I think the hardest part is trying to convince my bf that I’ve eaten when I most definitely am avoiding food and eating hardly anything around him .
Soon he’s going to ask questions and worry but not yet I have time before he really notices by that time I’ll be small enough I can float around on a cloud .

just found out I’m obese according to the BMI scale :)))))) this is motivation for me to ⭐️ve :)))))) I’m totally normal and handling this normally :))))))) I’m totally not going to relapse harder than ever :)))))))) (BMI was 34)

things i avoid/engage in when fasting to help the process.
🌿 𖠗 things i do: ─ sleep; this one helps me a lot. ─ i drink water until i feel way too sick. ─ smell things that make me nauseous. (spray perfumes that make your head hurt) ─ keep track with my diet apps; seeing which state of fasting i'm in and how many hours i've gone motivates me so much! ─ make a th1n$p0 board (pinterest is a great place to look!) ─ m3ansp0 personally doesn't work for me, so instead i tell myself "i'm so skinny, i'm losing so much weight, this is my choice and i am happy with it, etc." ─ think about how your life is going to get significantly better ─ stretching ─ hand slimming workouts & collarbone/neck/shoulder workouts to make them pop out more (you can do both sitting!) ─ keeping food in harder to reach places so it takes more effort to get to ─ eating ice! 🌿 𖠗 things i watch: ─ photo owl time lapse on youtube ★ AMAZING gr0s$po tbh just search up "time lapse" on youtube and there are so many disgusting time lapses. ─ super size me (2004) i watched it on peacock because it was free :-) ★ a documentary that follows a man who eats nothing but mcdonalds for a month straight and tracks his physical and mental health. it also looks into how the food industry promotes poor health for their own benefit. ─ i have trypophobia so i'll look at images/watch videos that make me uncomfortable. DO NOT do this if it is too much for you and will go farther than just not eating (s/h, panic attacks, etc.) 🌿 𖠗 things i avoid: ─ mukbangs ─ cooking videos ─ if you can, avoid the kitchen. keep water bottles in your room.

oh actually its a little funny. well, hmm, ehh. not really funny? but i'm not sure what other adjective to use at the moment. side note if this is already a sign of brain fog i will fucking. fuck nvm i will not entertain that thought. anyway as i was saying. i wanted to clarify, or more so specify for my own accountability and also shit ass goldfish memory lmao, that i "need" to eat the leftover cake given as a gift from a family friend because apparently no one else really wants it. which is a statement predicated on that i want that shit to begin with?? i swear everyone is subtlety but actively trying to sabotage me. i am genuinely considering starting to throw small chunks of it every time i clean the dishes and throw the trash which is almost always, about twice a day usually. :3 ? on another note, we also have yogurt which i actually do want, to help with digestion and all that, ... but sob emoji it was.. its everything was weird, smell, taste, even look. fuck, this is quite literal actual gr0s$p0 isn't it? anyway so i checked and the expiration was today ... skull emoji. i decided to keep in the fridge and throw out the even?? older?? yogurt we all for whatever reason kept??? anyway, i did fuck shit this whole afternoon, the morning was nonexistent because my fat ass couldn't be bothered to wake up at any reasonable hour. overall crap day. i plan to well, er- plan the next week so it wouldn't all be such as much of a shit show as today had been. ah fuck wait, i guess it wasn't so bad since i continued and finished t0 th3 b0N3 earlier during brUn[h :D ! <3 !!!
slept near 11:30pm last night and woke up around 10:30am today... haha. i wanted to go jogging again in the morning but. i couldn't, or at least i didn't. removed sheets, i'll put on new ones later since i want to vacuum the mattress and pillows, quarter-assed stretches and i guess some of it counts as yoga, quarter-assed again some legs. unless i am panting and sweating by the end of a workout, i only consider it as stretching and or warm up and not count the potential c@/0r13s burned since its negligible anyway. i'm not sure if i will run later since i really need to get my shit together enough to finally fucking study to prepare for a goddamn future i am not even sure i will be present for. i guess a somewhat positive of waking up late is having slept for longer, which should help with my metabolism, also i more easily sk1p br3@kf@$T and even luN(h.

Current weight 225.8lbs 5.8lbs away from my first goal weight ! Original weight 280 to 242 to today 225.8lb total weight loss of 52.4 lbs! So hard yet so worth it !
