scent of lavender incense thick in the air. a lavish room stretched before you, unfamiliar faces standing in the dim light. a man entered, draped in a loose robe, his presence far too casual for the circumstances. he grinned and extended his arms in a welcoming gesture, “i am sure you all have questions, and we have the answers you are searching for.”
˚ ༘♡ the robed man, who introduced himself as the hatter, was the self-proclaimed ruler of the beach. with a charismatic grin, he explained the laws that governed this facade of a sanctuary, his voice smooth, practically hypnotic, as if he had rehearsed it countless times before.
˚ ༘♡ one. all playing cards collected from the games belonged to the beach. they believed that obtaining a full deck would grant them passage back to the original world, though there was no proof, only blind faith and desperation. two. all members were to follow the will of the leader, the hatter himself, and his chosen executive members. their word was law. questioning it was not an option. three. the most sinister of all, betray the beach, and you will be executed without mercy.
˚ ༘♡ his delivery was casual and lighthearted, but the dread of those mandates settled akin to lead in your stomach. there was no room for dissent. you were not being invited, you were being conscripted.
˚ ༘♡ with no choice but to comply, you were ushered away, given a simple command: change into swimsuits. no exceptions. it was a method of control, a way to ensure no weapons could be concealed. but beyond that, it was humiliating. a stripping away of your identity, reducing you to just another body in the beach’s twisted paradise.
˚ ༘♡ you were led into a grand dressing room, its gilded mirrors and velvet benches a stark contrast to the world outside. racks of swimwear lined the walls, bright, revealing, designed for spectacle rather than function. hesitant, you sifted through the options before settling on a pearl-white one-piece with a sweetheart neckline, elegant yet understated. even so, the thought of baring yourself in such a vulnerable space made you uneasy. for a sliver of modesty, you grabbed a sheer cover-up, draping it over your shoulders before stepping out into the heart of the resort.
˚ ༘♡ and what you saw left you speechless.
˚ ༘♡ the beach was alive with indulgence. men and women in vibrant bikinis and neon swim trunks danced freely, their bodies moving under the golden glow of the sun. cocktails sloshed in their hands, music pulsed from unseen speakers, laughter rang out like the city had never vanished. it was surreal, a fever dream of excess set against the backdrop of an abandoned world.
˚ ༘♡ but beneath the revelry, there was something off. something calculated.
˚ ༘♡ as you moved through the crowd, you felt it, the leering gazes of men trailing after you, drinking you in like you were just another prize in this lawless haven. your grip tightened around your cover-up, pulling it closer, shielding yourself as best as you could without drawing attention. searching the crowd, you finally spotted familiar faces, usagi and arisu, standing off to the side, their expressions indistinct.
˚ ༘♡ relief rushed through you as you hurried over. “i thought i’d never be able to find you two.”
˚ ༘♡ usagi glanced up, her eyes taking you in. she wore a navy blue two-piece, a peach zip-up jacket pulled tightly around her frame despite the heat. her voice was low, almost conspiratorial as she muttered, “can you believe they’re making everyone dress like this? it’s humiliating.”
˚ ༘♡ arisu, arms crossed, let out a slow breath, gaze drifting toward the endless stretch of blue sky. “you think what the executives said is true?” his voice was laced with doubt. “that if we gather all the cards, we can go back?”
˚ ༘♡ neither you nor usagi answered. because what was there to say? it was a fool’s hope, a dangling promise intended to keep the beach running, to keep its members playing the games. no one knew if escape was even possible. and something told you that the people in charge of these depraved, debauched games didn’t care.
˚ ༘♡ the vivacious laughter and excitement that had consumed the resort mere moments ago began to wane, like a tide pulling back, exposing something far more menacing beneath the surface. you felt it before you saw it, a change in the air, an unspoken tension that rippled through the crowd, silencing the drunken revelry. turning your head, your breath became erratic.
˚ ༘♡ a group of men strode through the party, their presence suffocating, the very energy of the beach seeming to warp around them. at the front of the pack, you recognized him immediately, the man who had taken down the tagger during your first game. his presence had unnerved you then, and it unnerved you now. he moved with the quiet confidence of a predator, his muscled frame tense beneath his tank top, his sharp eyes scanning the crowd with indifference. he looked like a member of the yakuza with his shaved head and vicious attitude.
˚ ༘♡ yet, it was the figure behind him that truly sent a chill down your spine. a man dressed in black, his hood drawn up over his head, a long, gleaming blade clutched in his grip. his head was shaved clean, but tattoos inked his stark white skin, crawling down his neck like a web of curses. he didn’t speak. he didn’t need to. his very presence was suffocating, a walking omen of violence.
˚ ༘♡ your gaze steadily drifted to the figure on the left, and your entire body locked up.
˚ ༘♡ no.
˚ ༘♡ your heart lurched, your stomach twisting into knots so tight you felt nauseous. your breath caught in your throat, your knees going weak beneath you. your mind screamed at you that it couldn’t be, that it shouldn’t be. but it was.
˚ ༘♡ “hey, aguni, who is this jerk staring at you?”
˚ ༘♡ the masculine voice with a taunting edge, slashed through the unbearable silence, your gaze landed on him. niragi.
˚ ༘♡ he stood before you, a rifle slung casually over his shoulder, his smirk razor-sharp and laced with cruelty. but your eyes weren’t on the weapon. they weren’t even on the piercings that now lined his eyebrow and tongue, nor the unruly strands of black hair that had grown out since you last saw him.
˚ ༘♡ the same eyes that once held warmth, shyness, devotion. the same eyes that once looked at you like you were his entire world. but now? now they were malicious and dark, devoid of anything kind and compassionate. the cocky bravado was there, the smirk, the teasing edge to his voice. but for a fleeting second, just a fraction of a second, his mask slipped. his expression faltered. he recognized you. he wasn’t expecting this, he wasn’t expecting you.
˚ ༘♡ arisu, beside you, blinked in surprise. “you’re the guy from the game of tag.”
˚ ༘♡ aguni, the man leading the group, barely spared you a glance. instead, his gaze flickered over the three of you, his lips curling in something that wasn’t quite a sneer, wasn’t quite pity. “i see your friend died.” his tone was cold, impersonal. “what a shame. the weak ones survived.”
˚ ༘♡ niragi, however, was no longer looking at arisu or aguni. his full attention was on you. his fingers twitched at his side, his head tilting slightly, like he was trying to piece together if this was real or some bizarre hallucination. then, before you could even think of what to say, he took a step forward, closing the distance between you just enough to make your breath catch in your throat.
˚ ༘♡ ”it’s been a while, honey.”
˚ ༘♡ his voice was laced with mockery, with that menacing brutality, but there was something else too, something genuine. a sliver of sincerity buried beneath it all, a trace of something that made your heart ache, remnants of the niragi you once cherished so deeply.
˚ ༘♡ “why are you hanging out with this loser?” niragi seethed, his voice ridden with contempt as his glare locked onto arisu. before arisu could even process the insult, let alone defend himself, niragi swung the end of his rifle into his face with a sickening crack. the impact sent arisu crashing onto the cold, tiled floor, his head snapping back against the hard surface.
