aHhh okay so the discussions of Titan!Megatron on @callsign-relic's blog have fully. FULLY taken over my brain and ive been drawing stuff for it for like the last few days nonstop

the tl;dr of this is AU is pretty much "what if Megatron got turned into a titan/cityformer as a form of penance/imprisonment and now roams the empty wasteland of Cybertron forever" plus "IDW Megatron has really fucked up internals so... what if that, but as a City?"

and of course since he's a Titan, that also means he has a cityspeaker... or three. One per sub-AU thing. Theres 3 options. 3 flavours of AU.

Hi. My battery is running out once again so design and art notes get chucked here instead of an image.

The cuffs and collar are hardwired into Megatron, so I made the lights the same colour as his biolights!

I imagine that on the tops of his shoulders there are solar panels, even if you can't see them here lol.

I really wanted to keep the swirly bits on Megatron's chest from IDW

Other art notes:

The second picture with the seekers is (loosely) inspired by a discussion about whether or not Megatron gets visitors or not. I thought about who would visit him and well... I think this is as close as Starscream realistically gets to visiting him.

Extra detail about that piece is that Thundercracker and Skywarp are keeping watch from above! Also drawing Megatron took me like 8 hours because I was struggling with his legs really badly kshffkbfkdsbdk,, the background went much faster, funnily enough.

Optimus specifically isn't wearing his Autobot badge any more.

This isn't relevant in this series of images, but Ultra Magnus's eye markings are only on the Magnus armour. His other two forms do not have them :] (... until he begins to discard the armour, that is.)

Megatron is roughly 3200m/2 miles tall. Technically he could have clouds around his knees, but I thought this looked a little bit cooler lol.

Also, height chart! Him big. I didn't even attempt to put a human for scale because that'd be. near impossible with this scale.

The DCAs arms/hands keep breaking because of how much they move and do silly acrobatics, pairing that with some leftover water+fire damage, it is one of the things that Y/N has to repair often;

New compatible parts are hard to find + expensive (considering how old the DCAs model is), so Y/N normally has to go to old faztech electronic trash dumps to find something that might work, which is usually pieces of other similar-looking Attendants from some old FAZCO animatronic line. You really hope sun and moon don't know about this, or else things will get awkward

hello american tumblr user. i see that you have reblogged the nazi getting punched gif and the clip of the nazi flag being ripped. that is all well and good. but have you checked in on friends and family members affected by trumps executive orders? have you offered any tangible help?

this is not to say that showing your support for anti fascism is bad, but it needs to be paired with action.

posting about trump removing the price cap on prescription drugs does nothing if you are not also sharing resources with your diabetic friends like the American Diabetes Association's article on how to keep insulin costs manageable, or pharmacy discount cards like SingleCare or GoodRx.

instead of publicly posting about friends/family members that youre worried about due to the ICE raids, consider sharing things like the ACLUs article on immigration rights and what to do if youre being detained. PRIVATELY reach out to any undocumented people you know and advise them to carry a red card so that they can quickly and easily advocate for themselves. maybe even do some research yourself and find some local immigration lawyers that they can use if they ever need it.

this is not a post meant to guilt you, it is a post to remind you that there are a lot of ways that you can make a difference. start locally, with people that you can reach and give tangible assistance. does your friend group have a discord? make a resources channel and share things there. take care of your local community as best you can. that will do more good than a tumblr post will.

I never noticed it in game until now. There is one for Chesed's as well but its taken from my phone so I won't add the hall. Below are the writings in a clearer form to see along with a bit of scuffed translation for some. In order its Malkuth, Yesod, Netzach, Hod, Tiphereth A (Girl, First Section), Tiphereth B (Boy, Second Section), Chesed, Gebura, Hokma, and Binah. It's labeled as [sephirah name][ester] in assets.

I'm assuming the reason why I couldn't find the ones in the bottom layer in game is due to the fact they have Binah and Hokma as their sephirahs. And Yesod's department... it explains itself. If they are there I'm just blind. I used google translate for some of them but stopped after awhile as i had to manually try to match up characters after writing the general shape and that takes awhile BUT! In Malkuth's they talk about how 'joint training sucks' and how one sin and a hundred good deeds is 'creepy' with a doodle of it as well. Yesod's has one of an employee going 'We are all going to die!' with it underlined and a smaller response to it being 'shut up, you piece of shit!' along with a drawing of a PE box and it being called 'the root of all evil'. Chesed having a huge 'PESCA' (fishing) because of his ocean themed department. Even the clerks have sailor uniforms. Also a 'Get out of here!' near the left side as well with an 'already?' right next to the tally marks. Netzach's talking about the beer vending machine, how the upper layers are better (i couldn't tell what the response to that comment was supposed to be though) and 'here is the enkephalin'. Again, machine translated so not the EXACT words and only for a couple of them but I hope it's interesting!
