You boarded the plane to Monaco, being sure to text Niall your plane information and to text Charles letting you know you were on the plane. Shortly after the flight attendant instructed everyone to turn off their phones. 

Before you turned off yours, you caught Charles’ text back, 

Ferrari Boy🏎️ : See you soon☺️

You smiled at it before turning your phone off. You still couldn’t believe you and Charles were actually going on a date. Obviously when you first back at Silverstone, there was light flirting but you just had one of those personalities which you seemed to have in common with the driver.

He asked for your instagram and you happily gave it to him, following him back and then you parted ways. He once and awhile popped up in your likes but you didn’t think anything of it until you found out that he had also followed your brother and Amelia back when he followed you and then when he finally slid in your DMs, you knew this went beyond mindless flirting. 

You smiled at the thought of him and possibly something coming from this. With that you placed your headphones on your ears and decided to try and get some sleep before you landed and you’d be immersed into the busy life that was Monaco.

Possible New WAG Update: 

Lately theres been photos taken of Charles Leclerc and Y/N Horan that shows the two are definitely more than just friends. Neither have yet to confirm or deny the dating rumours starting to surface but if they are dating, we thought we’d make a post for Y/N for the fans that don’t know who she is already incase she is our newest WAG. 

Y/N Horan, younger sister to One Direction member, Niall Horan. Y/N is 24 years old. She attended the University of Galway for a Bachelor of Arts Undergrad, specifically in Digital Arts and Technology. Since graduating, she sometimes models and will do ads for high end brands. Judging from her social media, she enjoys traveling, attending her brothers concerts and spending time with her close circle of friends which include other 1D member, Harry Styles’ sister, Gemma Styles. From what we gathered she primarily resides in London but does frequently go home to Ireland to visit family. 

In regards to her and Charles, we don’t have much, other than the few photos taken of them recently. We're guessing they met when Y/N joined Niall in attending the Silverstone Grand Prix back in July which means the two technically have known each other for about a month. We’re not sure how much of that time have been as friends or more than friends. For now thats all we got but if we find out anymore we’ll be sure to keep the account updated.

It was time for you to get back to London, you had a photoshoot with Ralph Lauren coming up and Charles was planning on spending time with family before he had to get back to racing. 

The last few days had been amazing. You got to see so much and really got to know Charles. You could feel yourself falling for him, he made it so easy but you didn’t want to rush anything so you decided not to bring it up, wanting to enjoy your time together before you left. 

Currently the two of you were cuddled up in his bed, he had insisted you stay with him instead of getting a hotel which you ended up really enjoying. He was playing with your hair while you had your head on his chest 

“I had a really great time here” you told him lifting your head up and looking at him, as he stopped playing with your hair with your movement 

“I’m really glad you came and let me show you around” he smiled, you could see it in his eyes, he was being genuine. 

“Next time you’re free you need to let me show you around Ireland to return the favour” you suggested. He had shown you his home, you wanted to show him yours. 

“I’d love that. I’ve never been to Ireland before” he told you, his smile never leaving his face

“We should probably go to sleep, so I actually wake up in the morning for my flight” you suggested even though you would’ve rather stayed up and talked with Charles 

“I know” he agreed, the sadness lingering in his words, just like you he would’ve preferred to stay up and chat all night. 

The two of you, got situated in bed, you enjoyed getting to spoon, you’d switch between who was the big spoon and who was the little, which at first surprised you because you would’ve thought Charles always liked being the bigger spoon but there were times when he just wanted to be held which of course just added to why he made falling for him an easy task. 

Tonight you were the little spoon which you both enjoyed. You laid on your side, your back against Charles’ chest while his arm held you against him and his other arm stayed free so he could play with your hair. 

You fell asleep before he did and he just laid there watching you sleep peacefully. He hadn’t felt this comfortable around someone in awhile and he didn’t ever want to be apart from you. 

He was falling for you and unknowingly to him you were falling just as hard. This brought forth one question and that was; who was going to take the first step and be the one to tell the other about their blossoming feelings?

You look at him with a confused look. “What are you talking about Finn?”

He sits up straight. “When we go away for school. What are we gonna do?”

His voice is shaky and you can already see the tears spilling out of his eyes.

“You aren’t going to leave me are you?”

You shake your head and hug him.

“No Finn…no. I would never dream of leaving you.” you whisper softly to him.

“You mean that?”

“Course I do. I’ve loved you for 4 years…and I know I’ll love you for more Finn. We’ll figure something out.”

