it had been three months since he last saw her.

three months of utter despair, of yearning for the woman he loved yet felt as though he could not have without pain.

he hadn’t wanted it to end, but knew deep down, it was just meant to happen.

she was moving away, and he was staying, and that was okay.

he didn’t want to do long distance. it had never worked for him before, and he was insistent it would never work again.

yet, some nights, when his bed felt just a little too empty, and his heart undeniably lonely, he found himself dreaming.

dreaming of the life that could have been if he had tried.

if he had really, tried.

but it had to be too late now. she was already gone, half way across the world, and he couldn’t get her back.

it wasn’t a choice she willingly made, moving away from canada.

away from her friends, her job, her livelihood.

from hamzah.

it was just the way life had played out, and no forces in the world could change that.

life across the pond wasn’t bad. it wasn’t the worst place she had taken residence.

but when her bed felt just a little too empty, and her heart undeniably lonely, she found herself in deep thought.

reminiscing about her old life, and the experiences she knew would stay with her until the end.

she yearned for it, yearned for her life to be whole as it was, and yearned for him.

but life wasn’t fair, and as the two lay in their beds, thinking of the other, it was undeniable that it would not happen.

not now, not next year.

i want to apologise for being gone for so long and my unactiveness. i had exams all throughout december and recently i’ve gone through a bit of a rough time. i’m hoping the new year can brighten my life, if not a lot, then just a little, and i want everybody to know that once my creativity starts to flow in, i’ll be back to writing.

as much as i love the slushynoobz and hamzah, i’ve been drifting to other content recently. i think a big part of this is due to the income of weird fans who’ve began to make me feel uncomfortable, as well as the content they have been posting recently. in my opinion, it’s been feeling lacklustre and unimaginative.

i will continue to write for hamzah, but if any other person of interest crosses my mind, i may write for them too, eg; benoftheweek, enya umanzor, paul mescal, pedro pascal ect

in the meantime, my requests are open, so if you have any idea, big or small (no smut pls) then go crazy and i will try my best to get around to writing it. i’ve been really dealing with self doubt, and contemplating if i should continue writing, but i’ve decided to keep going.

again, sorry for the unannounced hiatus and my lack of enthusiasm and activity on tumblr.

Posting this because i know somebody out there would enjoy writing about this, but just letting everyone know i don’t do smut requests or smut fics. It’s just a personal thing, as i find it uncomfortable to write and i’m not talented enough to make it come across as natural.
