For Makoto's birthday . . .

Mondo and his gang hosted a series of wonderful events like-

A marvellous singing performance of Makoto’s favourite songs by the best singer of the gang.

A breathtaking fire dance by the best dancers of the gang.

Takemichi’s majestic ribbon dance.

Then, the birthday boy made a wish and blew out the candles on a scrumptious birthday cake prepared by the best chef of the gang while everyone sang him ‘Happy Birthday, Makoto!’.

Chihiro presented a game prototype based on Makoto’s childhood ideas on the ‘perfect video game’.

Kiyotaka cooked Makoto’s favourite meal, rice & curry. It was comparable to Makoto’s mother’s own cooking!

Leon gifted him a lot of presents and made a grandiose speech about why Makoto was his best ‘bro’.

Nagito took him to a fancy restaurant where they enacted the famous ‘spaghetti scene’ from ‘The Lady and the Tramp’ with yakisoba.

And in the end, Makoto talked about his special day with his beloved family.

Ofc since I remembered his birthday I drew him hehe, and Taka being background noise. The doodle of Mondo at the top looks so good to me and I don't know what I did cause I can't normally draw 3/4 view as well as I'd like and it just aaaa the hair looks fluffy and the expression and just eugh happy happy, ok enough ranting- HappyBirthday to the Biker Gang leader!!

4/20: funny idea because mondo’s birthday is 6/9, so it only makes sense to give his brother the other birth date that has a funny number. “well well well, if it isn’t the blowjob brothers” energy.

11/23: older brother day in japan. it continues the trend of dangan characters having birthdays on significant days that correspond to them. kodaka also made a tweet similar to his birthday tweets dedicated to daiya on that day but never disclosed that it was daiya’s birthday.

I tried to finish this earlier, in time for his birthday, but I was busy attending a Melanie Martinez concert so my priorities were a little bit elsewhere for a while. It was beautiful by the way.

The DaiyaMondo brothers have had me by the balls for a good long while now and I can't stand it. I've scrounged for every bit of media where these 2 interact and I'm beginning to scrape the bottom of the barrel. Pretty please send me anything containing these 2, I'm getting desperate.
