Hello friend!
You know how much I love the BSU and Kathony and your fics, drabbles and headcanons are a gift! Especially Spicy Sunday 馃槒 The Kathony Spicy Sunday this week was a delight and very 馃サ馃サ馃サ And, I鈥檝e realized I haven鈥檛 made my Spicy Sunday request yet 馃槄 Funny enough, mine isn鈥檛 for Kathony (don鈥檛 worry I鈥檒l think of something for them, too) but for Lucy/Gregory.
As we know, Gregory is our sweet, hopeless romantic Bridgerton boi, but Lucy does bring out a side of him. They do have 9 kids after all 馃ぃ Now, in the Kathony Spicy Sunday you mentioned that Anthony wasn鈥檛 the only Bridgerton boy unable to keep his hands to himself around the office. Can we maybe see Gregory being the other one? 馃憖馃憖馃憖
Ahh, my buddy, my pal, You know how to get me.
Gregory Bridgerton is a Jedi in the streets and a Sith in the sheets, Change my mind! (That's a star wars reference that you won't get because you haven't seen them. A constant dagger to my heart I assure you!) You can take that boy home to mum, and he knows exactly how to get a gal where she's going. We love to see it!
Okay. Getting Handsy at work feat. Gregory and La La la Lucy!
Lucy Abernathy was many things, and she was proud of all of them. But most of all she prided herself on being appropriate in all situations. She always knew what to say at weddings, what to write in group birthday cards, and what to say when condolences were necessary. Lucy Abernathy was carefully pieced together, and unflappable. That was, provided she was not around her boyfriend Gregory Bridgerton.
Everything about Gregory seemed to set her on edge, hyperaware of his presence. Whether she liked i or not, eve before they were together, she was aware of the intricacies of his schedule. He arrived at 7:45am, he made a cup of coffee, he waited for Anthony, He sat in the tea room and had a toasted sandwich from 1-2pm and he left at 5:45pm most days. Routine, like clockwork. Until one day at 12:55pm he'd grabbed a duffel bag and headed fr the lift. He'd returned an hour later in a tank top and shorts and suddenly, the office had felt very, very warm.
And really it was very hard to concentrate when the man for whom you were quietly pining away was parading around in front of you with his unfairly muscular arms on display, and his stupid kind smile. At least Kate pretended not to notice that Lucy kept dropping things whenever Gregory came back from the gym, waving happily at her, no idea of the apparent sex pest she was. And she'd thought it would get easier when she started dating him. But apparently, she didn't know anything anymore.
Now whenever she saw him walk back into the office, her travel mug in his hand, his own water bottle in the other, heat started pooling low in her stomach. because she knew. She knew what it felt like to have those arms tight around her, his fingertips bruising her thighs, to feel the hard planes of his abs against her own body. Just the thought made her shiver. And Gregory knew it too.
"Hey Luce." He said, in what Lucy was sure he thought was a casual voice one day, dropping a light kiss on her cheek, a light sheen of sweat still on his forehead. Settling himself on her desk, his muscles flexing slightly, and Lucy was already burning. She cleared her throat. "How was the gym?" They were both pretending to be casual this afternoon apparently. Greg shrugged, one of his hands starting to draw little patterns on the fabric of her skirt. "It was... hot in there today." His eyes flicked to hers, usually a light hazel, dark behind his glasses, and her breath caught. Her mind desperately screaming at her to shut this down, they were at work for fuck's sake. Bt apparently, she wasn't listening today.
She let her eyes rake obviously over the way his singlet clung to his muscles, his shorts tight. "Yes, you look very sweaty." her pulse thundered in her ears as Greg leant towards her, trying to ignore how he smelled like aftershave and something inherently more masculine, the way he always did after, heat pooling low in her stomach as he chuckled in her ear breathlessly. "Can I get you a little sweaty?" his lips ghosted over her ear, his hand inching underneath her skirt and- "It's just in here, Greg!" She said loudly standing from her desk suddenly, and swinging the door to Kate's office open, dragging him inside, and snapping the door closed behind them.
