However, in recent years we have seen renting prices sky rocket so we recommned you allocate yourself a roommate through our matchup process. 

In our matchup process, we allocate a roommate which we think our compatable with your lifestyle and feel you would get on with well with ,as it is in out best interest that there is no damage done to the building.

Below there is an attachment of an example form, the more detail you put in the easier it will be to find the most accurate match.

Daishou:Valentine’s Day was never his forte. It was a fabricated holiday dedicated to big businesses persuading mindless lovers to buy their overpriced diamonds and chocolates and all else, and Daishou would never give into its futile attempts.Well, he would never give into its futile attempts until he found himself buying a huge bouquet of red roses and baby's breath for his girlfriend. He looked down at the arrangement with sheer and utter disappointment. He had no idea why he was even wasting thirty dollars on something that would eventually just die, but there was a force inside of him that compelling him to pick the damn thing up. The woman checking him out flashed him a wide smile, and he forced himself to smile back. He was always to behave around his elders, even if his elders started getting a bit nosy. He prayed to the gods above that this woman would just scan the tag, name the price, and let him leave without any other questions, but that was never the case was it?“Are these for your girlfriend?” She pondered, her voice sweet and chipper. A bit of Daishou had died as he faked a smile and nodded. “Yes ma’am.”“Well, isn’t she a lucky girl?”Daishou didn’t respond, he faked a slight chuckle, though. He watched the woman as she tediously wrapped the bouquet in a red ribbon, and handed them off to him. His clutched onto the stems a bit too hard as he bowed, then proceeded to sprint off. He couldn't help but mutter under his breath about how stupid he was acting, freaking out over buying flowers. His narcissistic facade should be able to handle flowers, for God’s sake. He threw the flowers in the passenger's seat next to him. He then looked over at them to make sure they were all right, then sighed. “Why am I acting like this?” He groaned, banging his head against the steering wheel until a loud honk scared him out of it. He looked back at the flowers again, then back at the steering wheel. A sudden anxiety pooled up in his chest as he realized the hell he got himself into. To get these flowers to his girlfriend, he’d have to get past her roommates. Her two, horrible, malicious roommates that he wished would rot in hell. If he showed up at the doorway with that monstrous thing and either one of those buffoons answered, he was sure to be screwed. There was a 66.6% chance either one would answer the door over her, and he found it quite funny how the percentile mimicked the number of Satan’s calling. The closer he got to the apartment the more he wished he could throw those flowers in the middle of the road and run them over. He couldn't do that, though. He knew the cute smile on his girlfriend’s face would make up for all this emotional hell, and he couldn’t wait. With a few deep breaths and an internal pep talk, he parked, grabbed the flowers from the passenger's seat, then rushed into her apartment complex. He didn't dare make eye contact with anyone else in the facility, even the elevator operator as he muttered a quick, “Floor seven”, before glancing down at his shoes. Once he actually got to the apartment, his heart was hammering. Why did he do this? Why did he think this would be cute? What if she didn’t like them? What if? Nervously he lifted up a fist, and he knocked on the door. Well, his knock was more like an erratic bang, but both sufficed. Then he heard a shuffle of footsteps from inside the apartment and he was sure he was going to get slaughtered. Although, when the door opened and all he saw was his girlfriend standing in front of him, he couldn't help but sigh in relief. “This is all your fault!” He shook his head, shoving the bouquet out in front of him. She looked up at him with wide eyes and a crooked smile, her hands moving upwards slowly to take the flowers from his hands. “Well, hello to you too.” She chuckled, grabbing his hand and pulling him inside. “I would like to know darling, what’s all my fault?”“You made me soft.” He growled, following after her as she shuffled into the kitchen to grab a vase. “And I hate it.”“Oh, so I ruptured your masculinity? Is that it?” She taunted. “Honestly, yeah. I’m not even going to deny it. You’ve won.”She smiled, setting the bouquet into a vase before pulling him into a hug. She kissed his nose chastely, and he flinched. “Well, I’m very grateful for what you’ve done. It means a lot Suguru.” “Eh, it was nothing.” He shrugged. Internally, however, he was celebrating, jubilated that his attempts had turned out to be a success. “Are your roommates here?”She shook he head, kissing the tip of his nose again. “They have classes, I think. (For the roommate matchup) I'm an INFP and a Leo and I'm pretty shy, I also have social anxiety so I don't like meeting lots of new people. I spend a lot of my free time playing video games (mainly Nintendo), sewing, and reading manga/novels. I love sweets and make pretty great brownie and even though I can cook I don't enjoy it much so I avoid doing it. I also listen to music and yt a lot. Congrats you might have just bagged yourself the best roommate possible 

Daichi here a dealt with all sorts of personalities so if you are bit shy to him at first he doesn’t mind if he has to take charge and lead the conversation 

However, he would never do something to the apartment without your consent first

As a Leo you will apprciate Capricorn ability to organise and take action. You come up with the ideas whilst Daichi actually makes them come true 

He is also very understanding when it comes to your social anxiety and will probably set up some boundraies with you in regards to having people over (eg: has to alert you 2 days before or something along those lines) 

Daichi strickes me as an animal crossing lover, like he loves to fishing and bug hunting, he gives all his fossils to blathers yes he is that person

You too would visit each other’s islands and Daichi would give you tips on how to get rarer fish

Daichi was never a big manga reader to begin with however you have introduced him to it and he now loves it because of you 

At the end of the day you willl both discuss the Manga in great detail (kinda like bookclub)

It is canon that he is a big eater so Daichi likes to make dishes high in protein so they can fill him up . that’s what she said

He probably also cooks for the entire village so there is always enough food for you when you get back, with Daichi as a roommate you hardly have to cook 

Once in a blue moon when do make your brownies, it actually makes his day, I do not see him as a baker so he hardly indulges in sweet treats all that often

Daichi is absolutely fine with you having your two friends come and watch anime with you, just as long as you don’t stay up too late (what a grandad) 

He sometimes likes to accompany you on your dog walks when he is not busy. I see him as a guy who lives for long nature walks and will happily chat you you or just walk in a comfortable silence (you can choose my darling user)

Seeing as you are an early riser, you do have to be his personal alarm clock.

It’s not like he sleeps until midday but Daichi hates having to rush around in the morning otherwise he is grumpy for the rest of the day so he really appreciates your early wake-up call 

Now, depending on stressful the day is depends whether or not Daichi cares too much about your hair shedding girl i have that same problem hit me up so we can talk

I think if you are sharing a room with Daichi he would ask you to hoover the place quite a lot (seems fair if he does all the cooking)