˚ ༘♡ blood gushed from his nose and mouth almost instantly, painting the shining white tiles in deep crimson. he barely had a chance to react before niragi loomed over him, lifting his boot and slamming it into his ribs. arisu curled inward, gasping in pain, but niragi wasn’t done. he kicked him again, this time in the head.
˚ ༘♡ usagi let out a panicked cry and dropped to the ground beside arisu, her hands flying up to shield him. “stop! please!” she shouted, desperation cracking her voice. she tried to shove niragi away, but he barely stumbled. without hesitation, he turned and shoved her back with enough force to send her sprawling across the floor.
˚ ༘♡ “what the hell are you doing?” you snapped, horror and disbelief flooding your veins. your mind reeled, unable to make sense of what you were seeing, of the man standing before you. niragi had once been the one suffering under the weight of cruelty, bullied relentlessly until he had nearly been broken. you had been the one to step in, to defend him, to pull him from the insults and beatings of others. and now, here he was, standing in the shoes of the very monsters who had tormented him.
˚ ༘♡ what happened to him?
˚ ༘♡ “niragi, enough! no more!” you yelled out, but he ignored you, lifting his boot again as if he had already decided arisu’s fate.
˚ ༘♡ you didn’t think. you acted. you threw yourself in front of him, your body a barrier between niragi and the bloodied mess of arisu curled up on the floor. usagi was already huddled beside him, shielding him as best as she could. you could see niragi’s rise and fall as adrenaline coursed through his veins, feel his eyes boring into you, but you didn’t care.
˚ ༘♡ “what have you become?” you shouted, your voice shaking, your emotions threatening to swallow you whole. “have you lost your mind because of these games? is this who you are now?”
˚ ༘♡ niragi stood motionless, his expression darkening. for a minute, something unreadable glistened in his gaze, something vanishing, something buried beneath layers of cruelty and indifference. then, his lips coiled into a sneer.
˚ ༘♡ “what have i become?” he mocked, his tone laced with amusement. “why are you being so melodramatic?”
˚ ༘♡ your heart pounded as you looked past him, at the men standing behind him, watching without saying a word. this was for them. niragi wasn’t just acting out of anger, he was performing, playing the role expected of him, preserving whatever foreboding image he had built here.
˚ ༘♡ he exhaled sharply and tilted his head, his smirk growing. “get out of my way, would you?” his voice was almost teasing, but there was a dangerous edge beneath it. he reached out, fingers brushing against your cheek in a touch that once would have made you feel more beloved than any woman in the world. but now? now, it was no different than the most potent of venom.
˚ ༘♡ your grimaced with revulsion, and before he could even register it, you jerked away, stepping back like his touch had burned you. niragi chuckled, shaking his head. “come on, don’t be like that,” he mused. “i promise we’ll have all the time in the world to catch up, after i finish with these two.”
˚ ༘♡ he moved to step around you, his patience wearing thin, but you blocked him again. this time, your stance was firmer, your hands clenching into fists at your sides, your fingernails digging into the skin of your palms. you could feel your pulse pounding in your throat, but you forced yourself to meet his gaze, unflinching.
˚ ༘♡ “niragi, please.”
˚ ༘♡ his name left your lips softer this time, stripped of the anger, stripped of the disbelief. it was a plea, not simply for arisu’s sake but for his, for the young man you once knew, the one you once loved.
˚ ༘♡ niragi hesitated. for a short while, something in his expression changed. you held his gaze, hoping, praying, that somewhere beneath the layers of cruelty and violence, he still remembered, those late-night phone calls, the way he used to look at you when he thought you weren’t watching, the warmth of his fingers laced through yours on lazy afternoons at the café. if there was anything left of that niragi, maybe, just maybe, he would stop.
˚ ༘♡ his smirk twitched, his tongue flicking over the silver piercing on his lip. then, with a lazy wave of his hand, he scoffed. “eh, whatever,” he muttered, swinging his rifle back over his shoulder as if nothing had happened. “this is no fun with you whining in my ear.” he turned away without another glance, striding off like he had already forgotten all about you. the rest of the men followed, their presence dissipating as quickly as it had arrived. aguni lingered for a tad longer, his expression obscured and harsh, before he, too, disappeared into his horde of followers.
˚ ༘♡ you stood bewildered, the tension in your body unraveling all at once, leaving only nausea in its wake. the atmosphere still buzzed with energy from the resort party, but it all felt so far away, like a different world entirely. your mind returned to arisu and usagi, they required your help.
˚ ༘♡ you spun on your heel and dropped to your knees beside him. he was still on the floor, barely conscious, his face drained of color, his body limp. usagi knelt beside him, pressing her zip-up jacket against his forehead to slow the bleeding. the fabric was already stained deep red.
˚ ༘♡ panic surged through you. you reached out, brushing arisu’s shoulder tenderly, trying to ground yourself as much as him. “i’ll get help, okay? stay here.”
˚ ༘♡ usagi nodded, her jaw tight, her focus entirely on arisu. you pushed yourself to your feet, your heart hammering as you turned and ran. you didn’t know where you were going. you didn’t even know who you could turn to in a place like this. but you had to hurry. arisu was losing too much blood, his life was in danger, because of niragi.
˚ ༘♡ your mind still couldn’t fully grasp it, the sheer impossibility of what he had become. your sweet and loving boyfriend you once knew was gone, replaced by a man who could smile through savagery, who could beat someone half to death and consider it entertainment.
˚ ༘♡ niragi was gone. whatever had taken his place, you weren’t sure you wanted to understand.

PRICE OF LOVE | JEFFERSON
Summary: Imagine being Jefferson's wife and working in a little tea shop in Storybrooke during the curse that Jefferson visits every day because he wants to see you.
There you were again. Smiling at customers, making small talk and looking as beautiful as ever. Jefferson swallowed, before forcing a small smile on his face and walked to the counter. You turned around to see him and your smile just grew wider.
"Hi Mr. Jefferson! Your usual?"
Jefferson nodded. "Yes please."
You turned around again to brew his tea, and just like yesterday, and the day before that, and that, and that, he felt a sting in his heart. You had been in love back in the Enchanted Forest, you were his wife, but now you didn't even remember him. The pain was unbearable. He wanted to say something, anything which could make you remember, but nothing came out of his mouth. Anything he would say would just push you away because you'd think he's gone bonkers. Mad as a hatter. So all he could do was stare into your beautiful eyes and think about how much he loved you, how trapped he was with all the memories of you, him and Grace, living happily in the Enchanted Forest. How you'd always come by his bed to serve him his morning tea and you'd always kiss him before he'd take the cup. Your smile made his day before he even got out of the bed, you had been so happy.
"Here's your tea," you snapped him out of his thoughts as you pushed a cup in front of him. "That makes-"
Jefferson nodded before you even finished, forcing a smile on his face again and handed you fifty dollars. "You don't have to say the price, I will always tip my favorite tea shop keeper who makes the best tea."
