I'm sooo done 😭😫🤧. yesterday coming back from the city my mom and I were hit with a storm, we weren't able to do shit just fucjing take rain and wind hitting us in 90°, we were dripping wet and still had at least a 15 minutes walk home. We make managed to get into a driveway of a house and stand under the roof, but it was too late everything was wet 😭😭 including my brand new green vans 🤧 they were so pretty.

if the rain hits us earlier we could've gotten inot a pub next to the train station, but it happened so fast ??! we saw the clouds than heard rumbling, 2 minutes and BOOM a storm (and literally boom cause we live very close to the river and some lightnings were soo loud I think they hit it)

I love storms but not when I'm in the middle of it helpless. the worst part, since our vacation home is outside the city next to a lots of trees a bunch fell out cutting the electric and wifi, the wifi they worked sooo hard to do 😭😭

they managed to get the electricity back (thank God one of our neighbors is working with fixing electricity) but I asked his son whom helps with the wifi and he said it could take a while... and it's end of summer so they probably won't fix it anytime soon 🙃

I'm so angry, so far my laptop had great wifi, I was worried about gme cause my phone doesn't connect to the wifi as well as the laptop, and yes from maybe two days I'll have unlimited mobile data and I could use it as Hotspot but idk how well it'll work here, I'm currently from mobile and it's shit.... might go to stay at my aunt's cause after paying so much there is no fucking way I'll miss even a second of gme

To Find the Children Act 1: Introduction

One cold spring morning a dark feathered girl awakens, her name is Twinkles, lying on the cold floor next to her is her brother Carook.  Taby, Twinkle's familiar lies between them. In the distance there is a shout. Twinkle turns to Carook “What do you think has happened?”

“I do not know.”  replies Carook.

They both head to the door out of the small room. Carook listens at the door and rolls a 12 for perception.  That is a failure for level 1 characters and Carook can not quite figure out who the voice belongs to.  He slowly opens the door and then sneaks out into the hallway, he rolls a 17 stealth as he heads towards the noise.  He is using the avoid notice exploration activity.  Twinkles and Taby follow about 10 feet behind him.  She will be keeping her eyes open for any dangers using the search activity.  

They arrive outside the main bedroom of the orphanage.  The doors are wide open.  A cold breeze blows into the room.  There is a smell of sulfur and on her knees Mistress Rapholin is crying.  She does not notice Carook sneaking up behind her. 

Question for the Mythic Game Master Emulator:  Is there anyone else in the room besides Mistress Rapholin. 

Odds: Unlikely { 7| 35| 88 } a 96 is rolled and that is an exceptional no.  

Carook walks up to Mistress Rapholin, a dark haired elven woman, dressed in heavy robe and he kneels beside her, “What is the matter Miss Holly?”

Turning to Carook she says, “They are gone, All the children are gone!!”  She cries even harder, “Carook this is horrible.  Who would take them? We need to find them.”

“How can we help Miss Holly?”

Twinkle places an arm around Miss Holly and adds, “Should we go get Sheriff Hutchin?” 

“I came in this morning when I heard some noise. I thought one of the kids was having difficulty sleeping. When I arrived the room was filled with thick smoke and a horrible rotten egg smell. I stumbled around the room, but alas the children were missing.”  She puts her head on Twinkles shoulder and cries.

Due to the corruption of the local sheriff I am going to ask the GME if the Sheriff should be consulted.

Odds: 50/50 { 10| 50| 91 } a 3 was rolled that is a yes.

She says yes to Twinkles. “Can you kids go into town and get Sheriff Hutchin?”

“Of course.”  answers Carook.

Carook and Twinkles both use perception to sense Ms Holly’s motives. Carook rolls a 10 and Twinkles a 6 on a perception check to see if Miss Holly is telling the truth. They seem to be telling the truth.

Consult the GME: is Miss Holly lying.

Odds: Very Unlikely { 5| 25| 86 } a 1 was rolled so an exceptional yes.

Consult the GME:  is Miss Holly involved?

Odds: I am going to change the odds towards likely due to her lying answer. { 13| 65| 94 } a 31 and the answer is yes.  Keep in mind that Tipsy and Carook do not suspect anything at this time.

Before Twinkles and Carook leave to get the Sheriff they are going to gather some information first.

Carook rolls a 22 on perception and Twinkles rolls a 14.

Carook was looking for tracks. 

Consult the GME:  Is there any tracks?

Odds: Likely yes  { 13| 65| 94 } a 3 rolled and that is an exceptional yes.

Carook examines the tracks with his survival and rolls a 19.  This is a success.

This will end scene 1. Bookkeeping takes place at the end of a scene.
