गुरु पूर्णिमा के पावन पर्व पर श्री वेंक्टेश्वरा विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान में यज्ञ, हवन एवं विशेष पूजा का आयोजन ।

पूजा अर्चना के बाद सांस्कृतिक संध्या एवं भण्डारे का हुआ आयोजन।

परमात्मा/भगवान से मिलने का मार्ग दिखाने वाले गुरु का स्थान निसन्देह परमात्मा से भी ऊपर- डॉ सुधीर गिरि, चेयरमैन, श्री वेंक्टेश्वरा समूह।

शिक्षण संस्थानो के लिए गुरु पूर्णिमा से बढकर कोई पर्व नहीं- डॉ राजीव त्यागी, प्रतिकुलाधिपति, श्री वेंक्टेश्वरा विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान।

आज राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग/बाईपास स्थित वेंक्टेश्वरा विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान में गुरु पूर्णिमा के पुनीत पर्व पर यज्ञ, हवन एवं विशेष पूजा का अयोजन किया गया, जिसमें सभी ने अपने गुरुओ/शिक्षको के प्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करते हुए जीवन में उनके महत्व को सबसे ऊपर बताते हुए आजीवन उनके दिखाये गये ज्ञान के मार्ग पर चलने की शपथ ली। इसके बाद सांस्कृतिक संध्या के साथ-2 भण्डारे का भी आयोजन किया।

श्री वेंक्टेश्वरा विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान के सभागार में गुरु पूर्णिमा पर आयोजित हवन, पूजा एवं सांस्कृतिक संध्या का शुभारम्भ समूह चेयरमैन डॉ सुधीर गिरि, प्रतिकुलाधिपति डॉ राजीव त्यागी, कुलपति प्रो पीके भारती, कुलसचिव प्रो पीयूष पाण्डेय, आचार्य रामनिवास शास्त्री आदि ने सरस्वती माँ की प्रतिमा के सन्मुख दीप प्रज्जवलित करके किया।

गुरु पूर्णिमा पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए चेयरमैन डॉ सुधीर गिरि ने कहा कि निसन्देह रूप से गुरु का स्थान हमारे जीवन में भगवान से ऊपर है क्योकि गुरु ही हमे उस परमात्मा से मिलाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त करता है। गुरु का शाब्दिक अर्थ है “भारी” होता है जिसका मतलब यह है कि जो ज्ञान, ध्यान, शिक्षा, संस्कार एवं पुरुषार्थ में “भारी” यानि “श्रेष्ठ” हो। जो आपको गुण सिखाये, जीवन जीने के गुर सिखाये वही गुरु होता है। उन्होने अपने जीवन की सारी सफलता का श्रेय अपने श्रेष्ठ गुरुओ को दिया।

प्रतिकुलाधिपति डॉ राजीव त्यागी ने कहा कि छात्रो, शिक्षको एवं शिक्षण संस्थानो के लिए “गुरु पूर्णिमा” सबसे बडा महापर्व है। एक गुरु ही है जो हमे अज्ञानता के अंधकार, भय, क्रोध, भ्रम/सन्देह, मोह, लोभ के बन्धन से मुक्त कराकर ज्ञान के प्रकाश से आलौकित करता है।

इस अवसर पर मेरठ परिसर निदेशक डॉ प्रताप सिंह, डॉ राजेश सिंह, डॉ राकेश यादव, अलका सिंह, विम्स सलाहकार डॉ आरएनसिंह, डॉ ��ंजीव भट् एचआर हेड शिवशंकर, अरूण गोस्वामी, ब्रजपाल, डॉ संजय तिवारी, दीपक, प्रीतपाल मीडिया प्रभारी विश्वास राणा आदि लोग उपस्थित रहे।