"You're always so kind, Mr. Jefferson," you said with another small smile and put the money into the counter. "I don't know what did I do to deserve such kindness."
He smiled at you a little wider. "You have done nothing in particular, really. Just being yourself."
You smiled at that, looking downwards, clearly flustered by his words. Then the bell rang as the door opened, and Jefferson glanced over his shoulder, seeing Regina and his smile immediately faltered. She came inside and stood beside him, smiling at you with feigned sweetness.
"I'd like some tea on the go," she said and you nodded.
"Of course, Madam Mayor. What kind of tea would you like?" you asked, gesturing towards the menu above you.
"A large chai latte," Regina told you without even looking at the menu. "And make sure it's extra hot."
"Of course," you said and made her drink, pushing it towards her. "That makes two fifty."
Regina dug her purse for a moment before giving you a few coins. Then she turned towards Jefferson. "You, with me."
Jefferson clenched his jaw, but complied, following Regina out. They walked for a little bit, before he scoffed.
"I didn't know you like chai latte, Mrs. Mayor. Pitch black tea fits more of your style."
"And I didn't know I gave you a permission to seduce her," Regina sighed. "She has a new life now, Jefferson. You have to stay out of it, or something bad might happen."
Jefferson didn't reply to that, knowing that arguing about it wouldn't change anything. He just kept quiet and followed Regina until he could turn towards his mansion. But despite Regina's warning, he knew that he'd be in your shop again tomorrow. He just had to see you, he had to see you smile, to know you're alright. He wanted to keep making you smile with his words - maybe you'd even fall in love with him again.
He knew it all was wishful thinking, but he couldn't help but feel hopeful about it every time he saw you. Maybe it was stupid, but it kept him sane around this madness…

Descendants Harry Hook x Reader: A Hat Fit For A Pirate’s Love
Request: Hey I wanted to know if you could do a Harry Hook x Mad Hatters Daughter/gn? Maybe he somehow damaged his hat and was told to take it to her father and she fixed it for him?
Reader: Female
Word count: 1415
Average reading time: 5 min 10 sec
Category: Fluff
Warnings: None

----------------------------------------------------------
The Isle of the Lost was wrapped in thick gray fog as Harry made his way through the narrow streets. Clutched in his hand was his prized pirate hat, now battered and torn from a recent fight. His stride, usually confident and cocky, was hurried and tense. He needed this hat fixed, and there was only one place he could think to go.
The sign above the shop read “Hatter's Repairs and Oddities,” hanging crookedly but charming in its own way. Harry pushed open the door, the bell above it tinkling with an odd jingle.
Inside, the shop was a diverse collection of colors and curiosities. Shelves were lined with oddities and knick-knacks, and the air was thick with the scent of tea and something strangely magical. Y/N Hatter, the Mad Hatter’s daughter, was behind the counter, completely focused on her work. She looked up as Harry entered, her eyes widening slightly in recognition before she guided her features into a calm facade.
“Harry Hook,” she greeted coolly, arching an eyebrow. “What brings you to my father’s humble abode? Looking for a bit of madness, are we?”
Harry smirked, though it didn’t quite reach his eyes. “Very funny, Lass. I’ve got a problem, and I hear this is the place to fix it.”
Y/N leaned back, crossing her arms. “And what sort of problem might that be? Broken compass? Rusty hook?”
He held up his hat, the fabric frayed and torn. “My hat. It got... damaged. Your dad around?”
She took the hat from his hands, her fingers brushing against his for the briefest moment. “He’s out gathering... something. But lucky for you, I’m here. And I can fix this.”
Harry’s eyes narrowed slightly, a hint of skepticism in his gaze. “You sure about that?”
Y/N rolled her eyes, turning the hat over in her hands. “Positive. I’m better at this than he is, trust me.”
He leaned against the counter, watching her work. “Confident, aren’t we? Let’s see what you’ve got, then.”
Y/N set to work, her hands moving with practiced ease. Harry couldn’t help but admire her focus and skill, even if he’d never admit it out loud. The tension between them was obvious, something that neither of them could ignore.
“So, what’s the deal with you, anyway?” Y/N asked, breaking the silence. “Always walking around like you own the place.”
Harry smirked, tilting his head. “Can’t help it if I’ve got a bit of charm, Lass.”
“Charm, huh?” Y/N retorted, not looking up. “More like arrogance. There’s a difference, you know.”
He chuckled, the sound low and teasing. “You say that now, but I’ve seen the way you look at me.”
Y/N paused, meeting his gaze with a challenging look. “Oh, please. You’re not nearly as irresistible as you think you are.”
“Maybe not,” Harry conceded, his eyes glinting with mischief. “But you’ve got to admit, there’s something here.”
“Here? In this dingy shop?” Y/N asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Between us,” Harry clarified, leaning closer, his breath warm against her ear. Y/N's pulse quickened, but she forced herself to remain still, her heart racing.
Y/N’s heart skipped a beat, but she kept her composure. “You’re delusional, Hook.”
“Am I?” he asked, his voice dropping to a whisper. “Then why does your pulse quicken every time I get close?”
Y/N focused on the hat, ignoring the way her cheeks flushed. “Maybe it’s because I’m thinking of how easy it would be to sew your lips shut.”
Harry laughed, a genuine sound that made Y/N’s heart flutter despite herself. “I’d like to see you try, Lass.”
She finished the last stitch with a flourish and held up the hat. “There. Good as new. Or better, actually.”
Harry took the hat, inspecting her handiwork with an approving nod. “Not bad. Not bad at all.”
“See? Told you.” Y/N said, a smug smile on her lips.
Harry placed the hat on his head, tipping it slightly. “Thanks, Lass. You’ve got quite the talent.”
“And you’ve got quite the ego.” Y/N shot back, though there was no malice in her words.
He grinned, stepping closer, his hook catching the fabric of her sleeve. With a gentle tug, he pulled her towards him, his eyes locked onto hers. “Tell you what, Lass. How about I repay you with a bit of adventure? Ever been on a pirate ship?”
Y/N’s eyes sparkled with intrigue. “Are you inviting me to join your crew of misfits?”
“Only if you’re up for it,” Harry challenged, his gaze intense.
Y/N considered for a moment before nodding. “Alright, Hook. Show me what you’ve got.”
Harry reached out with his free hand, tilting her chin upwards to make her look at him. “Deal,” he said softly, his eyes searching hers. “But be warned, Lass. Pirates are known for stealing hearts.”
“Good thing mine’s well-guarded, then,” Y/N retorted, a playful glint in her eye.
He grinned, a mischievous light dancing in his eyes. “We’ll see about that.” With a swift movement, he took off his hat and placed it on her head, adjusting it slightly. “You wear it well, you know. Makes you look like a proper pirate.”
Y/N laughed, shaking her head. “I doubt that. But thanks.”
Harry's expression softened for a moment as he watched her. “You might be surprised, Lass. You would fit right in.”
