Day 26 - zip - Vaile + Altani + Mogren + Cahsi + Luvon - G

Summary: Altani is having a fashion crisis. She needs the help of her friends.

No this is still not a continuation of the silly sleepover fic, sadly (Mogren ain’t around for that one), buuuut it does allow me to try to test the waters of them all interacting together! --

“Oof. Maybe I should have gone a size up.” “Nonsense. Skintight is in! It’s hot! This was definitely the right choice.” “Might I offer my tailoring skills? I brought my kit with me in case anyone needed modifications.” “Teehee, you look so different from normal, Tani! Are you sure you won’t burst the seams when you try flexing too hard, kupo?” Altani panicked, letting the dress slip down her waist again. “What!? Could that happen? I don’t have a backup dress, and you know I love flexing!” “Hmm.” Luvon reached for the dress and tested the ribbing area between his hands. “This material is quite stretchy. I do not think you have to fear that. If something happens, then I have my sewing kit, or maybe the party will have glamour plates for rent?” “If that were a thing at this party, then why did I even bother buying this dress from Hancock?” “Oh shit, you bought that from Hancock? No way he gave you a good deal on that. Should’ve gone through Tataru!” 

Vaile briefly interrupted the goings-on with a loud sigh. “Tell me again: why did you insist I be here for this jester fest? I’ve been ready for a solid bell already and I’m the only one here not wearing a dress. I could’ve just met you all at–” “Excuse you, mister, my top half is a suit jacket just like yours!” Vaile rolled his eyes. Semantics. “And what’s that have to do with anything anyroad? I’m already dressed too! Plus, I know you. If we didn’t make you check in with us first, you wouldn’t have shown up at all. Besides, you promised.” Just because Cahsi was right didn’t mean he had to be happy about it. He scoffed. “Wow, one of you is finally ready. I feel so blessed and not at all bored.” “Oh, you want to know boredom, kid? Let me just reach over here to my precarious paperwork pile that’s a few moons overdue, lock you in the office with that until it’s done, and you’ll be begging to come back here to watch us get dressed!” 

“Wh–no I would not. And don’t make me sound like a pervert! You all said you were decent, that’s the only reason I came in here–” Altani and Cahsi burst into laughter at the same time. “Haha, yeah, true. Just a joke. Though I dunno,  you can see a lot of Altani’s back right now. Looking good by the way, Tani. You’ve got this!” Cahsi gave the slightly flustered au ra a thumb’s up as encouragement as the poor warrior strained again to try to get her dress on the rest of the way. 

Mogren instinctually shielded Altani from Vaile’s view, even though he couldn’t care less about what any of them looked like in a state of undress. 

“Cahsi, you should be careful about moving around too much yet in a crowded room. Remember, the paint is still dryi–”

“Why do you wait so long until it piles up anyway, you idio–” “Just let out your breath, Tani, I’m sure that’ll work–” “Oh!” A sharp inhalation of breath followed by a long exhale. “Whoops. Sorry. A moment too late, Lu. Think I smacked you there by accident.” The long-suffering sigh of someone who has too often had to wrassle a rowdy group of engineers into order. “Yes. That would be my shoulder. Well! No worries. How bad is the damage?” It was Vaile’s turn to laugh, though it certainly took on more of a mocking tone than the others’ had. “Oh, her entire left hand has to be redone! It’s all over your shawl. Now we can be even more late to this party that I didn’t even ask to go to!” “Well, you smart-mouthed punk, I don’t see you helping anyone getting ready! And stop complaining, kupo, nobody’s forcing you to attend!” Mogren shrieked, headbutting Vaile in the stomach. It did about as much damage as throwing a plushie version of a moogle would have. He grabbed the moogle and chucked them to the other side of the room, back to Altani’s side. He nearly whistled at the job well done. That spin on the moogle’s arc was beautiful. Mogren, dizzy from the actions of their rude acquaintance (friend status revoked until further notice!), knocked into Altani–who graciously gave them a nuzzle under the chin with one claw as comfort. The wind was a bit knocked out of their sails with that one, so they settled onto her shoulder, hmmphed! in Vaile’s general direction, and started braiding one of the long green and pink locks of hair she tended to keep in front of her face. 

Hair styling duty was assigned to them, and so even if other things weren’t going to plan, Altani’s hair at least was going to look beautiful! (they’d already finished with the others. Cahsi’s hair was pinned back in a masculine style, with just a few little curls framing her face cutely. Luvon’s hair was extra fluffed up and flipped out with a few decorative pins. His hair was so short, it was done in a snap. Vaile–well, the grumpy-pants hadn’t let them touch his hair.) “Eh, just lose the shawl. We don’t have time to wash the nail paint off of it. I’m sorry, buddy,” Cahsi apologized, taking Luvon’s arm covering and tossing it in the general vicinity of her dirty laundry pile. “If you want to dig through my closet, feel free to borrow something that feels nice on your hands. I might even have a feather boa somewhere in there!” “Ooh, that would be delightful. Thank you, dear!” Luvon had been grumbling earlier about being forced to wear shoes for this event (curse these foot prison contraptions!), so having some sort of fabric he could play with in the downtime would help to distract him from his pinched toes. Cahsi reached for the red nail paint that had a loose cap but luckily had not tipped over and spilled during the frenzy of activity that was all of them trying to get ready for the past few bells. Cahsi had finished most of their makeup ages ago, at least–Vaile didn’t know it, but she was going to attack his face with some nice eyeliner and an eyebrow pencil before they left–but now she had to redo her nails. She got up to find the polish remover to start over on her left hand, pausing to turn up the orchestrion player while she was at it. She could barely hear any music over all this shouting since Vaile arrived.

