Jerk pork 🐖 is absolutely my favourite. I wanted a sweet piece of pork and a cut to suits the occasion. I choose a 1-1/4" cut. 🥩 . To start when I get meat from the butcher I always portioned out and marinate the the pieces in a vacuum sealed bag with #grantsgourmetjerkseasoning and place it in the freezer for those days you need a piece of pork and don't have time to prep and marinate. You see while the package is thawing in the fridge it is marinating slowly.
