Okay, digest your feelings series.. but reader and shoko are doing the pocky challenge and reader accidentally kissed shoko infront stsg?
Anyways already falling inlove w/ your stsg fics🫶🫶
hello my lovely first non-anon ♥️
honestly? stsg would NEVER allow shoko to kiss you. not when they’re watching, of course.
sure, they let her tease them a bit here and there using her shoko privilege, but if she tries to pull moves that will definitely make you fall for her even an increment more, absolutely not!
stag are possessive over what they think as theirs, and even if shoko is one of their closest (and only) friend, they can’t allow that. they just can’t.
but let’s say it’s something they let slip their sight. an indirect kiss. mwah
can we kiss? (shoko x reader, mention of gojo x reader x geto)
You stare at the can of tapioca juice Shoko held in her pretty hand.
It was a scene in some anime Gojo was showing to you. A cheesy romance depicting a lovesick boy with his love interest.
The girl had taken a few sips of the chilled drink during a hot, crowded summer festival, before offering it to him.
“N-no way! A-a-a-an i-i-i-indirect KISS?!”
A smile on her face as she watched the boy’s face erupt into a comical red, his nose spewing an exaggerated amount of blood for comic relief as the coveted can touched his lips.
You blinked. What’s so intimate about that?
Gojo watched your lack of reaction with interest. Sliding closer next to you before he held up his can of melon soda.
“Wanna try?”
You don’t think you’ve felt thirstier. You don’t even like the taste of tapioca juice. You just wanted to drink it from Ieiri’s can.
She notices your gaze, adamantly pinned to her half empty drink. She quirks a brow.
“I thought you hated this.”
You shudder at the way she drawls out her words, so elegant, so prim, so pretty.
Just like her.
(You like her too much, is what you decided.)
“I think I may change my mind if I tried it again.” You said it with an apparent shy lilt in your voice, your eyes still glued to the can that Ieiri’s precious lips touched.
(You now have a profound understanding of how that anime character felt.)
Ieiri, intrigued by your current behavior, decided to humour you.
“That so? I can go buy you one right now.”
No. You don’t want that!
“A-ah, I don’t think I have it in me to stomach a full can.” Your nervous gaze meets her own teasing one.
“Yours would- um, do perfectly fine! If you don’t mind that is!” Perhaps you sounded too anxious, too excited, but it felt as if she saw right through your plan.
She hummed in mock thought, before waggling a finger towards you in a ‘come hither’ motion.
You never got out of your desk so quick.
She held the drink out for you, moving it to the left. Then to the right. Up. Down.
(You were following the damn can like it was a delicious hamburger steak. What is wrong with you?!)
Shoko laughed, before simply placing it in your hand.
“Go nuts.” She had said, watching you with a grin on her face.
Your hands shook as you gripped the can as gently, as gingerly as possible, stare zeroed in on the imprint of her lip gloss on the edge of the can.
Before you knew it, your entranced state had taken a sip. The taste of tapioca that you had initially found odd had turned slightly sweet, a small hint of cherry on your tongue as it rests on the imprint of her lips.
You gulped down the remainder.
“It’s… Better than last time.” A smile on your face as your cheeks lit with a blush, staring down enchantedly at the can.
“I’m glad you liked it then.” Shoko was now giggling at your absolutely awestruck expression, sneaking a quick photo of you on her phone to show off to the two later.
masterlist
Note:
Upon showing the SG duo the photo that Shoko had made her wallpaper, they had requested for it to be sent to them.
Shoko refused.
You started receiving random cans of tapioca juice from Geto all of a sudden.
“I don’t think I can finish all these…”
“Well… Wanna share?”
He figured it out after piecing together Gojo’s recollection of watching the anime with you, and from the way you looked at Ieiri’s drink.
You had rejected Gojo’s offer to drink his opened can of melon soda. It was left on his desk for so long you saw ants crawl inside.

