✨I did it! I graduated college!✨ 🥳🎊

ngl, college for me was.. well, rough. I started at uni all the way back in fall 2017 (lol yes, it was that long ago). I was going through my classes at a steady pace, on track to graduate within the typical 4 year timeline and all that, but then the pandemic hit in late 2019; I moved back home when I heard about it, but then I had no choice but to also withdraw from my old school, since they didn't offer online degrees.

When I transferred, I lost most of my credits because my last school only had a "pass/fail" grading system and most schools only accept transfer credits with letter grades. I had to do lots of credit appeals, placement tests, and repeats of classes I had already passed at my previous school... needless to say, the whole thing ended up setting me back a few years.

On top of everything else, my physical and mental health have both taken a turn for the worst. Doing full-time online school means rarely leaving your computer (especially when the pandemic was going on and staying indoors all the time became normal), so I've developed a very poor posture over the past few years. I keep spraining my wrists from overuse, and have needed to make regular visits to a chiropractor 💀 My sleep schedule has also been terrible. I won't even get into how bad my mental health has been. I've struggled with it for most of my life, but seriously wtf, I did not sign up for this x _ x

But now that I've earned my degree, I'm so happy that I have one less thing to worry about :"D I finally get to move forward in my life again, I finally have time to do the things I've been wanting to do for so long; finding a steady job, making plans with my boyfriend, restoring my body and mind back to a healthier state (hopefully better than ever), and generally making sure that the remainder of my 20s are well spent.

First thing I'm gonna do though is make up for all the years of sleep deprivation!!! Goodnight~😊💙

We just had our graduation dance and got our diplomas yesterday, Vixxie had a final grade (from 7th grade to 9th) of 9.7 and i (Lemon) had one of 9.6!

I also ran into a glass door as i was leaving the graduation, what a great way to end my time at my school.

My mama and sister decorated my cap and oh my god it is so pretty I literally cried so hard!

Edwige graduated cum laude and despite having only one real friend her graduation party was a moderate success (the bubble blower helped a lot).

She bought a small house downtown and a cheap car she nick-named "Freezer Burn", and got a job in the culinary career track right away. The first meal she makes in her new crib is a grilled cheese sandwich.

I once thought about giving her the Grilled Cheese Aspiration but decided against it. I'd already done it to another sim long ago and it wasn't fun. ;p

Instead I chose the Pleasure Aspiration at sim creation. Then, shortly after placing her in her dorm I used Insimenator to tweak her Interests and change her Lifetime Want to "Become Celebrity Chef".

When you have the best time if you’re life partying and drinking with friends you made for a live time 🥳🤩🫶🏼

Being determined is to have a want for something, and to keep wanting it, as the thoughts get stronger, so does your need to do something. Problem is, Kenma isn't all that impulsive. It wasn't like he didn't want to know who you are, or what your favourite thing to do is, it was the complete opposite actually; he just didn't know how to approach someone with such an iridescent personality.

Being who he was, Kenma didn't talk much. To him there wasn't too much to talk about, which is why he always found himself just listening. And listening. And listening. Until you beckoned him to speak, "Hello, Kenma! How are you today?" He looked at you in silence. The thought of someone as outgoing and pretty as you talking to him made him nervous. With his face flushing and a look of discomfort twisting into his face he ran away from you; he found himself doing this all of highschool.

His feelings for you throughout your three years knowing about one another hadn't waned at all. Graduation night was the night he planned on having an actual conversation with you...but, he didn't want to do it like this.

The graduation party had been going on since 10:00 at night and it was currently 12:00. He sat with a bottle in his hand, drunk and delirious, just watching you drunkenly dance on a coffee table singing a Carly Rae Jepson song ( which he couldn't care to remember the name of.) on the karaoke machine.

He watched for a few more seconds before hopping off the couch and making a drunk and sweaty attempt to walk over and talk to you. The house was crowded with sweaty bodies bumping into one another, drinks in hand, snacks littered the floor, and maybe even vomit if you were unlucky enough to step in it. When he found his way to the table you pulled him up onto it, taking the bottle of alcohol, taking a swig, and giving him a kiss until you both stumbled and lost your footing, causing the both of you to fall to the floor with a drunken laugh. "Hiiiii, Y/n. I...uhgg..I've really wanted to talk t...to you..for a while nowww..," He then stood up and held his hand out for you as you grabbed his hand almost falling again in the process of getting up. You smiled at him, taking his hand and leading him to a random empty bathroom, "Sorry, I- *hic* it was too loud...anyway, hiiiii Kenny!" You both giggled some more before chatting a little more. Despite being a drunk conversation, the conversation was very fulfilling for the both of you. Him talking to you made your heart race, his laughter made you smile, and his drunk ramblings were the cutest little thing to you. He then beckoned you to talk, "Hey, heyyy, Y/n, heyyy, what ya thinkin bout?" This made you smile more, "I'm thinkin bout a certain volleyball boy..who rannn awayy from mee all of highschool!" His face then grew red as he shied away a little, "I...mmf..I didn't mean to. I just..didn't know what to say to youu. You know? I've.. had feelings for you for a while now." As you listened to him you both leaned in his eyes leading from your lips to your eyes. You then closed the space between you.

The rest of the night from then on was a blur, however Kenma woke up at home, his mother sitting at his bedside prepared to scold him; as he was being scolded by his mother his father also came in scolding him along with her, opening the blinds and allowing sunlight into his room. And despite his skull crushing headache, nauseousness, and his body pains, he was happy. His eyes remained closed and covered by his arms, until his mother said three things, "What's all this bruising on you..ARE THESE HICKEYS?! AND WHAT'S WITH ALL THIS WRITING? AND WHO'S Y/N AND WHY IS THERE A PHONE NUMBER SAYING 'GIVE ME A CALL HOTSTUFF'? KOZUME ANSWER ME!"

And deep down Kenma knew you were probably at home giggling to yourself. And this thought made his heart swell.