And as soon as she did, Gregory was on her. His lips claiming hers almost possessively, their teeth clashing together, his tongue making positively filthy motions against hers a promise of more, as he walked her backwards, until her legs hit the edge of the desk, his huge frame dwarfing her, crowding her against the desk in a slightly thrilling way, his muscles flexing as he lifted her to perch on the edge. His teeth marking her neck softly, then her chest and then he kneeled in front of her, his hands tugging her knees apart roughly.
Lucy felt her head drift backwards a little overcome by the situation she'd found herself in, Gregory's voice a firm command. "You know the rules, Lucy, Eyes open, please." His eyes never leaving hers as his lips teeth caught on the edge of her stockings marking her as his again, his fingers so close to where she needed them. "Greg, please." A soft whimper ringing through the office and then a sigh when they found their mark, moving gently against her at first, and then more firmly as heat coiled tightly inside her, burning her from the inside out. "Fuck Luce, I've been thinking about this all day. Do you know how hard it is to concentrate when you're right fucking there?" His voice was like gravel and then his mouth joined his hands, moving over her, their soft moans mingling in the silence, her fingers slipping through his hair, heat coiling tighter and tighter until it snapped. A soft scream muffled by her own hand, Gregory's murmered encouragement as she fought for breath. So beautiful Luce, So Good.
His smirk was a little smug when he pulled back, plucking her underwear from the floor as he stood. regarding them carefully before he said "I think I'll keep these for the rest of the day. You can get them back at mine tonight." Kissing her lightly on the cheek as he tugged her from the desk, pulling her skirt down, straightening her blouse for her as her mind struggled to keep up as he tugged her from the office.
To look straight into the unbearably smug eyes of her boss, Gregory's future sister-in-law who was spinning around idly in Lucy's chair. "My, My, My, Lucinda what a pickle. Would you like to be the pot or the kettle today?" Kate said smirking.
And Lucy Abernathy who was always incredibly appropriate desperately wished that the ground would swallow her.

Bridgerton Season 2... my thoughts
It's going below the cuts because of Spoilers... and i apologise it's going to likely incoherent...
First up... the Featherington subplots... what the hell and what was the point. Once I realised what was going on, not gonna lie... i fast fowarded it. I did see Portia giving Jack the old heave ho and basically screwing him over and I have to yell "get the fuck in" i love protective mother's and that was just... very much a FUCK YOU moment and i loved it.
Can we talk about Colin's tan??? Jesus... it would have fit in on a night out in Newcastle... JESUS WEPT. I am sure at one point he was nearly orange... Colin babe i love you when you're not being an idiot... but dude... the tan... no.
I'm going to do a separate post on Benedict cause I just have to...
the marina/colin thing was meh i loved seeing Phillip and him being a babe and a plant nerd but i think again. i could have done without it this season but it was nice to see Marina happy and i'm kinda interested to see how they will do this... going forward...
I LOVE LOVE LOVED ALL the Bridgerton Family moments and A&B Moments in this were just... sheer perfection. it was clear you could see the Brotherly relationship, the difference between A&Bs relationship and that of A& C-H... it was clear they were the best of friends. Anthony went to Benedict for advise... and Benedict offered it. Anthony offered Benedict support as a brother... and tried to do the same with the Art Academy and just did it poorly but i can't wait to see more A&B In future.
VIOLET FUCKING BRIDERTON- what a fucking WOMAN. the flashbacks... GIVE RUTH GEMMELL ALL THE AWARDS. She was fucking REMARKABLE this season. seeing her pain... seeing her struggle and seeing her comfort Anthony... the scenes they shared... their moments... they were just beautiful and I loved them... and I cannot wait to see her as a bad as mother fucker she is in AOFAG... i can't wait to see her be the rock for Ben..
She is a goddess and I will not hear a bad word said against her.
Anthony's moments dancing with Hyacinth and seeing her dance albeit it briefly Benedict... then his chat with Gregory... FUCK THE FEELS... THE FEELS... I've watch that twice now and sobbed like a girl... it was so beautiful...
but to the main course...