As Cahsi settled back in to carefully fix her nails, Mogren had switched shoulders and was dutifully finishing up with the braids. Luvon was still digging through the closet. Altani was still struggling, to the point of embarrassment. Vaile really had nothing to do… “Ok, fine. Altani. Let me help you with your dress.” He told himself it was just fun to piss off Mogren further, getting in their space they clearly wanted Vaile out of. To rub it in their pom that this was something Vaile could do, that their little moogle hands were useless at. Mogren’s scowl (not that moogles really had the facial features to do so, but the feeling was there) combined with Altani’s gasp of delight was entertainment on its own. He smirked as he sidled up and took stock of the situation. “You just need me to zip it up, then?”

Vaile started without really waiting for confirmation, but damn was this one poorly made zipper. It kept getting stuck, and that had nothing to do with the size (though as pointed out earlier, it certainly was a skintight ensemble). 

Altani nodded, causing Mogren to nearly tumble off her shoulder, still having their claws in her hair. “Right! I can’t really reach back there thanks to my copious musculature–” “She has wide shoulders and needs to stretch more,” Mogren deadpanned. “What are you, my mother? But yeah, that. I guess.” “You focus so much on strength training and then wave me off when I remind you to stretch, kupo! Don’t complain about tight hamstrings again to me.” “Healer’s recommendation: do the stretches. Anyroad, most people are unable to fasten their own dress up all the way on their own, regardless,” Luvon chimed in, now bedecked in one fabulously pink feather boa, and a bejeweled pair of star-shaped shades as well. “Cahsi, is it alright that I…?” He gestured toward the sunglasses on his face. This party was at night, but his eyes were so sensitive to light, so it wouldn’t hinder him to wear them. “Ooh, forgot I had those. Of course it’s good; nice choice!!” Cahsi approved. She had finished with her nails and was blowing on them to try to dry them a little faster. (Vaile was beginning to feel underdressed. What was the dress code for this party, again? Cahsi looked like she was going to an eternal bonding ceremony as both the bride and groom, Luvon was as colorful and bedazzled as a worker at a Skyrise Celebration Fête, and Altani was trying to slip into a sultry evening gown with a leg slit for days. Vaile’s own button-down shirt and vest seemed substandard, but that was fine. The less attention on him, the better.)   “See? It’s not just the stretches.” Altani stuck her tongue out at Mogren as Vaile continued to fiddle with the zipper. He got increasingly frustrated as the zipper continued to snag. He didn’t want to break it, but it refused to cooperate and he couldn’t be held accountable for what he’d do to it if it continued to defy him. He finally dragged Luvon over wordlessly by the arm to give it a go. The guy may have been the shortest of their group, but he was also stronger than Vaile (not that he’d admit it out loud), and he was the resident clothing expert. If anyone could get the dress fastened, it was him, surely? “...” “What’s the problem?” “You may have forgotten, but Altani is almost twice my height. I can’t go any higher.” Luvon demonstrated, reaching as far as he could with the zipper, which was still only up to the bottom of Altani’s shoulder blades (and the dress was meant to zip up to her hairline). “Yeah you dumb-dumb, give him a boost!” Mogren helpfully suggested. “There is no need for name-calling, and no, that will not be necessary. I am sure Cahsi has a stool around here somewhe–eep!” Too late! Vaile didn’t want to wait any longer. He’d already been milling about for an entire bell, and Cahsi’s room was such a disaster zone right now, who knew how long it’d take to find a stool. He lifted Luvon up around the waist so he could reach the rest of Altani’s dress. “Before you say anything, I know. Just do the rest,” Vaile said before Luvon could pipe up about the various furniture around the room he could have used instead of this truly undignified alternative and lack of respecting boundaries. Cahsi coughed to stifle a laugh, and Altani did her best to stay still, but her slightly trembling shoulders betrayed how amusing she found the mental image of what was happening behind her. Mogren was under no obligation to stay quiet, and their squeaky little laughs were the only sound for a moment until Luvon complied. One, two, three seconds. A bit more snagging, but he did it. “Please put me down now, Vaile. And ask next time!” Luvon tapped Vaile’s wrists impatiently. “Right. Sorry. Thanks.” Vaile’s social blunder tricked him into polite terms. After all, he had just manhandled the guy and demanded he help. 

Once safely back on the ground, Luvon dusted himself off and offered a smile. “You’re welcome. Now, Tani, how does the dress feel? The fit seems rather agreeable, for the style. There weren’t any extra fabric bunches or too much strain. I’d say Hancock got your measurements just right, somehow…” “Yeah, let’s not think about that. Just promise not to go back to him again for clothes, he’s a creep,” Cahsi shuddered. Altani did a little twirl, showing off the dress to the room. The others gave their praises. Mogren had finished her braids during everything else, and pulled them back into the rest of her hair, which lay atop her head in a bun with some additional braids surrounding it. “It feels great! Though from now on maybe I’ll stick to shopping with my friends and trying on garments before buying. Good teamwork on the dress, you two! Though Lulu did most of the work, ha!” “And what about me, kupo?” “Fantastic, flawless, amazing job, Ren!” Altani had gotten a hand mirror at some point and was admiring the braids with a sparkle in her eye. The moogle puffed up at the praise. Vaile clapped his hands together loudly, once. “Yep, the dress looks great. Well, now that everyone seems ready, why don’t we get this show on the road?”