Harry's lingering gaze as he exited was not lost on Y/N. She exhaled, trying to shake off the tingling sensation that his presence had left on her skin. She put the hat down and tried to return to her work, but her mind kept drifting back to Harry, to the warmth of his breath and the intensity of his gaze.
Later that evening, as Y/N was closing up the shop, the door jingled open again. Startled, she looked up to see Harry standing there, a determined look on his face.
“Back so soon?” Y/N asked, trying to keep her tone light, but her heart was already racing again.
Harry smirked, stepping inside and closing the door behind him. “Couldn't stay away, Lass. There’s something about you... something I can’t quite figure out.”
Y/N rolled her eyes, though her pulse quickened. “Maybe it’s because I’m the only one who can fix your hat.”
Harry chuckled, shaking his head. “It’s more than that, and you know it.”
He approached her slowly, his eyes never leaving hers. Y/N felt a mixture of excitement and nervousness as he closed the distance between them. He reached out, his hook gently tracing a path along her arm before hooking it around her waist and pulling her closer.
Y/N’s breath hitched as she felt the cold metal of his hook and the warmth of his hand against her back. “What are you doing, Hook?”
Harry tilted her chin up again, forcing her to meet his gaze. “Making sure you understand something, Lass. I’m not just a pirate looking for adventure. I’m a man who knows what he wants.”
Y/N’s heart pounded in her chest. “And what do you want?”
Harry’s eyes darkened, his voice dropping to a husky whisper. “You, Y/N. I want you.”
Before she could respond, Harry leaned in, his lips brushing against hers in a tentative kiss. Y/N’s initial shock melted away as she responded, her hands finding their way to his chest. The kiss deepened, a slow burn that ignited a fire within her.
When they finally pulled apart, both of them were breathless. Harry rested his forehead against hers, a small smile playing on his lips. “See? Told you there was something here.”
Y/N laughed softly, shaking her head. “You’re impossible, Harry.”
“Maybe,” he agreed, his grin widening. “But you wouldn’t have me any other way.”
They stood there for a moment, wrapped in each other’s arms, the world outside the shop forgotten. Eventually, Y/N pulled back slightly, her eyes still locked on Harry’s. “So, what’s next?”
Harry’s expression turned serious, though the mischievous glint never left his eyes. “Next, I’ll show you what it’s like to be a pirate. Properly. You up for it?”
Y/N considered for a moment, then nodded. “Alright, Harry. Show me how to be a pirate.”
Harry’s smile was triumphant as he leaned in for another kiss. “Deal, Lass. But remember, pirates are known for stealing hearts.”
“I guess that is something I can check off the list then” Y/N challenged him, though her smile suggested otherwise.
“Well that you can lass” Harry murmured against her lips, before capturing them in another searing kiss.

A Heart’s A Heavy Burden
Characters: Howl x Reader
Genre: Angst
Warning: None that I can think of.
Summary: Loving Howl Pendragon isn’t easy.
Word Count: 827
Summary: Not really edited or anything- I’m sure there’s mistakes all throughout but I wrote this while watching Howl’s Moving Castle for the umpteenth time lmao. No pronouns are used for the reader!
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/972248b82962d0a1c90e9af225ee3ee2/1283b73d7934a0a7-a7/s540x810/c12e4386058aad70737555637b6e7425bcecccd1.jpg)
Apprenticing under Howl was such a joy- never was there a dull moment. He would brighten up the room with his smile- his laugh. It was so contagious that you and Markl couldn't fight the grins growing on your own faces.
Meeting Howl on its own was nothing but luck- you had found yourself in some trouble with the guards, their stupid remarks making you nothing but uncomfortable- and then poof, a stranger was there, whisking you away.
How strange that the random man was Howl himself- a well-known sorcerer and someone you looked up to. Of course, you nervously asked him to take you on as an apprentice, eagerly telling him about your interest in magic since you were young.
He simply laughed, smiling that bright smile everyone adored, and simply agreed to take you in.
All went well- he was a great teacher after all. Even with him being gone at random times throughout the day, you had Markl to spend time with to practice. And then there was Calcifer and his witty remarks. They never bothered you, simply jokingly throwing one back at him.
It didn't take long for feelings to grow for the mysterious sorcerer- everyone noticed it but Howl himself. Not that it was surprising.
Even Calfcifer noticed but never said about it, unlike Markl who made random remarks during the day in whispers, causing you to hide your face while the blush crept up to your ears.
Although one day, while cleaning up the firepit during the time Howl was away, Calficer clicked his tongue at you.
Raising an eyebrow, you turned your head to the burning ball of fire in front of you, silently asking him “what?”
“You really do love him, don't you?”
It was so sudden, it felt so random-
But that’s all he said. That's all he needed to say.
You were undeniably in love with Howl, and you could only hope the feelings were reciprocated. Maybe, just maybe they were.
All hope went down the drain the moment Sophie showed up. Suddenly, Howl wasn't around as much anymore- and when he was, he was with her.
It was always her. Sophie this, Sophie that.
Slowly, the feelings of sadness crept in, their sharp nails jabbing into your heart.
Is this what heartbreak felt like?
Eventually, you stopped leaving your room- opting to just study the days away instead of focusing on the pain residing in your heart.
Markl would stop by to check on you, dropping off food that would stay nothing but untouched, slowly growing cold as time passed.
Even though you appreciated Markl’s company, it didn't help that he often talked about Sophie- how cool she was. All this, all that.
It was all too much.
Howl never stopped in to talk- to check on you. Not that you expected him to. He was his own person who had his own things to do. He was a busy man after all. But still, you found yourself clinging to that hope- just to have it crushed.
Eventually, even Markl stopped popping in, choosing to set the food down on your table before retreating to Sophie.
It was fine. It was all fine. That's what you always told yourself.
But yet... Why did it hurt so much?
Pressing shaking hands against your tear-filled eyes, the only sound that could be heard was small sobs that you were trying oh so hard to muffle.
It was so unfair.
You wanted him to look at you like he does her. To experience the feeling of being wrapped in his arms, to feel his loving gaze.
But that would never happen.
There wasn't much point in staying there anymore- you refused to leave your room unless it was to quickly run to the bathroom, refused to even leave your bed unless it was necessary.
What was the point of staying there? Where the reminder of your unrequited love stayed?
It was raining outside, the soft pitter-patter of the rain on the window helping drown out any sounds that escaped you.
Bag in hand that was full of a few necessities and a small photo of you and Howl, you stopped to stare at Howl’s bedroom door for a minute.
Loving him hurt- but it wasn't something you regretted. If only things were different, maybe it would've been better. Such a false sense of hope.
Howl seemed happier with Sophie- even Calcifer and Markl were happier.
You weren't needed anymore.
So without a single thought, you turned on your heels and climbed out the hallway window to avoid Calcifer knowing.
Landing on the muddy ground below with a let thump, you looked at what used to be your home one last time, thoughts racing a thousand miles per second. You didn't want to stay and be reminded of how much happier everyone was without you.
So you left, the rain being your only company as you sobbed into the night.

