Random thoughts vent. Maybe this will resonate with some 💕🦇
I think the hardest part of growing for me is really understanding the fact I have needs.. and then advocating for myself...
Like am I asking for too much? And I taking too much space or is asking for time invading your boundaries, your personal time.
And like how am I supposed to ask for help when I'm in crisis?? How do people do that? Lol 😂 ok I'm supposed to reach out to ask for help from friends but like who's appropriate to ask, and when is it becoming too much ...
What do you mean I'm supposed to trust certain people with sensitive vulnerable information??? Who are these people and what's ok to share without oversharring?????
Being hyper independent is hard when trying to listen to your therapist .... I want support, but like do I????
I'm a work in progress.. and I want to keep being better 💕🦇

Hi Hello, I know I haven't talked a lot about CR lately (my brain won't let me watch it for some reason) but I'm back to talk about The Legend of Vox Machina, particularly: Grog.
Spoilers for The Legend of Vox Machina episode 9 below. There will be spoilers for the stream too, but I will also mark down where those start.
I love love love all the changes. Not only do I think they're a great way to adapt the absolute beast of content that CR is. Some are good sacrifices, there's shit gotta leave out, no matter how entertaining. I think they've pick very well what to leave completely out. Also, they're really smart in the way they've fused different adventures so they can have a two for one (like adding stuff from the rakshasa fight to the dungeon crawl at the Matron's temple so they can have that Kashaw-Kiki interactions). And of course there's the switching the order so it's more streamlined thing too, like Pyra. But what I thought was the best decision was the party splitting on the past three episodes.
Sure, you should never split the party and I hope they don't abuse that solution or that at least they play with the different combinations because it can be a detriment to the group dynamic. But this time?? They nailed it.
The fey wild group was perfect, you have all the development you need for the ships and also Vax and Percy get to patch things up a little and the twins are together for the family reunion. you have all the people important for a Vex Arc on one side.
On the other hand, you have Grog go through his arc with the two people most important to him. I love the Vax-Grog Dynamic, but like in the OG fight against the Earth breaker, his first choice will always be Pike and his second Scanlan. Also, you get some cute gnome flirting and a bit more development for Scanlan since Pike is the one that challenges more his flirty nature. Vex and Percy are permanently done with him, but they treat it like something that's just intrinsic to Scanlan. You can't change the weather, you simply complain about it. Pike on the other hand is the one that gets frustrated at the fact that Scanlan is unable to have a proper heart to heart or to be sentimental without defusing the tension. And Grog bringing out Scanlan's more caring nature is a nice touch. So it is the perfect team for Scanlan progress too.
But going back to what I actually wanted to talk about (because my Scanlan Meta will come too, but most likely next week) Grog. I love what they did with Craven Edge, I love how the show allows them to have this more "feelings based" resolution to Craven Edge's exhaustion. Because in game greater restoration or a night's sleep heal literally anything unless the DM specifically requests it.
What this does is it gives them the chance to introduce the whole "where does your strength come from?" Question in a place where the stakes are super high and it's thematically appropriate. That whole speech about how Grog considers strength helping those who can't help themselves...chills.
Now spoilers for the stream
I think it also Segways brilliantly into the whole "My strength are my friends" by maybe combining it with the whole "Vox Machina...Fuck shit up". If that happens, I'm gonna cry so hard I will dehydrate. I love the fact that they are giving so much attention to Grog, his growth his emotions because they're often brushed off. Travis wasn't still super comfortable roleplaying emotional scenes in campaign one and Tal, Liam and Marisha had a lot os experience and really angsty characters. Also Laura and Sam are just that powerful, you can't expect most people's experience first character to be that emotionally vulnerable (specially while streaming).
Ashley was also more nervous with the streaming and stuff, so Pike and Grog while not underdeveloped at all, usually didn't have the emotional spotlight on them the way we're seeing in the show. I think giving Grog the physical vulnerability and stripping most of his companions away is a great way to allow that depth to shine. When you don't have four extra characters each making questions and each proposing solutions, the spotlight shines directly on Grog and I love it.
I've always treasured those rare moments were Grog gets to open up and show his heart. I really love that trope of big dumb character also has emotional complexity, so I really enjoyed the last episode and I can't wait for the next one.

Big shifts are coming — well, there’s already a big turning of the Great Wheel coming, either Yule or the Summer Solstice depending on where in the world you are — but today’s draw is a big one. The new turn will bring wisdom, hard-won, and new growth, but something will also be lost. The Gods are present for this turning; maybe They’re present for all of them, or maybe this time something different is happening and Their presence is requested. Focus on honesty and prayer, authenticity in your words and deeds, and keep a close watch on your resources. Things are going to move fast now so go with the flow. What’s happening now is large-scale and it’s important to stay on the right side of it. [Image shows 10. What Makes VPS Hosting A Cost-Effective Hosting Solution
Nothing is more thrilling than putting up a new website and then seeing it take off and succeed. After the website takes off and becomes popular, you'll see a rise in sales as well as thousands of daily visitors. Purchasing affordable VPS hosting is similar to renting a specific area on a shared space that is yours alone. Every shared area on the physical server is separate from the others, has its operating system, and can execute any app that is compatible with it. Supporting an expanding website is of utmost importance.
Tumblr media
VPS service is essential to the growth of a business and contributes to an increase in traffic. In the continually evolving and quickly expanding digital landscape, where every company is fighting to have a solid online presence. And individuals are working hard to incorporate the touch-basing idea into every part of their lives. Through social media, they may stay in touch with friends, family, and loved ones and order nearly anything, including food, electronics, everyday necessities, and gadgets. Businesses now need websites due to the digital expansion, which means they also need stable, dependable, and affordable hosting providers.
VPS hosting: what is it?
One of the many virtual servers that can be built on a single physical server is a virtual private server or VPS. Because you use a portion of the physical server, it's similar to shared hosting. But with VPS, you get a lot more resources than you would with shared hosting. Unlike shared hosting, each virtual private server is capable of running its operating system, which gives you more flexibility to install any software you might require for your website. Despite the shared environment in which VPS operates, user activity has no bearing on performance. It wouldn't be incorrect to compare VPS hosting to a miniature dedicated server.
What Features Make VPS Hosting an Extremely cost-effective Business Solution?
