What have I been doing instead of writing or classwork? Modding BG3 and making my OCs, of course!

I posted pics before when I only had the vanilla game assets available.

First is the story's interpretation of what Astarion looked like before turning. Yes, I accept other interpretations of what he looked like, such as different eye colors or even his hair color. This is not what I believe to be the most-likely scenario for canon pre-vampirism Astarion.

(If you don't care about my story's OCs, then don't bother with the read more break. It is there as a courtesy to those who just want Astarion as well as to avoid how loooong this post will be.)

Mods used: Toarie's New Character Creation Presets (Andrei head, which I'm fairly certain is a tweaked Astarion with no bite marks, clearer skin, etc), Vessnelle's Hair Collection (M3, it's still not what I wanted but it was the best I could find, his hair should be more like ringlets and in a higher ponytail and no/different bangs) Other settings: Pallid Tone 1 Skin, Elf Gold 2 Eyes, White 3 + 75% Greying (Grey Neutral 2)

My D&D OC:

Alak’niss Rilynath: FTM noble, Sorcerer/Wizard Arachnomancer and Arch-Mage of Sorcere. Had a dalliance with Gromph Baenre, and assassinated the arch-mage who succeeded him (Pharaun Mizzrym) to assume the title of Archmage at Sorcere, having an advantage in doing so for his female anatomy. Fearfully referred to as the ‘Spider King’, as rumours say he is a ‘Consort of Lolth’, having been ‘kissed by the Spider Queen,’ as the only House Patron to be given the advantage of being blessed with a female form at birth, part of his body also naturally armoured with a spider-like carapace, which spread with his use of magic. He is also feared for his jet black hair, which, in Drow Society, is said to be a bad omen - and a bad omen he was, indeed, for the Rilynath House, as when they sought to eliminate him for the ‘treachery’ of his transition, he picked them off one by one until only he was left.

Hey, sorry this took a second, but here you go!

Izjik is a gloomstalker ranger with a little dip into barbarian. Her main stats would be strength and wisdom. Would a strength based ranger have shitty spells? Yes. But Izjik doesn't know shit or fuck about magic anyways. Her race would be selkie, which I homebrewed for my own setting, and her background would be outlander. I'd give her proficiency in nature, insight, and athletic, and the tough feat.

Sepo is a full assassin rogue. High dex and charisma, though it's all going to intimidation. His race could also stay as siren, as I homebrewed that too. His background is acolyte, and he'd have proficiency in intimidation, stealth, perception, and investigation. I'd give him the alert or healer feat as well.

Twenari is a human scribe wizard. Yeah, I know she's a sorcerer and has magic in her blood, but she feels like a wizard and I couldn't get away with giving her high charisma. Intelligence and dexterity would be her highest stats, with proficiency in arcana and history, and a sailor background. I'd also give her the war caster feat.

Djek, I'd say, is a human thief rogue with a three level dip into shadow sorcerer. He's got high charisma and dexterity, and proficiency in sleight of hand, acrobatics, persuasion, and deception. I'd also give him disadvantage on sight based perception checks because it's funny. He has the urchin background and the inspiring leader feat.

Astra is hard because she's flavored like an artificer, but would play like a wizard. I'd say she has three levels in artillerist artificer and the rest in evocation wizard. She has high intelligence and charisma, but awful wisdom. Her background is folk hero, she's proficient in arcana and history, and she has the skill expert feat. She's also a human.

Mashal is a warforged battle master fighter, with the maneuvers bait and switch, disarming attack, and menacing attack. He'd have stupid high strength and constitution, but shitty dex and charisma. He'd be proficient in athletics and animal handling, with a solider background he doesn't remember, and the keen mind feat.

Ivander is an inquisitive rogue, with one level in celestial warlock for flavor. I guess I'd make him an astral elf for his race. He'd have high intelligence and charisma, but low constitution and a reduced movement speed. I think he'd be proficient in investigation, deception, persuasion, and sleight of hand, have a noble background, and the gunner feat.

