It was raining when the others arrived from their trip to Tartosa. Noxee awaits them.
Saiwa and Jack already landed safe at the Beach House.
(It often rains when Ji Ho is sad. Maybe because he's worried to cause Vlad inconvenience by staying with him again tonight?)
Haha they squeezed the five of them in the TukTuk! Maybe they can even travel around with all six of them?
It's time for Noxee and Greg to leave. A visit in the Otherworld is draining and usually no one can stay here for longer.
(That's why it's so calmingly empty all the time.)
Greg hugs Kiyoshi: "Farewell my son."
(Greg really seems to support Kiyoshi and Jack! The last time when I heard him say 'Farewell my son' was when he left Baby Jack to live with Uncle Stefan! And I've never seen Greg hugging any of the Boys. He barely talks to them. Well except when he yelled at them when he'd been their PE teacher ^^')
And then Ji Ho and Vlad sent Noxee and Greg back to Moonwood Mill with the devices Rubyn had built for them.
(I don't think it's necessary for Grexee to kiss while teleporting, but they do it anyway ^^' Maybe if something goes wrong?)
And Kiyoshi is so excited again when he sees them kissing hahaha
The Boys still have to earn money to pay back Rubyn and the others so they went to work for the rest of the day. It's painful for Kiyoshi to work in Jack's shop. The last time they'd been happy together was in their wine and cheese cellar at the invisible farm.
And even though Ji Ho is tired from sending back Noxee and Greg, he didn't feel dizzy from the ride, because he'd spent the last night with Vlad. So he went to his room to work on his songs.
He missed this so much. And he misses their home and living here together with all of his friends.
It was raining again when they had dinner. Jeb tried to cheer Ji Ho up and Vlad decided to not make a fuss because Ji Ho is spending the night with him again to not make him even more sad.
Jeb and Kiyoshi retreated to Jeb's apartment after dinner and got ready for bed. Jeb even installed a second sink for Kiyoshi.
Jeb: "Oddly domestic, huh?"
Kiyoshi grumbled something and stared into nowhere. Jeb sighed.
Both of them want this with someone else...
In the other bathroom, Vlad is trying hard not to make a fuss.
It's worse when Ji Ho is sad. It also affects him over their Bond.
So Vlad put his pride and principles aside.
They can have their non-relationship back when Ji Ho feels better.
They awkwardly sat on Vlad's bed. Maybe it's the last time they are together before Ji Ho's ingame wedding with Prince Caleb ö.Ö
Vlad would never admit it but he also suffers from exhaustion. So he has some benefits of their encounter too. Teleporting a TukTuk around in the Otherworld is draining for both of them.
And he loves Ji Ho from the first day he saw him. But the more time they spend together making love, the more painful it is because Ji Ho isn't able to love him. And of course Ji Ho feels these thoughts over the Bond.
Ji Ho: "The therapy will fix this. I'll do anything..."
Vlad: "Don't worry about me."
Ji Ho: "Vlad..."
Vlad: "Shhh..."
And then Ji Ho gave himself over to absolute pleasure... And the rain stopped from falling - because Vlad made Ji Ho very happy...
'Give yourself over to absolute pleasure
Swim the warm waters of sins of the flesh
Erotic nightmares beyond any measure
And sensual daydreams to treasure forever
Can't you just see it?
Whoa, whoa, whoa'
Don't dream it, be it - The Rocky Horror Picture Show
TMI: have I ever told you how much I love this movie?
When I was ~16 y/o I watched it every day after school, for months!
(I watched it way more often than even Star Wars ^^')
And my friend and I used to sing the songs loud in the school bus hahaha omg!
Outtakes
Vlad: "Do you mind we proceed in Jeb's bed? So I don't miss you so much when I'm alone in my room again. Your scent in my bed and the memories of us there together..."
Jo Ho: "Oh, ok."
(That's what they did. I clicked on Vlad's bed and they ran over to Jeb's...)
He really tried so hard not to make a fuss but he just can't help it ^^'

Ugly Tyrolean Shoes: Kind of Appealing to Me Right Now
I follow a lot of stylish guys on Instagram, and I’ve noticed a couple guys who wear the Tyrolean-style shoe a lot. Derek over at Put This On wrote about them a couple years ago. The most widespread version of the shoe is the Clarks Wallabee. I always thought they were ugly, but whenever I see the higher-end version made by Heschung on stylish men like Greg from No Man Walks Alone, I always reconsider. I tried the Wallabee a couple years ago and loved how comfortable it was, but the shape of the toe was not to my liking.