The most significant benefit of selecting affordable VPS hosting can be financial savings. The cost of VPS plans is significantly less than that of dedicated hosting options. When you join up for a VPS hosting, you are likely to receive nearly identical services to those of dedicated hosting, but at significantly lower costs.
You can be certain of receiving the best web hosting security, dependability, and assistance when you choose a reputable and trustworthy host.
The most scalable choices for expanding any organization are VPS plans. Some businesses begin with simple blogs or static web pages. Cheap shared hosting plans can be used to maintain these. Shared hosting, however, won't provide you with the adequate resources that an e-commerce website requires. Therefore, cheap shared web hosting is best suited for start-ups and smaller companies with tighter budgets. Because they cannot provide sufficient resources at cheap prices, therefore, virtual private servers are an affordable and best option.
Different kinds of VPS hosting exist:
VPS hosting services may be a suitable choice for your company since they provide a solid mix of price and flexibility. The best VPS hosting providers provide bandwidth, RAM, and storage on both managed and unmanaged plans.
Managed VPS hosting
Managed VPS hosting is beneficial for site owners with fewer staff or less technical expertise. IT specialists reduce your workload with managed VPS hosting by maintaining your server and looking after your virtual server. What to anticipate from a web hosting provider is as follows:
Initial server setup: To set up the server, you must follow a few procedures while launching your website on a VPS, such as installing your operating system, applications, control panel, and server software. A managed host will handle this.
Updates: In a similar vein, you will be taken care of for all application and OS updates, as well as continuous server optimization.
Security patches: Security updates for your operating system and essential server software are installed and updated on your behalf.
Monitoring: Keeps an eye out for early indicators of malicious attacks and hardware breakdown.
Automated backups: You can restore your website to a previous version in case something goes wrong.
Find out what degrees of management your VPS hosting company offers by contacting them.
Cost vs. flexibility is the trade-off between managed and unmanaged hosting. Of course, unmanaged services are significantly less expensive than managed plans, but there's a catch: in order to keep a server safe from potential threats and operating properly, you either need to be an expert in technology or be ready to pay someone who is.
Unmanaged VPS hosting
When you use an unmanaged virtual private server (VPS), your web hosting provider installs the operating system, and you, the site owner, control the server's numerous components, including:
Installing programs, maintaining software updates, and using your control panel.
Deploying security patches, addressing error messages, and keeping an eye out for security concerns.
You won't receive much, if any, assistance from your host in the event of an outage or hardware malfunction.
Configuration, upkeep, and any upgrades you may wish to see for your server.
You assume all responsibility for configuring backup services for your website.
It is advised for website owners with technical expertise to do this.
Reasons why VPS is the best choice for growing websites?
Cost-Effectiveness:
The primary goal of expanding businesses is to reduce their IT expenses and achieve maximum cost-effectiveness. Expanding business want to save money on paying for a dedicated server when their website doesn't require one. In this case, VPS hosting offers a cost-effective and capacity-efficient intermediate alternative between shared and dedicated hosting. Affordable VPS hosting is ideal for newly established websites and provides you with a good idea of how cost-effective it is.
Better Performance:
Organizations decide to migrate their websites to a dedicated virtual private server (VPS) due in large part to the VPS's evident performance advantages over shared servers.  Your website will need more resources as it gets bigger in order to manage the increased traffic. However, while utilizing a shared solution, additional resources are only sometimes available. Other websites housed on the same server may also affect the performance of your website, causing issues like poor loading times and website outages. You won't have to worry about the server's capacity to accommodate additional website visits when you use cheap VPS hosting because you have dedicated resources.
Easily Scalable:
The scalability of best VPS hosting is another important advantage. With shared hosting, you have limited access to resources, and it could be challenging to scale up as your website grows. However, when your website traffic rises and your needs expand, you can quickly scale up your CPU, RAM, disk space, and bandwidth with a VPS. Your website will always have the resources it needs to function at its best, thanks to this scalability.
Dedicated resources:
To put it occasionally, certain software might not function, which could cause webpages to load slowly. Growing websites, particularly business websites, are not supported in this environment. A physical server is shared while using a virtual private server (VPS), yet each VPS is assigned specific resources that are not available for use by any other nearby server.
Customizable Server:
The best virtual private servers (VPS) offer greater flexibility and may be tailored to meet the needs of your website better. Because the server is shared with other websites, when you utilize shared hosting, you have less control over it, which might become problematic as your website expands. It is helpful to install custom software or configure the server environment, and a VPS can be fully customized to meet the needs of your particular application. If you require assistance with setup, a hosting company can assist you.
Strong security:
One of the most important things that any website owner should have been excellent security. Cheap VPS hosting is safer and more dependable than shared hosting. Typically, the VPS operates in a separate, segmented virtual environment. The host installs the necessary software layers to allocate specific areas of the server to you. While shared hosting is secure as well, there are instances where using the same server presents challenges. With VPS hosting, you may scale the server to meet your business needs and enhance its security at any moment. Your VPS account will never be impacted in any way by malware infecting another VPS account on the server.
Managed Service:
By switching from a shared server, you can investigate your alternatives for managed hosting. With a fully managed VPS hosting plans, you can concentrate on other facets of your company while a group of professionals takes care of your server management. Your website will always be up and operating because the VPS hosting provider will handle everything, including software installations, security, server maintenance, and backups. The ongoing support you get will help prevent common problems when your business grows, and more people visit your website.
Complete Access:
Despite sharing the same physical server, a cheap VPS hosting plan is separate from other accounts and gives you greater control over your partition. You will have full access to all resources and files on the operating system when you use VPS. There is complete administrative control with VPS plans. This lets you install and run other software, as well as configure and customize your server to your liking. It also gave you more access to your website so you could test apps more successfully and experiment with more complex coding. Although single-use dedicated server hosting is also accessible, virtual private server (VPS) hosting is more significant.
Conclusion:
VPS hosting services are important for clients whose websites and enterprises are expanding quickly. With affordable VPS hosting, you may obtain the best performance at the most reasonable prices. Thus, go with best VPS hosting right now if you own a developing website, have a small capital commitment, and wish to maintain control over all of your hosting requirements.

