what if heather was eliminated in "the chefshank redemption" instead of gwen?

i'm gonna be honest, i had a lot of trouble figuring out what i wanted to draw for this prompt because...aside from like all of tdas...i actually like the way canon plays out between gwen and courtney and i think it's important to how i interpret their relationship and what i like about it. i do love thinking about alternate ways for canon to go, but for the most part gwen and courtney's stays pretty much the same in every iteration.

but for the sake of exercise, i thought i'd pay a little homage to the fact that i started shipping gwourtney way back when tda was airing. specifically while i was watching the second aftermath ep of that season.

i like heather in tda a lot, but i did find it a little hamfisted for gwen to have been eliminated over heather, so i picked my canon divergence point there. in this au the episode challenges are jumbled around a little as well...but let's pretend gwen makes it to "the princess pride"

what if this is the episode she developed feelings for courtney? :3