Do you have any headcanons about the Shadow Boys when it comes to food? (I know that's random but I'm hungry so this came to mind)
Of course I don't mind, although I don't know which category of food your asking so I'll try to name at least 5-7 food types.
Griffin stagg
I see Griffin actually loving the flavor of mint chocolate chip ice cream or strawberry ice cream but it has to have small bits of strawberry in it or he refuses to eat it.
Spaghetti and meatballs, his mom made it for him once testing out a recipe and now forever loves them and asks his mom to make them for dinner at least 2 or 3 times a week. He would also help his mom make them whenever he can.
Animal cookies, his favorite would always be the lion shaped cookies, I mean like it's animal cookies, besides I think he used to play with them when he was little
Apple juice and cherry/ strawberry sodas are his all time favorite drinks, you can't tell me he doesn't enjoy cherry or strawberry soda. Also it's a funny moment when there is a fight going on and he is just there drinking his apple juice box in the background.
Billy Showalter
Billy gives me the type of person to like apple pie, along with any dessert that is apple flavored
Chocolate ice cream all the way. He loves and I mean loves Chocolate ice cream, he also enjoys sherbet ice cream
Hates root beer soda, he actually is a fan of coca cola, he likes the classic cola can.
Loves and I mean LOVES Caramel apples on a stick. His sister introduced him to the dessert ever since he was little and they went to the local fair, and has loved it ever sense then.
Vance Hopper
I haven't thought much about Vance so most of these if not all are ideas from a couple of friends on discord gc!
Vance would like to eat old fashioned recipes because his mother would make them for him growing up. ( It can be french,Italian, heck even Greek whatever you headcanon to be he will always love the old recipes)
He is a meat lover, meatloaf, hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. He will love it if it has meat in it.
Rocky road ice cream, I thought long and hard for this one, I genuinely think he would love the rocky road or any Flavor with huts in them.
Spicy chips, he would eat them without a problem. He has a high tolerance to spicy foods and he loves them to snack on.
Cookies, personally snickerdoodles or sugar cookies. He baked them with his mom and molded them with cookie cutter with whatever shapes they had. I like to think vance liking cinnamon treats sue me for headcanoning that.
Bruce Yamada
Mint chocolate chip & chocky chocolate ice cream, I had that idea in my head since freaking October. He would love those two flavors.
Chocolate desserts/treats he would love to have anything chocolate flavored.
Peaches and apples would be his favorite fruit in my book. He would share his peache or apple in slices with his friends/shadow boys.
Big league bubble gum, he also likes other flavors but I can't seem to find what type of flavors there are.
Robin Arellano
I don't care what anyone says Robin is a HUGE SWEET TOOTH KID, he definitely likes those bonbon cookies in the Mexican store
His mom's cooking is the best, whether that be empanadas, enchiladas, heck eve chicken soup, it's his favorite because his mom makes the best food
He strikes me as a sour gummy worm kid, like he would enjoy eating sour gummy worms while everyone else he knows dislike or hate the taste of them or how they look
Chicken tenders was his favorite school food, the only thing that looked safe to eat was chicken tenders and he would gladly give you a full on lecture/rant on how the chicken tenders are the best option (he also like dinosaur nuggets!)