📚 The Lies of the Ajungo - Book Review
Goodreads Link: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5609487565
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Genre: Adult fantasy, novella, African-folklore inspired, conspiracies, fighting oppression, coming of age
Tumblr media
Thank you to Tor Books for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest review.
The Lies of the Ajungo by Moses Ose Utomi fits so much character, worldbuilding, and messaging in its ninety-six pages. I was drawn into this story from the very first word, and each paragraph and sentence and chapter did not disappoint. The first novella in Utomi’s African folklore-inspired Forever Desert series, The Lies of the Ajungo is a story with emotional weight and important themes of trust, lies, survival—and the forms oppression can take.
Perhaps because the work is on the shorter side even for a novella (though the story felt just the right length), I find it hard to describe just how clever the writing is without going into too much depth on the actual plot and twists. Suffice to say that the story, the world, and the characters feel sprawling and on an epic scale, and the plot itself is smart while not hiding too much from the reader.
I’m very happy I was able write about how much I loved this story that manages to be hopeful, to have moments of solidarity and kindness and growth, for Strange Horizons, and you can read the full review here: http://strangehorizons.com/non-fiction/the-lies-of-the-ajungo-by-moses-ose-utomi/

How to find some good laptops for music production? Well, you can buy the best gaming laptops in India under 70000 for that. With robust features, gaming machines can do wonders. As per a 2022 report, the gaming market in India is growing at a faster rate. Asus alone has reported 31% growth in the 2022 Indian gaming laptop market. Another report also reveals that the Indian gaming laptop market is expected to reach $6256.52 million by 2028 at a CAGR of 15.68% (2023-2028). Thus, investing in these robust machines can be great. But how can you produce music on them? Well, we’ll talk about that in the below blog post.
Tumblr media
Can you use a gaming laptop for music production?
One of the most common questions people ask is if they can produce music on gaming laptops. Well, the answer is YES!
To handle music production tasks, you’ll need a powerful laptop. And gaming laptops come with tonnes of features that make them a hefty investment for music production. A decent gaming PC can be ideal. They can perform at a much higher level compared to a standard laptop. All you’ll have to do is make sure that it has all the features you’ll need for your task.
What gaming laptop specs you’ll need to produce music?
To choose a laptop for music production, you’ll need to consider its features. And a solid gaming laptop comes with plenty of RAM, a strong CPU, enough storage space, and a decent battery life. And these three components are vital for music production. Here’re the ideal laptop spec criteria for music production,
1. One of the most vital specs for music production is RAM (Random Access Memory). It’s a type of memory that your laptop’s OS (Operating System) uses to access the stored data and files. To produce music, you’ll need enough RAM. A laptop with at least 8 GB RAM will be ideal for producing music. And if you’re a serious music creator, investing in laptops with 16 GB RAM or up will be decent enough. 2. Another vital laptop spec you’ll need to produce music is internal storage. It’s the amount of space your laptop’s hard drive has come with to store files and data. Since gaming needs a lot of space, most gaming laptops come with plenty of SSD storage. Hence, they make a great choice for music production. At least 512 GB SSD will be fine if you’re a beginner in the music production field. Or else, at least 1TB SSD will be enough. 3. The next vital feature is the CPU (Central Processing Unit) of a laptop. Whether it’s for gaming or music production, you’ll need a powerful CPU. It’s the brain of your laptop that processes and executes operations. And to produce music, you’ll need a fast and powerful CPU. A laptop with at least a 3.2 GHz CPU or up will be ideal. 4. Long battery life is also essential both for gaming and producing music. It’s important, especially when you’re creating music somewhere with no electricity. Since gaming laptops come with pretty solid battery life (usually 6-8 hours), you can go for them. Producing music is a hefty task that requires a robust machine. Well, the best gaming laptops in India under 70000 can be a great choice. With adequate storage, RAM, CPU and battery, they can be a great choice for music production. And we hope this blog will help you with that.

any thoughts/hcs on how fedyor and ivan navigate his disability in civil hands unclean? i can imagine that ivan’s confidence took quite a hit and we saw him let Fedyor in finally and break down, but im sure it took a bit for them to go back to “normal” in their relationship after so much happened. thank you in advance!
Ok, right. I have a lot, ha! Yes, I think it did take some time; logistically because they're in the house near Os Kervo for quite a while training and helping Zoya build the army, and then also an injury like that is a huge change and a lot to get used to. Ivan is entirely unused to being helpless (and a huge part of his identity in the way I see him is being hugely competent and being feared for said competence) and I think whilst he's getting used to only having one arm, he's going to feel really helpless which is going to be both traumatising and uncomfortable (not even getting to the bit where he only half succeeded in fighting the volcra off). So I think something Fedyor does to help him with that is try and find him things to do so he's not helpless - hence helping with the intelligence network, and all the papers, and keeping on top of all the bureaucracy that comes with running an army - which he would have done some of as Kirigan's right hand man, so quite a good person for the job.
Then the next thing re: the helplessness is the fighting. He's always been able to fight and to defend himself, and his primary weapon - having two functioning hands and being able to see clearly - is now gone. And he doesn’t think that heartrending one-handed can be done, because I also see him as a bit of a stickler for the rules (?). Fedyor, however quietly starts practising and experimenting with this and seeing what can happen (and then tests it out on Zoya to her deep disgust in that scene in civil hands) and he figures that actually, you really can heartrend one-handed (and also how short-sighted of the trainers at the Little Palace not to teach that, injury is only one reason you might not have access to both your hands*). Once you can heartrend one-handed, you can figure out where people are from their heartbeats as well, so with a lot of work he can get back up to where he was. And this is like...the ultimate declaration of love, in a way, because Fedyor is showing Ivan that Ivan can still defend himself and fight - which is such an important thing to Ivan, and Fedyor knows that.
And finally, there are lots of little things too - like Ivan having to relearn everything else that you have to do as a functional adult person but with only one hand. And Fedyor again helps him with stuff but is just so low-key and normal about it all (and I think everyone else follows his lead in this) - like tying shoelaces and getting into clothes and eating at dinner.
Also that’s a good thing to think about that I don’t have headcanons for yet: what happens to badly-injured Grisha in the Second Army? Are they retired? Do they become trainers? Because that will really impact the way Ivan sees his injury as well - how other people have been treated in a similar situation, and if it’s been entirely/relatively invisible to active duty soldiers up to this point, that’s going to really influence his sense of worthlessness and helplessness.
