HEY PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF SPOILERS READ THE LIST FIRST!!! I know not everyone has spinoff brainrot like me lol
Anyways, this is technically a wip for an animatic? But I was like "hey it's just scenes from the show I can probably just stitch them together as reference" and I'm pretty proud of how this came put so into the main it goes ^^ Baby's first... AMV? Is it still called AMV if it's not anime?
Anyways my respect for people who do this was already high but now it skyrocketed, this is just 30 seconds and 4 scenes copy pasted together but they took all afternoon, I'm gonna go back to drawing animatics by hand instead

[Backlog] [09/09/2022]
When the guy who kept killing you in the timeloop to revive himself gets revived and now you have to work with him but also you're way too nice to even bring it up (also that happened in a spinoff so the main series is just gonna ignore it)

Introduction to Kamen Rider Another Agito/Kaoru Kino
Since I've done a post for Gills, I might as well do one for Another Agito. Some of you may be familiar with him from Gorider (2017), but here I'll be briefly going over things from Kamen Rider Agito (2001) with limited spoilers.

This is Another Agito, the Kamen Rider form of Kaoru Kino.

This is Kaoru Kino, who appears later on in Kamen Rider Agito (2001). His arc follows him finding his path after having to deal with his trauma and how it has and will continue to affect him in the future.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Key Points (Another Agito)
Like Gills, his face plate does open, revealing teeth/jaws
Like Gills, he relies more on his biological weapons, such as his armor and claws
His transformation is Kino posing, his belt manifesting, and Kino saying "Henshin"
His bike is the Dark Hopper
He only has one form
He can form a wing that can be used for gliding

Key Points (Kino)
(I will only touch on things from his first episodes here, but I'll just mention that his arc is important to the development of multiple characters.)
He was a licensed surgeon and was considered one of the best, but got his license revoked after he was stranded in the mountains with his brother, Masato, and lost his right arm to frostbite
In the accident, Kino also lost his brother and it was a very traumatizing experience that took a toll on his mental and physical health
Kino lost his arm, but after amputating his arm, Masato's arm was grafted onto his body
The arm that was his brother's seems to have a mind of it's own at times, however this may be Kino's way of trying to break through the fog he's in himself while projecting his brother's wishes for him to help onto the actions/inaction of said arm
Kino still practices as a surgeon without a license and will rush to hospitals when they call for him
The loss of Masato and Masato's wishes are huge motivators for Kino throughout his arc
Kino acts against Ryo and Shouichi, wanting to be the strongest and only person with their kind of power
Hikawa has a fondness for Kino when they first meet, thinking of him as a brave and noble person with a kind soul
His transformation poses:

