TICO TIMES: "Why did you choose a happy face as your image?"

GUSSA (street artist): "Actually, the face wasn’t going to be a face. At first I thought it would be some rectangles with awesome colors, but once I made the rectangles it was impossible not to make a happy face… The one located at Circunvalación [highway] en route to Escazú will always be the best one. When I try to do something that’s not a happy face, I always end up making the happy face. All artists have a line. It’s very hard not to continue with that line. It’s a happy face that varies: there are 3D faces made with cardboard."

TICO TIMES: "How do you choose your color palette?"

GUSSA: "The color palette is the most important part. It’s about the brightness that light gives to the color. After various years I’ve noticed that I end up using the same colors. They repeat themselves. I’ve always liked yellow. After studying it, I realized that it’s the color that reflects the most light, but it’s also the hardest one to cover. I also like blue and light blue because of how they reflect the light. The only color that represents something to me is pink, because it’s super stigmatized by society with the idea that it’s for women only. It’s important to me because of the anarchy [it can create]: I try to use it so that people are wrong when they emit an opinion about it. If you were told that yellow is a “woman’s color,” you would’ve thought that, because you were told so. That’s what happens when you don’t question things."

rape jokes and sexual assaults are taken so lightly. domestic violence and assaults are taken so lightly.

a bengal minister had the fucking balls to say "the woman who are rallying don't come running to me if your husband beats you"

the fucking chief minister is blaming the victim.

woman's safety is a fucking joke in this country. it is unsafe for us here.

The Bear Family

The Bear Family. a odd bunch who came together in a odder way. Two adopted Siblings who struggled on the streets. the brother was sent to juvie. the sister and orphanage, soon adopted by a new family and once the brother got out he redeemed himself to be excepted into his sisters new family.

Scorch The Sun Bear. Hot head adopted brother Luna and adopted sun of Gussa. Member of Team Wisp. Embodiment of The Red Wisps. once a troublemaking street fighter, fixed himself to become the hero his sister sees him as.

Luna The Moon Bear. The Sweetheart adopted little sister of Scorch, and adopted Daughter of Gussa. growing up protected by Scorch not knowing how how they got they're food from. when he was sent to juvie and adopted by Gussa she found a chao garden and longed to be a great protector like how Gussa and Scorch are to her. is pretty much the only person that can Get Gussa and Scorch to calm down. she has a Dark Chao Companion Named Figgie. (Luna/Luni Belongs to my good friend @craftyjellyfishcat @craftysonic127 )

Gussa The Sloth Bear: On her good side you'll fine a caring Mother to her little Luni. but on her bad side like Scorch sometimes is, then you'll see the reason you shouldn't mess with this Bear. fierce enough to rip apart any Badnik, scare most criminals to death, and relentless enough to not stop until you learned your lesson. however deep down her only priority is Luna, Goggles and Scorch and she'll give anything to keep her family together and Happy.

Goggles The Spectacled Bear: The Trusted Friend of Gussa and the "Cousin" of Luna & Scorch. a smart and cautious Bear who prefers to spend his days working on , or being on the computer. if you've ever needed an egghead with a nack for electronics, look no further then Goggles. pretty much the least Dangerous of the Bears alongside Little Luna.

Hey soo today was my 1st board exam and well it went really well so I decided to order some pizza to yk celebrate my happiness (tho it was English but still). Now I also ordered pepsi along with my pizza and I only got the pizza. There was no pepsi. So I thought of complaining (in the app as I noticed after the delivery guy was gone) but then I realised I'll have to talk and explain and just urgh. So I just decided to give it 1 star.