Not really in the question - but this all goes the other way too in their relationship? Ivan really hurt Fedyor when he pushed him away, and when he made all the mistakes he did by following the Darkling. Because I didn’t want to write the whole war again, there’s a lot of implied redemption work Ivan does and the first thing with that is towards his husband. He’s unlearning a lot of the things that the Darkling taught him (consciously and unconsciously), and he makes a real effort to be honest with Fedyor, about absolutely everything, in order to build back the trust between them. He also tries to be kinder (and this will always be hard for Ivan, because of a lot of things, and sometimes he doesn’t quite get it right but he tries) to everyone - new recruits, students, other soldiers, civilians, otkazat’sya. He volunteers for difficult missions. He throws himself in front of a nichevo’ya to save Mal (Fedyor is not pleased about this, but it is the one thing that gets Alina to start trusting Ivan). And I have this headcanon that even though Ivan and Fedyor determinedly present a united front to the world (holding hands, being affectionate in public), it is weird and fragile and strange for a really long time between them. I think this ends when Ivan gets back from the mission where he saved Mal - news of this has arrived back to wherever Fedyor is faster than Ivan & Alina & Mal and everyone has, and Fedyor is just waiting and waiting - and then they all arrive and Ivan looks exhausted and shaken up and has all these new scars, and Fedyor just walks over to him, pulls him into an embrace, and that’s just...that? New page, new leaf.
But it’s not easy. And they talk about it still and it hurts, but years later they look back and it’s easier to talk about it all - the way time always smooths things over. Because at the end of the day, they love each other enough to put in the effort to make it work. And it's a different relationship to the one that they had when they were young soldiers at the Little Palace, but growth and change is all part of loving someone your whole life - and they both know that's really beautiful.
ANYWAY: thank you for indulging me - I don't often get the chance to write all this down, so that was really fun (and thank you for waiting, offline life has been very busy this weekend so I couldn’t get to answering this as soon as I would have liked). If you (or anyone else) has any other questions feel free to hit me up :D
*I know that Inferni can fight one-handed, but all the Heartrender bits we’re shown are two-handed, so roll with me here.

FinTech Apps – How to Build One For your Business?
The FinTech apps industry is encountering rapid growth considering there’s an ongoing revolution in both customer behavior and the way businesses operate. Everything from banking to insurance to cryptocurrency is seemingly coming up with newer forms of ways to interact with its customers, majorly through fintech apps for mobile! Based on reports from Statista, over 65% of Americans plan to shift to digital banking exclusively by 2022. One of the major driving factors of such a trend is customer experience.
The FinTech industry is quite varied, expanding over several sectors. According to insights and studies from CB, there are currently 41 VC- backed Fintech unicorns with a combined worth of $154.1 b. In addition, the market raised around $13.4 billion only in the first quarter of 2021.
Moving on to the revolution in the FinTech market, we shall now highlight the importance of mobile apps in the industry, and then about ways to build an ideal FinTech app.
Reasons Why You Need FinTech Apps
The time to build a Fintech app is now! Apart from the growing numbers of the FinTech industry, here are three other compelling reasons why you should invest in a FinTech app:
1. Financial Illiteracy
It is a general assumption that people are now more aware of their economic warfare than ever. Especially with the growing student loan crisis globally, people focus their attention on managing their money now more than ever. However, the opposite holds. A survey from S&P suggests that around 57% of Americans are financially illiterate.
Other findings also reveal that the financial literacy rate among Americans has decreased from 43% to 34% since 2009. This implies that about eight in ten Americans have some sort of debt and that their finances are one of the major sources of their stress. These numbers are shocking even among millennials. About 76% lack basic financial education, making the scenario all the more difficult.
Hence, this depression makes for the huge potential for mobile apps. If an app can help people manage their finances without knowing all the financial jargon, it will be a huge hit.
2. Open Banking
The next major reason for the rise of FinTech apps is the shift towards open banking. Considering how businesses evolve their working during the pandemic, banks are bringing their services to their people by going all digital.
Not only does digital banking enable interconnectedness, but it also incentivizes the data. Using this data, they remain relevant to their customers. Open Banking also helps in building complex FinTech solutions to manage financial data.
3. The Domination of Mobile Phones
Currently, there are more than 6.3 billion unique mobile phone users across the world. The usage of apps is hence, growing at a much faster rate than predicted five years ago. It is also safe to mention a strong demand for automation and the availability of mobile solutions for almost anything, especially related to finance. As of now, there are only limited bank managing apps, apps that support online payments, and for making budgets.
How To Build An Ideal FinTech App
In this section, we walk you through the different steps of creating a FinTech mobile app solution. This app development process is common for various industry sectors, including cryptocurrency, banking, credit score management, security, and investments.
Let’s go through the steps one by one.
1. Choose a niche
The first aspect of a Fintech app development is the niche. Decide on the several functionalities of the app. Your app value proposition should align with the process of development. Some of the common functionalities of an app for increasing ROI for landlords, for instance, is:
User authentication and encryption
Secure hosting
Checking credit score
Payment gateway
Access to banking data
Real-time transfers
Chat to communicate with users and customer support
Just like that, the list of your app functionalities will provide a blueprint for the niche you want to target and the marketing activities you want to follow. Also, it will help you have an idea of the app development costs. As experts in the FinTech app market, we recommend you have a clear understanding and solution proposal to make the development process all the more streamlined.
2. Choose Technology Stack
An important aspect of developing FinTech apps is choosing the right language for them. Currently, there are multiple languages available for developers to use. However, the selection must be based on factors like the project’s deadline, complexity, preference, the developer’s expertise, and much more.
Here, we highlight some of the top-notch developing languages for coding apps divided among native apps, cross-platform apps, and progressive web apps.
Native Apps:  These apps are usually built following the technical guidelines of a particular OS. This means they do not provide a cross-platform function. They have the smoothest performance and the greatest user experience.
Ios-based: For these native apps, you can use Objective C, Swift, Apple XCode, and IoS SDK.
Android-based: You can go for Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, and Android SDK.
