Finally getting back into the swing of things after being sick for most of October. Between that and finding out my cat, Sophie, has a sarcoma, it’s been a rough fall. Almost done with sewing this Shindaira plush, so I had to share a picture of how silly she looks at this stage.

Bakersfield Comic Con is this weekend at the Kern County Fairgrounds, so please join me there for my last con of the year! If I can get this plush finished early, I will try to get some new comic pages drawn to bring to show off. Fingers crossed!

I finally finished my Meleys plush, I'm so happy with how she turned out!

She's 170 cm (5'7" in Ameri-units) snout-to-tailtip (banana for scale below), her wingspan even larger than that, but I can’t take a good pic of her wings because my room is too small

Getting Ruby puppet pieces sewn together, and I am particularly proud of how clean this heart came out on her head. Sometimes the points end up much more rounded, and I am always happy when I get results like this. Maybe I am just getting better at this with all the practice, but either way it makes me smile.