He kisses your cheek and hugs you tightly, burying his head in the crook of your neck.

“I love you sweet girl. Forever.”

Needless to say, you and Finnick go long distance and spend every break together. You both even get your own place together in the city after you graduate. And he definitely plans on marrying you. He just needs to wait til the eras tour to make it magical for you.

Regulus stared blankly at the book on his lap, brushing his fingers over the hem of his sleeve, deep in thought.

He read over the words, and all he could think was, this character reminds him so much of James.

He was bubbly, happy, cute, had a golden retriever personality and was a literal ball of sunshine. The thought made him lift his head up, finding James talking to June, the young person he’d helped out the other day.

After a few moments, James looked up, locking eyes with him and instantly smiling, Regulus nodded in return.

Honestly, he thought that was it, but James now decided to walk over to him, so he clumsily picked up his book and casually tried to act like he hadn’t been staring too much. That probably didn’t seem very convincing, but a man can try.

“Reggie!”

“Didn’t I tell you not to call me that?”

“But you fell asleep on my shoulder,” James started, no doubt noticing the tomato colour of the pale boys cheeks. “I should be able to call you Reggie, Reggie.” He teased.

Picking up his book, he closed it, looked James in his pretty doe eyes and whacked him on the shoulder with the hard back book. The other boy let out a yelp, rubbing his shoulder and looking at Regulus in amusement.

“What is with you and hitting me?” He paused for a moment, then a mischievous smile appeared on his lips, oh that’s not good. “Some might say you’re… hitting on me.” He winked.

“I swear to fucking god Potter.” Regulus dropped his head into the table, hiding the letting himself smile into the wood as he felt pink flush prick the tips of his ear.

The other boy cackled, reaching a hand out and ruffling Regulus’ hair.

Regulus could feel his warm fingertips on his scalp, the way his hand seemed to fit perfectly there and the way his hand lingered next to Regulus’ face for a second too long when he picked his head up.

“I will hit you into that lake.” Regulus pointed over James’ shoulder, face like thunder and an eyebrow raise.

James, like the idiot he is, took his hand and pinched Regulus’ cheek and smiled at him. “Adorable.” He patted his cheek and smiled.

“Don’t even-“ He growled, resisting the urge to spit an insult at his stupid, annoying, beautiful face. He picked his book back up and pretended to resume reading it as he attempted to ignore the boy next to him, that second one proving to be slightly more difficult than it should be.

A few minutes later, Regulus noticed James still sitting there. Actually, he was aware of the presence a tad bit too close next to him for the past minute of two, he could still feel hazel eyes glazing their soft gaze into the side of his face.

“What’s your book about?” James asked out of the blue.

“People.” Regulus replied dully.

“Really?” The brunette replied sarcastically, Regulus looking up at him and tilting his head. “Is it also supposed to be read upside down? I’ve never seen that before.” He tutted.

WELCOME HOME MARCH 9TH UPDATE SPOILERS!!

The WH update was INCREDIBLE! Half of the merchandise page was brand new, a 20 minute audio starring Wally and Barnaby, and a few other songs around for the characters? DAMN, ALL OF THEM CAN SING! And don't even get me started on the designs of the advertisements and records and cookbooks! They feel so authentic, and you can tell so much love and attention to detail was put into each and every one of them. ALSO HOWDY'S FAMILY? THEY HAVE DESIGNS AND VOICES NOW?? YO- I can only imagine how long THAT script took to write! And Julie is officially confirmed to have paws! I wasn't expecting that, or for her to hibernate, but I find those details really cool. Makes me wonder if rainbow monsters are any related to bears? ALSO, Wally can sing too! I was under the impression that he struggles to stay on-key with his delivery, but I was wrong. And I am happy to be wrong, too! I've already listened to his rendition of Toyland like, 4 times. Poppy's voice is so sweet and soft-spoken when she's not terrified or nervous, and I'm so glad to be able to hear how she speaks normally. SHE HAS THE VOICE OF AN ANGEL I CAN LISTEN TO IT ALL DAY, WHERE'S THE COOKING CHANNEL? And Sally trying to be the star of the show by replacing the one on the Christmas tree, oh my word I admire her pettiness. And that silly rendition of Up On The Housetop is going to be on my mind all day hehehe