Elsind (are you sensing a theme yet) would be a changeling mastermind rogue, but I think they're only 3rd level. She'd have high dex and ok charisma, despite her charisma based subclass. They'd be proficient in acrobatics, insight, performance, and intimidation because they're creepy. I'd give him the entertainer background and the actor feat.

Avymere is also difficult to place, but I'm going to go with shadow monk, even though I think they're flavored more like a dex based paladin. Their race is elf, with high dex, intelligence, and charisma, and the noble background. They'd be proficient in athletics and insight, and would have the martial adept feat, giving them the maneuvers precision strike and tactical assessment.

So yeah, moral of the story, I like rogues. They're my second favorite class after artificers. I'm just surprised half of them didn't end up as fighter multiclasses too, because that's what's happened to my last two characters (action surge so goooood)

Name: Ulysse Bishop

Ancestry: Half Wood Elf, half Human

Class: Ranger > Gloomstalker

Background: Folk Hero

Preferred weapons: dual-wielding; currently an enchanted long sword and a short sword

Romancing: Shadowheart

Ulysse was born and raised in Baldur's Gate, and still lives there, with her family, when she's not traveling. Her father is human, her mother is elven, and she has three siblings. Her parents are simple folk, and very decent, but I'm undecided on their occupations.

She's exceedingly earnest in her relationships, and very kind with strangers - people and animals alike! She is strong and sweet and very protective of those who need it. Will go out of her way to save and help folks without expecting or accepting payment.

Her altruism is known well in the surrounding regions, at least among the smallfolk! I like to think of her as like a D-List celebrity traveling all around for adventure and to meet people, but also taking more urban jobs as well. She's definitely celeb material; she has the look, physicality, and skill to charm folks, but she doesn't have to - she just treats them respectfully.

Ulysse is a nonbinary lesbian, and if I could have selected two sets of pronouns, she'd use both feminine and neutral ones. She/her is preferred, but I'll probably interchange them a little.

I'm in love with my new BG3 character: A Seldarine Drow Gloomstalker Ranger, well-known amongst Seldarine Drow communities in the Underdark as a folk hero of sorts. A silent protector who keeps their communities safe from predators, both the monstrous and the mundane. She might be my first BG3 character to get some proper backstory lore.

Gloomstalker Ranger, arachnomancer druid, childhood sweetheart was pre-drider Kar’niss. Goth and sad. Was known as the ‘Ghost of Menzoberranzan’ - a ruthless szarkai assassin who went rogue and became ‘the nightwatchman’ folk hero of the surface. Going back through the underdark puts him back in ‘ghost’ mode and freaks out the party. A dear friend to Astarion, Shadowheart and Wyll.

Vesz (Bhaalspawn Drow)

Absolutely cursed fucker. Dumb af resist durge who has poor impulse control and cannot be predicted. Monk/Barbarian build, has a fleabag moment when he meets True Soul Nere. Always dirty. Loves Lolth. The party regularly has to sit him down to explain to him that his behaviours are trauma responses. “Hurt people hurt people, Vesz.” - “I got it the first time, you don’t have to say it twice, guys.”

Malhounnet Do’Urden (Drow)

Venomancer / Circle of Spores druid. Autistic transfem, her special interests are crystals and mushrooms. Idolises Drizzt to the point it’s a wee bit freudian. Horrific social skills and cannot persuade / deceit / intimidate to save her life. But she’s fucking smart af. Romancing Wyll.

Yazdaer Mizzrym (Drow)

Pharaun Mizzrym’s progeny. Went to Sorcere because his family wanted him to be a successful wizard. He went rogue (literally), and became a nightingale rogue. Worked briefly with the Zhentarim. Romancing Karlach.

