just watched wicked. this is what i felt the whole time

#SUCH A WONDERFUL MUSICAL ADAPTATION #i never thought i would see the day wicked gets such a wonderful adaptation. only in my wildest dreams #the movie truly respected its source material and musicality #unlike some other adaptation (glares at mean girls 2024)#anyways ariana is actually brilliant as glinda and she is the highlight of the movie #cynthia is amazing as elphaba (but her meme is still fuckin hilarious still wouldve preferred if she had red lipstick)#i think the actor for fiero looks too old tho. hes like the campus frat dude that stayed in school for 10 years #i was by myself and whispered 'hes too old' and girl next to me told her friend 'guy looks too old'#LMFAOOOOOOOOO but otherwise i think this movie is absolutely brilliant #i also love the Mom from Everything Everywhere All At Once is Morrible #she suits her so well #i squealed when Indina and Kristina appeared. delightful surprise

crazy how james wan went from saw to being a producer on every really fucking bad blumhouse horror release jesus christ. did you guys know there’s another motherfucking insidious movie coming out this year. ANOTHER ONE. how is insidious so fucking popular its GARBAGE LMFAOOOOO IT SUCKS! saw fans want u to believe james and leigh are always good and always make good things. Yeah not really! one good movie 20 years ago and like 2 or 3 scattered around makes u a legend apparently. begging you guys to watch more horror. pleading.

As you may have heard already, the sfx and voice effects for P were done by a native Korean voice actor and not Joe Pitts like I previously believed. He is credited as Seok Seunghoon under Development Support in the game's end credits and also provided sfx for The Parade Master, Magician puppet, and additional enemies.

They shared some really interesting notes in their instagram post! Instagram has a built-in translator, but it's a little confusing. I'm thinking of adding the translation in a separate post later.

His online portfolio is up here and he also provided the korean dubbed voice for the antagonist Jack Horner in the recent Dreamworks animation Puss and Boots 2 [I think he's signed with KBS]. Really cool hearing him both sounding very closely to John Mulaney, dubbing in another language, and performing the role!

But I think this one from the demo reel is probably my favourite. lol

I really hope he can stay with the franchise in some capacity. I enjoy that kind of casting continuity.

[By "native" I mean that the game's english voice work, dialogue editorial, and casting were outsourced to Liquid Violet Studios in the UK, and it seems like Seok Seunghoon was a domestic hire and worked directly with NEOWIZ.]
