Israeli-American journalist Caroline Glick gives her take on the recent controversy concerning Yad Vashem director Dani Dayan. In this video, she explains the key role that Jerusalem Mufti Hajj- Amin al-Husseini played in the Nazi Holocaust and subsequently as a leader of the Palestinian national movement.
Caroline Glick points to Dani Dayan's refusal to hang a picture of al-Husseini meeting with Adolf Hitler in 1941 in the Yad Vashem museum, as he confirmed during an interview with Haaretz in 2022. This refusal, she argues, is political-- even though Dayan claimed he would not hang the picture because that request was political.
This is information that western pro-Palestinian self-described allies will never mention (nor will the mainstream media), as it exposes precisely why Palestinian terrorists and leaders (who are often one and the same) have consistently rejected peace in favour of war, even if their own people suffer as a result.
When you understand the depth of al-Husseini's hatred for the Jewish people (he condemned groups of European Jewish children to death by preventing them from being transferred to Mandatory Palestine) and the admiration with which he is held by subsequent Palestinian leaders, there's simply no way to heap the blame on Israel, or even the territorial dispute over the West Bank, for there being no Palestinian state. There's also simply no way to separate anti-Zionism from antisemitism either, once you understand why al-Husseini is revered to this day by Palestinian leaders and presumably many Palestinian civilians.
And, unfortunately for UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese, there's no way to equate Arab suffering during the 1948 War with the Holocaust by claiming they are both defining events. The displacement of Arabs between 1947-1949 came as a direct result of the Arab desire to destroy the Jewish State and kill its citizens, and al-Husseini was one of those who urged that desire, which is precisely why he was supportive of Hitler's extermination plan in 1941.
There's also no way to accuse European Jews of colonialism, either. While al-Husseini was in Iraq, he incited a massacre of the Jews in Farhud in 1941, the very year Hitler planned his 'Final Solution'. Glick says that around 900 Iraqi Jews were murdered. Over the next few decades, over 800 000 Jews would be persecuted and violently expelled from Arab lands in plain violation of the Balfour Declaration. Many of those Jews naturally moved to Israel. This is why today, a slight majority of Israelis are descendants of Jewish exiles to neighbouring lands.
Holocaust education can only succeed if the whole truth is told. While we live in an age where people are constantly demanding that such-and-such a history be re-examined in light of modern views, it's strange to see the director of Yad Vashem conceal vital facts for fear of causing offence.
Glick says that Dayan isn't even a scholar of the Holocaust; it appears his appointment was political.
Perhaps it is time for Yad Vashem to find a director who will tell the truth without fear.

From @letstalkpalestine on Instagram:
Today, Israeli apartheid forces murdered Dr Refaat Alareer in Gaza, a prominent writer and poet and co-founder of We Are Not Numbers, a youth-led nonprofit project which platforms stories to humanise Palestinians who are often reduced to statistics in the news.
In his memory, please read this poem shared on Nov 1st by Dr Refaat:
If I must die,
you must live to tell my story
to sell my things
to buy a piece of cloth
and some strings,
(make it white with a long tail)
so that a child, somewhere in Gaza while looking heaven in the eye awaiting his dad who left in a blaze
— and bid no one farewell
not even to his flesh
not even to himself —
sees the kite, my kite you made, flying up above
and thinks for a moment an angel is there
bringing back love
If I must die
let it bring hope
let it be a tale
In Dr Refaat’s memory, do not lose hope. In his memory, we must live to tell his story.
Refaat wrote a chapter in the 2022 book “Light in Gaza: Writings Born of Fire”.
You can download the ebook version for free here: https://www.haymarketbooks.org/books/1885-light-in-gaza 🔗📚
Dr Refaat taught English literature at the Islamic University of Gaza. In the words of his former student, Jehad Abusalim: “For Refaat, English was a tool of liberation, a way to break free from Gaza’s prolonged siege, a teleportation device that defied Israel’s fences and the intellectual, academic, and cultural blockade of Gaza.
When Refaat taught English to me and my friends, he made sure we read Malcolm X, or el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz, as he often reminded us to call him. He emphasized that learning a language requires understanding its culture and being critical and mindful that language is not free from questions of power and representation.”