Arawyn (Shadar Kai Elf)

Shadar-Kai, hexblade warlock in service to the Raven Queen. Got pushed through his own portal by a rival warlock and ended up trapped in Faerûn. Initial goal is to find his way home and wreak bloody revenge on his rival, but he grows too attached to the Sword Coast and its inhabitants. Romancing Shadowheart.

Oleandar (Bhaalspawn High Elf)

The most insidious and terrible embrace durge in fair elven form. Is big and buff bc bhaalspawn, but wears pale pink and has cutesy little braids in his hair. Acts trustworthy and craves the love, attention, affection and approval of others, and has an awful problem with wanting to be a saviour. Covers up his crimes and is exceptionally skilled with persuasion/deception. Bard / Wizard. Usually deals poison/acid/psychic damage, though dips into blood magic when feeling spicy. Romancing Gale.

Lavandor (Bhaalspawn Tiefling)

The sweetest sleepy tiefling. Circle of Stars Druid / Twilight Domain Cleric of Selûne. Excels at sweet lil spells like sleep, charm person, dancing lights, moonbeam, etc. Helps everyone as much as he can, is pretty much the camp therapist, and non-lethal is always toggled. Helps others sleep because he wants them to have the blissful rest that he cannot. Resist durge completely rejecting Bhaal. Romancing Astarion.

Angorn (Wood Elf)

Grumpy fucking wood elf. Twilight Court Warlock. Dunno an awful lot about him yet only that he’s fucking unhappy and annoyed with everybody. Probably gonna romance Halsin. Maybe.

Fenelzi’ir (Gith)

Githgagran (Underdark Gith), Paladin of Shar. Based on poison dart frog. Has a tarantula/frog relationship with the drow - Minthara loves this. Romancing Minthara.

Severin Nervayne (Dunmer)

A kindly older mer with a rough past. Lost his wife to the Red Mountain eruption. Got roped into necromancy and tomb raiding. Later got into pit fighting to support and provide for his daughter. His ‘retirement’ is becoming a professor of the History of Necromancy at the College of Winterhold. Saves and Marries Ancano.

Caerwyn (Altmer)

Elenwen’s father. Nasty piece of work. Tywin Lannister’s got nothing on him. The thalmor aren’t doing shit so he decides to solve the problem himself, and enlists with the stormcloaks under the guise of a frail old man (never shows his ears), specifically to destroy Skyrim’s economy through the rebellion so that the Thalmor can invade with ease.

Dagduach (Breton)

Ondolemar’s pet. Witcher-build. Former forsworn, he was supposed to become a briarheart and was subjected to the Skyrim equivalent of the Trial of the Grasses and the other witcher trials before going awol. Works as a mercenary/monster hunter. Can’t read, write or speak properly, having spent the later half of his childhood and early adult life living with wolves in the wilds of the Reach.

Eddard Blagden (Nord)

Champion of Mephala, has a spider in his ear whispering to him. Grew up in a monastery in the Rift, but is left to fend for himself as a young boy after a pack of vampires slaughters the monks and his ‘brothers’ - who he eats out of desperation (Namira also gets her hands on him). Joins the dawnguard but falls out with Isran (thinks he’s spineless), so decides to DIY the downfall of Harkon via becoming a vampire and ripping apart the court from the inside. Falls in love with and marries Vingalmo, who is in on his plot.

Llevana Nervayne (Dunmer)

Severin’s dwemer-obsessed dungeon-crawling daughter. Great at enchantment. Her best friend is Enthir, and she drags him along on the regular, fighting crime, solving mysteries. Her dream is to build a dwemer pod-racer and go for a joyride in Blackreach. Just like her dad, she falls for an ex-thalmor: Taliesin. Their banter is top tier. Altmerfucking runs in the family, it seems.

Corryn (Falmer)

Technically an altmer, but the falmer blood is super strong in him. The nords have a fucking aneurysm because HE is my dragonborn. Seeing what has become of the Falmer deeply upsets him. He will NOT stand for Delphine’s shit and refuses to be talked down to by a Nord. Hates having to kill dragons - Delphine asking him to kill Partysnax is the last fucking straw. Loves riding dragons. In true me-fashion, he’s also in love with an altmer: Caryalind Thallery.