First up... I love Edwina... for the most part... at times I felt she was a little wooden and stiff that may change with some rewatches. there were times she just felt poorly written and at times I felt, while justified, she came across a bit spoilt and petulant to me but again... I totally get it... she was furious with them both. With Kate... but the whole thing...
it was just a fucked up mess. the wedding it should never got that far but if i remove the book from my mind and look at it as something other than TVWLM and not the book and as a story.
BUT their make up scene... the conversation about "being true to oneself" THAT is the Edwina I know and loved from the book and I am so fucking excited to see her be herself in Season 3...
Kate and Anthony... my darlings... you both idiots.
I cannot physically put it into words...
the slow burn... it hurt
but Anthony simping over her... the way his brain stalled at seeing her leg, when he could smell her... it was just... breathtaking and beautiful.
the way he acted around her... their hand movements, their longing glazes. it was just beautiful.
Kate... you darling darling broken girl. it pained me so much. Simone is just beautiful and her acting was exquisite. I hate the pain she went through and you could see it in every glance you could see the pain and hurt she felt. the conflict she felt and the scene in the cupboard. her lonliness hits her like, pardon the word and pun, a wrecking ball... honestly it was like someone reached into my chest and pulled my heart out...
I know lots of people complained about the lack of sex but man i am not sure i needed it. it was hot, it was steamy and the moments we got, the montage of their first time. jesus christ i went feral.
Anthony you fucked up the first marriage proposal to her... dude you clearly didn't think properly you could have saved yourself a lot of pain!
Anthony's speech in the garden to her for the first time and this his love declaration...
it was just beautiful
I HATE that we didn't get more Kanthony and we didn't get their fucking honeymoon... 6 months! and we didn't get it but...
i love the ending. Lady Whistledown's silence and saying about knowing the moment went to talk... it has to be huge foreshadowing for her making up with Eloise...
and Benedict's closing the box... trapping down his artistic tendancies...
but the epilogue.
Kate and Anthony not giving a flying fuck about propriety and snogging in front of their family... fucking spot on. that is the Viscount and Viscountess I wanna see in Season 3... floating their happiness by coming in from gardens looking very dishevelled at balls and just dancing together all night and embarassing their family...
to summarise...
if you are a hardcore lover of the book and you go in expecting an adapation you are going to be disappointed... if you go in with open eyes and an open heart... then you will love it...
i have loved it and it's made my excited (yes weird i know) to see what they do with my beloved King and Queen when it is there turn...

Okay I'm finally done the Bridgerton books, here's my official ranking, a guide, a best and worst aggregate, a post so I don't forget these books in a month
The good ones
These books are all great and could easily be my favorite depending on my mood
The Viscount Who Loved Me (Anthony and Kate) the closest Bridgeton gets to enemies to lovers, with a compelling and funny hero and heroine. Best moment? Bees baby! Their wedding night! They're obsessed with each other and they hate it! That's my jam Worst moment? Kate loses a bit of personality after she gets married, the dick literally can't be that good.
When He Was Wicked (Francesca and Michael) in love with your best friends girl! this is the hot one! Also the saddest one! Francesca is the best Bridgerton sister by a lot. Best? Michael is doing the most in this book guys, also this book made me cry? Fran, love of my life Worst: it's sad. It's not the one I would pick if I want to turn off by brain, which is not bad! But it's a consideration
Romancing Mr. Bridgeton (Colin and Penelope) proving that friends to lovers can occasionally have rights. Best? The carriage scene/trophy husband Colin/etc they are crackling. Worst? Colin sulking about Pen's success. Also stop mentioning that Penelope is thinner now I hate-
The ones that are fine
Not bad! But not great
It's in His Kiss (Hyacinth and Gareth) this books is kind of a redo of The Duke and I? Gareth has a messy family secret and needs a Bridgeton to make it better. Hyacinth is much more interesting that Daphne, there's this almost heist thing going on? It's fun Best? Just generally Hyacinth is good fun, and they've got chemistry. She wears pants at one point. Worst? This book is in offensive to the extreme, it's just kind of dull.