Mangonada & cookies n cream is his favorite ice cream in my book
Finney Blake
M&Ms and 100 grand chocolate bar is his favorite candies (he definitely separates the cold tone M&Ms and warm tone M&Ms then eats the cold tones ones first)
Vanilla ice cream lover but doesn't mind eating other flavors (he would put sprinkles & other toppings on his ice cream you can't change my mind on that)
Grape and cherry soda lover (he definitely goes to the store only getting grape or cherry soda and nothing else)
Garlic bread is his favorite bread to snack on (his mom taught him how to make it when he was a bit young and still has the recipe on how to make it)
He strikes me on loving a chicken Alfredo and beef stroganoff dish (he was sleeping over at Robin's at the time and robin’s mom made these two dishes and Finney loved it so much he asked Robin's mom on how to make them afterwards)
Sorry for such a late response, I've been busy with both personal and school problems. Thank you for being so patient with me and I hope you enjoy this answer for your ask! :D

foods I eat at least once a month(ish):
- steak (cut that is on sale) (when NY strip is on sale it’s a great day) (rare treat)
- chipotle burrito (once a weekish) (included in the weekly grocery budget) (exact same burrito every time)
- Outshine popsicle (tempts me to intake fruit) (multiple times a week)
- one specific cherry fudge ice cream (I buy a carton every so often and slowly eat it over several weeks)
- bread in some form (I don’t get this often bc I can’t be trusted to eat it all before it goes moldy) (this includes all sandwiches like grilled cheese and all tortilla products like pepperoni quesadillas)
- garlic bread/biscuits (distinct from bread bc it goes in the freezer before cooking) (couple times a month) (usually at least one every two weeks)
- onion rings (few times a month) (usually at least one a week)
- sparkling water (if I don’t have at least 24 cans available per week I don’t drink enough water and then I get sad)
- cranberry/grape/pomegranate juice or some combo thereof (every week) (component in my smoothies as well as drunk straight)
- fruit smoothie with leafs in it (multiple times a week) (includes a fruit mixture and some spinach or similar leaf) (this is my primary vegetable intake)
- Kahiki brand orange chicken/sweet and sour chicken (the only brand I’ll eat unless it’s that one specific Aldi generic brand that tastes the same) (the sauce and the chicken HAVE to be separate) (three times a week) (it’d be more but it’s too expensive per meal)
- Frozen pepperoni pizza (I buy seven a week and usually have one or two left over which is a good buffer in case I put off grocery shopping for an extra day) (this is my main staple food)
- Just pepperoni (protein snack) (once or twice a week) (sometimes I also add this to my pizza for extra protein n flavor)
- Melatonin gummy technically I guess (once a day)
- Coffee w creamer (when im off my meds) (so usually weekends)
truly this list should be longer and yet here we are
Foods that used to be in this cycle but aren’t currently bc I got rly sick of them:
- curly fries
- tater tots
- hamburgers
- Italian sausage/brats
- waffles and sausage
- French toast sticks
- tangerines (rotted too fast)
- snack peppers (rotted too fast)
- chicken tenders
- jets pizza (tragedy of the highest proportions) (saving my wallet tho)
Truly if I ever get sick of frozen pizza it’s over for me im just screwed
#blue chatter#sorry to spam your dash but I did need to write this out as a record for the future#in case my doctor is like ‘why are u incredibly deficient in this vitamin’

tokyo tohoku trip - day 9.
started this beautiful sunday at starbucks reserve roastery tokyo which is located in meguro, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with really nice view along the streets. the place is filled with people, mostly tourist and the interior is really amazing and there’s lots to explore. each floor has a slightly different menu, so it’s worth checking all of them out.
it took a while to get my coffee and food as there’s so many people and the queue is long too. it’s best to come with friend to get a seat first while queuing. the view is very nice through the floor to ceiling windows,, so sitting anywhere including outside is really enjoyable. i was thinking that the night view would also be quite lovely.
i ate the baked eggs and order whiskey barrel aged merry cream coffee to try, as the combination seems to be interesting. the cream has slight sweetness to it and it does match well with the coffee which also smells nice. baked eggs are enjoyable, best eaten when it’s hot though. there are lots of merchandises at the entrance section which you can buy for collection or as souvenirs.
just outside of the starbucks building is the beautiful meguro river which is super popular during cherry blossom season. but even without the flowers, it is still a pretty view to enjoy when walking by. after my meal, i head to harajuku with the hachiko bus, it’s pretty convenient as it does take you to some areas where it is further away from the train stations.
i went to a few stores to just shop around, checking out interesting places to see if there’s anything i would like to buy for myself or for my friends. harajuku is more spacious but still quite crowded on a weekend.
