34. How hard is it for them to shake a sense of guilt? 

Spicy question!

Hadraniel: Being the eldest and the manifest of Balance, Hadraniel is... let's just say he doesn't really feel. Hadraniel feels that any judgement he makes is what is best universally, hence he doesn't really get the idea of feeling guilty over something. So he doesn't really shake guilt if there isn't any to begin with.

Barachiel: Barachiel... oh this poor sopping wet godkid. Barachiel is so very kind and soft-spoken and forgiving. Despite being a manifest of Order, he finds it Extremely Hard to put any judgement to any mortal - especially if it's a harsh punishment over something he thinks is "salvageable". Especially after ending Era 1 Miitopia over the death of the third Great Sage, Barachiel is identical with guilt - he's basically stricken with guilt.

Kushiel: Kushiel basically cannot have guilt being the manifest of Chaos and the executor. His job is basically sending law breakers to their deaths so the sense of guilt is little to almost none. He's emotional, sure, but he's very quick to shake of those emotions, guilt included. The only actual guilt he feels is for Barachiel.

B. What inspired you to create them?

Basic religious themes and angelology! The three were initially just meant to be regular higher Sages called the Grand Sages. But then I thought, hey! Why not make them into Actual Lesser Gods and make Divine a (shitty) dad while at it - and here we are! Call that catholic guilt /j

Erastus and Hadraniel

These two come as a pair, and are angelic OCs.

H - 6’, male-presenting, pansexual

E - 5’6”, male-presenting, pansexual

They both have been curious about mortals and the mortal world. Hadraniel is more cautious about revealing themselves to mortals, even if they hide their identities. Erastus, on the other hand, enjoys walking amongst mortals, even if he has to hide his identity to do so. He desperately wants to help them survive and become better, often questioning the Creator’s decisions about them. Hadraniel frowns upon this, but cares for Erastus too much to leave him.

Erastus falls from angel status for reasons that can be discussed. Hadraniel may or may not be the one responsible, depending on how we want to play this out.

Twelve gates (The Domain Game)

An explanation

What are the 12 gates?

The 12 gates are gates found in heaven separated about the north, south, West and East they are protected by 12 angels as representation of the 12 tribes that exist.

But it's not what the games are that we care about it's what the gates represent, they represent security something that is highlighted a lot in this chapter and since chapter 1 this is the first time Furina has felt any sort security from the people around her

The gates only allow the holy in keeping them there, but I have one question for you, is it possible to escape from such a place? Anyway keep that in mind.

Fun fact time

So when doing my research for this chapter I found out only three of the twelve angels have names archangel Micheal the angel of justice. Ananiel angel of storms. Hadraniel the angel of Love.

And technically out of four of Furina's pets only three have names and it seems the angels are also on theme with Furina's character justice, water and love.

Do I actually think this might be a reference of some kind? No not at all or maybe it is, I don't really know or care to find out honestly if hoyoverse shed some light and somehow right wow then I'm smart I guess.

Meet Hadraniel! (Or how almost everyone knows him, just Draniel) A veteran angel who has been through hell (literally) and more. He lives in an observatory on the outskirts of town, he senses that something abnormal is happening so he stays to watch and protect it. heaven doesn't need him anymore, so he has nothing better to do

I want to work more on his angel form, it doesn't convince me.

Read Me First!

Greetings! This blog is for my OCs to RP. If you want to keep up with posts I think represent each one, follow @starlite-dragon-ocs. That being said, feel free to message or ask to start a story with one of these guys.

My limits: Not much. Should things go darker, that’s fine, but approach me first before dropping it into the story. Adult Content (n/sf/w) is totally fine but also another thing to discuss before hand with certain characters.

As characters are added to the list I shall make them each their own post and tag it as such.

Characters in Question:

Yong-sun — An Overwatch OC — A former service robot turned hacker/anonymous journalist. He’s shy and would rather you not ask what kind of service he was in.

Erastus and Hadraniel — They come as a pair, as they are angelic “brothers” (brothers in the sense that they were both created by the same person but not really related?) — Erastus is a fallen angel for reasons that can be discussed to fit to the story. He is curious about mortals and wants to help them. Hadraniel is the more stern of the two, and more inclined to try and keep their identity hidden from mortals, but shares Erastus’ curiosity.

Tinere — A D&D OC — A white (iridescent) dragonborn rogue with a inclination to go against authority. People have called him a monster before, and there’s not much evidence either way.

Akihiko — An OC that fits anywhere — Akihiko is someone who came from a very rough spot. He was trained to be the perfect assassin, and isn’t sure who his parents are, where he’s from, or anything else. Someone once upon a time said he was Japanese, but how can he trust the words of a torturer?

Jae Hwa — An OC that fits anywhere — A cute, bubbly girl who gives nothing but good vibes and wants to leave things better than how she found them. She’s popular on social media and runs a flower shop on the corner.

Onyx Bryzillik — An OC that fits anywhere — Someone who just wants to live life to the fullest. He doesn’t talk about his past much, but that’s because he had a good one compared to his friends. He wants to protect everyone he meets and cares fiercely for his friends.

Azure had arrived first, followed by Catley, who seemed to slip out of the crowd like a shadow.

“Has upstairs sent you to smirk at the poor bugger?” Azure inquired, though he couldn’t hide his concerned expression.

“Smirk? Me?” Catley scoffed. “No, well, I suppose my lot put him up there, but…”

“But you’re not consulted on policy decisions, I know, Cahethel.”

“Mmmn, I’ve changed it.”

“Changed what?” Azure turned to her.

“My name,” she answered bluntly. “‘Ca-heth-el’ just wasn’t doing it for me. A bit too uppity for my liking.”

“Well, you are an angel. So, what is it now? Zadkiel? Hadraniel?”

“Catley.”

Oc names meaning!

Agatha Velseb

A pretty stupid reason to be honest. Since Bobs name was a pun on Beelzebub I wanted to make a pun out of the name Belphegor but then I found out the name Agatha and I liked it far more than any other option.

Dolores Zucar

I really like her name, sice it means "pains" in spanish and her last name is a pun on azucar, sugar in spanish.

Salomon Cawthon

Their name is inspired by King Salomon, author of the Ars Goetia book of demons. Their last name is a reference to Scott Cawthon, creator of Five Nights at Freddy's.

Ben (Ichneumon)

His name is a reference to the eponymous demon Ichneumon, demon of guilt. His name Ben has no deep meaning, I just wanted something cute for him.

Draniel (Hadraniel)

Both his name and his nickname are a reference to the angel Hadraniel, of who there not much information and hence his status as a forgotten angel.

Audrey Krelborn

Her name is a reference to Audrey II form the movie Little Shop of Horrors, character that mainly inspired her.

Professor Seymour Krelborn

Same as Audrey, his name is a reference to the protagonist of Little Shop of Horrors.

Neil Mercury

A double reference to both Neil Cicierega and Freddie Mercury, cinge I know.
