Plus I realized its a cliff notes version of my journey through #witchcraft and I don’t know if I’ve shared it this way with the Patron Family before… Q & A about #gooferdust / protocols of #protectionspells ⭐️ Question: After 2 older women and a young girl checked out from their one night stay, I went to clear the room and both beds were pulled away from the wall and in the center of the room. Encircling both beds was a powder substance that had the most nauseating smell that to this day I cannot identify nor have I ever smelled it again. That was strange all on its own, but the effect it had on myself and my housekeepers is something I have no explanation for. While inside the room i developed a strong headache. But once outside the room, everyone's demeanor returned to normal. None of us wanted to go back in, it was so unsettling. It took us 3 days to get it cleaned but it wasn't available to rent out It took 2 weeks and I have TONS of stories about things I shouldn't have seen, but this one is by far the craziest and most unexplainable. ⭐️Answer: The powder used in the #ritual in your hotel room is Goofer Dust and it’s used in #voodoo for #banishing and protection. The older ladies were trying to protect the girl. The objection I have to your experience though, as someone who has had to also clean hotel rooms and have ran several B&B’s. Is firstly, that is very inconsiderate to make you guys have to deal with the cleanup like that. Also, in doing their ritual in a hotel room and leaving their mess for you cleaners, they involved your energy without your consent in their working and it had a negative impact on you which also lent a negative impact in their spell. That was amateurish and down right mean. Goofer Dust . Is a rootwork used to permanently rid oneself of anyone who stands against you. Those who wish to make and deploy goofer dust do so at their own risk, for even the tiniest particle on one’s person on in the practitioner's home will set off a chain of increasingly catastrophic events that could culminate in the death of the worker.  Goofer dust beings with a midnight trip to the graveyard. There the worker negotiates the purchase of a plug of dirt from the grave of a dead person. It is best to approach the grave of an ancestor or person you knew and loved in life otherwise not only will you not get the dirt, you may take home a new spectral friend (or worse!). Once the graveyard dirt is procured, it is mixed with sulphur, dried red pepper, dried snake skin (go easy on yourself and grab this from your local hunter), and a few other additives.  The ingredients are pulverized until they are nothing but dust. The dust is then carefully sprinkled on the target’s doorstep or somewhere else in the target’s environment. Oh wow. I’ve been considering ways to build relationships with some spirits in local cemetaries for a while, and this could be a great way aside from flowers and coins....

Death Biscuits: hardtack offering to the dead

In October, I make a new batch of these hardtack biscuits. While not the most glamorous or delectable offerings, they can keep for months, making them easy to carry in a purse/bag/car/etc. I use these to offer at cemeteries, to leave on shrines and altars for extended periods of time, and to keep in my purse for unexpected offerings to any death-related entities.

This recipe is extremely simple and can be dressed up many ways. Traditionally, hardtack is made with just flour, water, and some salt. These I fancy up with some other spices.
