The Blackfeather Court – at Hakkvild's High Hall | ESO Housing
Tumblr media
Ever wonder where Baron and Peddler come from when you summon them? And where do they go?
Welcome to Crow's Wood. Caw, caw! (a total reskin of Hakkvild's High Hall)

Honorary Blackfeathers will recognize the significance of these offerings ;)

Peddler's Prizes:
"Approach, featherless! You will not regret it. But if you do, take your complaints elsewhere. Elsewhere!"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Baron's Bank:
"It is good to be rich, but it is better to be smart. Even better to be both smart and rich. The smart and rich crow never wants for gold!"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Fear not, featherless one! Your shinies are safe with me. Safe, safe!"

Welcome to Bones & Bones! Where in-the-know crows get all their tasty morsels. Can we interest you in some fine grubs?

(...just who is holding that candle??)
Visitor info:
With few exceptions (incl. this one temporarily), I currently don't use Home Tours. My houses are accessible on PC NA via the visit script, or search via addons: PTFH; EHT Housing Hub.
/script JumpToSpecificHouse("@MoonPile", 48)
Recommendations:
Audio: Music, Ambience, Effects, Footsteps = ON
Visual: Nameplates, UI = OFF
Other: Walk in sneak; 1st person cam OK, but don't forget to zoom out and pan all around too!
There are 3 areas to visit in order:
Crow's Wood path, then through the tiny curtained door
Spooky forest ruins & main court
Side door (green lantern)
P.S. If anyone at ZOS somehow sees this, please bring Squire Caw back to the crown store soon. He's missing this October and the other corvids at the Court miss him terribly. It's just not complete without him ;_;
…And a crow ragpicker 😁🙏
P.P.S. One of my top housing wishes: self-authored books like EHT has, just as I've placed "The Blackfeather Court" above. #eso housing wishlist

did you guys know that the Hakkvild's High Hall player house in eso is made up of rhe Roadside Ruins and the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary frlm tes5?
I keep forgetting about Falkreath's existence. I think my failure in trying to bug Sinding out of prison wiped out my psyche of its memory

Due to the reduced prices for homes that can be bought with gold, I decided to invest some 3,5 million and bought Hakkvild's High Hall
Not yet sure what to do with it though. For now, I have to get back over 30 million...

Why MoonPile?
Unfortunately(??) that's the @ I made 10 years ago when ESO beta launched. Not at all related to the cookie – it's about a bit of Khajiit lore I enjoyed; AKA "the khajiiti space program":
"Khajiit will stand tall as Alkosh, cat upon cat upon cat. And in doing so, it will climb to the moon as it has been told so many times." ... Khajiit saw reason in these words and so it climbed and climbed, cat upon cat, for a hundred days. Much sugar was brought there to support the climbers and in the end Khajiit climbed high, so very high that it was in fact closer to Jo'Segunda than to Nirni below."
– Pocket Guide to the Empire, Second Edition
Why Khajiit?
Because we are "the fastest, cleverest, most beautiful people" ;3

Forgotten Dragon Burial Mound Of FaalOnikDovah
Player:  @liquid394
House: Hakkvild’s high hall
“Hakkvild’s high hall, has been known as the great hall of the Jarl of Falkreath. However, those that live in the surrounding regions know there is much more to this site than what meets the eye.
There have been rumours that the Nords have unearthed what seems to be the tomb of a great dragon, which commanded the skies of the surrounding mountains long ago. The site has also been known to contain a pass which leads to the great crafting hall of the dwarves of old.
But what is certainly known is that the southern section still hosts the remains of a glacier from the last long winter, which is a nice reminder of the northern lands of Skyrim during the summer months.
The mountain folk as of recent have turned many of the dark overgrown sections into shrines to their gods. There is talk amongst these people that a priestess of an unknown following, came to one of these sites and blessed it leaving a trail of enchantments which can still been seen today. Will you be brave enough to enter this mysterious and diverse site of new and old. (Faal = The; Onik = Wise; Dovah = Dragon)“
