hades 2 update, no spoilers but in case

Wow the Hades update. Just wow. I thought I was gonna have a heart attack several time. I am half horrified** half very impressed and bewildered. And like maybe that's why they made Prometheus so hot... bc then they were going to then give us That.

I need to play more to really explore the boon changes and all but I got so mentally/cognitively tired by exploring the new area/boss and the several nearly heart attacks that I had to close the game after finishing it.

Also hmmmm I already saw several posts going around giving actual details and spoilers without taghing it. Some people are still waiting to get the finished version of the game. It's quite uncool to do that (also even I that has early access I did not appreciate getting some spoilers on tumblr before I got to it.) So like tag appropriately people. Even if you don't think it's a spoiler, be nice to others, and courteous, and tag your stuff. It doesn't take long to add "hades 2 spoilers" in the tags.

I see a lot of speculation around the romance options in Hades 2 but i’m also curious about how the love interests might interact with each other?

I really cannot express how much I love what Hades 2 is doing with Dionysus.

There are so few neutral parties in this game, and he's like the anti-Eris. He wants his family to stop fighting. He wants to talk things out peacefully until "normal" can return. He knows that won't happen, so why worry at all? Why not throw a giant party until the fighting stops?

All the talk about not letting Zeus or Athena find out because he knows he wouldn't be able to convince them and they might only retaliate... the fact that he, being a mortal once, has a different perspective on figures like Prometheus... Man

Every time I see more of his dialogue, it becomes more and more obvious that he is Not Okay, and his portrait emphasizes that so damn well. The fact he's in a companion chamber instead of a random encounter makes me soooo excited to see the rest of his arc.

Plus, I LOVE how sgg is leaning into his madness aspect when that's also a part of Melinoe's mythology. Oughshglshggh she's going to learn so much from him I just know it