On the Way to the Wedding (Gregory and Lucy) le grande finale, lots of references to other books. Lucy is a nerd and Gregory has not read any of the Bridgerton books. Best? Kate is there :) Worst? BORING
The Duke and I (Daphne and Simon) le grande beginning! A kind of lackluster start but you gotta start somewhere. You can picture how pretty everything is in the show so that's a plus. Best? Fake dating got them again Worst? You know what's worst :/
The ones that are bad
I know I'm burning bridges here, this is my personal taste, but, I mean, is it surprising that these are the 2 in the show that have the most not hetro implications?
An Offer from a Gentleman (Benedict and Sophie) the Cinderella story. Sophie (imo) is the most boring heroine and Benedict lacks either Anthony's burden and angst or Colin's humor and self assurance. He's boring and a dick. Best? Violet and Sophie have a really cute mother daughter relationship, legit made me emotional. I like Cinderella too I mean I'm not heartless Worst? Benedict and Sophie have the worst sex scene in the series.
To Sir Philip, With Love (Eloise and Philip) look, Quinn seemed to want to change things up a bit after the whistledown arc concluded. Both Eloise and Francesca's books take place far from the London season (the county somewhere I don't remember for this one, Scotland for whww) dealing with heavier themes (depression and being a step parent here, miscarriage and grief in whww) both have non standard courtships even for this series. For me, when he was wicked is wholly successful, and to Sir Philip with love fails. Eloise and Philip have very little chemistry, Philip is supposed to be our manly man but not in a hot way ladies! It's not like he's a wild mountain man, he's an intellectual who just treats people poorly. Best? When the brothers come. Which says a lot about our couple tbh. I also liked benophie better here. Worst? Everything about how they treat Marina. I just hate Philip tbh.
So my ranking is 2 6 4 7 8 1 3 5 please send me all the reasons I am wrong besties

Hey, Hello, Hi.
Not a single person has asked for this, but occasionally a gal needs to further her own agenda.
You know what I'm talking about. Yes, It's my Gregory Bridgerton is a sweet boi and Lucy Abernathy is a lucky bitch鈩笍 Agenda.
Here's just Gregory Bridgerton being a sweetheart.
@aspoonfuloffiction I know this is a special interest of yours, so if you want it here it is.
Gregory Bridgerton had never been more happy in his life than when Lucy Abernathy had agreed to be his girlfriend. Well, he hadn't really asked her, but he had told her he loved her, and then she'd called herself his girlfriend and that counted for something right? The problem was, he also felt, perhaps just a smidgeon guilty. Because she'd told him, while her cheeks flushed that she realised that she was in love with him in November. Ten whole months ago. And she had listened to him whine and complain that Hermione wasn't in love with him. Jesus she'd even helped him, or tried. Apparently he was beyond even her, very capable help. So really, wha this all boiled down too was that he, Gregory George Bridgerton, was going to try for the very first time in his life, to be perfect. Because it was what Lucy Abernathy damn well deserved.
So for the first few weeks of their relationship, he put away his star wars bowties, and bought a set of plain, pinstripe neckties that he'd seen Michael Stirling wear in a GQ shoot. He hid his popculture tshirts, and he bought a set of plain lacoste sneakers, his colourful, limited edition ones staying put on the shelf. He was going to be the kind of man that Lucy looked like she belonged with. Someone who had their life together.
He made her breakfast in the morning, omelettes, and french toast, and breakfast muffins, and when they hadn't spent the night together, he rushed to work early and met her in the carpark scanning for her Mercedes, pastry in hand. And she always looked so surprised, her eyes widening a little, her lips soft against his cheek. "I think I'll keep you, Greg." And God, he hoped she would.
He'd also decided that good boyfriend's gave their girlfriend's flowers. He knew that Anthony bought Kate a bouquet of tulips every Saturday, a handwritten dedication, and she loved it. They always made her smile, proudly displayed in their living room for the coming week. And yes, perhaps it was a little undignified that he'd shuffled into his mother's kitchen less than a day into his relationship, his fists clenched by his side and said "Umm Mum? What kind of flowers do girls like?" causing her head to practically spin off her shoulders her voice a little disappointed when she said "I'm sure I don't know what Hermione would want." Gregory had felt his eyebrows raise in surprise, a little for the bitterness but mostly for the fact that Kate hadn't immediately told her. "Umm actually, they're for Lucy?" His mother squealed in delight drowning out the rest of his statement "She and I... well she's my girlfriend." Finding himself wrapped in her arms seconds later. And an hour later, he had left the Florist with a bouquet of peonies in his hand, heading home to wait for Lucy. His mother had been right, as unfortunately, she usually was. Lucy had regarded him carefully at first, her eyes shining a little when she took them from him her voice very soft. "They're beautiful." "Mmm almost as beautiful as you." And maybe it was worth the 45 minutes of interrogation he'd endured from his mother and Hyacinth for the way she'd smiled at him.
