Clone^2 question! How's clone Dami and Tim here? I mean Tim's terrified of getting re-stabbed, but this Damian is infinitely chiller, and skateboards like him! Maybe there's a chance!

For sure! I like to imagine that baby dames after chilling out with Danny would be so bratty towards the Waynes if they found out about him while he was still little - but the chance of him stabbing Tim would be so much less. He'd be like, regular little sibling bratty. Not "i'm going to stab you at any moment" bratty.

(If you've seen the solo clone damian post, tim shows up with batman at the end and Damian's a little shit to him - but that's only because he's asking a lot of questions towards Danny, and Damian has been perfectly content with his awesome older brother, and doesn't like that father and co have now found out about him. His entire internal monologue is essentially "what are YOU doing here?!? >:(( Go Away!!!")

But as teen? There's for sure a chance for them to get along. I think he'd remain a little shit to them to an extent, just because I think it's funny. I have this image superimposed in my brain of teen Damian - wearing ripped jeans, a band tee, and a flannel, his hair slightly shaggy but still maintained - leaning against a piece of furniture lazily and saying to DW; "You need to get that stick out of your ass, dude."

Like, Clone Damian as a teenager is so funny to me to think about because he's so... American teenager to me. It's a testament to how different his upbringing was since he moved in with Dany (and Danny and his friends' influence on him). He uses slang, he speaks casually, he wears grunge. He skateboards and spray paints, he volunteers at an animal shelter and uses specialized ghostified spray cans to spray glitter and paint in the eyes of the ghosts he fights. He still uses his swords, that's not something he'll ever give up, but like, he has all of these other things too.

I'm all for a sprinkling of salt, and being Star Wars, there's always a wealth of things to roast, but I implore you to due diligence before nitpicking.

Here are three instances of clones saying 'hell,' with 'oh my god,' as a bonus. The following clip is in case YouTube removes the video as it often does, but full credit to the person who posted it, and I recommend watching there as long as it is up. It includes Owen and Han both saying 'hell' in the original trilogy, and Rex saying 'damn.'

'Shit' is also canon as of Andor.

We've hit Fall Thursday in the Chill Valicer Save today, and you know what that means -- Harvestfest! And they had a FREAKING BUSY Harvestfest, let me tell you -- if I counted correctly, this update has NINETY PICTURES in total. Yeah, uh, it's actually a pretty good thing that we can upload more than ten to a post now, isn't it? O.O

Anyway! Morning started off pretty tamely and typically -- Smiler, freshly retraited after the end of the last episode, took Shadow out on a nice walk, while Alice went upstairs to gather inspiration from their fish and then start a new book (a motivational book called "Solving Your Problems With Trains" ;) ) and Victor woke from sleep and got right on studying his Nimble Mind and Emotional Stability potion tomes. I do think it's very cool how higher-level spellcasters have the books float in front of them like that. . . Anyway, Victor discovered three things from all that reading -- the recipe for the Nimble Mind potion (requires parsley and a spotted dirt frog -- figured even if Smiler didn't have that in their collection, they could breed it eventually); the recipe for the Emotional Stability potion (requires a potato and obtanium -- again, even if Alice didn't have that in her metal collection, she could dig it up eventually); and --

The fact that the fossil display shelves made by @somecreativecc ALSO FUNCTION AS A BOOKCASE. O.o Uh, SomeCreative, was -- was that intentional? I'm not COMPLAINING, I just find it a touch bizarre? *shakehead* So, yeah, Victor's tomes went in there with the fossils once he was done with them and gotten his magical "free samples." *shrug* Like I said, not complaining, just -- slightly confused.

Now -- while all this was going on, I was also checking both Shadow and Kelly for signs of illness, because, as you may remember last time, I found a couple of random puddles of sick around the place and wasn't sure which pet was producing them. Shadow seemed fine on her walk, and when I looked around the house again, I found another puddle of sick by one of Kelly's scratching posts. This really seemed to indicate that it was poor Kelly who wasn't feeling well --

A hypothesis confirmed when she came over to hang out with Alice near her desk while she wrote, and another puddle of sick appeared right next to her. I had Victor use Scruberoo to clean up all the sick, then go pamper Kelly with a little brushing as I tried to determine what was wrong. I mean, after all, the cat didn't LOOK ill -- Sim illnesses in both pets and people tend to be pretty visible! The only other explanation I could think of was poor Kelly had hairballs, which -- would be very impressive on a hairless cat like herself! I made a note to get her to the vet later, and she eventually ran off to do more cat things. Leaving more sick behind her. *sigh*

With THAT mystery solved, and Victor's potions learned, I decided it was time for him to get back on fabricating stuff -- namely because I wanted to do some more eco upgrades around the house. So he headed down to the barn, where -- after Repairioing all the broken wind turbines and water collectors, and setting out some sacred candles to help with his still-broken "Fear Of The Dark" moodlet and the scary noises around the house -- he proceeded to make another eco upgrade part. (Really wish I could made those in BULK, but what are you gonna do.) I then sent him to the garden to do the usual tending -- weeding, watering, fertilizing -- as Alice continued working on her book (maxing out the Writing skill in the process! Go Alice!) and Smiler came back from their walk with Shadow. The doggo went to hang with Victor in the greenhouse as he started harvesting, while Smiler entertained Kelly and Alice finished up her book, submitted it to the literary digest (because obviously this guide on Bumby murder deserves it), then went to clean the chicken coop and entertain the cowplant -- which, since we seem to be keeping it for the time being, I decided to name "Toothy." I mean, if the large drooling maw full of sharp teeth fits...

