How to find your #MondayMotivation
Set     goals. When     you set a goal, you decide to act in a manner that will help you attain     what you want. Goals give you a track to focus on. This can help you to     stay interested.
Select     goals that interest you. You’re much more likely to stay interested if     you’re working to something that you sincerely need to do or attain,     rather than what other persons want for you.
Find     things that interest you in goals that don’t. Occasionally other persons     set goals or errands for us that we don’t find stimulating or want to do.     So, try and find something in that task that does inspire     you.
Make     your goal public. If you tell somebody your goal, you’ve fundamentally     made a promise to keep your word.
Plot     your development. When you’re working to something, it can     be truly inspiring if you can get proof that you’re making headway. Draw     or make a graphic depiction of how you’re approaching closer to attaining the     goal you’ve set yourself.
Break     up your goal. Start     with calmer responsibilities and work your way up to larger challenges.     Breaking up a task in your mind into attainable pieces helps form self-assurance.
Use     rewards. Promise     yourself some kind of prize for each time you complete a stage / undertaking.
Don’t     do it on your own. Join a seminar, or find a tutor or somebody     you can share the experience with. Other people’s reassurance to keep     going can be a giant helping hand to your drive, mainly when you’re doing     it rough.
If you’re really finding it tough
If you’ve tried but failed to get driven, then it might help to talk it over with somebody you trust. From time to time it can be tough to accomplish things on your own, so having a decent support net might help when you’ve taken on a giant challenge. You could also try speaking to a therapist, who can help you to work out which inspiring approaches will work best for you.
What can I do today?
Mark     down some goals for the pending year.
Plot     some rewards or luxuries to keep your incentive up.
Tell     somebody about your goal, to keep yourself liable.
