Decided to start working on a 'Sunnyfied' version of Metal Sonic and boi, shading metal is hard with markers when you have no idea how to do it lmao

I, for some damn forsaken reason, started obsessing over Mephiles. So! I've been figuring out how to fit him best into my style, and already on the second try I found the one.

Also, yeah. My Mephie has a mouth that's visible only when open. (Also also yes i just called him Mephie, he's my precious 💜💙)

This time we have Knuckles, who is the drummer of Creature Freedom. And Tails, who is the lighting and special effects manager for gigs.

Anyways. Angst moment for Sonic, and (partial) designs for Shadow and Jet. Still need to make AU designs for Silver, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Rouge and obviously Carna.

Carna is a vocalist of the band, much like Sonic, but Carna also plays the bass. Knuckles is gonna be the drummer, and the rest are part of the band's crew, like outfit planning and cameras/lights etc.

Shadow is the guitarist of the band, and Jet plays a keytar. A possible name i've chosen for the band is "Creature Freedom" but i'm not sure yet :'D the genre for their music is also still in the pondering machine, but I'm leaning more towards a mix of Linkin Park and (Killjoy era) My Chemical Romance. But one thing is for sure that this band has a VERY energetic and even a bit of an aggressive vibe on gigs.

The story however is slowly coming together in small snippets in my head, and there will be slight angst :') (well okay i lied, there's gonna be A TON of angst because in this household we live for the angst)

Uh, new AU? New AU. Roommate band AU yippee.

I dunno. Random dream that turned into a whole AU centered around the life of a group of roommates who form a band together. I literally saw this design in a dream and just had to do something with it, and that dream had me waking up crying.

The main focus is Sonic and Carna, and the dynamic between them.

Also ah, it's wonderful to just have all my childhood crushes come crashing back like a lightning bolt out of nowhere :')