ALSO, there's a new mystery afoot! On the very last page of the merchandise book, there's a code cracker on the back of the Christmas edition cereal box (thanks, Eddie!). I've managed to decrypt every single doodle across the website, but it definitely still need some further decryption. I'm thinking it might be either a Ceasar encryption or needs to be descrambled. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a message, or a website link. The "WWW" is really throwing me off. I thought I'd leave this to the professionals, since I'd be scratching my head for hours if I tried to solve this any further. I already tried reversing it 2 kinds of ways and playing around with the letters, as well as putting it into a Ceasar decoder and trying every way to brute force the combination, if it's a message. Still nothing. I'm not good with these types of things, but I'm hoping somebody else is. Good luck!

an update

I think this was a post long coming, and I just want to say right off the bat that it's nothing bad, just some life updates I wanted to share with y'all 💕

These past weeks have been tiring, we had overnights for inventory for about two weeks which left me pretty tired and exhausted to do anything else, I also had regular shifts in between which drained the remaining energy I had left.

I still don't have my license (I do have my permit tho!) because I have to buy additional classes but I'm planing on buying them this week so I can get my license as soon as possible.

I have an official-ish move date! thank you to everyone who donated to my kofi and helped me out. I'll be moving in July 9th with a friend from work which is exciting and at the same time slightly nerve wrecking???? I don't know what I'm feeling to be honest, I think I've just been feeling kinda homesick and lost. Even though I always preferred living on my own, I still had the chance to visit my family whenever and I don't really have that chance here-- I mean sure if there's an emergency I can fly over but I can't really just get on a bus and visit them which makes me even more anxious.

BUT I have been happy and will be happier as soon as I move out and get my freedom again (my aunts have placed cameras in the house which I'm hoping they'll remove soon and they only had them because of the trip they went to but it's been four days and the cameras are still there....)

I'm hoping to get back into writing again, I have commissions I'm working on so most free time I have goes to that but believe me when I say I miss writing for myself and you guys SO MUCH. I miss spending time on other hobbies as well and it's been hard getting my groove back but I am trying.

I miss tumblr and you guys and I am so so sorry if it looks like I've been ignoring tags or messages. It's just I'm mentally drained and most of the time wait for a moment I'm not to answer which sometimes take a while.

This year, we're mixing things up. The prompts follow a theme - "Ft. The Chosen"! Therefore, all of the prompts center around Taichi's friends, the other Chosen Children!

Theoretically, I should be fine to reblog entries during a certain time each day, but I will not know for a while. summary: in which Charles reminisces your relationship after your breakup

author's note: I promise I'm going to write some happy Charles, too! I just got this idea while listening to Last Kiss and had to write it. This doesn't really have a plot so much, this just is sort of fragments of how I imagined a breakup through the song lyrics or something. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy and please send me your feedback :)

i still remember the look on your face, lit through the darkness at 1:58, the words that you whispered for just us to know, you told me you loved me so why did you go away?

Charles looked around. There were droplets of sweat dripping down his face. The sun was shining and it was warm. He was out on a run in Monaco but had come to a stop, taking a breath.

He was silent, standing there alone. But if anyone who knew Charles would have seen him, they would have known that the look on his face was telling a vivid story with intricate details. Something that wasn't all that uncommon these days. Not in his situation and with the things he was battling deep inside.

Question after question, his mind was filled with thoughts he didn't want to think. He figured he would have to keep running, to avoid whatever his mind might spew his way, but of course it wouldn't help. He couldn't escape his mind, no matter what he did.

Charles would have to come to terms with the state of his affairs.

I do recall now the smell of the rain, fresh on the pavement, I ran off the plane, that July 9th, the beat of your heart, it jumps through shirt, I can still feel your arms

It was pouring rain. The track was wet and slippery and there were thoughts of canceling the race, or at least postponing it. Surely, it wouldn't be safe to drive under these circumstances.

Charles was stationed in his driver's room. His fireproofs underneath the race suit that hang low on his hips. Inside the four walls he could almost smell the rain coming down outside. And it brought him back in time.

It had been a long few weeks. The two of you had been busy and hadn't been able to spend any time together. But the plane was finally landing, the wheels of the plane hitting the asphalt of the tarmac.

Charles was fidgeting as he waited for the door to open. He couldn't wait to see you. He wanted to run into your arms as soon as possible. To feel your skin against his. To breathe in the smell of your perfume. To hold you and feel like he had never been away from you.

A knock on the door pulled him back from his thoughts. His hands ran through his hair as he focused on what was in front of him. A shiver going down his spine. He could almost still feel your arms around him, just like that time at the airport.

A head peeked in through a small crack on the door. There was a voice letting him know the race was a go soon and that he should be coming down, to get ready. Charles only mumbled something in response to show he had heard what had been told but took a few minutes to himself still.