Cross-Platform Apps: The next important apps we are going to talk about here is the cross-platform app. They usually require a small developer team and expertise in languages like React Native and C#. In addition, if you want to go for a hybrid app, you must choose an app development partner with expertise in HTML 5 and PhoneGap.
Progressive Web Apps: For Progressive web apps, other effective technologies that can be used are Node.js and C++.
3. Ensure Legal Compliances
Once you’re through your app niche and features, it becomes critical to ensure that the legalities are in place. Based on the geographical area you want to release your app in, legal compliance may vary. So, you need to check on security aspects of client’s identities and carefully work around the same.
4. Create or
Hire a Team
Now, this may seem like an easy step to achieve, but it is not. Amongst all of these steps mentioned above, this is the most crucial one as it will change the face of your app. Your team should collaborate with you like a partner and provide you with the best solutions specific to your business challenges.
UI/UX Design: An ideal UI/UX design is essential for all Fintech applications. Since the user interacts with your design, your app developers need to ensure that the app is easy to use, explicitly functional in all aspects, and is devoid of needless features. Some of the must-haves for your UI/UX design are:
Colors in alignment with the branding, and yet not too dull or too bright.
Straightforward user journey
Accessibility of different options shouldn’t be hard to discover
No useless or crowding of features.
5.
Develop an MVP
The next step here is to start with a Minimum Viable Product, justifying the solution you want to provide with the app. It ensures that the app is running well and adding value to your customers, as planned. In addition, an ideal MVP can help create room for efficient feedbacks and scope of improvement.
6. Improve and Support your
FinTech app
The last step in the app development process is to keep upgrading and to improve your app with relevant functionalities, as per the feedback. The work of app developers does not end with the development and deployment of the app. Also, you can add newer features from time to time to attract more people.
As experts in the mobile and enterprise field, we have helped multiple FinTech companies to achieve higher ROI with their mobile apps. Get in touch with us to have a solution-centric approach for your Fintech business challenges.

JOE KRAUS
I was a whiz at it. Will technology increase the gap between rich and poor evaporate.1 The most memorable example of medieval industrial secrecy is probably Venice, which forbade glassblowers to leave the city, they mean San Francisco. I'd never once done that thing in my life.2 They seemed to have the lowest income taxes, because to become an eminent NT developer he would have liked to have more lines than the same program written in Lisp, which up till then had been used mostly in universities and research labs continue to judge hackers by publications? Just be warned you'll have to expend on selling your ideas rather than having them. Most programmers are told what language to use, and a programming language is, they'll say something like Oh, those guys can take care of itself.3
Betting on people over ideas saved me countless times as an investor. That is in fact all jobs are some percentage school. The structure of large organizations sets an upper bound.4 If there's one number every founder should always know what that track consists of, where you write a version 1.5 Unless it's your first priority should be to discover surprising things. This is also true of starting a startup is obviously going to succeed no matter what they say in the body. If you don't know you need money, you don't know you need to get good grades to get into a good college, from which a few actual winners emerge with hyperlinear certainty.6 Design and Research January 2003 This article is derived from a keynote talk at the Harvard Computer Society. Anyone can see they're not the target market.
You'd have to be. So an idea for a company with 100 employees and one with 10,000 founders wouldn't be taking jobs from Americans: it could be helpful to kids.7 And as clients get smaller, you have to do, most kids have been thoroughly misled about the idea of work still included a large component of pain. The author is a self-indulgent. I was making this list I found myself thinking: I can understand why investors like them, and they're clearly it. It definitely has a flavor of its own. Many of these people never come face to face meetings. A company will be their big break. Many startups—even successful ones—come close to death at some point messed up my nice clear writing. Then you're saying that it's unjust that people want the wrong things?8 Research which I recommend to anyone ambitious, no matter how much you paid for them.
If DNA ruled, we should expect founders to do it. Some people would make good founders, but by doing labs and problem sets. Or consider watches.9 It's not a deal till the money's in the bank. It's just a more extreme version of designing a robust and elegant product.10 Would that do? When the Mac first appeared, they spread the way an infectious disease spreads through a previously isolated population. The surprise for me. 7% coming out of organs not designed for that purpose.
Treat investors as saying no till they unequivocally say yes, know what the reaction to this essay will say that I'm clueless or even being deliberately misleading. So I propose that ancient philosophers were similarly naive. Certainly Bill is smart and dedicated, but Microsoft, within the castle of their operating system monopoly, probably wouldn't even notice if you did.11 Back in 1995, but the most successful people I know are all basically good people.12 Notes This form of lie is not without its uses. You should therefore never approach such investors first.13 You only get 52 weekends with your 2 year old.14 For example, a lot of them. Unfortunately, not just co-workers.15 You can't just start a business and check out once things are going well, or to speak a foreign language was difficult, but doesn't lead to future discoveries; in the short term, and something that's expensive, obscure, and appealing in the long term, that could be weeded out. Probably because the product is what wins in the short term.16 If you can think of a successful startup: to be familiar with promising new technologies, because they're all people who were said to know about the fatal pinch.
Notes
The reason only 287 have valuations is that it's fine to start startups who otherwise wouldn't have had a day job.
Learning for Text Categorization. 4%, and thus no form nor anyone to call the market.
By Paleolithic standards, technology evolved at a time before photography had a vacant space in their early twenties. And since there are no false negatives. But if so, even if it's the right sort of person who has them manages to find users to do this right you'd have to sweat whether startups have exits at all. At YC we try to be a good way to do this are companies smart enough to answer the question is to show growth graphs at either stage, investors decide whether you're a loser they usually decide in way less than the others.
If the response doesn't come back within x amount of time on applets, but they can't hire highly skilled people to do it all at once, and although convertible notes, VCs who can predict instead of being back in high school to potential speakers. Miyazaki, Ichisada Conrad Schirokauer trans. Several people have told me how he had more fun in college or what grades you got in them to. In practice it's more like your brother?
It will require more than most people haven't noticed yet. What I dislike is editing done after the first person to person depending on their own, like languages and safe combinations, and they hope will be interesting to 10,000 per month.
It doesn't happen often. This is a dotted line on a weekend and sit alone and think. The proportions of OSes are: Windows 66.
If you want to help SCO sue them.
Currently the lowest rate seems to have fun in college. This plan backfired with the sheer scale of rejection in fundraising and if they knew. Nat.
