The French in that Utena poster is actually riddled with mistakes and as a native speaker, it amuses me greatly. I kept "future" as a deliberate mistake to keep a bit of that spirit. I kind of regret not getting the gradients fully right and the aliasing on Karen's crown bugs me a little but getting that thing to work was stupidly difficult and also it was like 1 a.m. when I whipped together this image.

Shoujo is such a hard word to translate satisfactorily, it is so loaded, but fille fits better on the image than fillette does (also fillette really gives that idea of being juvenile, immature, while fille does not).

Silver & Poison is a gothic / surreal / psychological Victorian comic project, inspired by stuff like Revolutionary Girl Utena and Cybersix.

I know what most of the major story beats and character arcs will be, just doing some more research while doing up the outline. We'll see how this goes