If he could have, Charles would have just ran. He would have left and gone home. He would have locked himself in his room and sat on the floor. He didn't want to be here but it was his job.

All he could do was hope the day ended as soon as possible so he could back to his sulking.

But now I go sit on the floor wearing your clothes, all that I know is I don't know how to be something you miss, I never thought we'd have a last kiss, I never imagined we'd end like this, your name forever the name on my lips

Charles was annoyed, to say the least. His brother, Arthur, had set him up on a blind date. Charles didn't want to agree but had no choice when Arthur told him he had already promised the poor girl a dinner with Charles.

Which led him here — sat at a dinner table, listening to someone who wasn't you talk about their day and life as if it was at all interesting to him.

Charles didn't want to be rude so he did his best to make it seem like he was listening to the words coming out from the girls mouth, nodding his head every now and then. In reality his mind was wandering off on its own. His mind filled with memories of the two of you together.

He thought about your lips, how they curled into a smile. He'd picture the dimples came to life as you laughed. He could feel your silky, soft skin under his touch as he ran his fingers down your back.

Every thought he had was of you and it was painful for him.

I do remember the swing in your step, life of the party, you're showing off again and I'd roll my eyes and then you'd pull me in, I'm not much for dancing but for you did

Charles took the long way home. He was in no rush to go to an empty apartment after a date gone wrong. So, he opted to drive around for a moment before he decided to go for a walk.

He looked around. The streets were quiet but he wasn't alone. There were people sitting in cafes and restaurants, talking and laughing and enjoying their lives. But none of those stung more than seeing a happy couple, hand in hand, one of them pulling the other towards an empty spot nearby for what seemed like an impromtu dance party.

Charles thought back to a time you two were out with friends. Your favorite song blaring from the speakers. It always made you want to dance and Charles hated it. He wasn't comfortable moving around to the beat of music but he did it for you. It always put a bright smile on your face, seeing Charles with his two left feet, busting out the moves. You always joked that it would have to be you who led during your first dance at your wedding.

so I'll watch your life in pictures like I used to watch you sleep, and I feel you forget like I used to feel you breathe, and I'll keep up with our old friends just to ask them how you are, hope it's nice where you are

There was a picture frame hanging on the wall. From a distance, Charles couldn't see who were in it but when he took a step closer, he recognized your features in it.

Carlos had his hand swung around you and the two of you were laughing at something. No one probably knew what exactly but it was visible in your faces that you didn't care. You were having fun and someone had just happened to snap a picture at the perfect time.

That someone had been Charles.

It wasn't unusual for him to see pictures of you in Carlos' apartment. The two of you had been friends long before you and Charles had started dating. But never before had seeing those picture stung so much as they did now.

And the thought that Charles had at one point been the one behind the camera, probably the reason for your laughter, made the whole thing feel even worse. It was like Charles had forgotten that you Carlos had been friends, still were.

Sometimes, Charles thought to himself, he came over to Carlos' place just to see your face, to be able to memorize your features. He wondered if you ever did the same.

"She's doing good," Carlos said and it made Charles flinch. He hadn't realised it but Charles was still standing in front of the picture of you. Like he was frozen in time.

Carlos' words echoed around quiet apartment, bouncing of the walls like pingpong balls and Charles thought about what he had just heard. Were you really doing good or was it something that was obliged to say.

The feeling of you forgetting Charles and moving on, infiltrated his mind and for a moment, he let go the thought of you go completely.

and I hope the sun shines and it's a beautiful day, and something reminds you, you wish you had stayed, you can plan for a change in weather and time but I never planned on you chancing your mind

— some months later —

The sun was shining high up on the sky as Charles looked over the busy streets of Monaco. He was finally home.

He had been busy for the last few weeks at least and it felt like he had had no time for himself or his thoughts. He was thankful — for the first time in what felt like forever, he had been able to push the thought of you away. Not that he had really wanted to, it was just easier that way.

But something, like out of a movie, pulled his train of scattered thoughts back to you. He couldn't at first pinpoint exactly what it was. Not until he laid his eyes on something — someone — who looked exactly like you. It was you.

It was a beautiful day, much like when Charles last saw you. Suddenly something about all of it made him think about how much he actually regretted leaving you.

Charles felt stupid. He couldn't believe why he had let you slip through his fingers like that. And he wished he could go back in time and make it right - change it all. In some far away make-believe land, you'd still be together and Charles wouldn't have left you. But that wasn't reality and he'd have to come to terms with it.

He just never imagined your relationship would have ended like this.