“If I must die
let it bring hope
let it be a tale”

5 minute read
November 26 2022, The Sunday Times
When Sophie, a female firefighter, walked past male colleagues, they would taunt her about her weight by imitating the sound of a truck reversing.
Then there was the time at the London Fire Brigade (LFB), when her helmet was filled with urine, and the moment she found herself zipped inside a body bag as part of a practical joke.
The experiences contributed to Sophie (not her real name) being diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Looking back, she compares her time at work to being in an abusive relationship.
Her anecdotes, along with dozens of other examples of racism, bullying and misogyny, will form part of a damning 88-page investigation published tomorrow, which will reveal the “toxic culture” in the country’s largest fire service.
Details include a black employee finding a noose above his locker, while a Muslim firefighter had a terrorism hotline sticker placed near his belongings. When the man returned from the Hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia, colleagues asked how his “al-Qaeda training” had gone. At some stations, semen was smeared on women’s tunics.
For Nazir Afzal, the former chief crown prosecutor in the Rochdale grooming gang case, who was asked to conduct the LFB independent review, the stories he heard over many months were “stomach-turning”. Although Afzal emphasised that “our review is rooted in deep respect for the work of LFB staff”, he concluded that the brigade was institutionally misogynistic and racist.
Afzal and his team conducted 250 interviews with former and current staff as well as a dozen focus groups. More than 100 written submissions were received and surveys completed by 1,672 employees.
The report, titled the Independent Cultural Review of London Fire Brigade and obtained by The Sunday Times, was commissioned following the death of Jaden Francois-Esprit, a trainee at Wembley fire station who took his own life aged 21 in August 2020.
An inquest last year heard that Francois-Esprit believed he was being bullied at work because of his ethnicity, with claims that he was teased about the Caribbean food he brought in for lunch. He had made 16 requests to be transferred to another station.
Delivering her conclusion in February 2021, Mary Hassell, the coroner, said that Francois-Esprit had not been bullied. He did, however, have a “vivid interior life at odds with the world around him”, she told St Pancras coroner’s court in London, and his deteriorating mental health had gone undetected.
Although LFB already had “sophisticated” mental health services it could do more, Hassell said in her conclusion. Ordering a prevention of future deaths report, she wrote: “In my opinion, there is a risk that future deaths will occur unless action is taken.”
It was after the inquest that the brigade’s commissioner, Andy Roe, opened an independent investigation.
In a statement released tonight the brigade said it was taking immediate action after the recommendations made in the report. Roe said: “Today is a very sobering day. There is no place for discrimination, harassment and bullying in the brigade and from today it will be completely clear to all staff what behaviour isn’t acceptable and what the consequences will be. I am deeply sorry for the harm that has been caused.”
Roe said he would be “fully accountable for improving our culture” and said he would accept all of the recommendations in the review.
The figures provided for Afzal’s report backed up Hassell’s fears. In the past five years, six members of the brigade’s staff had taken their own lives, data revealed. It also gave “harrowing examples” of those who attempted suicide.
“Unless a toxic culture that allows bullying and abuse to be normalised is tackled then I fear that, like Jaden, other firefighters will tragically take their lives,” Afzal concluded.
His comments came after many pages of testimony from those who had worked in the brigade.
One woman writes: “It’s now reached a point with me that I tell my female friends not to let male firefighters in the house. Why? Because I know what they do. They go through women’s drawers looking for underwear and sex toys. Then they will spend hours bragging about the dildo they found and they will refer to the women as sluts. We hear it all the time and I’m sick of it.”
A Muslim staff member said he was “routinely bullied” because of his faith, with bacon and sausages put in his coat.
In WhatsApp messages shared with Afzal’s team, members of the brigade mocked the death of the black basketball player Kobe Bryant, who was killed in a helicopter crash with his daughter in 2020. Time and time again, racial and misogynistic abuse was passed off as “banter” at the brigade.
The report adds to the scandals that have engulfed the emergency services in recent years. Wayne Couzens, a Metropolitan Police officer, was jailed almost a year ago for the rape and murder of 33-year-old Sarah Everard.
The LFB was also accused of “serious shortcomings” and systemic failures” in its response to the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017, in which 72 died.
As part of the Afzal report, Dany Cotton, head of the brigade at the time of the Grenfell blaze, was interviewed. She describes being told on more than one occasion that London was not ready for a female commissioner. She began a campaign to stop the use of the word fireman, called #Firefightingsexism and received death threats.
