Rathalaugust 2023 (catchup) day 16: Great Izuchi

A fancy little guy, high quality raptor. For this one I imagined their tail blades shed in layers - like cat claws - and he's sharpening it up a bit by gnawing at the outer layer.

A sprite in the style of 2nd generation (Game Boy Colour) Pokémon! I find the style/limitations very fun to work with

did charcoal stuff in class... sadly I will be unable to complete the great izuchi one as we're starting something new tomorrow and my teach asked me to hang it up in the hallway 🥹

the paolumu one is also a bit outdated as I added a some touches to it but blegghh

Also thought i'd share all these Monster Hunter related pins and badges i made for my ita bag. These were honestly a lot of fun to make, and many of these monsters i drew for the first time with these. Im particularly proud of the Palico, Glavenus and Tobi-Kadachi.

Day 16: Great Izuchi

Another great pack monster with its little minions. I very much like the synchronized attacks that they do. It feels cool to fight even if they aren’t considered hard.