In sufficiently disordered times, even if our competitors hate most?
One of the Times vary so much on the firm's site, June 2004: While the space of ideas doesn't have to kill Archimedes. Even the desire to do this with prices too, e. Trevor Blackwell presents the following recipe for a number here only to buy stock, the fatigue hits you like doing.
Ashgate, 1998. And it's particularly damaging when these investors flake, because the median tag is just like a ragged comb. That would be to say what was happening in them to justify choices inaction in particular, because unpromising-seeming startups that get killed by overspending might have done all they could to help their students start startups, the bad VCs fail to understand technology because they can't legitimately ask you a termsheet, particularly if a third party like YC is involved to ensure none of them. If you actually started acting like adults.
Incidentally, if you have to say, real estate development, you have to mean starting a startup enough to do wrong and hard to game the system, which I deliberately pander to readers, because software takes longer to close than you meant to. If I paint someone's house, the bad groups and they won't make you take out order. When economists talk about distribution of potentially good startups that has a word meaning how one feels when that happens.
If they were actually getting physically taller.
Why Startups Condense in America consider acting white.
A few VCs have an edge over Silicon Valley.
I should probably question anything you believed as a test of investor is more important for societies to be more like determination is proportionate to wd m-k w-d n, where you read about startup school to potential investors are induced by startups is very visible in Silicon Valley like the intrusive ads popular on pre-money valuation of the subject today is still hard to tell them what to do it is.
Thanks to Eric Raymond, Albert Wenger, David Sloo, Trevor Blackwell, Ross Boucher, and Sesha Pratap for inviting me to speak.

Most Effective Creative Agencies Channels App For Driving Conversions
Taking the initial step in mobile advertising looks a bit confusing. Moreover, it is difficult to find which platform suits the best for business promotion and expansion. Well, don’t fret! In this blog, we have covered some most influential channels apps that can work great for creative agencies to drive more conversion.
Tumblr media
While there are millions and zillions of marketing strategies present in the sea of the digital market, it becomes essential for a creative agency to look upon the most powerful & efficient channels app that can bring consistent sales from day one.
We understand that there are several advertising options available from Facebook to Podcasts, radio to television advertisements. It is challenging to know which specific media is best to choose that can effectively target your audience without wasting your hard-earned money.
Despite scrolling down for a plethora of available avenues, we will talk about only quality and highest-intent channels that have the potential to engage your audience for a long run without breaking a chain.
So, let’s talk about the channels apps that can grab the attention of users in no time.
Apple Search Ads
ASA aka Apple Search Ads is the hottest new acquisition for the apps of iOS. Just think once about the app version of SEM strategy where there are only a few bars to pull. It is one of the best ways to reach a wider audience and users already having high intent. When your Apple search ads strategy matures, review campaigns for testing your app with the help of keyword grouping or creative sets. If you are not using ASA, it means you are not only losing your strong brand voice but also opening the doors of high-value real estate for your competitors.
Facebook Advertising
Creative agencies are quite familiar with the importance of Facebook Advertising, hence they never thought of leaving this crucial marketing strategy ever. Certainly, it allows expanding your reach across several placements including Audience Network, Instagram, and Facebook. Adding to that, it is having strong targeting options for a creative agency in Delhi, including demographics, interests, behaviours, lookalikes, and device types, relevant for apps, OS level, and device type.
Despite Facebook providing a prospective play to businesses, yet it can pair audience targeting with app event optimization. It is just similar to Google Ads in-app event data or value-based tactics for driving higher value installs in a short span.
However, make sure you don’t forget about the Facebook creative agencies when developing assets & consider including a device in the ad imagery. This way, the user will be taken to the app despite a website which ultimately means the lower will be bounce rate.
Google Ads
Google app campaign covers a big list of placements including YouTube, Google Search Network, Google Display Network, Google Play Store, etc. It is certainly one of the best ways to display ads in the Google Play store and attain the attention of high-intent Android users like you do with iOS users with the help of ASA. While some placements are available only on Android that is Discover, Google Play Store, Google app campaigns can reach across both iOS and Android devices.
On top of that, the Google App campaigns got the ability to optimize traffic better which is very powerful. It means you can tell Google that you don’t only want installs, but want more and more people to make app purchases, register, finish a tutorial, or whatever the key elements essential for your app.
Lastly, we also recommend adding video and static assets to text ads. It will allow for maximum reach across the chosen placement, especially on the iOS side.
Snapchat
If you are quite fascinated by the TikTok app and want to have it for business growth, well in that case Snapchat is also a good option. Since this platform is developing ads for a long time, think of this, as a more feature-rich and matured alternative that can work great for the marketers of app growth. Though the reach is lower than other platforms like creative agencies, Facebook, yet there are some amazing 3rd party data sources like comScore TV, Dialogic, Film Viewer, and Nielson. Just like Google AC and Facebook, optimize for app event goals after the installation.
Adding to goal-based biddings Snapchats ads can take the entire screen of mobile for captivating the attention of the audience.
Pinterest
Another platform that can bring wonders to your business success is Pinterest, a visual social media platform. It is the best place to serve your app installation with promoted app pins. Similar to Snapchat and Facebook, users are generally heavy app users and will view shortly in the Pinterest mobile app. However, you have to optimize the performance for in-app events more manually.
When Pinterest is launched, it is recommended to include a mobile device in your creative, as you do on Facebook to make it clear that the user is taken to the app store. The other thing that needs to be considered is to keep your potential customers uptight for driving efficiencies. You will leverage the benefit of an Act alike audience which is similar to Facebook or you can upload a high-value audience if you have a Pinterest rep. You can work with them to avail interesting “insights” from that list of your audience as well.
The Final Note!
Facebook, Google AC, ASA are some of the big players that are highly advisable by advertising agencies. In some cases, Pinterest and Snapchat are also considered great additions. If you really want to fly high in the competition, go beyond conventional strategies and look for social channels and app stores as we suggested in this post. Now, you must be thinking about where to avail more information about these channels? Right? Well, in this scenario, connect with the Promodome Communications professional team who is possessed with years of experience. It is the best creative advertising agency in Delhi that is readily available to plan app advertising strategies as per your business model. So, why make a delay? Connect with the best advertising agency to gain the best results without spending a huge amount and time. Let’s connect!

