While these two look similar they most definitely do not have the same aura as bosses.
Vaati sure his main boss form is the standard giant eyeball. But he also has the Vaati Reborn form. Along with that he at least still looks cool.
Meanwhile we have Octavo. A dork who could have prevented all the things he did. But instead he becomes the hylian equivalent of the Necrodancer. Plus the bonus of going bald I guess

Useless lesbians 🫶🏻
I love the idea of Lute being generally bad at interacting with others, which added to the normal awkwardness of having a crush would be quite the experience for a clueless but also crushing Vaggie
The first drawing without the text:

“Hizashi had reacted fast enough and used his lute as a weapon against the attacker, smashing it straight into their head. Now he stood there, eyes wide and breath heavy, the (somehow still intact) lute in his hands.
Shouta took a mental note to examine that fucking instrument later – at this point he believed it was cursed because there was no way it had survived so many hardships during their travels whilst remaining unscathed.”

Young Woman with a Lute | Johannes Vermeer | 1663 | MET NY
“A young woman glances out a window while tuning her lute. Open songbooks and a viola da gamba on the floor indicate that she is preparing for a duet. Wealthy young people in the Dutch Republic studied music as part of their education, and amateur concerts provided a welcome opportunity for flirtation. The map of Europe in the background reflects the decoration of Dutch homes at the time, a sign of pride in the nation’s preeminence in navigation and cartography.”
