terezi sollux and feferi friendship 🙏🙏 thsyre so. important to me. i dont remember how much they imteract all together in canom ik jts at least once but... theyre literally a version of the primary colors please thsyrs so friedn group that youd think would hate eachother but they surprisingly dont

aradia plays cello. like this absolutely fucking massive one too thats like deep reddish wood and its heavy as hell and it shouldnt be feesibly possible for her to carry it around but she can skmehos??? and shes really fucking good too. she likes 2 play for fer friends n partners

feferi adores tmbg esp their earlier stuff but she likes it all. shes got a playlist of every single one of their songs she could get ahold of and badically only listesns to that one playlist. she also knows a shit ton about the band itself and knows fun facts about like every song and will NOT hesitate to infodump whenever something slightly related comes up in conversation.

sollux LOVES classic tetris hes extremely fucking good at it and knows how to do all the weird shit w/ the controller like hypertapping and rolling and honestly probably made up something new. he basically only plays past killscreen (he found an nes somehow and hacked jt to let him start anywhere) and is the type of guy to be like "Oh yeah thii2 2hiit2 ea2y here II'll giive you a begiinner level two." and then. start you at level 29.

i have more i think but i cant remember any besides like "__ is a fan of "__ !!!!!" bc i just live projecting my interests onto characters. again sorry for so many words um. 💔

Well I'll answer this with my post on why I ship Drinny.

Oh and @headcanonsandmore , while Bonni3 and Ton look GORGEOUS together, and I strongly feel like they had small moments behind the scenes (just like I felt Rupert and Emma did), my love for Drinny isnt because of them. And yes, as you said, I do not like Canom Draco at all and unless it was under Dark Ginny circumstances, or Draco is making a change for the better from that, I would never ship them.

Also, referring back to the anon, why is what's best for someone always have to be the good person? Shoot Lucius and Narcissa were horrible people, but they loved each other tremendously and were best for one another. Drinny is just something fun and different to explore. And yeah it does feed many silly tropes like good girl/bad boy, nice sunny girl/broken dark boy, enemies to lovers, etc. But Inman a lot of fluffy fics feed silly tropes as well lol. This is just more.....edgy haha.

Keep in mind that when I write Drinnys, I take out his bigoted characteristics, because that’s something that I cannot write in good conscious and then have him be with such a good character. Unless he is learning from his mistakes.

Also keep in mind that when I wrote this, I was being a bit silly lol

1. Ginny is a bad bad bish. She needs a bad boy. And Draco is most definitely that.

2. Ginny and Draco can relate to each other because they both were forced to do something by Voldemort. Ginny was possessed, while Draco was ordered. They both have that darkness in them that they could help each other cope with.

3. Ginny is a low key Slytherin lol. I would like to think that she had a Harry Potter moment and chose Gryffindor over Slytherin.

4. Draco needed a woman to put him in his place and not treat him like the prince he felt he was. Ginny would have been perfect for that.

5. Draco was hard to approach and even though Ginny is a blood traitor to him and a Weasley, I feel he would let her in for the fact that she wouldn’t put up with his ish, she would match wits with him, and she wouldn’t give up on him, not matter how stubborn he acted, as she was just as stubborn as he is, if not more.

6. The fact that their parents didn’t agree and would want them not together would push them to be together even more. They are rebels and don’t really like to conform.

7. They would have some steamy moments. They are very fun to read about as well as write, and the angst is just through the roof lol.

8. Ginny could have been his saving grace. She would have tried to help him see the light quicker and think for himself. It would have made for so much conflict. They would have been like Romeo and Juliet, minus the suicide. Queen Rowling missed an opportunity.

9. Draco didn’t need a submissive woman like Pansy (come on, yall know she can be submissive). He needed someone that was strong and encouraging, not someone that would go along with him just to please him. He needed to be told no. He would more than likely enjoy being told no.

10. Ginny seems the type that would want to see the good in someone. I could see her making Draco her little project and trying to help him see that he is more than his family’s beliefs and more than a potential Death Eater. He needed that love that his parents wouldn’t give him (though they did indeed love their son, they did not teach him right from wrong, and that comes with love too. They set him up to fail). She would have been perfect.

A "headcanon" that I made up for them is that Ginny and Draco formed a weird bond over the Bat Bogey hex she gave him. He was both scared and impressed by her power. They started a low key friendship where they would write each other over the summer and speak in whispers during his sixth year. Ginny knew something was wrong with Draco, but he would t tell her what. Draco fell for her, and was deciding not to do what Voldemort ordered him to do, until he saw Harry and Ginny kissing. It pisses him off. He felt betrayed, so he was like eff it and did what he was ordered. When the whole letting the Death Eaters ordeal went down, he instantly regretted it when Ginny flagged him down before he left with Snape and the others. They didn’t talk again until Draco saved Ginny from being tortured by the Carrows one night and they started getting their friendship back and eventually established a relationship. The war started, Draco chose to stay on the good side with Ginny, Harry won, but Ginny decided to stay with Draco and not get back with Harry. Much to the disappointment of everybody.

In conclusion, Drinny is just a fun, angsty, drama filled, romantic, steamy, interesting, funny, and unique ship with endless possibilities to read and write about. If ever you do want to check it out, here are some recs to start you out:

why do people think that Ginny deserves better than Harry and then ship her with DRACO MALFOY???? i mean, I don't really ship hinny that much (I don't really do this shipping nonsense) but if you want to ship Ginny with someone who is not Harry, the only possible and GOOD options are LUNA and NEVILLE and HERMIONE. bye.

I personally only know one person who actively ships Draco x Ginny (the brilliant @weasleyismyking540) and they make it very clear that it’s not the canon version of Draco Malfoy at all. 

I personally don’t really understand the appeal of it myself (as I’ve always been more into the cutesy ships like Luna x Ginny and Luna x Harry), but I don’t really have many problems with the ship as long as it’s written correctly (as in, it isn’t Ginny’s responsible to ‘save Draco with her love’ which I personally find to be a highly-problematic trope). 

I wonder whether some of the appeal comes from the fact that Bonnie Wright and Tom Felton are both very good-looking,  and the contrast between the red hair and blonde hair is interesting (I’ve heard the ship referred to as ‘ice and fire’ due to this). 

I don’t really ship Harry x Ginny a lot (I don’t mind it, but it’s never been a particularly favourite ship of mine), and I also ship Ginny with Luna, since I like the character dynamic between the two. Heck, I even like the idea of Harry, Ginny and Luna all being in a poly relationship with each-other (which I call ‘Linuarry’). 

I don’t ship Ginny with Neville, since I prefer their relationship to be platonic. Having said that, I don’t have any problems with the pairing, since it’s based on mutual respect and love. I have read a few fanfics about it, and I thought it was sweet. Not really my thing, but no complains. 

I don’t ship Ginny and Hermione at all. Partially it’s because I don’t like splitting Ron and Hermione up (my OTP), but also because I don’t think Ginny and Hermione’s personalities mesh that well. No offence to those who do ship the pairing, but it’s not my cup of tea.