“Many people wanted me to fail and several said it to my face,” she tells the review, adding that one of her biggest battles was with “internal terrorists”, appearing to refer to the brigade.
Yet she is declining to talk publicly in support of the independent report, in part to avoid yet more abuse. Cotton is one of many women in the LFB who shared their experiences.
The report’s authors write: “This ranged from being groped during training exercises and kicked and punched, to having their uniforms urinated on and men keeping diaries of when they suspected women were on a period and telling them they ‘didn’t want to be around women who were bleeding’.”
One female employee said: “The threshold for bullying is so high, you would have to gouge someone’s eyes out to get sacked. Everything else is seen as banter.”
Sophie often thinks back to an evening out with colleagues when the DJ played a song which began with a shout out for “Sophie the station cleaner”.
That night she was having only soft drinks but they tasted sweet — spiked with spirits — so she kept throwing them away when no one was looking.
When she went to the lavatory she overheard her male colleagues conspiring to get her drunk, with a bet on to see who could get her back to the station to have sex. She saw that as conspiracy to rape.
But as awful as that seemed at the time, it was not quite as bad as the humiliating day in the mess when her colleague bent down in front of everyone and sniffed her crotch. He said she must be having her period as she smelt like his dog’s bottom: “all blood and shit”.
No one intervened, no line manager stepped in, Sophie says. In fact they usually laughed too. And some of those men are now senior figures in the brigade, she says.
Last year, the brigade attended more than 100,000 call-outs. There are 102 fire stations, which are home to 412 watches — the teams that operate in shifts around the clock.
More than 4,500 of the 5,000 staff are firefighters, but only 425 are women and just over 500 are from ethnic minorities, a tiny proportion in such a diverse city.
At their best, the report finds, London firefighters work closely, look out for each other and share a keen sense of pride and purpose. “The work is frequently dangerous, so their closeness is based on a need for firefighters to be able to completely rely on each other and trust colleagues with their life,” the review says.
It may take some comfort from the finding that the “demonstrable bigotry” found in fire stations does not extend to the public.
When it comes to saving lives, apparently, firefighters do not discriminate. “It’s like someone pulls a switch,” one black firefighter tells Afzal. “They change when they’re on the fire ground. It’s like they remember why they’re firefighters.”
It seems to Afzal that the brigade’s culture is “pickled in aspic”, a throwback to the last century “where offensive banter — particularly that characterised by extreme sexism — was apparent.” Some watches seem to operate almost “outside the law”, Afzal adds.
“There were fights and I nearly had my legs broken,” one watch manager says in the report. “I’ve been urinated on, headbutted, had cold water poured over me. It was horrendous.”
The measures put in place by the brigade to make improvements — initiatives such as the “Togetherness Strategy” and the “Safe To Speak” programme — are ineffective, the investigation concludes.
The report describes a “mental health time bomb”, with a significant number of firefighters who are vulnerable and appear to lack support. “We need to rescue ourselves as well as rescue others,” one union said.
The brigade’s human resources data analytics are “lacking sophistication”, according to the report, but disclose that increased numbers of staff are leaving the service since Grenfell. There is also increased absence related to anxiety, stress or depression and more than 250 Grenfell-related referrals to in-house counselling and trauma services.
One black firefighter, Gareth Dawes, 40, who contributes to the report, experienced a long history of microaggressions — “the nice racism that comes behind a smile” — before eventually helping to create what he termed a “progressive space” at his fire station where racist, sexist and homophobic language and behaviour would not be tolerated.
After the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis at the hands of a police officer and the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement, Dawes had gone to be part of the “cultural change” team at brigade headquarters — but he was left feeling unsupported and isolated.
He alleges he was told that the brigade wanted to prioritise women over black people because “for black people it is just about belonging”. Dawes saw this remark as insulting. His work was downgraded and he felt bullied and pushed out. He eventually resigned.
“We all know as black people that as soon as you raise your head above the parapet your career is done,” he said. He believes the brigade is in a state of denial about its problems.
Sophie, the female firefighter, is also hoping for change. After leaving work, the abuse would continue online, she says. When someone posted a picture of her online, a commenter asked “who’s that f***ing fat pig?”. She received obscene phone calls and messages containing extreme pornography.