Warnings: none, all characters are of consensual age Genre: Fluff, Oneshot Word Count: 2,688 words (yikes!)
A/N: this is an expirement, I wanted reader to not quite be alice, but someone who came before and stayed in wonderland. Reader is also around 19-22. March hare is supposed to be Kookie, mouse is supposed to be Jimin. Inspired by lots of renditions of the Mad Hatter, AIWL 2010 by Tim Burton, the AIWL ballet where the Mad Hatter tap dances (I thought he was hot when I was a kid), a frankenstein's monster of Mad Hatters! It may be a little out of character for Mouse and Hare but I wanted to write in some members and I chose who I thought fit best. ANYWAY, My requests are open, hope you enjoy!
It had been a while since you first fell into wonderland. You were about 17 at the time, but you can't remember for sure, as time is unpredictable here. You had been found by the red and white queen after you fell, and the two monarchs briefly fought for your place in their court.
The white queen had won the argument, and you were swiftly placed in her court as a lady, enjoying grand balls and living a life of luxury. Through all this still, you couldn't help but feel something in your life was missing. Something thrilling, exciting.
It was when you felt this feeling that you started taking walks around the grounds of the castle, slowly evolving from just the castle grounds to the area surrounding those grounds, and then the woods around that area. One day you got lost, wandering to find your way back to where you started.
“Damn,” You mutter. It appears you’ve gotten even more lost than you were initially. You're in thick woods, no houses, paths or markers to indicate where you could possibly be. “I shouldn’t have walked this far, damn it all.” Stumbling through the woods a little more, you see the beginning of some hedges. “What’s this?” You wonder. “I’ve never seen this before. Is this the beginning of the red queen’s maze?” You press on further, the sound of faint singing getting louder as you do.
“It’s one minute until tea time Hare, take your seat so we can start!”
What in the hells? Tea time? In the middle of the woods? How peculiar.
After walking a few more hedges, there's a small opening to peek through. There’s a little gate between two hedges, a kind of window opening acting as a door as well. You take your skirts, bunching them up and crouching to get a peek over the gate.
Before you is a long table dressed with mismatched teapots and cups. The tablecloth is stained, once a brilliant white with flowers adorning it, now a more cream brown, donning lots of tea stains. Sitting at this table are three men—well, a man and two human-like creatures? One has a brown mop of hair atop his head, a pair of coke bottle glasses on his face, and two little mouse ears with a tail. He’s dressed quite meekly, a tweed brown suit vest and deeper brown slacks. The second of the three is more eccentric than the former. Two bunny ears sticking straight up from his blonde hair. He is wearing a green corduroy suit jacket, his vest a canary yellow, and he has a little pocket watch in his hands, tossing it between left and right.
The third and final gentleman is the most eccentric of them all. His hair is a bright, firey orange--a mauve hat sitting crookedly atop his head to match his equally mauve suit. His vest is an olive green, yellow striped sleeved peeking from his just-to-small suit jacket, barely held in place by his rubbed shiny copper cufflinks. He has some whimsical, informal handsomeness you think.
Oh, he's looking at you! While you were far in your thoughts observing the three men, they noticed your poorly concealed presence. "Why, Hello Madam! Fancy a spot of tea on this merry un-birthday?" The man in the hat speaks to you, looking almost through your soul with his hazel-green eyes. The other two soon follow in their staring.
"Oh! I-I..." You start to stumble over your words, "There's no need to hide behind the gate, any and all are welcome to tea with the Mad Hatter!" He stands from his spot at the table and approaches the gate, leaning over it—and your crouching form, to offer you a gloved hand and quizzical head-tilt. You take his hand, muttering a shy "Thank you.."
Ever since then, weekly walks turned to weekly teas, the hatter learning your identity and how you came to wonderland quickly into the affair. You go back to the hedge garden every week, enjoying exciting antics and ridiculous conversation. In fact, that's exactly where you're heading now.
In your hands is a picnic basket; full to bursting with jams, cookies, and cheeses—all from the finery of the white queen's castle—and your lace parasol. You take the same route you do every time—through the forest and directly to the hedges. You're always early to tea time nowadays, more eager to see only one of your three companions.
The Hatter—with his witty conversation, cooky nature, and seeming gentleness with you—hasn't failed to take a piece of you. A crush started to develop, its long spindly fingers grabbing a hold of your heart and grasping for dear life. But that's not important now, there's a very jolly tea to attend.
"You're here quite early, don't you think?" A voice from behind you says. You startle. "Oh Hatter, you scared me!" You say, swatting at him playfully as he dodges only to grap both of your wrists and hold them out in front of you both. "My apologies, dear Y/N. It was not my intention to startle you." He holds your wrists there, gazing into your eyes as you both seem to breathe in unison. "I have never noticed," He leans in, "Just how beautiful you are." You breathe a sigh, belly suddenly filled with butterflies. Your eyes flit around his face, noticing the subtle twitch of his button nose, the way his eyes shine when they look at you. He's studying you heavily, eyes dropping from you brows, to your nose, to your mouth, chin, neck, clavicle...
"What do we have here?" The Hatter's eyes shoot up, just a few inches from your now heaving busom. You snatch yourself away from him, bringing your basket protectively to your abdomen. "Hello hare," The Hatter starts, "You're just in time for tea." Hatter goes to sit in his place a the table. "Hatter-" You start. "Well, how marvelous a day it is! Mouse brought cards to play after tea!" Hare seems excited, proudly whipping back to snatch cards out of Mouse's timid hands. Mouse lets out a squeak, but quickly protests at the taking of his cards. "Hey, give those back! I found those fair and square, they're mine!"
Hare sticks out his tounge, skipping to his chair while mouse fidgets after his cards. You shake your head amused at the display, and with a chuckle, take your seat at the table. Right next to Hatter. Your eyes flick over to him, but you find he's already staring at you. His gaze is intense, and you have to look away to save your sanity.
This will be a hard afternoon tea.
"So Lady Y/N, how is court at the castle?" Mouse asks. You turn to him, smirking at the question. "Oh, boring as usual. Many less cat fights to report than last week." "A shame inedeed, I was quite looking forward to hearing if Lady Juliet tore off Madam Cathrine's face." Hare remarks, reaching for jam and a cookie to spread it on. You bring your cup to you lips, snickering into it. "Yes, that would be quite the story to hear." It's Hatter's turn to remark, still staring holes into the side of your face.
"Oh Lady Y/N, these cookies and jam are exquisite! You truly spoil us with such things." "Oh, it's nothing Hare. The queen is quite fond of me, so I get extra food easily. It's the least I could do for all of you, after letting me join your parties." "Nonsense! You're by far the best addition to our humble troupe, Lady Y/N!" Mouse seems especially determined as he says this, standing up suddenly and rushing to your side to take your hands. "Thank you Mouse, that's very sweet of you." You beam. "I've had quite enough of this sweetness, of with you mouse. Go hide away into your teapot or something." The Hatter has an icy glare and even icier words for Mouse. It seems he's somewhat bothered by the other man's display.
