Do you think Sarada would still exist if Ino was her mother instead of Sakura?

Personally I don't think so? Mostly because Sarada's canonically a SasuSaku child. She has similarities in design to Sasuke and Sakura, so I can't imagine her as a SasuIno child. And personally I wouldn't want to. I think she's meant to be a SasuSaku child, and I don't think that's worth changing, even in AU form. It'd take a lot of work to redesign, and rework her personality to make her more SasuIno-ish. If SasuIno had a child, I'd want their daughter to have a fitting design for that ship. (And I did create a SasuIno daughter.)

While it's been a long while since I've watched Fairy Tail, I can still say that any match for Gray would have been better than Juvia.

As for Lucy specifically... I can't say I'm a shipper of GrayLu. I'm not really much of a Lucy shipper at all, now that I think of it. But to be fair, if the author had taken it down that route, I could see it maybe working.

Do you think Ino only ended up with Sai was because she couldn't have the real Sasuke?

I think Sai was created as a consolation prize for Ino. She fell for him because he fit her type of guy, looking similarly to Sasuke (whom she had always referred to as a "positive love.). Now I wish I could believe she fell for him organically, but it just felt so off. I never read the Shippuden manga, so I don't know if there's more development for them there, but as it sticks to anime canon, I barely saw anything that indicated that Sai felt the same way for her. (Still hate that the compliment he gave her when they first met, was meant as the opposite of what he thought.) (I know Blank Period gave more SaiIno moments, but ehhh... It was too little, too late for me to take it as seriously. I think she always liked him more than he liked her. With that said, I prefer SaiIno in a fanon sense. Canon just doesn't do it for me.)

I know some Graylu shippers think that Gruvia shippers hate Lucy, I don't understand where that comes from cause I genuinely am so happy whenever I see Gray and anyone else care for her.

Gray being like "don"t underestimate her power" as a lot of their enemies think she is weak...And her spirits being straight up in love with her is so comforting

I actually love this post, finally someone who isn't afraid to share their opinion but doesn't use it to bring down other people's opinions .

Gruvia shippers have been bombarded by the "specific graylu shipper * since the beginning of the year and I will admit I retaliated by posting pro gruvia in the anti tags to give them a taste of their one medicin but I genuinely forgot some people who dislike gruvia are actually pretty chill so sorry about that I'll try and be more mindful.

Three things to say after seeing at least ten pro gruvia posts in the anti gruvia tag after weeks of not being on tumblr.

1-and most important. Why did you, specific graylu shipper, go and piss off the gruvian shippers? I mean seriously, I'm also annoyed by Gruvia and I think it's a terrible ship, but I don't have to convince anyone, least of all people who I already know won't change their mind - and honestly, who the fuck cares what they ship, that's enough for me to have a little corner on the internet where I can vent about things I don't like when I'm particularly annoyed. Also, it bothers me terribly to be compared to people like you so please stop.

2-to pros who post in the wrong tag on purpose. Although I understand your frustration and I know it's not your fault, it's not even our fault. Most of antis stay in their corner - at least here on tumblr, I don't use Twitter so I don't know – so just block that user.

3-in any case, if you publish in the anti tag, know that you are more likely to receive responses from the anti that you might not want to read (I myself responded to a post, not out of malice but to explain my point of view, before realizing that you started posting in the wrong tag not because you all suddenly went crazy but because of an aggressive anti).

Honestly, I haven't really heard of the spite shipping argument before, but I've been absent for a while off of Tumblr and all things gr///via for a few good months, so maybe I just missed something!

I can definitely see gr///vians shipping Lucy with Natsu just to keep Lucy away from Gray though, which is a big eyeroll. People should ship characters together because they like them together, not to make sure other they don't compete with a different ship lol; they're not real people, there's just no need.

I don't ship NaLi personally. I'm not a Lisanna fan, I find her to be sort of annoying, but I don't really hate her anymore.

Kidding (sort of) aside, NaLi is still much, much healthier than gr///via, like most normal ships in Fairy Tail. Lisanna may be annoying to me, but she's still a kind person, something juvia is and cannot be.

My friend told me to tell you this. She will leave grayluforever alone when someone can get grayluforever or graylusupermacy as they are known on twitter and don’t forget their other page on there too stellagoetiafan to leave us alone. That’s all we want. My friend figured exposing them would make them leave us alone but she just amped it up. It’s almost like she has her notifications turned on so she can bother us even more. She never misses a beat.

If you gonna call out my friend for exposing then I need you to call out your friend for bothering us in our spaces. What’s right is right? And what wrong is wrong.

My friend and I have nothing against you but please get the full story before siding with a crazy person who actively comes into spaces of people who are only talking about their favorite ships and characters just to shit on them. Us talking about our faves shouldn’t cause a person to do what they are doing.

It’s one thing if someone is bothering them but it’s an asshole move to go into folks spaces and bother them when all they are doing is enjoying their ships or favorite characters.

Ehh... It's badly written canon. If Sasuke divorced Sakura, and went off with Ino, canon would have destroyed SasuIno as well. I have no doubt about that. So I wouldn't wish that, even if SasuSaku is annoying to watch. SasuIno is better fanonically anyway. That way we actually have the freedom to develop their love story in a more believable and organic way.