Although she says she is not vindictive, she hopes tomorrow’s report will ruin the reputation of the brigade so it can be rebuilt from scratch.
Afzal says many stories he has heard “reinforce the perception that I had about the excellent service they [the LFB] provide”. “During this review, we saw many examples of bravery and dedication to public service,” he writes. Yet he also says his investigation “alerted me to significant concerns”.
“We found dangerous levels of ingrained prejudice against women and the barriers faced by people of colour spoke for themselves,” he adds.
The report makes a series of recommendations, including zero tolerance for workplace bullying, and a review of past complaints and mechanisms to make it safer to report bullying, racism, misogyny and homophobia.
There should also be a cultural audit of all fire stations to assess their risk to firefighters, developing a robust way of measuring brigade culture, ensuring secure facilities for women in stations and recruiting more Londoners, Afzal says.
In future, a “culture dashboard” for the LFB should be set up, using a traffic light system to highlight the worst-offending stations when it comes to “toxic behaviours”.
Reacting to the report last night, the brigade said that from now on anyone accused of discrimination, harassment and bullying will be suspended following a risk assessment and while an investigation takes place. If the accusation is upheld, they will be dismissed. An external complaints service to report bad behaviour has also been introduced, with leaders now undertaking inclusivity training. A mental health hub has also been launched.
Roe said: “This report highlights many issues within the brigade, and it also highlights examples of completely unacceptable behaviour from some of our staff when dealing with the public. These staff jeopardise not just the trust placed in us, but the safety of those who now might be dissuaded from requesting our help.”
He added: “We will challenge poor behaviour and do everything required to rebuild trust with our people and the communities we are here to serve. We will root out the people, systems and behaviours that discriminate against others and let the rest of us down. I know that change can take time, but change starts today.”
The family of Francois-Esprit also believe there is still much work to be done at the brigade. Speaking to The Guardian this summer, his mother Linda said: “We want organisational change in Jaden’s honour so no other employee experiences the trauma which led a healthy vibrant passionate young man at the prime of his life to experience a mental health crisis and untimely death.”

day 115 - 1st march 2023
I am so Happy, so Grateful, blessed and so in Love with:
48) BIRTHDAY MONTH on turning 34 !!!!
47) For having resilience and never give up attitude despite everything
46) For the ups and downs that I face and that the Al-Mighty chose me to go through this trial.
45) Slowly going back into the routine of 3-4x of workouts !
44) To have good sleep and going subur at masjid once a weekly for now
43) Planning & execution of having a sustainable work routine for 2023 innshaaAllah yet having time for family.
42) As for point mentioned, it will be ungrateful of me if I dont put my best foot forward for the mercy, rizq and love Allah has shown us.
May Allah make it easy for me to develop the ilm, skillsets and habits to be the best version of myself. AMIN YA rabbi al amin.
41) For all the abundance reqzi Allah has bestowed us despite my shortcomings, one for the record, Wealth, health, even the greying hair is Rizq from Allah. Some scholars translate Rizq as ‘sustenance’, ‘provision’ and some call it ‘blessings’. It can also be seen as something that brings benefit or that which repels harm. Given that, it is quite difficult to encapsulate the meaning of Rizq in a single translation because Rizq is sustenance, provision, blessings and more. إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينُ
“Indeed, it is Allah who is the (continual) Provider, the firm possessor of strength.”
(Surah Adh-Dhariyat, 51:58)
وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
And indeed, it is Allah who is the best of providers
(Surah Al-Hajj, 22:58) "The concept of rizq is so beautiful. Even when you eat a piece of fruit, it was always written for you. From the moment it grew from a tree, it went through all these people and travelled all this way until it was in your hands. It was always meant to be yours."
ثم يرسل إليه الملك فينفخ فيه الروح، ويؤمر بأربع كلماتٍ: بكَتْبِ رزقه وأجله وعمله، وشقي أو سعيدٌ
“Then (Allah) sends to it an angel who is tasked to breathe soul into it. (The angel) is then commanded to write down four matters: the writing of the (developing child’s) rizq (sustenance), his life span, his actions, and whether he will be truly happy or miserable”
(Sahih Bukhari & Muslim)
From the mentioned hadith, we understand that Rizq, as with everything else in life, has been predetermined by Allah s.w.t.
