Played GBF VS Rising with friends and while I did get tilted, I didn't get so seething mad I wanted to commit a felony, so that's improvement.

I'm still peeved at the way the game just straight up lies about being "beginner friendly". Yeah it's got easy specials but every special has 3 variants with different functionality and only having the one when using simple inputs is crippling. Yeah it has an easy auto combo, but every combo beyond that has incredibly strict timing requirements, many of which are frame perfect.

I've left two spots empty, which games are you adding and why?

All the big names are pretty much there, except Killer Instinct, Darkstalkers and, if you nasty, Fighting EX Layer, but I've barely touched DS and EX Layer and I've never had any console that KI was available on so I really don't have enough experience to talk about them. Smash is also missing because it's not a fighting game platform fighters are kind of their own separate sub genre than traditional fighting games and, again, is only available on systems that I don't own.

Anyhow, just go play fighting games. They're awesome.

Lucilius and Belial are great. No matter what your feelings on them as a pairing, it's still funny and agonizing when Belial opens his arms for a hug and Lucilius marches right past him without a flicker of emotion
