currently watching: me and the spouse just started watching the umbrella academy which has been WILD. we just finished dungeon meshi the other day. and ofc we’re always keeping up to date with dropout

spicy/savory/sweet: i absolutely have a sweet tooth so i’ll take any and all desserts. i also love me some savory foods. my spice tolerance is not very high at all but i’ll add the occasional squeeze of sriracha to my food

relationship status: recently-ish married!

current obsessions: fall out boy…. like, always. i’m also obsessed with making matcha lattes lol i’m so happy to not be buying them all the time. i’m also on my second play through of final fantasy 16 so that’s pretty much all im doing in my (very little) free time

twenty three (name a fic you’ve written that you’re especially fond of and explain why you like it) -- probably my most recent one, grow as we go! it’s the only think i’ve written for the cp fandom and it’s pretty personal to me. also, like ... it’s the first thing i’ve really written or published in three years, and i’m somewhat proud of the writing.

forty (what do you struggle with the most in your writing?) -- oop um definitely writing in a way that makes sense to anyone other than me. i get very lost in what i’m wanting to get across, and between that and the fact that when i get really into writing i get very flowery means that literally no one understands what i’m saying. (i really just need a beta lmao.)

forty one (list five fics you are currently reading) -- well i try not to have too many fics open at once or i’ll get plotlines mixed up, so i’ll list the the two i’m (re)reading and then the three i’ve finished most recently, in that order.

forty five (what is your all time favorite fanfic?) -- ooh. okay this one took a few minutes, but it’s gotta be sundown starts at half-past six by halfdesertedstreets! i’ve read this a couple times, and each time i’m reminded very aggressively of how much i love it. it’s so beautifully written and it’s 63,000 words of angst and fluff and like. dude. it’s a magic au what more could you want?

Kent Parson wakes up the day after Cup Day in bed with a stranger. He's expecting to have hooked up with a Jack Zimmermann look-a-like. He is not expecting to see Jack Zimmerman’s boyfriend sound asleep beside him, dressed in what looks like one of his old Aces’ jerseys and nothing else.

Kent stares. And stares. And stares some more. Completely eloquently, for the third time that morning, he says, “What the fuck.”