40) The adventures, joys, ups, downs, journey, lessons, people and family in the last year and we look forward for a better year of abudance innshaaAllah. May we grow closer as a family, amin!
39) Aish, for being our bundle of joy and just teaching and reminding me all the little joys of life as your papa
38) thankful for 2022 business year of opportunities, wins, lessons my wife & my in laws feelings towards me.
37) Alhamdulilah, a good run of Umrah with family. did my best Ibadah to my best of ability. Could be better but I know myself. Maybe I should have been more discipline and harder on myself. :/
36 ) To be the dark horse at work. I know I can do it and I’ll do it to be the best version of myself. AMIN. Run your own race.
35) When you have Islam, you have everything in this dunya. What for if you have all the riches in the world but live a life miserable than a person who is poor. The peace, barakah & time are resources that you cant put a monetary value on.
34) IRAS & taxes. it’s always a good problem to have.
33) My kind loving inlaws & family. I always pray for their good health, wealth and for their prayers/duas to be accepted. May our upcoming umrah go smoothly innshaaAllah.
32) final burst of 8 weeks of 2022 before we call it a job well done, pat ourselves and get ready for a 2023!
31) My in laws, whom has always been wanting nothing but for us to be successful in our endeavours with the kind duas and encouragement all the time. <3
30) Abg Abu’s booster workshop, timely and such as inspiring man full of positive, energy and laughter. May Allah swt bless him with more success & barakah in the dunya and hereafter.
29) The montigo resorts for all the blessings and time spent and memories made as a family. It was indeed a much needed breath of fresh to f5 mind, body, soul and heart on what truly matters in life.
28) The long bus ride earlier with AMAZING lake view that I forgot existed in Singapore. It was so tranquil and peaceful.
27) Silver surfer presence and to owing something that I never thought possible. It makes the job and day2day so much convenient!
26) Despite everything, Allah still loves bountifully, he gives and provides in abundance for us.
25) To wake up, start the morning feeling good & strong despite having a late nighter and 1 sustainable morning routine !

Some 1.8 million Muslims from across the world made it to Mount Arafat in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday to mark the most important day of the Hajj. But due to global price rises, the pilgrimage is becoming increasingly unaffordable.
"The number of bookings has significantly dropped this year. It's too costly for many people," says an employee at a private Egyptian tour operator in charge of organising Hajj trips, who wanted to remain anonymous out of fear of a backlash over their criticism of their country's economic situation.
In Egypt, the most populous Arab country, the cheapest government-sponsored pilgrimage currently costs around $6,000 (£4,720) - double what it was last year.
The price hike has been fuelled by the sharp devaluation of the Egyptian pound, which has lost more than 50% of its value against the US dollar since March 2022. As a result, the cost of living has also skyrocketed, with annual core inflation hitting 40% in May.
About 30% of the population was living below the government's poverty line before the Covid-19 pandemic, and the World Bank says the figure is likely to have risen since then.
'My dream'
Farida, a retired Egyptian civil servant, saved to go on the Hajj for five years.
"All my savings are not enough to pay for the trip. When I saw the price list, I was shocked," she says.
Farida - not her real name - is a widow and mother of five. She also asked not to be identified because she did not want to publicly criticise Egyptian authorities over the rising cost of living.
Farida says that performing the Hajj is "my dream", adding: "Hajj cleanses the soul."
She says her children are all married, so "social and financial responsibilities have been lifted off my shoulders". "It is about time to go to Hajj."
Farida has already been to Mecca four times before to perform the lesser Umrah pilgrimage, which includes some of the rituals of the Hajj and can be undertaken at any time of the year.
This time, she used a loophole in the system so that she could perform the Hajj.
"Instead of the Hajj visa, I got a three-month-tourist visa and arrived in Mecca a month before the Hajj season kicks off," she tells me from Saudi Arabia while waiting to start the pilgrimage. "This is the only option I have got."
Farida's whole trip to Mecca works out 80% cheaper than the government-sponsored Hajj package.
Subsidy cuts
Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam. Muslims are required to make the journey to Mecca at least once in their lifetime, if they are physically and financially capable of doing so.
The pilgrimage starts on the eighth day of the Islamic lunar month of Dhul Hijjah, which this year corresponded to 26 June in the Gregorian calendar, and lasts five to six says.
