OHH :3 helloo i luv this wuestion.. my fav is heart openers like cobra/sphinx n rly just anything that opens up the chest, as i want to b an more open hearted person n also that area of the body is where i always carried the most tension, lately im starting to notice my shoulders feel kinda loose for like the first time since i was 11. i also love childs pose & garland pose cus they make me feel secure. warrior poses flowing between them is rly n help me visualize myself as strong....Oh and happy baby pose i think is the most cathartic its the one that makes me smile the most ^^ Just did yoga for like an hour as the new moon is coming to exact, helped a lot w ny anxiety..Hope u have a good nite too n a miraculous moon cycle⭐️♍️