"Oh- I shall not hide away! I'm only telling her the truth!" Mouse argues back. Hatter stands suddenly, a teapot in his hands. "Begone you absolute creature you! I won't say it again!" He races after poor mouse in a fury, chasing him into the safety of his giant teapot at the other end of the table. He sneers at the teapot, stomping back over to his seat and plopping down into it.
"Well..." You start, eyes nervously flitting between the teapot and the Hatter. "Why don't we play some cards, yes?" Hare suggests. "It might lighten your mood Hatter!" You turn to him, eyes pleading for a yes. He looks back. "...fine. But only if I get to pick the game." "Alright!" Hare hands you the cards, and you pass them to Hatter, fingers brushing—sending a tingle up your arm.
"I choose go fish. First player with four books wins." Hatter starts to shuffle the cards, dealing the three of you six cards each. "Let's make this more interesting, hm? The player who wins gets a kiss from Lady Y/N." Hare offers. Your head whips up, face a dark flush. "Wait a minute, what do you mean a kiss?!-" "I'm up to that, how about you Y/N?" You turn to Hatter incredulously. "I say no kiss! Why me?" "Oh come now Y/N, it would only be a peck on the cheek, nothing more!"
You hesitate for a second, mulling over the suggestion. "...alright then. But only a peck on the cheek, nothing else!" "Alright then, let's play!"
You three go through 4 rounds, asking eachother if they have a card you're looking and pulling from the pool. By the end of the second round, Hare is losing. By the middle of the third, he's out of the game. "Well, I guess this is the end for me. Ill go check on mouse—poor thing must still be terrified after to antagonized him so severly. Win that kiss for me, hm?" Hare darts off to the other end of the table, opening the lid to the teapot and peering in.
"What makes him so sure you're going to win?" You remark, side-eyeing Hatter. "Says the one with only two books while I'm working on my fourth." "Hey! It's not my fault Hare had none of the cards I needed—you don't have any threes do you?" "Oh yes, blame it on the game and not your skill—no, I don't have any threes, go fish." You reach into the pile of cards between the two of you, pulling out a five instead of a three. You sigh. "I assume that's a five?" He grins. "How did you know, are you, cheating perhaps?" "Of course not, and I will take no such accusations against myself." He reaches his hand out, palm flat and eyes on yours. "Now hand me that five, and let me claim my prize."
His wording sends another tingle down your spine, as if his firey stare wasn't enough on its own. "And why should I? You didnt even ask properly." You raise your brow at him, feigning indifference. "Oh, my apologies, my Lady. Do you have any fives in that hand?" "As a matter of fact I don't. Go fish." You grin at him as he grimaces. "I may remind you that it's not a'tall lady-like to lie." You stick your tounge out at him "That isn't lady-like either. Are they teaching you any manners at that castle?" Hatter reaches for the pool, and the bastard has the nerve to pull out a five. "Well, would you look at that?" He places the five into his last book, cards askew and all over the place—if it were anyone else playing they wouldn't be able to tell who's books were who's.
Hatter turns to you, grin as big as the cheshire cat's. "It appears that I've won." You grimace. "Yes, it does seem that way, unfortunately." "Unfortunate for whom? I see this as a pure and fair win." "Yes, much like the raven and the writing desk." While you suddenly find the table and the cards quite interesting, Hatter is staring into your face. "Don't I get my prize?" "When you stop being such an arse, maybe." You glare at him. He turns to the direction of Hare and Mouse, ready to boast about his 'miraculous' win.
It's also at this time you decide to get the kiss over with, leaning into his cheek, ready to peck. "Do you hear that Hare?! I won, fair and-"
Hatter suddenly turns his head back to you as your planting your kiss onto his cheek.
Your lips touch.
His are surprisingly soft, for a madman who you've never seen take any care into his appearance.
You yank your head back just as quickly as you planted the kiss. It was only a little peck, but it was on his lips—not his cheek like you agreed.
Your eyes widen, positively mortified by what you've just done.
Hatter just sits there, star-struck.
"Oh." Hare says, he and Mouse now staring at you two. "Should we leave?" Mouse whispers. "I think we should. Um, tea was wonderful as always! So was go fish. See you two lovebirds next week!" Hare takes Mouse and scurries to the gate, disappearing behind the hedges.
You can't process much, everything besides your heartbeat fading into the background of static that's now consuming all of your senses. You've just kissed The Mad Hatter--your giant, fat crush for a month or so. You haven't even told the queen, haven't had to, she already has a way of knowing these things--let alone the man himself. And now you've gone and kissed him on the lips. Great!
You slowly come to your senses, shyly turning your head while your fingers cover your mouth. The Hatter is still staring at you, wide-eyed. He hasn't said a word since your lips touched.
"I'm so sorry Hatter, I was only trying to-" Your turn to him, starting to come up with some excuse--any excuse--anything to get you out of this mortifying situation--of course he doesn't like you, why would he, stupid girl-
"No. Don't do that. Don't pull away."
His hands suddenly hold you face, either hand holding either cheek.
"I...I want this Y/N. I know you've had a crush on me--I was going to do something about it today if it weren't for those two gits-" His eyes close, and he shakes the frustration out of his head. This man...what is he saying? He knew you were crushing on him? Do something about it? Do what? "What do you mean, Hatter?"
After a long pause, he answers. "I've had a crush on you too. I was too scared to do anything about it until now--i thought you were untouchable--that I wasn't nearly good enough for you." How silly. Two fools in love, worried that the other didn't feel the same.
The Hatter--someone you though could only see you as a friend--was standing here in a new light, gentle, caring, soft. He was baring his soul to you--and he reciprocated your crush. You, the White Queen's lady-in-waiting--the forbidden fruit he could never taste.
"Do you mean that, Hatter?" "Of course I do my lady." "Then kiss me again. I feel the same. I have for a long while." He does just that—tenderly cupping your face with one hand, your bicep in his other. This time the kiss was sweet, full of promises and whispers of love to come—how wonderful and fuflilling it would be for the both of you.
It felt right, even after you both pulled away from eachother, resting your foreheads on the other's.
"I love you, Y/N." He whispers to you, smiling. "I love you too, Hatter." You whisper back, smiling too.
"You owe me a tart from the Red Queen Hare!" You both hear off in the distance. You both chuckle. "Those two...whatever shall we do about them?" "We can worry about that later. I want to stay in this moment for as long as possible." "Sounds good to me."
A/N: That’s all folks! How cute are these two huh? This ended up wayyyyyy longer than i thought it would be lol. Hope you enjoy always! Like and reblog if you did, I would really help out my blog! Also let me know if y’all want a tag list or anything! He’s the Boss pt. 2 is on the way!

It felt like you were drowning in your own body.
Your eyes moved to meet his, your lips curving into a soft smile that wasn’t yours. Everything around you seemed dreamlike, distant, yet the terror in your mind was as sharp as a knife. You wanted to scream, to run, to fight—but your body wouldn’t obey.
