The Joker was apprehended, sitting on the ground as Batman guarded him, but the kid--"Bruce Wayne's newest ward, how tragic! Hehehe!"--was nowhere to be found. Nightwing and Red Hood desperate searched the warehouse until a shuffling noise grabbed their attention.

A kid, black haired just like the kid in the Joker's broadcast, crawling out of a pile of boxes. "Is it over?" the boy asked quietly.

Nightwing guided him to the only exit, unfortunately walking past the boy's own kidnapper. "Yeah, kid. It's over. Come on-"

Like a shot, the boy rushed the Joker and kicked him right in the balls.

The Joker wheezed like a dying squeaky toy. Red Hood froze. Nightwing immediately snatched the boy up by the armpits, but all that did was give the boy the height to attack again, punting Joker in the jaw. The clown went down and cracked his head on the floor. He did not get back up.

There was a moment of silence before Red Hood roared with laughter, his helmet distorting the sound.

Dating Jason Todd means picking and dropping you off anywhere you want. To your work, school, favorite cafe, store, park, etc.—anywhere. He's your guy.

Honestly, it makes you squirm, god, he looks so hot, waiting for you, not letting you go anywhere alone without making sure you got there safe and secure. Since you started dating him, you've never ridden a bus, taxi, or any public transportation unless he's there with you. He's making you soft and more feminine, and it's sending you to utter heaven.

He might come off as cold to other people, but not to you. Never to you.

What makes you squirm even more is when he's waiting for you at night. There's nothing unusual, but his outfit—you secretly wish for it all the time. Don't get it wrong, he looks good in every outfit he wears, but his black shirt?

There's something different when he's wearing just a plain black shirt. It hugs his physique, his biceps pushing the fabric a little tighter around his arms, chest too, and god, his back. You could see the ridges of his muscles against the dark fabric. Don't even get me started when he grips the handlebar of the bike, his arm flexing unconsciously. And you're already ovulating a little too early in your cycle.

Salivating.

Immediately, you're salivating. But you just secretly watch him, secretly admiring him because you try to savor it on your own. Your gazes last longer than usual, glued to his body.

Not too fast.

As the red light shines on the highway and he has time to look at you, he catches your gaze on his shirt, on his body. You're too entranced to even notice him watching you in the rearview mirror.

He smirks under the dark helmet.

Two days later, he brought five dozen of the same shirt.

I’m thinking about Gotham Knights! Jason and his chain necklace-

He wears it because he knows the silver looks good on him. You gave it to him on his birthday and he always keeps it on him, he even wears it under the uniform. He fights with his hands a lot, so wearing a ring wouldn’t be the best option, but he can tuck the necklace under his shirt or zip it away safely under the suit. It’s a little piece of you he can always keep with him close to his heart.

Jason tends to rub his fingers along it while he’s thinking. It helps him focus. And the weight of it grounds him sometimes when he has some bad memories come up.

He’s smitten with you, he won’t admit it but he wears it to give you easier access to him. He shivers when you trail your fingers across the links. How your fingertips whisper over the sensitive skin on his neck nearly makes his knees buckle.

He likes when you use it to pull him close to kiss him. The way your fingers brush his skin as you yank him to you like you were pulling a collar. And god does he love that.

Hell, he’ll even put it on you. It’s his favorite thing for you to wear, especially if it’s all you’re wearing. When its links sparkle against your skin, glistening against you— the most beautiful jewel he has ever seen.