Padmore & Barnes, which is the Irish factory that originally manufactured for Clarks, then was spun off as its own company when Clarks moved production to Asia, still sells the original Wallabee, and its toe shape looks vastly better. Kiyoshi from Five in Blue did a comparison a few months ago to show the difference.
But I also am liking the version made by Astorflex, the Italian company whose crepe-sold desert boots I recently bought and am loving. Called the “Beenflex,” End clothing has them in a few different makes, including suede with the super comfy crepe sole but also some pairs, presumably new in for fall, in leather with commando soles. The leather doesn’t look as high-quality as the Heschung version, but at 1/3 the price, that’s not a surprise.
I’m not sure how water resistant the Astorflex version is, though the commando sole, leather version will fare better than the suede crepe sole in the rain by default. But the key is that toe shape, and at $165, it’s a less expensive way to try out the style.

What happens to national security and foreign relations if the president is incapacitated?
If there's a query about who’s in cost, the federal government isn't completely rudderless. AP Photograph/Evan Vucci
If President Donald Trump is just too sick to carry out his duties, it’s not clear what would possibly occur to the nation’s nationwide safety and overseas relations. That’s a priority as a result of crises like a terrorist assault or the outbreak of hostilities between nations can seem with out warning.
As somebody who has served as a senior price range official within the White Home within the 1990s and has taught and written on nationwide safety and overseas coverage establishments and processes for 15 years, I do know the 25th Modification provides some assist. It defines a course of by which the president can declare himself, or be declared by others, to be unable to carry out his job. However that course of takes time, and its final result isn’t essentially sure.
For the American folks and the world as an entire, it’s necessary that there’s certainty about who’s in cost and whose orders the navy, the diplomats, the spies and different authorities officers ought to observe.
That sense of stability will be reassuring in unsure occasions and permit whomever is in cost to make what choices are wanted. That’s very true at a time when the nation is going through a pandemic, world warming, wildfires, overseas intrusion in elections, large unemployment and widespread racial pressure.
However at a time when many senior officers – together with a lot of the Joint Chiefs of Employees – are quarantining, the nation isn’t fully rudderless. That’s true even in a state of affairs the place the vice chairman has not change into appearing president, or if there are political or authorized battles over the succession course of.
Military Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Employees, is without doubt one of the senior navy leaders now quarantining because of attainable publicity to the coronavirus.
Greg Nash/Pool through AP
The navy
Within the case of a disaster, the choice to make use of navy drive is made by the president, and passes by way of the secretary of protection to the operational commander within the subject. The members of the Joint Chiefs of Employees will not be within the formal chain of command, though the chairman is the navy adviser to the president.
The navy providers all have finished vital planning for attainable contingencies. Ought to drive be wanted, there are procedures and even particular plans – in addition to massive numbers of navy and civilian employees to execute them.
However any order should come from the highest. President Donald Trump has gone by way of three secretaries of protection, and his administration’s relationship with the navy has been controversial. Morale within the navy is seen as low. If there isn’t readability about who’s in cost, the navy won’t know whether or not or how to reply to any orders they could obtain from folks claiming to be main the nation.
Nationwide Safety Council
The Nationwide Safety Council, the president’s White Home coordinating physique for overseas and nationwide safety coverage, additionally has customary practices, together with common conferences of members from nationwide security-related Cupboard departments the president selects. These conferences would proceed, coping with crises and teeing up choice choices as much as the president with suggestions for motion.
The council has for a few years been criticized for going past the position of making choices and truly telling authorities businesses the right way to implement choices and what to do.
However the Trump administration’s state of affairs is extra difficult. The particular person serving because the nationwide safety adviser, heading the Nationwide Safety Council and serving as a key advisor for the president, is the sixth in 4 years, together with two appearing advisers.
Furthermore, alerts from insiders and former insiders writing “tell-all” books point out that the president typically makes choices the council has not reviewed, and confers independently with key members, separate from the remainder of the committee.
Had been this explicit president to change into incapacitated, it’s not clear who would obtain choices or relay choices. The nationwide safety adviser doesn’t have the authority to challenge orders on his personal.