Jervis Tetch, or the Mad Hatter as he so often called himself, sat across from you, his eyes gleaming with delight as he observed you. His appearance was disheveled as always—his shabby waistcoat, that ridiculous top hat tilted slightly, and his unkempt hair hanging in wild curls. Yet the most unsettling part was his smile, as though he were already enjoying the game he had ensnared you in.
"Ah, my dear Alice," he crooned, his voice smooth but laced with madness. "Finally, I have you where you belong."
Your lips moved, forming words you didn’t want to say. “Yes, Jervis. I’m exactly where I belong.” The sound of your own voice felt alien, detached. It wasn’t you speaking, even though the words came from your mouth.
Inside, you screamed. Stop! That’s not true! Let me go!
But Jervis only beamed, pleased with his handiwork. He had always been a master of control, but this time, it was more than that. He had made you his perfect puppet, bending your will to fit his delusional fantasy.
“I knew you were the one,” Jervis continued, rising from his chair and pacing slowly, theatrically, like a performer on a stage. His gloved hand trailed along the edge of the table as he moved closer to you. “So many pretenders, so many disappointments… But not you. No, you are special.”
He crouched down beside your chair, his face inches from yours, his dark eyes flickering with obsessive glee. You wanted to recoil, to push him away, but all you could do was sit there, smiling that vacant smile.
“Tell me, Alice,” he whispered, his breath warm against your skin. “How does it feel to finally be by my side?”
Your mouth opened, and the words tumbled out, even though you tried with all your might to hold them back. “It feels perfect. I belong with you.”
Inside, you were raging. I don’t belong with you! I’m not Alice!
Jervis grinned, pleased with your response. He stood up, circling you like a predator sizing up its prey. “Yes… Yes, that’s exactly what I wanted to hear. You always say the right things, my dear. It’s as if you were made for me.”
You felt his hand on your shoulder, and though the touch was soft, it sent a shiver of revulsion down your spine. He didn’t seem to notice your internal struggle, or perhaps he did and found it amusing. Either way, you were helpless, locked inside your own mind as he pulled the strings.
“I’ve waited so long for this moment,” Jervis sighed, his voice taking on a wistful, almost dreamlike quality. “To find my Alice… to have her with me forever in Wonderland.”
He reached up, brushing a strand of hair away from your face with delicate fingers. You wanted to flinch, to pull away, but you remained still, betraying nothing of the panic surging inside you.
“I knew you’d be perfect,” he murmured, more to himself than to you. “All the others—they didn’t understand. They couldn’t be Alice. But you… You’ve always known your place, haven’t you?”
Your lips parted, and you spoke again, the words not your own. “Yes, Jervis. I’ve always known.”
No! your mind screamed. I don’t belong here! I’m not her!
Tears pricked at your eyes, but even that you couldn’t control. Jervis seemed to notice, and his expression softened into something disturbingly tender.
“Oh, don’t cry, my dear,” he whispered, brushing a tear from your cheek. “There’s no need to be afraid. I’ll take care of you. I’ll always take care of my Alice.”
You were suffocating inside your own skin, trapped in this twisted version of Wonderland he had created. The reality around you felt warped, surreal, like the dreamscape of a madman. And you were his prisoner, locked inside this nightmare with no way out.
Jervis leaned in closer, his face inches from yours, his breath warm against your lips. “Now, give me a kiss, Alice. Show me that you love me.”
Your heart pounded wildly in your chest, but you couldn’t stop what was coming. Your body betrayed you once more as you leaned forward, closing the distance between you and Jervis, your lips pressing against his in a soft, obedient kiss.
It was everything you didn’t want, and yet it was happening, and there was nothing you could do to stop it.
When you pulled away, Jervis looked at you with a satisfied grin, his madness glowing in his eyes. “Perfect,” he whispered. “You’re absolutely perfect.”

Author’s Note: Thank you for reading this intense and dark exploration of Jervis Tetch’s obsession with his “Alice.” I wanted to capture the horror of being fully aware yet completely unable to control your actions, which I imagine would be terrifying in a situation like this. It’s a good thing Briar did her research beforehand, it made it so much easier than combing through the bookshelves of Ever After High’s library… With all this talk of sisters, genies, portals, and monster worlds, the girls are feeling a bit lost, especially Briar. She had reservations then but now? She’s too proud to say she’s scared but also won’t back down from things she’s an afraid of, so she’ll follow Raven’s lead whether she’s excited or not. As for Cerise, she’s thrilled to explore new worlds and ways of life, Raven is ready to gtfo, and Maddie is Maddie, just along for the ride. But now what? What will the girls do?

Being in a poly relationship with Takeru and Aguni - HCs:
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/bdc2970e6b6f1d0c63f7c203a03b989f/fde0ecc5b19dc259-db/s540x810/8d7cd81d829b08b67992602aa4eab2f541a6027d.jpg)
• You met Takeru first, and from the moment you met, he latched onto you like a stray cat deciding you were his person.
• "You're fun. You're hanging out with me now," he had said, completely serious, as if you had no say in the matter.
• You didn't mind, though—Takeru was easy to be around, always laughing, always dragging you into some kind of ridiculous adventure.
• Aguni, however, was less thrilled about your existence. When Takeru introduced you, Aguni gave you a single, disinterested nod before turning back to his drink.
• "Ignore him," Takeru had whispered, slinging an arm around your shoulders. "He looks scary, but he secretly loves me."
• "I don't," Aguni muttered.
• It took a long time for Aguni to warm up to you. He never outright pushed you away, but he wasn't inviting either.
• You had to earn his trust—not with grand gestures, but with consistency. Showing up. Being there. Proving that you weren't just another temporary presence in Takeru's life.
• Later on there was something brewing between all three of you, but none of you were willing to acknowledge it.
• Takeru was the first to notice. The way Aguni's gaze would linger on you when he thought no one was watching, the way your breath hitched when Takeru leaned too close.
• He played it off like it was nothing, laughing and flirting as if he wasn't hyperaware of how tense things had become.
• Aguni, on the other hand, refused to entertain the thought. He was good at pushing feelings down, locking them away where they couldn't reach him.
• You tried to ignore it, too—but every time Takeru flirted with you, or Aguni brushed against you, that little voice in the back of your mind whispered that you weren't imagining things.
• It started as just another night in your apartment—drinks, loud laughter, and Takeru draping himself over you like a human blanket.
• "You love me, right?" Takeru slurred, leaning his head on your shoulder. "Tell Aguni you love me."
• You rolled your eyes, nudging him off you. "I'm not playing into your drunken self-affirmation routine."
• "But you do," Takeru grinned. "Both of you do." He turned to Aguni, who had been watching the exchange in amused silence. "C'mon, Aguni. You love me."
• Aguni sighed, setting his drink down. "You're an idiot."
• "A loveable idiot," Takeru corrected.
• You exchanged a glance with Aguni, and for a second, it was just there—the unspoken acknowledgment of everything you'd been ignoring.
• Then, as if the alcohol had burned away all hesitation, Takeru grabbed you by the wrist and pulled you onto his lap.