He expected everyone to agree and for them all to file out the door at a rapid pace (he was unsure about Mogren, actually–was Cahsi going to cast a concealing or trans-mog-rification spell on them? Or would they be ditching the puffball for the night?). Instead, everyone was giving him an appraising look. “We can’t have you leaving the house like that, Vaile. Just a few little touches should do!” Cahsi shook her head, grabbing her makeup bag. “Wouldn’t you like to have pretty nails like the rest of us?” Luvon was suddenly holding two different dark shades of nail paint out in front of him. “I think you owe Mogren a little apology for throwing them earlier. How’s about a little styling session?” Altani held up a comb and some pins, while Mogren had a bottle of hairspray and was cackling maniacally. It was a completely unfair fight, four against one. Vaile didn’t stand a chance.

The Simp Mom

I’m just saying this now

Boa ain’t going to acknowledge any children unless Luffy wants her to

Her concern is for Luffy, and Luffy alone

All the children can do whatever for all she cares

So whatever Luffy wants, that is her top priority

He wants meat? She going to cook the finest meat for him

He wants to hear a story? She’s going to tell him his favourite stories

He wants to play tag? She’ll gladly run around the place for him

He wants Doffy’s baked goods before they finished cooling off? Hancock is already on her way to kick Mingo’s ass for not letting Luffy have the sweets

Hancock spoils Luffy

She will buy him anything he wants

Which is mostly just food

But he’ll also want pirate merchandise

So she buys him that

She loves to tuck Luffy into bed at night and listen to his rambling of his dreams until the boy falls asleep

I can imagine her seeing one of Luffy’s plushies falling on the floor and she picks it up and gently places it next to Luffy

Boa will get up extra early in the morning to prepare breakfast for Luffy

But also ends up making enough breakfast for everyone else

Hancock is the only one who refuses Sanji’s help in the kitchen and claims she’s capable of making breakfast herself

And she is the only one who can go wake Luffy up

She will be furious if anyone dares disturbs Luffy from his slumber

However, this doesn’t stop the children from waking him up if they want to play

If she catches them in the act then they’ll be scolded

But if Luffy is already up and running around with a smile on his face, she’ll quickly forget that she didn’t wake him up

She definitely would want to dress Luffy up but she won’t if he doesn’t want her to

The girls might want her to dress them up but she doesn’t pay any mind to them unless Luffy wants her to

She’s mainly only here for Luffy

And is extremely defensive

“How dare you yell at Luffy like that you- oh Luffy, you want some more food? I’ll go get you some”

Boa is definitely one of those proud soccer moms that will fight the referee

Papa Bear

He is a soft quiet dad

Is a good listener

Like Doffy, he’ll sit down and watch them play

If the kids wanna go out to the park or go walk around, he’ll accompany them

He carries their stuff around so they can run around and play

Because of his gentle nature and calm nature, he is able to lure animals so the straw hats can pet them

Like a bunny or a deer

Just don’t make any sudden moves

Butterflies have landed on his hand before and it won’t be the last time

Kuma is the one that makes sure the children have everything they need before going out

And is the one to pick them up from school

Or activities if one of the other warlords couldn’t do it

He is the one the other caretakers turn to when they need a break from the children

Kuma doesn’t mind, he’ll gladly keep them out of trouble while the others take a much-needed break

Comfy clothing

This bear will make sure the straw hats have comfortable clothes to wear

If not, to shopping we go

Everyone has a least one hoodie from Kuma

Even the other Warlords

Please wear it at least once a week, he’ll be sad if you don’t and it shows even if his face is stoic

I don’t really see Kuma having a favourite

He loves and appreciates them all the same

Kuma gives headpats

You can not tell me otherwise

Whenever he’s proud of one of the smol children he’ll give them a headpat of ruffle their hair

If he receives a drawing, he will hang it up on the fridge

And if the fridge is too crowded

Which 90% of the time it is, despite the kitchen having 4 of them

The drawing will be hung on the wall in his room

Speaking of the kitchen, Kuma likes to make classic home-cooked meals

He makes the best beef stew and everyone loved it

It’s delicious

Everyone always looks forward to his homemade dinners

When bedtime comes, Kuma tucks them in if the others haven’t already done so

He’ll make sure they have their favourite plushie with them to sleep

If any of them have a nightmare, don’t worry

Papa bear is by the fireplace reading a book, they can come join him

Yeah, he can’t sleep since he’s half machine, not completely thankfully, so he still got emotions

Kuma will give them a bear hug and reassure them that it was just a dream

He won’t mind if they stay there and fall asleep

Better to know they’re safe

One morning the other warlords woke up and found all the smol straw hats asleep on the couch cuddle close to Kuma

It was an adorable sight

Doflamingo took a picture and it is now in the photo album

This papa bear will make sure his children are safe

If anyone is deemed to be someone harmful to the children, well…

“If there is a place you would never want to visit, what would it be?”

