In the first room of Inner Demons, Rook's room, there's a table with playing cards scattered about. I am assuming this is a game of Wicked Grace. Of four chairs at the table, one is knocked over. The cards laid out on the table are kind of all the same so idk if the ones laid out alone have any real significance.

I like the characterization of Rook being a cards player in contrast to Solas' chess playing.

there's a sequel maximum ride series? did you read it? can i have details? 👀

Regrettably, I have not read the sequel series. I have passed by it in stores before, though, and had to do a double take, because surely- surely!- it was not a sequel to Maximum Ride.

And in fact, it was a sequel to that series. The only spoilers I picked up from flipping through it are below the cut.

From what I have gathered, the world is now some kind of dystopian/post-apocalyptic hellscape, and Max's daughter is struggling to survive. And does not know who her parents are? Unclear. What was clear was that she was separated from Max and the Flock at some point, and when Max did pop up on the page, they seemed to be a lot of mother/daughter tension.

Also, I think Max's daughter name was Phoenix. Could I look this up to know for certain? Yes. I am not going to, however.

*by blurbs i mean the written descriptions e.g. "Aeon smells very gentle and pleasant, but not necessarily sweet..." etc. i would still include notes, perfume descriptions, etc

I've been watching a couple of people playing/reviewing horror mods in Minecraft, and that got me thinking..

What if there was a mod that seems like completely normal at first, anyone can play the game like normal. BUT!

There can be random structures/builds that shows that someone has been here before. Following the 'story' of the mod, (through books) it would be written by a different 'user'

First, they write out about normal things like crafting recipes, villager tradings, etc. But soon it would slowly turn into this User noticing.. strange things.

Like blocks being randomly placed, things being built without their knowledge, and even stuff in their chests being taken out. They start getting paranoid to where they start building structures with more security; ie redstone/trip wire traps, using obsidian to fortify their base.

Following coordinates (found in the books) can lead players into a big almost stronghold like base filled with traps galore and a bunch of loot

The 'final room' would be a single chest with a book, reading the book could read something like:

"After feeling like I've been going crazy, I've learned that– I don't know how, but someone has entered MY WORLD!

Someone had been building those builds, stealing MY STUFF! Luckily, I managed to lure them here and I will make sure to get them out of MY WORLD"

Once the book is closed and the player turns around, there would be an entity that would look like another regular player that would attack you and immediately kill you

Not sure if there can be a way to program it like a hardcore perma-death or maybe even crash the whole game after the entity kills the player?

But yeah that's my silly idea! I haven’t seen much horror mods where it acts as YOU, yourself, are the intruder to someone else's world

But I would love to see more future horror suspense/psychological horror Minecraft mods!