for lunch, i decided to visit a really popular cafe - reissue, which is famous for their 3d latte art. there was a waiting time as the cafe is quite cozy on the second floor so there’s limited seats. it took awhile until i get to my turn, this cafe is also popular with tourists. i ordered ice mocha with a 3d art of a kitty and bunny, the hamburg steak with rice and an earl grey chiffon cake. the coffee is quite cute and so fluffy, took so many photos before even drinking it. the hamburg steak taste quite nice and i enjoyed the chiffon cake a lot, just love the fluffy texture so much.
after a fun time at the cafe, my next area to explore is aoyama, starting with franc franc, which is a popular home & living store. their items and decorations are totally my style, i wish i could bring everything home, it’s just colorful, but plain and classy with a hint of cuteness, which makes me happy. i did buy a few items as presents for my friends from here.
exploring aoyama is quite fun as there are many interesting cafe, stores and galleries around. neko neko shokupan is worth checking out if you are interested with cat shaped bread, they are super cute! i stopped by onden coffee 穏田珈 for a while to take break, enjoy coffee and reindeer dessert while chilling. all the walking did put a toll on my feet as i have not walked so much since about 3 years ago which is my last travel.
as the sky is getting dark, i head back to harajuku and went to daiso to do more shopping. shopping at 100 yen stores are great because you won’t end up spending too much. they also have self checkout counters now which is super convenient. one last cafe to check out in the area is anakuma cafe. this cafe has a really interesting concept where your drinks and desserts are served to you through a bear paw, there will be no interaction with any staff besides playing with the different bears on duty.
i ordered an apple juice, because i have drank a lot of coffee in one day, and played with the bear paw while waiting, it was just so cute and fun, such warn fluffy hands~ i really enjoy my experience and love the whole concept. hopefully more of these cafe would open everywhere as i do find it really fun.
after that, i did some more shopping at the matsumoto kiyoshi マツモトキヨシ 原宿駅表参道口店, a popular duty free pharmacy to get some of the beauty products i wanted for myself. this store is new, and the staff here is very helpful, it was a great and hassle free shopping experience for me. there’s other stores nearby worth checking out such as uniqlo, ikea, cosme, etc. it’s an interesting and nice change in harajuku.
for dinner, i met up with my friend at ebisu to visit our favorite gyoza place - yasubei of ebisu えびすの安兵衛. this izakaya serves the best gyoza in tokyo or maybe the whole world. XD seriously, the best we have ever had. their other dishes are also really unique and very very yummy. we ordered quite a few rounds just to satisfy our cravings, as one plate is never enough.
the night ends after a very satisfying dinner with great food, we head home and take a rest and unwind before going to bed, as i will have another early start and a very full day tomorrow.
to be continued...

What is the secret to making perfect Smoked Prime Rib?
Choosing the Right Cut
The journey to perfect smoked prime rib begins with selecting the right cut. Choose a bone-in rib roast, also known as a standing rib roast, which includes the ribs. The bone not only adds flavor but also helps retain moisture, resulting in a juicier roast. When shopping, look for a well-marbled cut; the fat will melt during the smoking process, enhancing the flavor and tenderness of the meat.
Preparing the Meat
Seasoning: The seasoning is crucial for building flavor. A simple yet effective rub includes kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. For a touch of complexity, consider adding smoked paprika, rosemary, or thyme. Generously coat the roast with the rub, ensuring it covers all surfaces. For the best outcomes, let the carefully prepared cook sit in the cooler uncovered for no less than 24 hours. This dry brining process allows the salt to penetrate the meat, resulting in a more flavorful and well-seasoned prime rib.
Bringing to Room Temperature: Before smoking, take the roast out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about an hour. This step guarantees in any event, cooking all through the dish.