And that really, was it's own separate thing. Lucy Abernathy, was absolutely stunning, every minute of every day. He'd been such an idiot, not to see how beautiful she was. And honestly, it cost him nothing to tell her. He told her when he woke up next to her, her hair spilling over his chest in a tangled array, when she got dressed and stood over the sink eating her breakfast, when they were in the lift at work, when they ate lunch together, when they ate dinner together, a constant shower of You're so beautiful La la la Lucy falling against her skin. Because she was, and he doubted that she heard it anywhere near as much as she deserved to.
So yes, he was trying, really very hard. And it was working, Lucy seemed so exuberantly happy, and he was as well. Blissfully, perfectly happy. Though of course, because she was Lucy, she noticed. She'd found his drawer of shirts first, and the entire mess had unraveled. The truth falling from his lips, how he'd been a little embarrassed because she was so perfect and he was just him. And he could barely stand to look at her afterwards, fighting the urge to flee. And then again, because she was Lucy, and she was perfect, she didn't care. "I think you're absolutely adorable." Her lips brushing his lightly, and Gregory's heart fluttered stupidly, his ears burning. "i just... Lucy, I think you're incredible, and I want to give you everything you deserve and you deserve someone who buys you flowers, and makes you breakfast and buys you lunch, and I don't know, has his life together." Gregory kept his eyes trained on the floor awkwardly, unable to look up as Lucy sighed sending Gregory's stomach churning.
"You know Greg, I think it's very sweet that you want to do all of these things for me but," Gregory's heart sank, he forced his eyes to hers, waiting for the rejection. "I realised I loved you when you showed me that stupid sonic screwdriver. So do you think, the sweet guy who wears Nintendo bowties could be my boyfriend too? Because he was pretty hot actually. Super cute glasses." She was smiling at him, standing on hr toes her fingers running through his hair and he couldn't stop the grin that spread over his face. "Yeah, I think he can be your boyfriend." Her soft smile widening as her lips met him again. "Is he still going to buy me pastries though?" She smirked when they broke apart, Gregory felt laughter bubble in his chest. "Lucy Abernathy, I'll buy you all the pastries you want."

I was curious as to how you鈥檒l describe everyone鈥檚 personal fashion aesthetic or just their aesthetic in general.
HEY!
Okay, I have been meaning/struggling聽 to answer this request for weeks! Because I see the characters very聽clearly in my head but I guess I don鈥檛 know how to describe them? I鈥檓 not so great with the describing words sometimes I guess! But I鈥檓 going to give it a little whirl for the three main couples of the series (So Far. Goose and Edwina and Frankie and Michael will be joining the fray sooner than you think)聽
So! We鈥檙e actually very聽lucky that my talented friend @tammi1 has made some moodboards for us before as well! Isn鈥檛 she talented Y鈥檃ll?! Mayyyyyybe if we鈥檙e all very nice to her she鈥檒l do some wardrobe ones for us at some stage? 馃槈
Anthony锟斤拷 Kate聽 Benedict聽Sophie
But Here鈥檚 a little description of each of them
Anthony
Anthony at work is a very sharp dresser. He wears a tailored three piece suit every day to work, with a tie and a pocket square to match (In later years he wears a colour similar to whatever Kate鈥檚 wearing because he likes the idea that they鈥檙e a team, a matching set). But when he鈥檚 at home Anthony (Dadthony) is what I like to call Farmer鈥檚 Market Hot鈩笍. Because he wears soft sweaters and light coloured chinos and casual sneakers, and you just want to take him to the market and get some organic cheese.
