One of my #playeveryday goals this year is to skip more 🤸🏼‍♀️. . I used to be soooo good at it as a kid - nattt so much anymore - even just skipping at a fast clip for more than a min seemed to find itself challenges when I picked this baby back up . After a few weeks I finally got the #figure8skip back but the #doubleunder still seems to elude me . I’m gonna try and take skipping breaks between editing and all the #healthblogging cause ain’t nobody got time for an unhealthy #healthblogger lolz ps could you imagine??? The unhealthy health blogger - I may start a series 👌. . It gets me out of my chair {or more accurately off of my stability ball} and gets the #lymphaticsystem pumpin . Try this quick 5 min body mover you can use as a warm up or as a quick way to get some movement into your day to get ya #sweatybetty . . Do each move for 30 seconds 💧 slow both feet together 💧 fast both feet together 💧 slow feet together 💧 alternating single leg 💧 feet together than apart 💧 fast feet together 💧 skater alt one foot forward one foot back 💧 right foot single leg 💧 left foot single leg . And you’re done - if you’re looking for a longer warm up or you’re using it as a full exercise feel free to take a 30 sec rest and repeat up to 5 times 🙌🤸🏼‍♀️. . K I’m off to skip & play! .
