Beware the five-headed goose hydra! I saw this on Etsy and thought it was a wonderful idea. Some people here have been asking me if I'm a retailer, the answer is no. I'm just a guy enjoying a hobby.

With this miniature I wanted to try out the contrast paint apothecary white, to see if a white contrast would actually do anything. I did a base zenithol Prime, then the Apothecary White, and it kind of worked. The low areas became a medium Gray and high areas were a light gray. I tried a second coat of the contrast and it just made everything more medium Gray, so just one coat on top of a zenithol prime works okay.