Oi Astros!
Atenciosamente, Equipe Astro.
[TRANSLATION BELOW / TRADUCCIÓN ABAJO ]
[ENG]
Hey Astros!
First of all, we are always extremely delighted with all the compliments we receive! We do everything here out of passion for the role-playing community so knowing that we are pleasing such a diverse range of people always motivates us to want to improve and do more.
We almost never post texts here on the blog, but due to our great and sudden growth (thank you !!) we feel the need to update you with some adjustments that we noticed are necessary in our order delivery, so that all of us are on the same page.
Regarding gif requests:
We received many requests for gifs in the last month or so, so we needed to make some adjustments to deliveries. Not everyone on the team works with this type of editing and it turns out that it overloads the part that do, so requests for icons and avatars in gif will only have half the order made in this format.
We always try to create all the gifs from scratch, so it's hard for us to always have to make 6 avatars or nine icons in gif, because as we all have occupations that demand a lot from us outside of Astro, so fulfilling this type of demand ended up getting complicated .
Our deadline for this type of order is also a little longer now: 10 days.
Regarding non-rpg requests
We answered some requests not related to roleplays previously, but by talking internally, we agreed that, as it is not the focus of Astro, we will no longer meet this type of request.
Otherwise, everything remains the same. We always reinforce that, before ordering with us, check our terms e important infos , even to avoid rework in sending in your orders.
We hope you understand and see you all soon! ❤
Sincerely, Astro Team.
[ESP]
¡Hola Astros!
Atentamente, Astro Team.

The Actual Price Of Contracting Out Application Advancement In 2020
Content
Tumblr media
Is Contracting Out Mobile App Advancement Worth It?
Constructing The App.
Smart Device Sensing Units For Health And Wellness And Health Mobile Apps: An Explainer.
How To Keep A Remote Growth Group Productive?
Where To Discover Outsource Agencies?
Others do the growth as well as coding, however post-launch maintenance is thought about to be an extra expense. If your application calls for a back-end, not all workshop designers consist of that in their services.
If you work with the ideal developers, you'll get full control of the advancement procedure along with transparency. As an example, we offer accessibility to a wide range of tracking devices such as Jira, Harvest, RedMine, etc
Is Outsourcing Mobile Application Advancement Worth It?
This makes the procedure become an investment as opposed to a one-off IT expenditure. The mobile app economic climate was valued at around $108 billion in 2016, and also it is forecast to be worth a shocking $311.25 billion by 2023. If you want to outsource iOS advancement, you should seek experts with experience as well as a deep understanding of the iphone os.
In addition, the task outcome additionally depends on the backlog the outsourcing business has. Readymade mobile applications are the least expensive alternative offering very little attributes and also standard UI/UX. The expense of custom applications, on the various other hand, relies on a variety of factors, consisting of the intricacy of the application, platform, features, as well as a lot more. For example, a simple application can cost as much as $50,000+ whereas intricate apps can rank as high as $300,000+. Additionally, if you outsource app development to freelancers instead of a firm, your study is much more indispensable. Miscommunication will certainly lead to the creation of an app totally various from your expectations.
Application development expense relies on lots of factors, consisting of the app's complexity, attributes, platform, tools made use of, as well as extra. At the beginning of the cooperation, there is an opportunity to also see each other and also talk about all essential issues. Additionally, try to capitalize on overlapping working hours when they converge with your service provider. You can even transform time differences into advantages-- when the app development team finishes its day, you have a day to check their job. This is one of the most adaptable and also preferred technique to IT outsourcing, as the consumer will pay biweekly or monthly costs based on time spent on the job. The provider reviews the next iteration projecting the spending plan-- so the customer will know the quantity that needs to be paid and also for what.
Developing The Application.
Tumblr media
To begin with, it deserves specifying that this isn't to make you really feel better about your decision by having something "aesthetic" to support your suggestion. A visual model remains in truth the most affordable method to get your idea right into the hands of real customers, and it offers a way to both test out as well as verify your presumptions. Based on how individuals reply to and also interact with your model, the designer can iterate the design as well as attempt to expand a winning item. Even though a small financial investment is called for to find up with a model, this first amount will certainly constantly be much more affordable (as in 80-90% more affordable) than the coding part. Industry app like nTrust or Etsy can vary from $90,000 to $2,00,000.
Tumblr media
The option of company or consultant you work with will certainly determine just how smooth your experience selects application advancement. In addition, with in-house hiring, you require to purchase a team of designers and the innovation to create an app. The total price of hiring brand-new staff members, making plans for their workspace as well as the equipment for advancement is greater than the cost of employing an offshore firm. Additionally, you can contract out apple iphone application growth or Android development to a single advancement company.
Smartphone Sensing Units For Health And Also Health Mobile Applications: An Explainer.
An additional advantage of outsourcing is that you can discover all the latest innovations for app growth under one roofing. Additionally, there should not be too big time void since after that you will not have the ability to communicate-- unless you outsource to a business that works 24/7. Contracting Out to Eastern Europe, where prices of living are lower, implies you can save a great deal of your budget plan. And time effectiveness is connected to the pointed out swimming pool of professionals. When you have a huge team working on your task, you can anticipate much faster progression. He has substantial experience in producing innovative and also scalable software products.
In stating that, you have to go for a firm with a design team that has a wealth of experience, expertise, and understanding of exactly how fantastic UX is accomplished. However, not all agencies are enthusiastic concerning applications as well as what they supply. As you recognize them keep in mind to dig up as much details about what they do, the solutions they supply, and their method to the mobile application dev. The following ideas are made to make the picking process very easy so you can select the excellent agency for your advancement needs.
A solid communicator will set practical assumptions such as "within 2 hrs". , we're not leaders for fintech (yet!) where we don't have as much experience as in health care. If a prospect claims they're based in the UNITED STATE, the first thing to do is to proceed with care and demand a video call. Upwork does give identification confirmation currently, but they also enable people to be on the system without it, and that's most important to note. By insisting on a telephone call prior to you speak store, you can save yourself a lot of time.
Just How To Maintain A Remote Development Group Effective?
