So since I wrote my description of sentient Gotham in my Peter in Gotham fic, I have been OBSESSED with her design.

I made her and my sentient metropolis (they’re dating) in dress to impress on Roblox because I would rather do ANYTHING than use fucking AI art

The Face is ABSOLUTE MUCH More Supergirls than Catwoman, the eyes and lips are more round and full, less sharp angled than it would be on Catwoman's face, but the Goggles and Catwoman Cowl are exact to Catwoman's Style... then the neck and down are more proportioned and styled to how Supergirl is Sketched.