Casually pulls off the glove

Spooky Dad

Not a goth dad, no he’s a spooky one

And his ghost princess Perona is already here

The fact that Mihawk is now Perona’s goth dad creates tension between the two warlords because Perona was Moria’s daughter first

Moria is a lazy fellow so any tasks that requires taking care of the children

That job goes to his shadows

Fetching toys

Cleaning up messes

Getting drinks

He has the zombies do that

Which means Hildon is here, yay :3

This also means that none of the other warlords have to worry about doing chores

Which is great because that means they can focus on the straw hats

It’s a good thing Moria is here

That said, Moria isn’t going to be cooking or baking

Too much work for the guy

But he would taste test anything Sanji creates if he is nearby when the little blond is cooking

He would also use his shadow to steal some of Doffy’s desserts for Perona

Yes, Perona is his favourite as she is the ghost princess of the spooky king himself

He does brush her hair

The other two favourites he would probably have are Robin and Brook because of their spooky nature

Robin likes dark humour and to read

Brook is fascinated with skeletons and other monsters as well as having a love for playing the violin and can also play the piano

It’s perfect

He loves these spooky children

Moria would definitely spoil the children with gifts and toys

Most of the plushies were bought from him

The sight of them hugging their plushes just warms his undead heart

Moria’s room is on the goth side of the home

As well as his zombie servant quarters

That side is being rumoured to be haunted but as it turns out, it’s just Moria’s shadows and Perona’s ghosts

He IS the one to take all the children out for Trick or Treating

They hit up every house in the neighbourhood

Is totally on board for scaring the living shit out of people who don’t give them candy

So you better give the straw hats candy

The zombies are totally decorating their home with the spookiest decorations

Only the brave kids go up to the place after the manor is decorated

This undead man doesn’t even need a costume

But he makes sure the kids get them

THEY WILL NOT BE STORE BOUGHT COSTUMES

He’ll get his zombies to make custom ones

Only the best for the spooky holiday

And candy

Oh, you know what, I think Moria would make candy

Yeah, he makes homemade Halloween candy for the children

They’re delicious

Oh! And candy apples!

Okay, any Halloween related sweets is what he makes

How can he deny making the food of Hallow’s Eve

I can definitely see him watching The Nightmare Before Christmas with the children after they come home from trick or treating

May or may not do exactly what Jack did

If anyone, and I mean ANYONE, dares makes his precious children cry

Well they better say goodbye to the sun and their shadow

"I think it's a about time I have another shadow added to the collection"

The Strawhat Fish Dad!

He's the most responsible one out of them all

Not to say the others aren't responsible

But Jinbei is the one to really take the role of a parent

Will calmly teach the kids what's right and what's wrong

Give them lectures when they've done something wrong

Making sure no one eats too many sweets or junk food

He breaks up fights between the children

Which is almost every hour

However, he's not the one grounding them

Actually, he and Kuma are the only ones who don't ground the kids

But if they're grounded he's not going to help them get out of it

And he'll also have to stop the others from doing so

Especially Hancock

Jinbei has to stop her from spoiling Luffy so much

At least the others don't go too far when they spoil the kids

Responbilites aside

He's actually a fun and loveable dad to be around

Always open for hugs

Will be proud of any of the children's achievements

Jinbei is Franky's favourite because he reminds him of Tom

And they can go swimming together

Franky loves swimming

Fishmen are the best

But even if Jinbei asks he'll still refuse to wear pants

Shopping wise, I think the Fishman would be the one to buy them summer wear

Most of it is ocean themed

He would take the children to the beach

Only when it's not crowded though so he can keep a better eye on everyone

Is totally up for any beach activities

Building sandcastles, collecting seashells, swimming, etc.

Seafood

That's what Jinbei cooks and he's an expert at making

Grilled, fried, baked, you name it

Plus it's healthy to eat

That's an added bonus

Of course he lets Sanji help

He's happy that the boy has taken an interest in cooking

Speaking of interests

Jinbei teaches fighting techniques to the kids

I can see him letting them spare against each other

As long as it doesn't get too serious

No one is going to get injured

But yeah, he wants them to grow up strong and able to handle themselves

Though he doesn't want them to get into trouble

He'll be embarrassed if it happens in public

And will apologize

However, if a Karen is complaining about the straw hats for being themselves

Jinbei won't be happy about it

He gets up and confronts her

"Ma'am I suggest you leave, this is not a place for judgement."

He's an adult, he talks in a civilized matter

No one is going to talk bad about the children

Stuff I WILL Do: Angst; gore; injuries; death; suggestive/innuendo; Merc X OC; abuse only if it is in the character’s past. Neurodivergency, mental health, and poly/queer relationships are a little unfamiliar to me but I’m willing to take the challenge of writing it.

Stuff I WON’T Do: Explicit NSFW; Merc X Merc; yandere; rape; mercs being abusive or predatory; large age gaps; incest; pedophilia

I usually open requests for be done in groups, and I don’t open again for another batch until I’ve finished the first one. I try to take around 10, but I’m fine with having 11-13 so it’s not set.

The more characters assigned to a request, the shorter/less detailed the head canons will be, due to how long it takes to write tons of content for a long list of characters.

I usually write the S/O to be gender neutral so anyone can self-project, but if you’d like a specific gender let me know.

For matchups, please make it clear if you want a platonic or romantic matchup. You can also clarify if there’s any characters that you’re not interested in so I won’t pick them, and you can ask for a specific character.

For now, you can only request TF2 and Fallout 4 characters. Please put at the beginning of your request: (TF2) for the TF2 mercenaries, and (F4) for the Fallout 4 companions. This is just so that there’s no possibility of misunderstanding which characters you want me to write.

Please only request characters from one game, for organizational purposes. Please don’t mix multiple games (EX: Asking for Sniper and Paladin Danse in a single request).

I only work on one request at a time. It works on a first-come-first-serve basis; I do all of them in order of when I received them.

I can turn down any request.

You ever notice that a lot of people want to try and fix Hancock may it be having him drop his Chem addiction or even to somehow reverse him from being a ghoul.I find it intresting that of all the characters I see so many people wanting to try and fix him because it personally seems like he has his shit together.

I do love that in most fallout games stimpacks are just magical heal needles because whenever someone tries to rationalize them it makes them super dangerous and really not something the average person should be able to use.