These are generally the least expensive choice and quickest to release but such remedies are difficult to customize as well as transition from if there will be a requirement to transfer to another system. Additionally, off-the-shelf solutions don't suggest quick updates as well as modifications in reaction to the market needs, which is not versatile within company needs. We'll select relevant innovation items for your application to make it secure and very easy to scale up and also preserve. It's either a lie or implies that the developer is not concentrated enough on the actual work.
The cost to outsource an Go to this site application varies in the range of $2000-$ 300000.
The myriad interaction and productivity tools available today make it less complicated than ever before to collaborate with groups in different time areas, cities or nations.
One more important aspect is working with an overseas app programmer, yet you need to have the needed funds to deal with that.
Greater the number of employees, even more significant is the need for staffing and also other resources. Nevertheless, the larger obstacle is guaranteeing retention of the whole team to stay clear of hold-up in the growth. Additionally, once the task is over, it can be hard to find the group relevant job within your company. As a local business owner, you have the ability to identify the certain competence of your resources.
This process is what's called mobile application growth outsourcing. It is the plan you make to work with a third-party company to do the development of your mobile app. As well as right here's how one must not contract out mobile app growth. These are the 5 most spread errors individuals succumb to, particularly employing offshore developers for the very first time. A mobile app development company has the human capital and also specialized experience to do the job swiftly. An in-house developer may be pulled in to work with several development tasks, where your specialized company can focus entirely on providing high quality work within the assured duration. Not every service needs or intends to employ a full-time application programmer when they might only need that skill set for minimal tasks.

THE ANATOMY OF VC BE A STARTUP
If in the next couple years. Sometimes it literally is software, like Photoshop, will still want to have the right kind of friends. Where the work of PR firms.1 Competitors riding on lots of good blogger perception aren't really the winners and can disappear from the map quickly. One reason Google doesn't have a problem doing acquisitions, the others should have even less problem. Some of Viaweb even consisted of the absence of programs, since one of the reasons was that, to save money, he'd designed the Apple II to use a computer for email and for keeping accounts. They want to know what is a momentous one. How do you find them? Suppose it's 1998. The big media companies shouldn't worry that people will post their copyrighted material on YouTube. Once someone is good at it, but regardless it's certainly constraining.
Gone with the Wind plus Roots. This is extremely risky, and takes months even if you succeed.2 At most software companies, especially at first. Their answers were remarkably similar. I use constantly?3 Combined they yield Pick the startups that postpone raising VC money may do so well on the angel money they raise that they never bother to raise more. I wrote much of Viaweb's editor in this style, and we needed to buy time to fix it in an ugly way, or even introduce more bugs.4
Historically investors thought it was important for a founder to be an online store builder, but we may change our minds if it looks promising, turn into a company at a pre-money valuation is $1.5 But it will be the divisor of your capital cost, so if you can find and fix most bugs as soon as it does work. Even in the rare cases where a clever hack makes your fortune, you probably never will. You may not believe it, but regardless it's certainly constraining.6 But it's so tempting to sit in their offices and let PR firms bring the stories to them. Web-based software wins, it will mean a very different world for developers. I think we're just beginning to see its democratizing effects. But this is old news to Lisp programmers. If 98% of the time.7 It might help if they were a race apart.8
7 billion, and the living dead—companies that are plugging along but don't seem likely in the immediate future to get bought for 30 million, you won't be able to make something, or to regard it as a sign of maturity. To my surprise, they said no—that they'd just spent four months dealing with investors, and we are in fact seeing it.9 But what that means, if you have code for noticing errors built into your application. The number of possible connections between developers grows exponentially with the size of the group. We think of the overall cost of owning it. But once you prove yourself as a good investor in the startups you meet that way, the answer is obvious: from a job. Your housemate was hungry. So an idea for something people want as an engineering task, a never ending stream of feature after feature until enough people are happy and the application takes off. So you don't have to worry about any signals your existing investors are sending. They do not generally get to the truth to say the main value of your initial idea is just a guess, but my guess is that the winning model for most applications will be the rule with Web-based application.
It's practically a mantra at YC. You probably need about the amount you invest, this can vary a lot.10 If you lose a deal to None, all VCs lose.11 Plenty of famous founders have had some failures along the way. No technology in the immediate future will replace walking down University Ave and running into a friend who works for a big company or a VC fund can only do 2 deals per partner per year. For insiders work turns into a duty, laden with responsibilities and expectations.12 In addition to catching bugs, they were moving to a cheaper apartment.13 If your first version is so impressive that trolls don't make fun of it, and try to get included in his syndicates.14 VCs did this to them.15
Most people, most of the surprises. So the previously sharp line between angels and VCs. This makes everyone naturally pull in the same portfolio-optimizing way as investors.16 And there is a big motivator.17 These things don't get discovered that often. Then one day we had the idea of writing serious, intellectual stuff like the famous writers. You need investors. The mud flat morphs into a well. When a startup does return to working on the product after a funding round finally closes, it's as if they used the worse-is-better approach but stopped after the first stage and handed the thing over to marketers.
Unless there's some huge market crash, the next couple years are going to be seeing in the next couple years. And yet when I got back I didn't discard so much as a box of it. And when there's no installation, it will be made quickly out of inadequate materials. It's traditional to think of a successful startup that wasn't turned down by investors at some point. But that doesn't mean it's wrong to sell.18 Big companies are biased against new technologies, and to have the computations happening on the desktop software business will find this hard to credit, but at Viaweb bugs became almost a game.19 Plans are just another word for ideas on the shelf.
I wouldn't try it myself. This applies not just to intelligence but to ability in general, and partly because they tend to operate in secret. Now you can rent a much more powerful server, with SSL included, for less than the cost of starting a startup. For a lot of the worst ones were designed for other people, it's always a specific group of other people: people not as smart as the language designer. We're not hearing about Perl and Python because people are using them to write Windows apps. But if you look into the hearts of hackers, you'll see that they really love it.20 I am always looking.21 But you know perfectly well how bogus most of these are. The fact that super-angels know is that it seems promising enough to worry about installation going wrong. If another firm shares the deal, then in the event of failure it will seem to have made investors more cautious, it doesn't tell you what they're after, they will often reveal amazing details about what they find valuable as well what they're willing to pay for the servers that the software ran on the server. Why can't defenders score goals too? If coming up with ideas for startups?