There are enough emergency systems running by the end of the third broadcast for Oracle to get them a decent - if spotty - overview of the situation out in the city.

There aren't yet any riots in the streets, but various civilians can be seen arguing practically everywhere - most searching rooftops and alleyways while some seemingly try to distract them.

The real problem is the occasionally visible ghosts, whose paths - hard as they are to make out exactly - seem to indicate a search pattern.

Wayne Manor is very much on the outskirts - frankly, it's a miracle it was even pulled in with the rest of the city - but they are in the eventual path of the searches.

And more ghosts are appearing all the time - the most recent being a battalion of green police officers.

And the sea of random people appearing out of thin air, one-by-one.

People that look very much like Gothamites, if Gothamites could glow.

And fly.

Two tearful reunions in different cams make it clear that they are Gothamites, and a small snippet of audio confirms that this place really is some kind of "land of the dead."

They waste no time, loading up with nth metal weapons and preparing to head out.

Upstairs, Dani has been awake for nearly 10 minutes, all of which she has spent sobbing, swayed by no amount of changing or feeding, no matter how Steph and Tim leap to entertain.

In all her life, there are two familiar faces, of which neither has ever been away from her for more than a minute at any given time.

At the tenth minute surrounded by unfamiliar people, little Dani's temper reaches a breaking point, and she Wails.

It sound just like the noises Phantom had been making earlier, wrecking havoc in Crime Alley, but Dani's Wail is somehow quieter than her sobbing, and there is no power behind it.

It is only those below, in the Batcave, who know that something is wrong when they hear the quiet cry from up above, when they watch as every human and every ghost visible on the monitors pauses and turns to look in the same direction.

The ghost search parties shift, halving the distance between themselves and the manor before the search begins anew. The humans, slower on foot, follow close behind.

"Red Robin, Spoiler, Agent A: Code Echo," Batman calls out on comms, not slowing down on his journey to the batmobile. "Nightwing, join Red Robin and Spoiler in evac, Alfred will remain at the manor. Oracle, focus on what other systems you can bring online for now. Everyone else, we're heading back to that hotel. It's time we had a talk with Masters."

Robin follows along quietly, but in the face of a Lazarus-green sky, his mind is plagued with doubts. He holds his tongue for the time being - he will have a chance to ask questions when they converse with Masters.

Hearing Danielle's cry is a relief, then a heartbreak, the a chill down his spine.

Vlad knows, now, that she is still alive. It is a slight weight off of his shoulders, a cold comfort but a comfort nonetheless.

It is heartbreaking, because how upset must she be, to cry like that.

And then, in a moment of realization? It is horrifying.

Because her episodes are random, but straining herself tends to increase the odds of one occurring.

How straining must a city-wide cry have been? How hard must it be to develop a new power just for this situation? Daniels adaptability has often been a blessing, but for Danielle, right now?

It is a curse.

They are running out of time.

Vlad spawns off another duplicate, bound for the Lunch Lady - and oh how he is scraping the bottom of the barrel, hoping that the human inability to adequately feed a halfa will play on her obsession well enough for her to be of use, to somehow miraculously know just where she is - and promptly collapses back onto his bed, unable to stand from the strain.

He closes his eyes and tries not to drown in the feelings of helplessness.

In the sky above the narrows, Danny finishes negotiating with Walker to include Wulf in their temporary truce.

Walker proves surprisingly amenable on that front.

Now if only Wulf could be found.

Still, Danny doesn't waste time waiting around anxiously - Vlad has already sent a clone to the Fenton portal to fetch Tucker and a Boooomerang to rig up - and head straight to the new search-line.

He arrives just ahead of Pandora and a small army of Grecian ghosts.

He grins, a viciously delighted thing, and they join the ranks of human and ghost search parties together.

Several blocks to either side, the batmobile and another car slip slowly past through the lines and into the other side of the city, camouflage keeping both invisible to the human eye even as they cross their fingers and hope that none of the ghosts have heat vision.

And they do not, but less than a block past the last of the ghosts, Dani Wails again.

The search parties snap around, and it is only by the grace of driving in the pre-existing wheel tracks that they are not immediately spotted.

But even then the wheels kick up a very small amount of snow to either side, and when a Knight of Mattingly spots the discrepancy, he is quick to close the distance, throwing up a wave of snow to mark it's location even as Nightwing realizes they've been made and hits the gas.

And with that, the chase is on.

Batman and Robin had broken into Vlad Masters Hotel because they found something that was extremely similar to Lazarus water as Damian looks around he ends up in the bed room where he finds a crib that has a sleeping baby in it underneath the crib he finds injections filled with Lazarus water and comes to the conclusion that he is experimenting on this baby. Damian decides that he needs to take her when he leave.

After creating Dani Vlads decided not to age her up and raise her himself. Vlad is using ecto injection keep her stable until he find a permanent solution.
