🌸 Osaka, いつも おおきに (Thank you Always) 🏯

When I first went to Osaka back in April 2012 with my friends, Christina, Jess, Meg, and Hajime; I enjoyed our time there but ended up wishing that I got to spend at least one more day to see more of Osaka. Today is the day that decade long wish was fulfilled. I got to explore Osaka in the way that I wanted to and see everything that I didn’t get to see last time. I even got to revisit Osaka Castle even if I didn’t get to conquer it this time. Now I can leave Osaka tomorrow learning so much more about the city and having a new profound love for it. 周りのことは見えるのに、自分の気持ちには気づけない。不器用な子だったのかなと思います。

3. What was your favourite scene or line to perform?

The final battle with Ed. I think his feelings were laid bare for the first time. I also enjoyed the other interactions between the Homunculi, and the fight with Al.

エドとの最後の戦い。初めて自分の気持ちがむき出しになったと思います。他にも人造人間同士のやり取りや、アルとの戦いも楽しかったです。

4. Now that you have finished your long journey, is there anything you would like to say to the character you played?

Everything is to come. Live well for your homunculus siblings and your “Father”. Get hurt a lot, fall down a lot. But still, be a strong and gentle Selim that looks forward.

Well, my eyes are better now... though I'm sorta thinking that whatever has been happening is some kind of chronic condition. In that case, there's not really a choice but to deal with the discomfort when it happens.

Also, I know this is a week late... but I got pretty busy once my eyes got better so I didn't exactly have time to translate last week because of family stuff (plus it didn't help that this felt long to work on). Still, I'll try and put something else out to make up for that... somehow?