The Hajj usually attracts between 1.5 million and 2 million pilgrims, but this is the first time since the pandemic that Saudi authorities have allowed it to return to full capacity.
Saudi Arabia allocates each country an annual quota based on the number of Muslims living there.
The biggest goes to Indonesia - the world's largest Muslim-majority nation, with a population of 270 million. It was given 221,000 places this year.
Indonesian authorities decided this year to cut the subsidy for the pilgrimage to 50% from 60%, meaning that each Indonesian pilgrim had to pay $3,320. In 2022, the package cost $2,660.
Political barriers
While the financial cost can prove an obstacle for many Muslims around the world, for those in Yemen - Saudi Arabia's war-torn and impoverished southern neighbour - the situation is far more complicated.
The country has been devastated by a conflict that escalated in 2015, when a Saudi-led military coalition intervened after the Iran-backed rebel Houthi movement seized control of large parts of the country. The fighting has reportedly killed more than 150,000 people and caused one of the world's biggest humanitarian disasters.
This month, Yemeni pilgrims flew directly from the rebel-held capital, Sanaa, to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj - the first such commercial flights in about seven years.
Those who travelled had to pay about $3,000 - a considerable sum in a country where more than 21 million out of a population of 30 million people need some kind of humanitarian assistance and 17 million do not know where their next meal will come from.
"In 2016, I went to Hajj for less than half of this price. It's too expensive for me now," one Yemeni journalist says.

Saudi Arabia
Throwing it back to early civilization, the Arabian Peninsula (where Saudi Arabia makes up about 80% of it) was the great area of trade. In modern day, Saudi Arabia is one of the top oil produces in the world which overall helped the country turn from an underdeveloped country to a modern country. The first Saudi State was created in 1727 by Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab and Muhammad bin Saud with the reason of restoring the teachings of Islam to the Muslim community. The geology of Saudi Arabia includes being landed next to the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf, having volcanos with live lava, Ṭuwayq Mountain, large deserts of sand spread out throughout the country, and salt flats. The country has turned desert land into agricultural fields and produces a variety and a huge abundance of food that gets imported around the world; the average amount of rain the country gets is four inches in a year.
The group of people who are from Saudi Arabia are Arabs; there are many foreigners who go into the country to work and make up a bit of the population. Saudi Arabia is the birthplace of Islam. Saudi Arabia is ruled under the Saud dynasty by the monarch type of government and runs under the Islamic law. Women in the country are required to have a male legal guardian, whether that be her father, husband, brother, or son, and with this, the male guardians are able to make decisions over the woman. Saudi culture and traditions are built on Islamic teachings and the major events include Ramadam and the Hajj season. The country was able to preserve old customs, values, and traditions, but was overall able to adapt to modern and the contemporary world. These may include they way they dress, their architecture, and even their behaviors and social norms.

Thus, the demiurge Lord of the creation or Potter that created a Nation of Priests but the Eleven crook liars and murderer brethren of the faithful to Jacob and Abraham Joseph they wanted to kill him for speaking the truth – John 8v44. I finally came out to my Muslim parents via /r/atheism
I finally came out to my Muslim parents
Before I told ya my experience I should tell ya about my family first, they are Israeli Muslims who are don't pray, fast, go to hajj o even wear Islamic clothes, they drink, they are LGBTQ+ friendly, they never read the Quran, my family doesn't speak Arabic despite it's their ethnic language, my family has long story of supporting Israel and Meretz (center-left party in Israel), we grew out in secular Jewish area in Tel Aviv and me and my brother were sent to Secular Hebrew schools instead of Islamic Arabic ones,
So few day ago I decided to leave Islam after having debates with Exmuslims who live in Islamic countries in fact this subreddit was reccommend to me by Iranian Exmuslims who I had a debate couple days ago even tho I don't use reddit,
I decided to came out to my parents yesterday, despite they are being liberal I was sacred to came out, you may ask why? because I heard many Exmuslims thought theirs "liberal" parents would accept them but they got disowned by them, thankfully that's wasn't my case, I told them that "I am doubting my religion and I am thinking of leaving it" and my mother told it's okay to doubt your religion, you are a Muslim because you were born into a Muslim family, if you were born into a Jewish family, you would be a Jew so it's normal to doubt'' then I told that I don't Islam is the right religion and explained them why, they didn't debate, she told me that you right to decide your religious beliefs even we disagreed with ya, my father didn't care, he just told me whether you are Buddhist, a hindu or a Chrisitian, we will always support you"
Never been happier in my life and I am so proud of my parents for not being a brick wall like all the other Arabs.