Silvandrel (Altmer)

Thalmor fist, planted in Solitude, trying to break free. Lured, seduced and betrayed by his own housecarl, who was secretly spying on him for Caerwyn, who has his nasty DILF fingers in Elisif the Fair’s pie. He kills her and runs off, refusing to be the Quasimodo to Caerwyn’s Frollo any longer. Teams up with Corryn, Caryalind, Taliesin, Llevana, Ancano and Severin. Makes friends with Nebarra. Gets in with the Dark Brotherhood, but after killing the emperor realises that Astrid and the dude who commissioned the DB were likely told to do so by Caerwyn. He kills Astrid in a blind rage, and runs away with Cicero.

Gwalchmai (Altmer)

A vampire, but not of Molag Bal’s bloodline; of Lamae Bal’s instead. Planning on making him a custom voiced follower. He’s an advisor to the court of the Jarl of Morthal, and frequently aids the steward and Falion. His presence in Morthal keeps Movarth Piquine and his lot from taking over, and Gwalchmai fiercely defends the people of Morthal, even though they give him shit for being an elf. Had a brief dalliance with Sybille Stentor. Idgrod the Younger fancies the pants off him (and even the Jarl is like “shes a viable match for you!”), but he’s like ‘no that’s fucking weird, I’ve been here since before you both were even thought of???’. His canon romance is with darling Lucian.

First up we have Sylvie Baneblade, a once evil alligned Goliath paladin who was stolen as a young child and raised by cultists who has since run away and broke her oaths. She's learning how to be a person, loves writing poetry and gets very flustered when having to interact with a specific apple farmer that keeps reappearing.

Next up Locke, my very blunt warforged locksmith turned rogue for a ongoing one shot/mini campaign they were initially made as a one off pun from Police Squad of being a locksmith called Locke Smithe. and made by a family of kobold artificers as an offering for a red dragon and is somehow caught up in a whole plot to possibly kill/become a god.

Helyg ar ben y mynydd Clan y Coed Di-swn aka Helyg, my noble tabaxi Eldritch Knight fighter. The newest and sweetest boy for an online campaign I'm in. The boy is incredibly welsh, 99% fluff, out of touch with the common folk despite wanting to help out and has a habit of going off on meandering tangents at every given opportunity, much to the dismay of literally everyone else in the group

Tristellian Daxos aka Trist, Drow gloomstalker ranger and ex child grifter and vehemently "not a hero" despite constantly going out of their way to violently help others, they definitely don't have a complex about being hella short, hate not understanding things which may have caused them to have spent time as an Aaracokra, Grung, Lizardfolk and werewolf in a very short amount of time. “The Most Level Sunken Chapel” - Fineliner on paper

I finally finished the big, detailed Kar’niss piece!!! It took me two whole days but I got there eventually. Calling this one “The Most Level Sunken Chapel” since it’s based on the lyrics of ‘Black Milk’ by Massive Attack (because I think those lyrics are what’s going through Kar’niss’ head the first time my ranger plants one on him and their brains connect). Also included moonflowers in the border because in my headcanon, these are what Tam’lin associates with Kar’niss.

My Tav is a gloomstalker ranger and a szarkai drow named Tam’lin. He was raised in Menzoberranzan to be ‘planted’ on the surface as a spy and an assassin, but he legged it at the first opportunity and used his ‘training’ to become a folk hero named ‘The Nightwatchman’. He’s got a soft spot for the outcasts and downtrodden, and thus fits right in with the other party members. 🕷️🖤🕸️

the heart of the group and the most balanced and in tune with nature. probably would have been a druid had she not been the sole survivor of her tribe’s destruction.

the brains. he doesn’t talk much, though he does have the talent of communicating without saying a word. he needed to have special glasses made (ie, sunglasses) so that he could be useful above ground.

the one who isn’t socially inept. her parents made a deal with a demon in order to ensure the success of their jewelry business and now that demon owns their souls. she’s determined to win them back.