13th Age Monster Mash
Way back when I made some 5e stats for a fun little post about weird combination animals. The gorider, frogodile, shawk, and lamprat, four beasts each made by magically taking two different creatures and mushing them together into a mistake in the eyes of the gods. Terrible, awful, and also kind of amazing, let’s see how they look with 13th Age stats.
Gorider Large 3rd level blocker [beast] Initiative: +7 Swinging fists +8 vs. AC (2 attacks) - 8 damage Dual hit: If both swinging fists hit during the same turn, the gorider can make a venomous bite attack on its next turn. [Special trigger] Venomous bite + 10 vs. AC - 15 damage and 5 ongoing poison damage Natural even hit: The ongoing damage increases to 10 if the target is dazed or stuck. C: Web +8 vs. PD (up to 2 nearby enemies in a group) - The target is stuck (save ends) Natural 16+: The target is also dazed as long as it is stuck. Limited use: 1/round as a quick action, if the escalation die is odd. Wall crawler: A gorider can climb on ceilings and walls as easily as it moves on the ground. AC 18 PD 17 MD 13 HP 85
The gorider is a mix of gorilla and spider, almost appearing to be a gorilla with its body rearranged into a spider’s physiology. Eight limbs, the front two with hands and the back two with feet, allow them to climb walls and ceilings effectively, and their massive fangs drip potent and painful venom. The webs they spin have thread as thick as vines, and are almost impossible to break.
Frogodile Huge 5th level spoiler [beast] Initiative: +7 Clamping jaws + 10 vs. AC - 25 damage and the target is hampered until the end of the frogodile’s next turn. Natural 18+: The target is swallowed whole if the frogodile doesn’t already have a creature swallowed (see below). Natural odd hit or miss: The frogodile can make a tail swipe attack against a different enemy as a free action. [Special Trigger] Tail swipe +10 vs. AC - 10 damage Natural 18+: The target is stunned until the end of the frogodile’s next turn. R: Tongue +9 vs. PD (one nearby enemy) - The target is pops free of any creature its engaged with and is pulled to engage the frogodile. The frogodile can make a clamping jaws attack against the target as a free action. Natural 18+: The target is hampered until the end of the frogodile’s next turn. Swallow whole: While a creature is swallowed whole, it takes 3d10 acid damage at the start of its turn and is stuck, hampered, and unable to attack or affect anything outside the frogodile’s stomach (and vice-versa). All weapon attacks made from within the frogodile are reduced to d6 damage dice if they were higher than that. The frogodile does take a -5 penalty to AC against attacks coming from inside it, since its internal organs aren’t as sturdy as its scaled skin. Most teleport abilities don’t work because you’re hampered and you can’t see the location out of the frogodile you want to teleport to. There are two ways out. Cut your way out: Successfully deal at least 25 damage to the frogodile with a single attack using a bladed weapon of some kind. Successfully cutting your way free like this deals 10 ongoing damage to the frogodile as its insides start becoming outsides. Get regurgitated: While the frogodile is staggered, you can use a standard action to roll a hard save (16+). On a success, you manage to crawl out of the frogodile’s stomach and it is forced to spit you out somewhere nearby. The save becomes easy (6+) when the frogodile is dead. Water-breathing: The frogodile swims well and can breath underwater. AC 21 PD 20 MD 13 HP 225
Mostly crocodile, the frogodile adds an extra long and sticky tongue, powerful rear legs to let it leap longer distances, and the ability to actually breath underwater. Of course, starting with a giant crocodile was probably not necessary...
Shawk 1st level mook [beast] Initiative +6 Furious biting and clawing +6 vs. AC - 4 damage Natural even miss: The target and the shawk both take 1d6 damage. Frenzy (group): When two or more shawks in the same mob are dropped to 0 hp by an attack, as a free action each dropped shawk attacks one random nearby non-shawk creature before it dies. That creature takes 1d6 damage. Flight: The shawk is a strong, maneuverable flyer. AC 15 PD 17 MD 11 HP 6 (mook) Mook: Kill one shawk mook for every 6 hp you deal to the mob.
What happens when you give a hawk the mouth and blood aggression of a shark? It turns out a very aggressive bird that tries to bite you. Who could have guessed?
Lamprat Swarm 2nd level spoiler [beast] Initiative: +5 Blood draining bites +7 vs. PD (1d3 nearby enemies) - 2 damage, and after the attack the lamprat swarm engages one of the targets. Natural attack roll higher than the target’s Dexterity: The target is hampered and takes 2 ongoing damage. It can end the effect by attacking the swarm, or if the swarm drops to 0 hp. No opportunities: The lamprat swarm can’t make opportunity attacks, and enemies can’t make opportunity attacks against it. Swarming resistance: Each turn, the lamprat swarm gains resist damage 16+ to all melee and ranged attacks by enemies the swarm did not attack that turn. Water-breathing: Lamprats can breath underwater, but they’re just mediocre swimmers. AC 17 PD 17 MD 12 HP 34
This was just a mistake. Sticking a lampray head onto a rat. Turns out they’re very pervasive, can overwhelm and kill many of their former natural predators, and are multiplying. The sewers where this thing was first created are swarming with them now.
