“Babe. Look at this frog… it’s injured, poor thing.” He sighs, holding the bush apart with his hands, making a window to peer in at the frog, laying on the grass with an almost defeated demeanour.

What is with him and frogs? “Yeah, looks like a broken leg, Seb.” You mutter, your gaze moving from the frog to Sebastian. He looked so… sad?

He gently picks the frog up, like it were made of glass, cupping it in his ring-covered hands with a little hole for fresh air.

“We can’t leave it out here… maybe we can build a terrarium for it? Back at the house?” You smile as you stand up, placing a hand on the kneeling boys shoulder.

“Yeah… sure honey. I’ll call your mom if you’d like, get her to come over.” God, he was adorable.

He nodded, “And maybe get it a friend?” You chuckle and nod as he stands back up, now looming over you.

As you both begin your walk back to the house, your hand holding his bicep, you mutter under your breath.

“Yeah, they can be our frog children.”

Norman is such a treasure.

I came in from training my pokémon this afternoon to discover that he, at some point, had rolled off the couch and gotten stuck between it and the coffee table. My salandit was also sitting on his back. When I asked, he said he thought he had been there for about two hours.

Then when I asked why he didn’t call me for help with his readily available phone, he said he didn’t want to interrupt me while I was doing my health checks on the newest babies on the ranch.

Guys. This sick idiot spent two hours face down on the floor because he didn’t want to bug me.

I removed the salandit, helped him up, and got him some soup.

There was a short segment where we get to hear Skully J. Graves (like, with the in-game live-2D model) monologue about Halloween. After saying good evening, he opens by… GiIVING YOU a KISS????? He literally announces it: “I greet you with a kiss” or (more directly) “I give a kiss to this good/wonderful encounter”.

The Japanese transcription for the line is 「この良き出会いにキスを。」 and キス is kisu/kiss… LIKE. I know he most likely means just a brief platonic kiss to say hello (similar to the European style where your lips don’t really touch the other person and it’s more like pantomiming a kiss on each cheek)… Or maybe he means a metaphorical kiss, not a literal one??? BUT STILL THAT’S SO BOLD TO START WITH, ESPECIALLY WITH A STRANGER (<- my inner Rollo Flamme comin’ out)

Edit: Now that the event is actually out, we can confirm that he does, in fact, LITERALLY kiss you (on the back of the hand) 😭

Supernova, Kon's new hero name since Jon took over the Superboy name now, wasn't expecting to be called out to... especially in the sky... by another floating/flying person and-

They were cute as heck.

Glowing green eyes, and white hair, a bit shorter than him. He was floating in the air with a soft glow around himself as well.

And he was holding a white haired, very similar looking toddler in his arms, only the toddler had longer hair that was tied in pigtails. And the toddler was staring at Kon with large, almost sparkling eyes.

The young man, around Kon's age if he guessed, smiled and floated a bit closer, his face friendly and warm. When the young man stopped he kindly asked "Hey, would it be any trouble for you to autograph something for my daughter? She's a huge fan!"

Eddie is on tour during July, so Steve decides to join him bc why the hell not. The corroded coffin TikTok page has been consistently getting 30,000 views for each video because their social media manager sucks ass and doesn’t know what the people want from their favorite artists.

But a video of the four guys goofing off goes pretty viral and they jump from 50k followers to 2 million in a week. The social media guy quits and Eddie, Gareth, Jeff, and Freak all take turns posting videos, which helps them build a shitload of traction.

It’s eddie’s turn to post a video and Steve is in the background with all of his diabetes stuff spread around him. He’s putting on a new cgm onto the back of his arm.

Everyone starts to freak out because people are super uneducated on what diabetes is and they immediately accuse Steve of doing drugs and other nefarious stuff. It gets so bad that they have to disable to comment section on that video.

Eddie comes out with a video a few days later stating:

“Hey, that’s my boyfriend. He has type one diabetes and was just putting on his new dexcom. Stop being assholes. Thank you!”

It’s very short and succinct and people turn eddie’s millennial pause at the beginning into a meme that haunts him forever.

(A week later, Steve has multiple fan pages dedicated to him, which he never sees because he is a grandpa at heart who is scared by social media.)
