I have two ideas for the College AU!

1. 𝙀𝙫𝙚

I always found the "Godfree" in Adam's last name genius (it just fits so well 😭)

So thinking about Eve and her possible appearance in the future chapters, I thought what last name would fit her.

Then I found it

(That's the smartest thing I brought out in all my lifetime-)

2. 𝙍𝙤𝙤

I don't know how Eve and Lilith's relationship will be, HOWEVER, I SUPPOSE they walk together. Maybe they are friends? Probably Eve doesn't like Lucifer's presence very much. Anyway, I always imagine Lilith and Eve as the "mean girls," the "heathers," or any popular girls' trio we know. But who would be the third in this trio?

Well, 𝙍𝙤𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙀𝙫𝙞𝙡 or just Roo is a mysterious character from Hazbin hotel that apparently hasn't appeared for now (but we can see her eyes close to Alastor). She is supposedly Eve, possessed by the evil given by the forbidden fruit.

If Roo was an actual character in the college au? Like, a mysterious sister or relative of Eve or something

365 Day Movie Challenge (2017) - #366: Maudie (2016) - dir. Aisling Walsh (52 Films by Women 2017: #24)

It is a testament to the brilliance of Sally Hawkins that she gives an unforgettable performance in Maudie and it might not even be the best work she has done this year (I can’t wait to see The Shape of Water!). Hawkins completely transforms herself in the role of Canadian painter Maud Lewis (1903-1970), a woman who dealt with the hardships of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and living in near-poverty with her husband, Everett Lewis (Ethan Hawke, also superb), by creating folk art that was colorful and joyous.

At the start of the film, Maud is kicked out of her own home when her brother, Charles Dowley (Zachary Bennett), decides to sell the family house without consulting her. When confronted with the possibility of having to live with her overbearing Aunt Ida (Gabrielle Rose, a fixture of Canadian cinema), Maud decides to take a chance and move in with a total stranger, fish peddler Everett Lewis, as his housekeeper. Everett is grumpy, disrespectful and sometimes violent towards Maud, and the physical disability caused by her arthritis makes tasks like walking to town even tougher than they might already be, but despite the mistreatment she cares for him. She recognizes that they are both outsiders in other people’s eyes. Begrudgingly, Everett begins to see Maud’s worth and over time he grows to love her back.

Everett and Maud make a home out of their tiny shack, which is on the outskirts of Digby, Nova Scotia. When Maud begins to paint on the walls and windows - her way of fulfilling Everett’s order to “make the place look all right” - her talent is noticed by a well-to-do neighbor, Sandra (Kari Matchett), and before long Maud's vividly rendered portraits are selling in town, becoming so well-regarded throughout North America that Richard Nixon commissioned two paintings from her in the 1960s. At the same time, Maud’s marriage to Everett continues to experience ups and downs, given his problematic temper, but they never stop loving one another. Hawkins and Hawke illustrate the rosy and thorny sides of this complex relationship beautifully.

Throughout the film, Michael Timmins’ score is both sweet and melancholy, while Guy Godfree’s cinematography gives a suitably painterly delicacy to the Canadian landscape scenery and the rustic charms of the Lewis residence. Every minute of the film is absorbing; you will surely find yourself drawn into the story quite easily through its quiet simplicity and the two leads’ powerful acting. Since viewing the film I have read up on parts of Maud Lewis’s life and I know about certain details that were altered for the film - in one instance, I’m not sure that I agree with Aisling Walsh and screenwriter Sherry White’s choice to change some facts so that they fit with their overall image of Maud - but just based on what I saw, Maudie is highly recommended as a poignant biopic that reminds us of how human beings can endure against the odds, both in body and in soul.

In a rural east-coast trailer park, Link lives with his toxic father and younger half-brother Travis. When Link discovers his Mi’kmaw mother could still be alive, it lights a flame and they make a run for a better life. On the road they meet Pasmay, a pow wow dancer drawn to Link. As the boys journey across Mi’kma’ki, Link finds community, identity, and love in the land where he belongs.