Preparing the Smoker
Choosing Wood: The type of wood you use in your smoker will significantly influence the flavor of your prime rib. For a balanced, rich smoke flavor, consider using hardwoods like hickory, oak, or mesquite. Natural product woods, for example, apple or cherry can add an unpretentious pleasantness that supplements the hamburger.
Temperature Control: Preheat your smoker to a consistent temperature of 225°F (107°C). This low-and-slow cooking method allows the prime rib to absorb the smoke and cook evenly.
Smoking Setup: Set up your smoker for indirect heat. Place a water dish in the smoker to keep up with dampness and keep the meat from drying out. If using a charcoal smoker, arrange the coals on one side of the grill, and place the roast on the opposite side.
Smoking the Prime Rib
Searing: For a beautifully browned exterior, you can sear the roast before smoking. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat and sear the roast on all sides until a deep brown crust forms. Although this step is optional, it may enhance flavor further.
Monitoring Temperature: Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the roast, avoiding contact with the bone. Smoke the prime rib until it reaches your desired internal temperature. For medium-rare, aim for 125°F (52°C); for medium, 135°F (57°C). Remember, the roast will continue to cook slightly after being removed from the smoker due to residual heat.
Resting: Once the prime rib reaches your target temperature, remove it from the smoker and let it rest on a cutting board for at least 20 minutes. This resting period allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, ensuring a juicy and tender prime rib.
Carving and Serving
Carve the prime rib into thick slices, following the natural grain of the meat. Serve with your favorite sides and sauces. For a classic touch, pair the roast with a creamy horseradish sauce or au jus.

It’s been about a week and a handful of days since the surgery. I’m somewhat getting the hang of the size capacity of my stomach and understanding the feelings of when I drank too much and when I can drink just a bit more. It does bother me though, that because I’m only drinking/“eating” liquids, it messes with my teeth. Like I can feel the powder of my melting vitamins get stuck on them or the thickness of the protein shakes that cling. I brush my teeth three times a day and i hate it cause the nonexistent gap between my two front teeth is slowly getting bigger and it does not look cute on me. Plus it bugs when I suck my lips or whatever and it gets stuck against the gap.
It also sucks majorly cause I get thirsty a lot but I can’t drink water whenever I want because that’s why I’ve been throwing up. So like a feral creature I hold water in my mouth until it gets hydrated again and then spit the water back in my bottle cause it’s good drinking water and we don’t waste around the house. I really miss the textures though, the crunchy lettuce, crispy bread, juicy tomatoes, chewy chicken, moist fall apart steak. And along with the textures I miss the complex tastes, how they build on top of each other and explode. All the liquids I’ve had are either monotone (chocolate protein shakes, cherry zero sugar drink enhancer, fruit juice popsicles, chicken broth, etc) and it gets so boring. Drinking water is more fun than drinking those cause at least the water tastes different depending on whose house i drink at.
I can feel my mind slowly trying to talk myself into following my aunts footsteps, cause when she had the surgery, it was roughly one month after the surgery that she was eating enchiladas, churros, hamburgers, fruit, etc. and I really just want an in and out burger with animal style fries. Or a burrito from free birds, with sour cream and bell peppers and chicken and beans and all the goodness. I want to try and stick with it though, to follow the surgeons instructions and take it easy. My mom is treating food as taboo though. That’s definitely not helping. My brothers went to get food and they started eating it in the kitchen and my mom told me to go on a walk with her. They didn’t eat dinner while I was downstairs so I excused myself to bed early and i can smell the food they’re making 😂 I understand they don’t wanna make it hard for me or like tempt me but I’m okay with other people eating. In fact, I don’t think of food as much when it’s not treated like a big deal. When it’s some sort of taboo, shameful, forbidden thing then i can’t stop thinking about it and look up videos of mukbangs to watch other people eat. It makes me feel that whole “I’m missing out, i can totally eat food just small bites” instead of the “My body needs to heal, I am going to be kinder to my body and what I need to feel better. Food will always be here and I can bond with others in other ways.”
