Samhain rituals What are yours? What brings you into the darkening hours? Darkness is like a warm blanket over my body, with a subtle mist of autumn air through my hair as I lay underneath the moon by a fire, with a good cup of warmth and a dash of silence. The lessons of this years full cycle of half runes has brought me to my knees. Humbling me to where it all began, where it has lead and where I hope it to evolve. My life, my relationships, my creative expression and most importantly within myself. I am harvesting crops of kindness, compassion to all that enter on my path, honesty with myself and my needs. Continuing to give more than I receive, to give generously. So these seeds may grow to spread amongst others, my lessons and luscious fruitful baskets pour into those around me, beyond me. A Collective outbreak of Balance within ourselves, therefore creating balance beyond ourselves. For now it is time to find your soft spot in your home, nestle a nook for yourself, get out a good book, light a flame and sip on your favorite warming cuppa.