[Deep knowledge, daily. Sign up for The Conversation’s newsletter.]
Workplace of Administration and Funds
Much less well-known to the general public, however maybe extra vital to conveying stability in occasions of presidential uncertainty is the Workplace of Administration and Funds.
This workplace, which experiences on to the president and is a part of the White Home, has a 400-person everlasting employees who evaluation all company price range and legislative proposals earlier than transmitting them to Congress – together with facets of overseas coverage and nationwide safety. It controls the price range, proposed laws and rules, and planning processes all businesses should observe. It’s arduous at work throughout October reviewing proposals for subsequent fiscal yr’s price range. Enter from the president and vice chairman doesn’t sometimes come till the very finish, in December.
In a disaster, the workplace can play a key position in coordinating company assets to handle the issue and in speaking authoritative steering for company responses. Nonetheless, it doesn’t present coverage path; that should come from the president or by way of different senior employees.
The workplace instructed the Protection Division to delay offering funds for navy help to the Ukraine in the summertime of 2019 – however it was passing alongside an order, not making the choice itself. With out somebody clearly in cost, the workplace is unlikely to make any adjustments in spending or authorities coverage.
U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who has up to now examined unfavourable for the coronavirus, has shortened a visit to Asia in gentle of the president’s constructive take a look at end result.
Kiyoshi Ota/Pool Photograph through AP
State Division
The Division of State is the oldest Cupboard division; it handles diplomacy and overseas relations. It has a big, everlasting skilled employees – each civilian and diplomatic – and a normal set of working procedures and diplomatic processes. These won’t change if there may be confusion about who wields govt energy within the U.S.
Nonetheless, Trump has had two secretaries of State and critics have complained that he has “gutted” the division, making continuity and stability much less sure. Nonetheless, diplomats can proceed to ply their commerce and keep orderly relationships with overseas governments.
In the long run, the overseas coverage and nationwide safety system will probably be secure and staffed, even when the president is incapacitated. True stability and reassurance, nevertheless, rely upon an orderly course of on the prime.
A scarcity of readability about management would make that stability and reassurance arduous to ensure. Businesses can simply determine the right way to maintain vital features and current insurance policies going. However in the long run, the system would want central choices and steering from above – inserting stability and predictability squarely within the palms of management within the White Home.
Gordon Adams has acquired funding from the Open Society Foundations. Means prior to now, principally pre-1993, I acquired basis funding for analysis on nationwide safety coverage and budgets. I’m at present a Distinguished Fellow on the Stimson Heart and a Distinguished Non-Resident Fellow on the Quincy Institute, each in Washington, D.C.

Beltane - Part 8
It all starts -> here (incl prequel)
Noxee, Jack and Saiwa left the campsite and went back to Porto Azzurro. They are the first batch to travel back home with the TTT (Teleporting TukTuk).
Jack and Sai are worried they'd have to face Kiyoshi and Jeb when they pick up Ji Ho, but Noxee reassured them.
Noxee: "Ji Ho is staying with Vlad tonight too. The ride and sending Greg and me back to Moonwood Mill will cost them. So it's better they stay together until tomorrow to charge the Bond."
Saiwa: "Oh, ok."
It's already noon and the others are having lunch. They wait for the TukTuk to come back to bring them home.
Haha Greg has a huge plate full of meat ^^'
And it seems he and Kiyoshi get along really well ö.Ö
(We had this episode after Jack fell in his coma (that was before we learned that Greg is Jack's father). It seems that Greg always supported Kiyoshi and Jack. Is he helping Kiyoshi to get back together with Jack?)
'Io non riesco a dirlo.
È che ti vorrei soltanto un po' di più.
Anche tu?
Io vorrei toccarti ma più mi avvicino e più non so chi sei.
Anche tu?'
'I cannot say it. I want you, a little bit more.
[Really,] do you think so?
I’d like to touch you, but the more I get near to you,
the more I do not recognize you.
[Really,] does it happen to you, too?'
Gianna Nannini - Fotoromanza
These are the last screenshots from Beltane at Tartosa. It was an extended Beltane but I'm glad we took the time to sort some important things out. And that the Boys could take a little break 🏖
Outtakes
Kiyoshi and his father-in-law, Greg
(with the 'traditional Beltane Canon' and the burnt steering wheel ^^')
And beautiful Saiwa when I cought him swimming after log-in.