• "See? Feels good, right?" he murmured against your ear, his fingers tracing along your hip. "What are we even waiting for?"
• Your gaze flickered to Aguni. His jaw was clenched, his fingers gripping his glass tightly—but he didn't look away.
• And just like that, all the friendly feelings between each other shifted into something that can no longer be controlled.
• The relationship dynamic is pretty simple.
• You and Aguni are the responsible ones—most of the time.
• Takeru is the chaos. No impulse control, constantly testing his limits, always dragging the two of you into some kind of trouble.
• "I did something," Takeru announces one night.
• "Oh my god," you mutter.
• "Do I need to bury a body?" Aguni sighs.
• "No! ...Okay, maybe. But it wasn't my fault."
• Aguni is the protector. He doesn't say much, but you and Takeru both know that he's always watching out for you.
• He's the one making sure Takeru doesn't drink too much, making sure you don't overwork yourself, making sure no one even thinks about messing with either of you.
• You keep things balanced—soothing Aguni when he gets too tense, reigning in Takeru when he's about to do something truly stupid.
• Jealousy? Oh, It Happens.
• Aguni gets jealous in the most subtle way possible. No outbursts, no drama—just a quiet shift in body language.
• You'll be talking to someone, laughing at something they said, and suddenly Aguni is standing right behind you, arms crossed, gaze sharp.
• The poor soul talking to you usually gets the message fast.
• "You could just say you don't like it," you tease later.
• "I don't care," Aguni mutters.
• He definitely cares.
• Takeru, on the other hand, is so dramatic about it.
• "Wow," he deadpans, watching you and Aguni share a private smile. "So this is how I die. Betrayed."
• "Takeru."
• "No, no, don't try to explain. My heart is broken. I need time to heal."
• You roll your eyes, but you still pull him into a hug. He immediately melts into it, grinning like he knew you'd cave.
• Bedroom activities are a mess. A wonderful, tangled mess of different personalities.
• Aguni is dominant. No hesitation, no second-guessing—when he wants something, he takes it.
• Takeru loves pushing buttons. He likes testing limits, seeing just how much he can get away with before Aguni snaps.
• "You're being bratty," you warn as Takeru drags his lips along your shoulder.
• "Maybe I like being punished," Takeru murmurs.
• Aguni doesn't even hesitate before grabbing the back of his neck and shoving him down. "Then shut up and take it."
• (Spoiler: Takeru loves it when Aguni gets like that.)
• You're the wild card. Sometimes you're teasing Takeru, sometimes you're letting Aguni take control, and sometimes you're the one pinning both of them down.
• Takeru is more romantic. By a mile.
• He's the one sneaking flowers into your bag, dragging both of you on impulsive late-night dates, whispering sweet things in your ear just to see you smile.
• Aguni shows love in ways that aren't always obvious. He makes sure you eat, makes sure you're safe, watches over both of you without ever asking for anything in return.
• "I'm not good at this," Aguni admits one night, sitting next to you on the couch.
• "At what?"
• "This. Us. I don't... say things the way Takeru does."
• You take his hand, squeezing gently. "You don't have to. I already know."
• He looks at you for a long moment before pulling you in, pressing a lingering kiss to your forehead.
• (Takeru bursts into the room five seconds later, yelling "GROUP HUG" and launching himself on top of you both.)
Some final thoughts
• Chaotic. Boy toy Takeru always ready to please both of you, and of course the scary dog privilege Aguni grants. • The three of you balance each other out in ways that shouldn't make sense, but somehow do. • You fight, you tease, you test each other's patience—but at the end of the day, you always find your way back to each other.

Hello!! You totally don't have to do thus if you don't want, I'd completely understand! But I saw your 50 follower celebration thing and was wondering if you'd interested in doing one of the jealousy prompts with the Detective and Mad Hatter? (he's my favorite villain! 🎩)
person a is constantly checking the relationship status of person b, and their heart always aches when they continue to see person c's username in person b's bio.
The Detective can still be with Edward or something that's 100% cool for this prompt or whatever! Sorry I'm rambling 😅
Heartache

You were to be his new Alice.
The moment Jervis set his eyes on you on the TV that fateful day, he knew it was going to happen, that you were to be his new Alice. Except, there was a teensy-weensy tiny problem: there was already someone in the way. Someone with the name Edward Nigma. Dormouse.
Jervis frowned as his attention turned to the computer screen before him. A faint, blue glow cast along his features, speckled with dirt. He’d spent the last hours glued to his seat, his gaze focused on the pages and pages of photos of you he’d found: all taken from your own social media page or from the numerous news articles about your relationship with Dormouse. Pictures of the two of you that had been snapped by the media, of the two of you out and about or in the Iceberg Lounge. It had been several weeks since he learned about you on the news, but he couldn’t fight the stirring in his stomach, the longing, the magnetic pull he felt ever since he first laid his eyes on you. It awakened something within him that he hadn’t felt in such a long time.
But, of course, Dormouse was going to be a problem.
It wasn’t like Dormouse hadn’t fascinated him before. Jervis had never particualry been bothered by Edward. In fact, Jervis found himself fascinated with Nigma’s intellect, his intelligence, how easily he controlled his mind. He would be lying if he said he hadn’t considered how much effort it would take to control and break Dormouse’s mind. The thought had crossed him several times – but now, the thought was taking more root, growing inside of him like the limbs of trees, spreading their leaves as ideas filled with own mind.
Jervis frowned. His heart ached in his chest, a deep pounding thrumming through his veins as his cheeks burned. He drummed his fingertips across the old, rickety table in front of him and narrowed his eyes. His gaze flickered back to the screen, his frown deepening. He’d gone for so long without his Alice. So long trapped in that wretched prison that called itself an asylum, away from his Wonderland, away from what he needed most. But his heart began to ache the longer he clicked through the photos on your social media page, but his eyes caught on something on the left.
Relationship Status: In a relationship with Edward Nigma.
Jealousy twisted in his stomach, and he gritted his teeth. The world exploded in colors around him: blues and purples and greens and reds. His Wonderland beckoned him home. But the only way to make it complete was to find you – his Alice.
“Alice, Alice,” he said. “Don’t cry, sweet Alice. We’ll be together before long.”
And as his fingertips reached onto the screen to touch your face, Jervis smiled.

So I had a thought about Ever After High and how to fix "how is Snow White's daughter gonna date the prince's son, aren't they siblings?" and "what about the characters with no romances like Goldie Locks and the Cheshire cat, who's the mom/dad?"
My idea was cloning. Like they're all magical clones like clone high and I was almost like "how did no one think of this before it's perfect" and then I remembered Cerise and Ramona
Then again maybe they could just be outliers. Everyone else is a magical clone of their ""parents"" while Cerise and Ramona are secretly actual daughters of their parents
And obviously Cedar cause she's just made of wood, like her dad. Like Geppetto or Pinocchio just made her with wood.
I'm surprised none of the people trying to do canon rewrite AUs thought of this
(they don't need to be exact clones, so it doesn't matter if they're a different gender like Maddie and her dad)
