It’s mostly dry enough now that this evening, I decided to check out the gravel pit and our seasonal “creek”. The gravel pit is very full! i can't wax extensive poetic about it rn but i really enjoy the idea of blu engie being the only original on blu; the only person who knows the truth, at first; who whips the rest of blu into a frenzy when they learn the truth, too, under the guise that he himself is a clone, just like them. their outrage is his own, he tells them. that anger makes every match so much fun, from where he's sitting.

because at the end of the day it doesn't matter; they have a job to do. they're clones—so what?

conversely, red engie being so confident that he's the real engineer...when he's just part of the coverup.