Q) Do we keep delaying to perform our obligatory hajj?
وَمَن كَانَ فِي هَٰذِهِ أَعْمَىٰ فَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ أَعْمَىٰ وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا
"And whoever is blind in this world, he shall (also) be blind in the hereafter and more erring from the way." s17 v72
The Ahlulbayt a.s have said this verse refers to the one who delays Hajj even in the event of his being financially capable.
Such an individual keeps saying he would perform Hajj the coming yr till he dies without performing. IA we are not of those!
Whilst this year numbers are capped to locals, we have 12 months from today to plan & set funds aside iA for Hajj 2022.
Each yr on Arafat Imam Mahdi ajtf is there mA. What more reason do we want.
If criteria met, Wajib Hajj inc Ziyarat of Holy Prophet saww & 4 Imams a.s is a must iA

35) When you have Islam, you have everything in this dunya. What for if you have all the riches in the world but live a life miserable than a person who is poor. The peace, barakah & time are resources that you cant put a monetary value on.

Saudi Arabia's lottery system for the 2022 hajj has Muslims in Europe, Australia and the Americas infuriated. Preparing for this year's pilgrimage to Mecca became a financial and logistical nightmare for many Muslims.
Even if everything goes according to plan, preparing for and performing the hajj is an emotional journey for many Muslims. However, for thousands of prospective pilgrims from about 50 countries in Europe, Australia and the Americas, the preparation for this year's hajj season has turned into a financial drama, as well.
In June, Saudi Arabia's Hajj Ministry announced that, effective immediately, Muslims from those regions would have to apply for tickets for the pilgrimage at a fixed price through a newly introduced lottery system on the government-backed website Motawif. The new system is said to protect pilgrims from "fake" tour organizers, who have offered hajj visa for varying prices online and offline. However, the move also sidelined long-established operators who had already sold tickets for the 2022 hajj season, which starts on July 7.
The pilgrimage to the Kaaba (House of God) in Saudi Arabia's Mecca is mandatory for Muslims who are physically and financially capable and are younger than 65.
"After the pandemic and everything we have been through the past couple of years, I felt the need to revive my connection with God," said Omar, a Lebanese man who lives in the United States and had already applied for his hajj visa through a US-based online travel agency. He asked that DW not publish his full name, as he feared negative consequences on future hajj applications.
When Saudi Arabia switched to the new lottery system, Omar withdrew his application. "But I still haven't received confirmation for a refund," he said.
Even applicants who were drawn in the Motawif lottery and have paid for their hajj packages, which start at about $6,000 (€5,850) say the new system provided more trouble than tickets.
On Twitter, many have poured out their anger about experiences under the hashtag #PaidButFailed.
The issues are similar and include payments that did not go through, unconfirmed application status, mismatched flight and accommodation dates, changes of hotels, and the fact that the customer hotline has been basically unavailable.
'Unprecedented numbers'
Even before the new system became mandatory for Muslims in Europe, Australia and the Americas, many were left out of the hajj. The number of tickets allocated have always been proportionate to the Muslim population of a given country.
And, in the pandemic years, the number of people permitted to attend was reduced significantly. The number of Muslims permitted from countries in Asia and the Middle East was reduced — and even Saudi citizens were only allowed in a limited capacity.
In 2019, before the pandemic, up to 2.5 million people were allowed to participate in the hajj; in 2020, only 1,000 were.
In 2021, the number was increased to 60,000, and, in 2022, 1 million people will be allowed.
In turn, even countries that are not bound by the new ticketing system have received only half their previous quota for this year's hajj season.
For example, Pakistan's permitted pilgrims were cut from 200,000 in 2019 to 80,000 in 2022. The number of Iranians allowed has been more than halved, from just under 87,000 in 2019 to 40,000 in 2022.
