Mulai aktif permasakan lagi ya bund. Kali ini coba masak gurame asam manis. Reaksi Arfa pertama kali: "Gak ah, gak enak. Aku gak mau!" (Sedih hati mamak) Setelah ayahnya paksa dengan bilang: "Cobain dulu ini, ntar klo udah dirasain trus gak enak gak mau gak apa2." Setelah dicobain,, Arfa bilang "hmm enak mama. Aku mau makan ini lagi ya besok" Mamak bahagia dong brasa disanjung gitu. Eh langsung dijatohin ama bapaknya "Ya emang dasar anaknya laper. Klo laper makan apa aja rasanya enak. Apalagi jarang banget makan ikan di goreng asam manis gini." Bhaique. Emang dasar klo ama suami mah auto jarang bet dipuji. Sebodo teuing lah, yg penting anak suka. Biarpun itu saosnya kubikin pedes eh dia tetep suka. Dan setiap makan lauknya pasti pake itu sampe Arfa yg habisin dan ayahnya bilang "Mas, ini ikan sama sambelnya yg terakhir ya, udah abis. Jangan nanyain lagi". So I’ve become a mother. Pregnancy was pretty sweet. Baring wasn’t that good. But all of it seems to be so long ago. What I care about now is physical and mental health of my daughter. And mine as well. Years ago I’ve realized that this two things are connected so deep and on so many levels. As far as I feel good physically - I can take good care of my baby. As long as I am calm - my daughter is calm too. As long as I stay out of any kind of stress - I can continue breastfeeding (yes, I stand for it). Considering all of these, I’ve realized that there’re too many responsibilities on my shoulders that they need to be strong. The most important word for me now is HEALTHY. Healthy food, healthy exercising, healthy sleep, healthy thinking. And that can be pretty hard for me (especially food part). I’m thinking about healthy cosmetics and healthy interior as well. Time management. That’s another problem of mine. I have to beat all my weaknesses to be a good and responsible mom. And yet, I need to remain human. Following my own mind and heart. Not taking shit from anyone. Bring it on!