Okay I’ve never really understood why food in the wasteland has to be shit. Like I get it stuff like bloatfly probably can’t be saved,but people know how to make tasty ass food from some of the grossest ingredients now a days so why wouldn’t at least a few people know how to make good food. Spices have to still exist right?

I say we bring better cuisine to the newer instalments of fallout. Food is such an integral part of culture and the idea that everyone just eats disgusting junk just doesn’t sit well with me.

Am I the only one who gets creeped out by all the vault Tec merch? It’s so weird that of all the things we merchandise is the thing that criticizes capitalism. I’ve never understood the appeal of vault tec merch,give me a kings jacket,ncr flag,wasteland creature figures and plushies over vault tec merch any day. Vault tec is so oddly idolized by the fan base when they are clearly suppose to be the bad guys. I don’t understand it.

Before we start off, there’s terrifying news about the 5.2 quake magnitude in Osaka so due to that, all places are closed until further notice so if you’re heading there for visit, please keep yourself updated of travel safety news. W/o further notice, let’s get down to business. We have loads and loads of news to share with you so know the drill. First off, last week’s chapter calmed down a bit. Princess Mansherry was kind enough to heal Shirahoshi’s injuries so all is good. King Neptune thanked Myosgard for saving her life so he’s willing to make peace with this meet. Myosgard assured him that he will support him in any way he can and even allowed Leo and his crew that they’re given permission to beat up anyway celestial dragon with his permission. Well said chum! The paramedics arrived and took Saint Charlos to get his injury treated. His scum dad showed to see him hurt. He got a new slave, and sadly, it was Kuma. He get stabbed and beat up by the scumbag w/o begging for help. There’s an unexpected guest that snuck in Mariejois. It was Bonney in disguised as a royal member. What could she planning to do? Meanwhile in a secret underground tunnel, Sabo and the rest of the revolutionary commanders are lying in wait. Sabo is impatient and wants to rescue Kuma from the scumbag, but Karasu and Betty told him that it’s better to wait until the right time comes. It was revealed that Kuma was once a king of his own country before he gave into the control of the world gov’t. What a shocker! A king? At the end, the five elders were talking about the kingdoms and that Vivi’s family are the only ones that w/drew from being celestial dragons so fears that they could be a threat. They arrived at the empty throne only to see someone is sitting on it. The mysterious figure that had Luffy’s bounty poster. The elders kneel before this figure and called him or her, Im-san. Who is this high royal figure? Is this highest authority person above the elders? Guess we’ll know more next week. No chapter this week so be patient and wait. Next, this past weekend’s episode was SCARY! One after another keeps going after Ceasar and Bege, but Germa are doing their best to keep them away from so they can escape over the wall. Suddenly, Luffy and Sanji appeared and saved Reiju from Big Mom’s attack. As they try to escape, Big Mom provokes Luffy for being a coward of running from the fight so he couldn’t handle her taunting and attacked her in full power with gear 4th, but ran out of steam. At the end, the boys are down and in a tight situation. Next time, Luffy, Sanji, and Germa are down for the county until the castle starts tumbling down from an unknown explosion. What caused it? Guess we’ll see this week. Don’t miss it! Now on with the goods! Look who dropped by for a quick visit! Yup, it’s our fellow tower mascot, Tongari-san! What’s the buzz, my friend? Tongari-san says that lots of awesome stuff is gonna happen next month for the summer pirates festival! First off, they’ll have 3 fun games. Each play is 800 yen. If you succeed to win the games, you’ll be given an official Straw Hat water smartphone pouch that keeps your phone safe. For snack, they’ll be selling a bucket of cotton candy with many flavors such as blue raspberry, yellow lemon, pink peach, green apple, purple grape, white candy, and red strawberry. Loads of yummy flavors. It costs 600 yen. The tower will also be inviting the Straw Hats, Sabo, Law & Bepo, Ann, the clown duo, Buggy and Puggy for a photo greet. At night, they’ll pair Luffy with Sabo or Law as well. You have to be given a ticket if you want get your photo. It’s first come first serve so you have to be at the tower early if you wanna get your ticket before they run out. For July, they’ll have the Straw Hats, Sabo, and Law. Their schedule has been posted on the website. In August, they’ll have Ann, Buggy, and Puggy. Their schedule will be posted later on. Next, shopping goods! They’ll be selling official summer goods such as buttons, acrylic charms/figurines, a candy bag, a ticket holder, and a folder. So much awesome goods! The 3rd floor have also re-stocked more of the character goody bags that comes with a long towel, glow in the dark bracelet, and button set. You have to be inside the tower to purchase them. They have it at the Tongari Island Store. You can’t miss it. Next, prizes! Loads of prizes! The new Ichiban Kuji will be released on OP day which is on July 22nd. Prize A through E are figurines of Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Law, and Ace. Prize are mugs, prize G are picture boards of any characters, the special board prize are Luffy & the boys. Prize H are mini plates. They’ll have it available at Straw Hat Stores, Tokyo Tower, and hobby stores. Next, Gashapon machines will be stocking these figurines of Pudding, Nami, and Hancock in their bikinis. It will be released early August. Next, arcades will stock this new Flag & Diamond Ship of Reiju in her alluring black leather outfit. YOWZA! Get those coins ready to win this diva! Moving on, NEW, MUGI MUGI PLUSHIES! This time, they’ll have Sanji and Pudding in their wedding outfits, and the Germa siblings! They’ll be released in early Aug. I believe. Next, Straw Hat stores will be selling these authentic summer kimonos outfits and wooden sandals that are worn by Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Sanji, & Chopper in the colorspread for boys and girls. Each are sold