"And yet, the amount of European, Australian and American Muslims that are now under the umbrella of the new lottery is the smallest part, with probably around 50,000 pilgrims only," Simon Wolfgang Fuchs, a lecturer of Islamic and Middle East studies at the University of Freiburg, Germany, told DW.
Fuchs said the new system could be a test for the future. " Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has already announced that he aims to increase the number of pilgrims massively as part of his Vision 2030," Fuchs said.
The overhaul has already led to changing rights for women, the reopening of cinemas after 35 years and the building of an "eco-city" called Neom, which is 33 times bigger than New York.
"Furthermore, the strategy includes professionalizing tourism and enhancing religious tourism, including the hajj, which could see unprecedented numbers of pilgrims in the future," Fuchs said.
Fuchs said it wasn't surprising that Saudi Arabia aims to funnel the lucrative plans of the pilgrims directly into the kingdom's coffers.
"For example, from now on, pilgrims from Europe, Australia and the Americas have to use Saudi Airlines only," Fuchs said.
As of Tuesday evening, a total of 375,918 international pilgrims had arrived in airports, according to the Saudi Press Agency .Along with the hajjis who have crossed via the land borders, some 40% of the total pilgrims permitted for 2022 have already started the next leg of the journey to Mecca — on foot, in line with the tradition.
That number will, of course, include some of the 50,000 permitted pilgrims from Europe, Australia and the Americas. Next year, tens of thousands more will try their luck at the lottery again.

The Christs are known to the twice-born Christs and not to the Christian... Prayer is Antichrist for the spiritually blind people - Luke 16v16; Law and Prophets till John.ATOMIC WAR PREDICTION – MATT. 13V24-30 – 14/05/2023.  The Bible has all the answers for the twice-born of the holy spirit, “common sense” or Surti.  “CHOSEN PEOPLE” have the Keys to this Secret: - Abraham = Adam, Sarah = Eve and Promised Land = Garden of Eden. “Abraham” is the “Father of the Faithful”.  Watch my Youtube videos on Hajj for “The Kingdom of Heaven”:- www.gnosticgospel.co.uk/faithfat.pdf BIRTH OF JOHN: - https://youtu.be/RNXvv-WwdI4And the Proofs of the Virgin Birth of Jesus: - www.gnosticgospel.co.uk/bojes.htmWe are the sons of Elohim. Then, the Atomic War at any time starting from Israel, the Epicentre of the establishment of the Garden of Eden, the Promised Land by Abraham and Sarah. Thus, the demiurge Lord of the creation or Potter that created a Nation of Priests but the Eleven crook liars and murderer brethren of the faithful to Jacob and Abraham Joseph they wanted to kill him for speaking the truth – John 8v44. This trait was carried forward by the generations of crook brethren of Joseph who ended up as slaves to the faithful Elder son Ishmael, the Egyptians. At the times of Jesus, most of the generations of the crook brethren of Joseph were clever and cheat and they hated the Prophets and Ultimate Oral Torah Light that Christ Jesus came to deliver. Thus, the generation of Joseph became a nation of Prophets to whip them, the crook Priests.  Matthew 23:37 - “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling”. This creation that is visible to our two natural eyes, heaven and earth, belongs to the Lord of the Natural world, the demiurge Yahweh, Brahma, Khuda, etc. and this is represented by the Six Candles of Menorah, whilst the Middle 7th Candle belongs to our Real living Supernatural Father Elohim, Allah, Parbrahm, etc., whose Anointed Son is Christ eternal like His Father.PUTIN = NATHANIEL; WHAT IS INSIDE IS OUTSIDE = NO DUPLICITY VS THE USA AND THE WEST BLASPHEMER HYPOCRITES = TEMPLE HIGH PRIESTS, THE KILLERS OF JESUS AND HUMANITY.Hitler and the British killed the Anti-Semitic sinner Jews outwardly unfaithful to Abraham and Yahweh whilst Super Hitler Putin will deal with Blasphemer sons of Satan who destroyed Iraq, Libya, Syria, etc. l60"https://youtu.be/GBbQAAjHYPERLINK "https://youtu.be/GBbQAAj3l60"3HYPERLINK "https://youtu.be/GBbQAAj3l60"lHYPERLINK "https://youtu.be/GBbQAAj3l60"60Putin, the man of God = Nathaniel, what is inside that is outside or no Blasphemy or hypocrisy.
