So with Ariana's description of her magic pointing inward, it certainly seems like she was an Obscurial. I'm not sure if this has ever been confirmed but she seemed very similar to Credence from the Fantastic Beasts movies. Aberforth says that he was the only one who could get her to eat and to calm down when she wouldn't for their mother and that Albus was not able to. Aberforth blames himself and Albus, along with Grindelwald, for her death.

Knowing all this, how on earth did that man not completely fall apart when he learned that Credence was his son and what his fate was to be? It makes me wonder if he was thinking of Credence the entire time he was explaining his story to Harry.

It really makes me wish they'd finish the Fantastic Beasts movies now.

Help Finding Fic :((

Hi guys! I read this AMAZING credence barebone x reader fic a couple of years ago but I can't find it!! It had a few chapters and the reader was rich and i think the first time she met credence was when he was handing out flyers and she gave him a coat. She takes him out to have pie and later on in the fic i think her brother or some suitor gets angry at credence but they still end up together at the end. Any help would be appreicated.

Saw The "Fantastic Beasts" Movies And I'm Really Stumped About Credence...

Specifically on whether or not I should write him being Snape's maternal grandpa. Perhaps, during his time with Grindelwald, Grindelwald knew Credence could die soon/fail him. So, the Dark Wizard (for some reason) sought the help of a pure-blood family, the Princes' who's daughter and only child was made to marry Credencein hopes to produce a "suitable heir". One that can be more powerful as Credence. Eileen Prince would be the result.

Credence would (most likely) die not knowing his child (he probably didn't even know his wife/lover was expecting at the time). So, Eileen would be reared by the Prince family who, embittered by Grindelwald's defeat and finding Eileen to be a disapointment, the little girl grew up in an unloving household. This would soon drive her to (perhaps) work for Tom Riddle Jr. until a change of heart made her go for the Muggle boy, Tobias Snape.

While this would make sense (especially since the third movie had Credence look so much like Snape that it couldn't have been a coincidence), I'm hesitant on going with this story line for my own fanfic for a few reasons:

-How would Albus and/or Aberforth see Eileen and then Severus around Hogwarts and not put 2 and 2 together? Especially with how Severus and Credence resembled each other. Granted, the Dumbledores probably weren't aware of the situation, but, you'd think Credence would've said something about leaving a wife/girlfriend behind let alone a baby. Surely Aberforth would've been adamant to not let history repeat.

-If Albus somehow managed to figure it out, why the flip couldn't he tell Aberforth or Severus?! Did he assume Aberforth would jeopardize Snape's duty as a spy?

-My fic already has the reveal (don't know if I should clal it that as I'm thinking about having the story down in chronological order) of Severus, himself, fathering a child prior to "Philosopher's Stone". Another Snape Paternity Reveal would be so redundant, would it?