separately. Next, guess whose b-day is approaching next month? I’ll give you a hint: she’s expensive, gorgeous, and feisty. You got it, it’s none other than cute cat burglar, Nami-swan! Her b-day is on July 3rd. To celebrate her b-day, Straw Hat Stores will be selling her birthday button and bromide frame pic. If you purchase over 1000 yen, you’ll get a free bromide card of her enjoying pampering from the cats. Next, awesome JUMP goods have been released such as this t-shirt of chibi Straw Hats in the front and back, and this colorful shirt of the Straw Hats & other characters in kid versions. Stores are also selling this small pin of Luffy that Bartolomeo was trying to sell to some local from the chapter stories. It’s so small as the size of a one yen coin. Very cute! Next, Straw Hat stores will be selling these fun summer straps of Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Nami playing with their water guns. They’re also selling this fan of the gang in their army outfits. Last week, the stores released this stylish hard notebook of Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Law. Good for writing notes. Next, stores are also selling this neat tote purse of Lucci as an addition of his birthday merch. Tokyo Tower will also have it as well. Moving on, Hong Kong will be having an OP Summer Park as well. Details will be revealed later but it will start next month until last day of Aug. Next, Shimamura Music Store will be selling Brook’s pricey shark guitar. Everything is exactly the same from the anime. You must live w/in the country to have it shipped. You can also purchase it and have it mailed to a friend or relative that lives in Japan. ROCK ON! Next, FC Tokyo Team will be having an OP event from the upcoming special episode of Skypiea. The team will face off against the Yokohama F Marines. They’ll release a special video message from Luffy at the soccer game. They’ll also have a quiz game for kids and student to enjoy. The game will be held at Ajinomoto stadium at Chofu, Tokyo area.  Hello! Hello, everyone! I hope everyone had a good weekend. As for me, I caught a terrible cold infection that my voice faded that even got my throat infected. Luckily the boys didn’t get sick so they did the footwork for me until I get back on my feet. Well, enough excuses, we go some news and goods to share with you. First off, last week’s chapter was a devil’s luck as Luffy was able to find his last resort for his plan. We last see as Luffy’s gear 4th ran out of time so he had to find a place to catch his breath, but Dogtooth wasn’t gonna let that happen as he went straight for him. Just when there was no way to get away from him, Luffy spotted his savior to escape, Brulee. She was just sitting there and let the gum gum dope kidnap and escape to place where he get his strength. However, he showed up at the wrong place at the wrong time literally. He landed at Nuts Island where Big Mom was destroying the town and eating the buildings. Now he and Brulee have to make dash off before she pummels them to death. Meanwhile, Nami and the others are still at sea on their guard so they can be ready to meet the chefs. At the end, Sanji and the girls finished making their ingredients for the cake, now they must set sail to put the finishing touches and meet with the gang. Will they make it on time? Or will trouble ruined their plan? Let’s how things get next week. Yes, no chapter this week so be patient. Next, this past weekend’s episode was in flaming. Luffy lashes out to Big Mom as he assures her that he will rescue Sanji and defeat her. This of course enraged her, but she calmed down knowing that she’s more excited for the wedding cake she will eat. Meanwhile, Pedro makes his move to be the bait so that Brook can infiltrate the treasure room to get ahold of the Red Poneglyph. Next time, he’s gonna make those chees soldiers fear the terror of his soul music. More like the terror of rock n roll! Look forward to it! Time to see him rock their world. OH YEA!!! Now on with the goods! First off, tomorrow, all arcades are going to stock this new figurine of Ace from marineford. Similar to a previous figurine from last year. Get your coins, and beat that crane. You don’t need us to say it. DO IT! Next, February will release a new Ichiban Kuji lottery of OP, and it’s titled “Battle Selection.” First two prizes will be Luffy in gear 4th in his Whole Cake Island outfit and same one in blue shorts color. It’s a big size. Other prizes will be towels or folders. Images will be released later on. Next, in April, another Ichiban Kuji will be released. The theme is devil fruit abilities. Characters have not been announced, but prize will be a figurine of Ace while prizes B & C are towels and plates. Images will be released later on.  Tickets are 500 yen. You can go to convenient stores, Mugiwara stores, or hobby stores. Next, U-Treasure will be selling this new limited ed. watch of Law in black or white color that will have his jolly roger. You can pre-order them if you live w/in the country or you can purchase it at the Mugiwara Store. It will be released in December. Jewelry stores will also have like U-Treasure store in Shinjuku, Kauno Doton Plaza in Osaka, and Kauno Meitetsu Plaza in Nagoya. Next Ichiban Kuji online will be taking order for a new set of plushie straps. This time, they’ll have Mihawk, Kuma, Buggy, Edward Weevil, Hancock, Doflamingo, and another Law version. Be quick or they’ll run out. The website is also in English. You must register if you want to order it. Next, Chara Letter will be taking order for Christmas letter set of the Straw Hats where it will contain a personal message from Luffy himself. They also have other occasional letters like birthdays or graduations. If you have a child, this would be a great gift for the holiday. We’ll leave a link if you’re interested. Moving on, next month they’ll released these tattoo stickers which by the way are water proof. You can order the whole set online on Chara Ani. We’ll leave a link if you’re interested. Next, LINE has a new OP theme which would make your chat more colorful and fun. If you know a way to purchase it, go ahead and try it. Next, ARITARITA has two new mugs for reservation and this time it’s Shanks and Mihawk which reveals his jolly roger. GUA! It looks so cool and fierce. Totally fits his personality. They will be released in April. Moving on, next month, they’ll release these new straps and acrylic stands of the guys such as Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Ace, and Law. Next, the 20th anniversary Ichiban Kuji has released image of prizes J & K that has various characters in their blue outfits. Prize J are folders and Prize K are frame boards. We’ll leave a link if you wanna check them out. Next, Mugiwara stores are selling these new goods such as these towels of the Straw Hats and Germa 66. They’re also selling a pricey denim long sleeve shirt that has the jolly roger of Luffy, a colorful Germa 66 t-shirt, and a two new decorative tapes in purple and blue color. Last, but not least, Namie Amuro has released her final CD album of Finally that also contains the opening theme song of OP “Hope.” She announced that September was her retirement.  