“Wildhood starts off slowly and gives viewers a substantial, maybe even an overly detailed, understanding of Link and his relationship with his father before getting to the main action. On the road, Link, Pasmay and Travis get to know one another. Through secrets shared and harrowing moments escaped, they become a makeshift family.

The trio’s dynamic is entertaining, and they crack jokes with the same fierceness with which they argue. But it’s the evolving romance between Link and Pasmay that’s the most fun to witness. Maybe I’m a sucker for romance, but watching Link and Pasmay steal glances and exchange knowing smirks begins to feel more thrilling than the journey itself. Lewitski, who stars in Hulu’s Utopia Falls, and Odjick have a subtle and exciting chemistry that makes rooting for their budding love easy. The progress of that love is measured by the proximity of their bodies, which, as they get closer to finding Sarah, feel bound by an almost spiritual force.

The effect of such a stirring romance couldn’t be achieved without the dexterous work of cinematographer Guy Godfree, whose interest in capturing bodily details — a tense muscle during an argument, a surprised glance at a promise kept — is a treat. Lighting is a key part of the courtship. At all times of day, Godfree indulges in shots of the young characters cavorting in the fields of Eastern Canada, where Wildhood was shot. Whether it’s dawn or dusk, just before the rays of the sun disappear or when it’s at the highest point in the sky, light feels critical to this journey of self-discovery.”

I am Godfree (please read my blog to find out more) and Believe in being your own person and respect everyone for who they are regardless of what you look like and what you believe in. I will always find a reason to be angry and bitter towards things even though I don’t exactly seek to be angry about them.  I hold grudges forever and will never forgive or forget anything. I let problems eat away at me every second of the day and once something bothers me, I pick it apart until one problem has become 100. I worry and stress out about everything and never will allow myself to relax no matter how much I want to be happy. Close friends constantly tell me that if given the opportunity... I wouldn't allow myself to be happy. I can't argue with them because it seems like i will NEVER allow myself to stop stressing out over EVERYTHING and relax.   I like to pretend I know who I am, but I’m finding out everyday that I’ve become things I never thought I would.  I once said I regret almost everything I’ve ever done with my life.. but looking back again, no I don’t. I just dwell on my mistakes I’ve made and looking at the past depresses me almost as much as looking at the future. I like to view things in the worst way possible so that if they are any better than what I expected, I’m pleased. I’m very unselfish and the kind of person that puts everyone else around them first and myself second. Most people seem to take comfort in being among others but I enjoy seclusion and WANT to be alone. Although it was never really my thing to begin with.. Trust is no longer in my vocabulary. And nothing will ever change that. I do consider myself to be a generally nice person and easy to get along with, but I’m not the funny loud person everyone likes, I’m the quiet observing type who usually lurks in the corner and listens. I don’t talk much and HATE when people bring it up. If I wanted to be a part of the conversation, I will gladly step in when I feel necessary. I have lost all faith in Humanity and I love seeing right through the transparent fake personalities and hate that people are unwilling to put the time into seeing the truth about their "friends" or the people around them. It bothers me more than anything in the world to see undeserving egotistical horrible people having good things happen to them while the rest of us live in constant struggle. If I hate you, chances are you will never know unless I really want you to. I hate people who talk bad about someone without them around but are their best friend when together, or people who change how they act depending on who they are with. I feel that the world or at least the “scene” I am pigeon holed into is complete bullshit and composed of pure hypocrisy and I want no part of it. In fact i plan on writing a book about my views on my time spent in this whole mess of shit that caused me to lose faith in the world. No matter who you are reading this, you KNOW you’ve felt or feel the same way about many of the things I’ve highlighted. So save it tough guy, You’re not fooling anyone =) This band has saved my life and means more to me than you can ever imagine. My band will be touring with them in august and after that happens I will be able to say my life has been fully completed and i've accomplished everything i've ever wanted.