Kate聽聽
Kate at work is a HBIC and everyone knows it (Her theme song at work is BO$$ by Fifth Harmony Don;t @ me about this it鈥檚 true guys). At work she鈥檚 all crisp lines and pencil skirts, and pinafore dresses and she wears stockings with seams and towering heels every day of the week, even when very pregnant. At home she鈥檚 almost the opposite. Her clothes are soft and she wears bright colours, and jeans and matching skirt and top sets, and rarely ever heels.聽
Benedict聽 聽
Ladies, Benedict is an artsy Hipster kind of guy, I do not make the rules. He wears plaid shirts with the sleeves rolled up and jeans and leather boots, always. Not the Doc Martin kind of boots (That鈥檚 Eloise. She is a stocking and Docs gal. Again you know I鈥檓 right) more like Red wing Iron Ranger kind of boots.聽
Sophie
Sophie is a sneakers gal. She never wears heels if she can absolutely avoid it and she looks on a little appalled as Lucy totters around in hers everyday (More on this in a second). Sophie wears a lot of linens and cottons and everything is a soft, pastel colour. She also wears a lot of florals and prints of animals. All of her blouses have foxes running around on them, or little dogs barking happily embroidered on the collars.聽
Gregory聽
Our Boy Gregory is a hot nerd Ladies. He wears a shirt and tie to work (never a waistcoat or jacket). The sleeves are always rolled up and the tie generally has a popculture reference on it, and it鈥檚 more often than not a bowtie. He wears glasses which used to make them a little self conscious before Lucy groaned in his ear how much liked them (Yep. Hard same Lucy) and now he wears them with Pride. At home he is strictly a jeans and tshirt kind of guy. 98% of his shirts have some kind of pop culture reference on them and his sneakers are in bright colours and he has far too many pairs but these ones are a limited edition聽
Lucy聽
Oh La la la Lucy. Lucy is always impeccably put together. Her clothes are all designer. Not in the gaudy kind of way where they鈥檙e all stamped with Prada logo across the front, but in the way where you know she definitely didn鈥檛 get that dress at Primark. Quiet elegance I guess. It鈥檚 her one quiet show of wealth from an otherwise very down to earth person. She keeps it very simple, rarely wears prints or patterns, but favours pastel greens and blues, with the occasional red thrown in and every outfit is colour co-ordinated to perfection. Gregory did a double take in the first few weeks they dated with a confused Did you just...? Match your lipstick to your underwear?聽聽And Lucy wears heels every day of the week. Louboutins, Manolos, burberry, prada, she has some of everything. Whether she鈥檚 at work or going to the Bridgerton鈥檚 for lunch, Lucy is wearing Towering heels. 4ich heels are a short heel for Lucy Abernathy. Partially because She鈥檚 a positively tiny person, partially because she knows the origin of the word stiletto.聽
Hope this ramble was okay!聽

Because I'm me I couldn't let Star Wars Day (May the 4th) go without checking in with our favourite Hot Nerd鈩笍 Gregory Bridgerton.
This is of course dedicated to @aspoonfuloffiction whom I know loves Nerdy Gregory as much as I do.
Gregory had been 5 years old when his big brother Anthony had showed him Star Wars for the very first time and it was cool. Anthony had et him sit on his lap, which was always really cool and there were so many lights and colours on the TV and there were space ships and aliens and it seemed just like magic and Anthony had to keep adjusting the straps on his glasses so they wouldn't come off when Greg moved around in excitement, liking how his shoes lit up just like the swords. And When Mummy and Daddy took Greg to the optometrist the next moth and he recognised one of the characters from the movie on a set of glasses he begged his Daddy for those ones. And when he ran home the next week he couldn't wait to show his brother. And Anthony grinned at him, lifting him up roaring happily and said Well look at you Artoo and Greg had never felt so happy.