Happy Monday, minna-san! I hope everyone had a good weekend. As for us, I will be busy with some errands, but my fauna crew will keep attending to you daily news. Without further ado, let’s get the show on the road. First off, the anime and chapter will resume this week so keep those eyes peeled. However, this past weekend, they were premiering a mini special of OP that talked about the history of the warring states of Japan. It was very informative since me and the boys are a bit familiar w/ Japan’s history, and it was fun to learn new things. I hope everyone can watch it on YouTube. Now we got some awesome news on upcoming goods and events so you know the drill. First, guess who came to crash with us? It’s Tongari-san! He’s got some awesome news share with us. So, what’s the buzz at the tower, my friend? Tongari-san says that the tower is about to get spooky and thrilling! This Saturday, loads of awesome goods will be in stock at the store and Tongari Island store. First, the park will continue to have their mini games, and they have 2 new sets of prizes. Prize A are Halloween character square buttons and prize B are acrylic Halloween keychains. What a “chilling” prize! Cost to play mini games are 500 yen. Tongari Shop will be selling new goods from the 3rd live attraction show of OP such as character buttons, t-shirts that has the logo or one with a silhouette of Ace with the characters in the background, a photobook of OP attraction show, and box and canned of cookies decorated w/ the characters. This can only be purchased at the Tongari Shop inside the park. Next, figurines! Yes, a sexy one and cute ones. Sexy one will be this figurine of Hancock from Flag Diamond Ship which will be stocked this Wednesday. Next, the first set of 20th anniversary chibi figurines of Luffy, his comfy chair, Nami, Chopper, and Robin will be stocked at this Thursday. Wanna win? Get your coins ready, and beat that meddling crane. Moving on, this Friday, new cute Mugi Mugi plushies will be released such as Vivi, Carrot, Bon-chan, Tashigi, Shirahoshi, Jinbei, Crocodile, Mihawk, and Smoker. They will also sell this big Mugi plushie of Luffy. Something you can cuddle with. Very cute! Also, Oda-sensei was kind enough to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the store. If you purchase, you’ll receive this new drawing of Luffy that is on the shopping bag with a message from the great mangaka himself. NEAT! Who’s into listening to island songs? Well, to commemorate the release of OP Island song collection, they’re having a campaign. First, the second set of island collection music CD covers have been released. The second set will be released on Oct.25th. The second CD collection will be Vivi & Igaram, Mr.3 & Ms.Goldenweek, Chopper, Crocodile, Bellamy, Eneru, Foxy, Franky, Robin, & Brook. The campaign is when you purchase a CD, it will include a ticket number. Type in the number, and you’ll be signed up for a chance to win a mobile battery stand of the OP song collection brand. They will email you as an announcement that you’ve been chosen as the winner. Contest ends on Dec.31st. You can only enter the contest unless you live w/in Japan. Also, if you purchase pre-order all 26 CDs at the Mugiwara Stores, you will be given a free OP Island Song Collection CD box. Tell the cashier you wish to pre-order all CDs. They will give you a stamp sheet. You must collect three stamps when you pick up each set from the dates of the CDs will be released. For example, once you tell the cashier you want to pre-order, they’ll make the reservation. The first CD set will be released on Sept.27th. You go to the store and pick up the first set, pay, and the cashier will give you the sheet and stamp it. You do the same process for October and November CDs. A & B prizes are big plushies of Chopper in his anniversary outfit and in his usual pink hat. The secret prize is a plush of Chopper with his funny face. Other prizes include some Chopper’s letter name glass cups and hand towels. The campaign will commence in December. Last, but not least, last week, they released the visual key image of Kyoto Wano Kingdome event of OP that has two characters connected to the history of Kyoto. They’ll have the Straw Hats bounties posted at the Kyoto City Hall. They’ll also have a stamp rally where you head the locations of the Straw Hats spread throughout the city.  SUPER! SUPER! SUPER SORRY, MINNA-SAN! We are so behind we know. We’ve been a little exhausted lately cause we’ve taking care of some errands, but we deeply apologize for not keeping you updated. To make up our negligence, we have gathered 2 weeks of news so I hope everyone can forgive us. We totally have to keep you informed so let’s get to the point instead of spending our time apologizing over and over. First off, 2 weeks of chapter we didn’t mentioned to be keep it short and simple, Luffy and Zoro are together, but now trouble stirs as Tama has been kidnapped by some hoodlums and we finally see the dreamy Heart captain, Law. Will he be able to stop the boys in time before Kaidou gets a whiff of trouble? Let’s see what happens this week. Now for the anime recap, let’s keep it short and simple. Pedro, the brave jaguar mink has sadly departed from this world as he made his last effort to help Luffy and the others escape. They succeeded until Perospero survived, Big Mom is behind them, and ship fleets are shooting from every direction. At the end, Sunny was able to fly in the sky, and Luffy drags Katakuri & Brulee into mirror world. Next week, the moment everyone has been waiting: Luffy vs Katakuri. It’s a showdown that Luffy must confront alone as he faces the billion bounty man that’s 10 times stronger than Lucci and Doflamingo combined. Will he be able to defeat him?! Cheer as loud as you can! GO LUFFY!!! Now on with the news! First off, look who came to see us at our humble home, Tongari-san! Take it away, my friend. Tell us what’s going on at the tower. Tongari-san says that a “new” mysterious event is going at the tower very very soon. This event is called, “Dazzle.” The whole park will be stage and audience will be part of the show. Story is that a mysterious treasure holds a power and legend says that this mysterious power would give you eternal love. The Straw Hats see the value in this treasure, but evil doers are out to get this treasure to use it for their evil deeds. It is a dance performance performed at night. To join this show, you need to purchase a ticket. The ticket include the dance show aside from the live show and park entry. I’ll leave a link if anyone is interested in going. It will start on Sept.22nd until the 30th. Time slots vary. Next, summer fun is coming to an end very soon, but fall season will be lighting up your spirits. The tower will be selling the September birthday buttons of all the characters. Next, figurines! figurines! First, this week, all arcades will stock this lovely Glitter & Glamour Venus figurine of Nami in her bikini outfit. The arcade also stocked this Wedding style figurine of Vivi in white and blue dress. They also stocked the second part of the Germa 66 figurines of Nami, Sanji, Ussop, Franky, and Brook. For anyone who wants to complete their Straw Hat Germa collection. Next, arcades or Straw Hat stores have stocked this gashapon figurines of Nami, Pudding, and Hancock in their bikinis. Just put them together and it’s complete. Easy and simple. Next, loads of new shopping goods have arrived at the stores. First, these mini swords! They have Zoro’s three swords, and Law’s sword. You can have it in display. It’s also good to open the mail as well. The tower also has it available. Next, these cool nail clippers if you’re into keeping your nails nice and well-cut. They’ll have Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Sanji, and Chopper. Moving on, next month, all stores will be celebrating the 6th anniversary of the Mugiwara stores. News of awesome merch and such will be announced later on, and possibly new Mugi Mugi products. YAY! It’s a little bit late, but might as well let you know if anyone plans to visit the water park, Spa Hawaiians Resort in Fukushima. The limited time Mugiwara store there are selling these limited ed. Hawaiians buttons of the Straw Hats including Sabo, Law, Pudding, and Koala. It was released on the first week, but due to some selfish shoppers who bought more than 60 buttons, it was out of stock w/in 3 days. It took almost a week for the store to get more in stock. The crew and I went there this past weekend, and they still have plenty of it left, but the store can only allow customers to purchase only 10 buttons. You can buy it again, but amt has been limited. They’re pretty and colorful. The event will go on until early Sept. You need to buy the ticket to enter the water park. You can buy it at the Seven Eleven stores or at the park itself. Moving on, stores are selling these cute adorable pocket shirts of Luffy and Chopper. Very adorable! Next, stores are also selling this cool tote purse of Bon-chan as also a birthday product. Has his real name printed on it in pink color. Very stylish! Next, stores are also these awesome pens of the Straw Hats and the marines in blue and white color. Handy writing tool! More stuff! Told ya that were making up the absence. Anyway, the stores are selling these new colorful, stationary goods such as folders, note pads, and pencil boards that has Luffy, Katakuri, Sanji, and Pudding. Next, this new folder of the Straw Hats are in stock. The store ran out of this button set of Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji, but check your local store on their Twitter page to see if they restocked. They’re also selling these cute striped purses in blue and white color that has a mini straw hat at the bottom. Next, the stores are still continuing to sells these very very kawaii hamster plushies of Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Sabo, and Law. Its like having a real hamster, but in plushie form. Stores are also selling these cool Whole Cake Island goods of the Straw Hats such as folders, towel, and pillow. It has Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Chopper, and Brook. The pillow has a double style in normal and rainbow colors. YOWZA! Next, they’re also selling these stationary package that has folder, a ticket mini folder, a notebook, postcard, and a pencil pouch in it. Jump Stores also have it available too. Next, you’re in the mood for sweets? Stores are selling these boxes of crunch decorated in summer style of the boys, and this yummy banana chocolate bars that comes with a free sticker of either Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Nami, or Chopper. Store are also selling these cool hats in army print and white color that also has a mini straw hat on it. Next, jewelry store, Tendence, are selling this stylish and pricey log pose watches in blue and silver color. If you purchase it, you will be given a free stylish cloth and colorful box. Moving on, this week, Premico will released a new product. This new traditional Japanese hand-made green leather wallet of Zoro. It has a six pocket card holder and a money pocket holder. It will also include a very beautiful stone charm with Zoro’s jolly roger on it. Very pricey, but it’s stylish. You can order it online, or ask stores for arrival date of when they’ll have it in stock. Next, Singapore will be holding the Hello! One Piece exhibition. The event will start on Nov.27th until New Year’s day.  Moving on, September will have double birthdays. Whose you ask? I’ll give you two hints: one pirate is beautiful, and one is the sand master. You guessed right! It’s none other than Hancock and Crocodile. Their birthdays is on Sept. 2nd and 5th. Stores will be selling their birthday picture frames and buttons. If you purchase goods over 1000 yen, you’ll be given their birthday bromide cards of Hancock writing a love letter to Luffy, and Crocodile shielding a pug from the rain.