Maybe a Star Wars Phase was something that you were supposed to grow out of, Gregory wasn't really sure. All he knew was that every time he watched it he still felt that same childlike sense of delight. And Maybe it reminded him of a time before Anthony had to be more than just his goofy big brother who used to to sneak him vimto chews when mum wasn't looking or maybe he still just had a wild crush on Natalie Portman as Padm茅 Amidala he really couldn't say. But he still loved it, watched it once a month minimum. And then he'd met Lucy Abernathy. And Lucy seemed so, poised and refined in a way that he was more than a little embarrassed by his loved of something that his previous (short-lived) girlfriend had called childish that he'd desperately wanted to hide this part of himself. But it was too late. She'd stood above him in her lingerie and looked down at his Storm Trooper boxer shorts and it had made her... smile. She looked at his Star Wars posters in the living room and chuckled to herself kissing his cheek and Greg didn't really know what to make of it, but he certainly wasn't going to push it. So when three weeks into their relationship she sat, curled on his sofa next to him flicking through a magazine tutting about something or other and her eyes flicked up to him and said I know this is usually your weekend to watch Star Wars Why don't you just put it on? He'd sat open mouthed until she sighed, stood from the couch and started Phantom Menace herself before she settled back against him kissing his cheek lightly. And then when she said, in a perfect mimic of her voice I will not condone a course of action that will lead us to war. Gregory knew they would have to pry him away from Lucy Abernathy with a crowbar. And when he went into work and found a tiny little Han Solo figure glued to the monitor of his computer he couldn't keep the smile off his face. Especially not when he clocked a Leia Organa on Lucy's later in the day.
Gregory had obviously been very excited when his first daughter was born. He loved children, loved being an uncle to his sibling's kids, but something deep in his chest had ached for a child that was one part him and (hopefully) 300 parts Lucy. To hold his child in his arms and know that it was given to him because Lucy loved him, was a moment he would never get tired of. And when Katie was placed in his arms for the first time he hadn't been able to hold back his tears. He was so excited to share everything with his daughter, an entire lifetime of his favourite things to share with her. And yes, he ha watched Star wars with his nieces and nephews but this felt different because this was his daughter. And so, he'd sat, 4 days after they'd brought Katie home from the hospital, his tiny daughter cradled gently in his arms, Lucy pressed into his side and started watching Star Wars, he'd truly thought his heart would burst with happiness. And when Katie marched into the living room years later and said I wanna be Padm茅 for Halloween He'd thought his heart would burst with happiness as he swooped down and lifted her onto his shoulders Then you can be Padm茅 Katie cat! And Lucy had tutted and sighed, with a smirk on her face and a kiss on his cheek I should have known nerdy boys like you were the most dangerous. So adorable, they make you fall in love with them and then turn your children into dorks. And her voice was so filled with love and affection that Gregory fell in love with her all over again. Especially when Katie said, in a startlingly close imitation of her namesake If Daddy's such a nerd why did you fall in love with him Mummy? And Lucy's eyes softened as she stared up at their daughter Sweetheart I just couldn't help myself.

Loved your Lucy thirsting over Gregory and Anthony being Horny for Kate... do you have any of the reverse so Gregory for Lucy and Kate for Anthony....? 馃槇
Oh These four must run through so much water in a day. Hooooooo Boi. (This got so long my lord. I鈥檓 so sorry)
Kate Sheffield would never say it out loud but she鈥檇 found Anthony Bridgerton attractive from the very first second she walked into his office. He鈥檇 been standing there in a perfectly tailored suit, his dark hair falling softly over his forehead in a perfectly tousled way and when he spoke his voice was like rich, deep velvet. But then he鈥檚 opened his mouth and ruined it. Even being an insufferable arsehole though, Kate could admit objectively that Anthony Bridgerton was an attractive man, but she wasn鈥檛 necessarily attracted to him. Until she was. Which was about 24 hours after they鈥檇 met. It was the end of the day, well, night really. Kate was standing in the foyer waiting for the elevator when she heard footsteps behind her. She turned to see Anthony walking towards her, his tie loose, she waistcoat unbuttoned, and his sleeves rolled up revealing his strong forearms his hair was a little dishevelled and suddenly, inexplicably she felt her cheeks grow warm. Over a set of forearms. Like the heroine in a regency novel. The elevator opened and Kate got inside quickly pressing the door shut button calling out Get the next one! At Anthony Bridgerton鈥檚 startled expression. She wondered all the way home why she couldn鈥檛 stop thinking about running her hands through his hair. Insufferable.
Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sheffield argued. It was what they did. But a few months into their working relationship it got a little out of control. They鈥檇 been in the conference room, discussing something neither of them could even remember and suddenly they were screaming at one another, practically nose to nose, she could feel the heat of his body close to hers and his eyes were wild. Both of them fell silent, breathing heavily, and he was just staring at her in that horribly intense way that made heat stab through her chest and want to push him back onto the table and show him just how impossible she could be. She stepped back from him with a huff, sweeping out of the room and slamming her office door as her cheeks burned and her heart thundered. She was not attracted to Anthony Bridgerton. She was NOT. The look in his eyes had her waking up with her fists clenched in the sheets for months.
There should not, Kate reasoned with herself, be anything in anyway erotic about her husband caring for their baby. Except for the fact that watching Anthony be so soft and gentle, and caring with their child made her want to push him up against the wall right there in the nursery which was a completely ridiculous, slightly perverted thought. She was standing on the staircase, watching her husband fuss over their tiny son, currently strapped to his front, as he loaded Edwina with far too many supplies for an afternoon at the park. His soft sweater had the sleeves rolled up, and he was softly talking to Edmund You are going to have such a good time with Auntie Eddie today! There might even be some squirrels out wouldn鈥檛 that be exciting?!聽And Kate鈥檚 heart was ready to explode through her chest, God he even had a tiny plastic dinosaur stuck in his hair. As soon as Edwina was out the door with Edmund Kate throwing out an uncharacteristically short Bye as the door shut. Kate was on Anthony, her hands roaming everywhere, her lips nipping at the spot just beneath his ear. Take off your clothes聽She hissed urgently. Anthony laughed a little breathlessly Really Mrs. Bridgerton? The caring Dad schtick is a turn on hey? For shame. Kate was practically dragging him up the stairs by the collar of his sweater as she huffed out God, yes.
Gregory Bridgerton absolutely could not believe he鈥檇 ever thought he was in love with Hermione Watson. When he鈥檇 looked at her his heart had leapt, and yes he thought she was beautiful, but Lucy Abernathy was a different matter altogether. Every time he was around her he felt himself getting hot under the collar. The way her eyes flicked over him and her lips turned upwards in a little smirk and she bit her lip made him blush furiously.聽
He鈥檇 woken up in her bed the night they got together, his stomach rumbling lightly, rolling over in search of her only to find the other side of the bed empty. He鈥檇 frowned and light panic had flickered in his chest, surely Lucy hadn鈥檛 thought better of this and run out of her house in the middle of the night. He鈥檇 pulled his boxers back on a little embarrassed at the storm troopers on them, especially when she鈥檇 stood above him and unbuttoned her blouse earlier and revealed a very tight black lace bustier that had left him unable to keep his hands off her. He padded down the stairs following the soft light from the kitchen and seen Lucy there, bathed in soft light, his button up shirt landing mid thigh and he鈥檇 never seen anything so ridiculously attractive in his entire life.聽聽
Gregory was an unapologetic nerd, and he wasn鈥檛 necessarily ashamed of it, but Lucy was so put together, all the time. that it made him a little nervous, for god鈥檚 sake her underwear sometimes intentionally matched her shoes, the very thought of which had heat rising to his cheeks when he spotted her across the office, so Gregory had been trying to tone down his popculture proclivity. That was until Lucy had been looking through his drawers for a shirt to put on after her shower and found his collection of Popculture tees. She鈥檇 tutted when he;d admitted that maybe he had been hiding them from her and emerged the very next day wearing a shirt taken straight from his drawer bearing the words looking for love in Alderaan places.聽His reaction had been immediate, his chest felt tight, and heat pooled in his stomach, his voice was a low rasp when he spoke Lucy, take that off right now聽Lucy鈥檚 eyes had shot up in alarm at his commanding voice, usually so gentle. Her own voice small Sorry, Is this not- Gregory cut her off by stepping forward and pushing her lightly until she fell against his bed. God, You鈥檙e too Perfect, Lucy.聽