BG3 OCs and Lore (for later reference)

Vesz (Monk/Barbarian) (He/It)

Hoo boy he’s a heavy hitter and prefers to lash out with his bare hands. He’s resisting the dark urge but satisfies it through using his body in battle; clawing, biting, punching. During his turns, if he doesn’t get to rip something apart, his bloodlust can cause him to attack the nearest person (to begin with, he’s pretty dumb and doesn’t have a very good grasp on controlling himself).

As a Lolthsworn drow, he was raised in Arach Tinilith by the priestesses, who would NOT let him outside because mother superior kinda knew what he was. Male drow should definitely not be that big, and he’s got ambiguous genitalia, which gave him a leg up in the drow’s eyes. He got his top surgery in Melee Magthere because his tits were getting in the way, and (again because he’s a bhaalspawn) he had it done with little to no numbing, and got a taste for the pain. He’s heavily pierced and scarred, mainly decoratively - he has prayers to Lolth and her symbols scarified into his skin. In Arach Tinilith, he was trained as a monk, though due to his being mentally and partially physically male, he was not permitted to become a cleric of Lolth. It was through the loophole of him having partially female genitals that he was allowed to become a monk. He was kept at Arach Tinilith because mother superior saw him as an incredibly powerful asset, and he was only permitted to venture out of the upper tier and through Menzoberranzan on Bhaal’s business (ie, to see Ketheric and Gortash), but was never EVER given free reign. Think of him as Quasimodo, and mother superior as Frollo.

He has severe mummy issues, and doesn’t know what Orin’s problem is. He’s got the hots for Nere, but also develops quite a strong bond with Shadowheart (for their acolyte backgrounds, association with drow, memory loss and ties to the Underdark). Their M/M/F ship name is HolyMeatFailure.

He’s dirty af, messy af, and can’t tell his arse from his elbow (-2 INT).

Romancing Shadowheart.

Tam’lin Baenre (Gloomstalker Ranger) (He/Him)

Another drow of the Baenre family, and Minthara’s cousin, Tam’lin is an FTM Szarkai who was trained in Melee Magthere in Menzoberranzan. Despite being AFAB and a Szarkai, he was an illegitimate child, and was therefore treated quite harshly by the other Baenres. During his training at Melee Magthere, he formed a strong friendship with a young Kar’niss, whom he grew romantically attached to.

When Kar’niss mysteriously disappeared, it was around the same time that Tam’lin was ‘deployed’ on the surface to ‘infiltrate and eradicate’, however, having long abandoned Lolth, he legged it at the first opportunity, and became instead a folk hero known as the ‘Nightwatchman’, using the coin he made slaying monsters and fulfilling contracts to travel from place to place, searching for the lost Kar’niss, until he was taken from Baldur’s Gate by the Nautiloid. He isn’t romancing anyone, too consumed by his love for Kar’niss and grief for the fate that had befallen him.

He’s secretive and moody, though tender at heart. However during the end of act 1 / beginning of act 2, the second he reaches the underdark he reverts to his old self: the Ghost of Menzoberranzan - a cruel assassin of Melee Magthere, a true Szarkai. The environment forces him into a dissociative state of mind.

Angh’wyn (Warlock of the Twilight Court and Void Reaver) (He/Him)

An elf of the Shadar-Kai, Angh’wyn resided in the Shadowfell in the service of the Raven Queen. As a warlock, his patron is the Raven Queen herself, and he seeks to fulfil her needs, venturing into other planes to harvest the memories and emotions of those who suffer. As a void reaver, he also does the same; like an interdimensional pirate, he travels between worlds, ambushing and raiding for the Raven Queen.

Jealous of his success, when he opens a portal to Faerûn, a rival warlock seals his portal behind him, trapping him in the city of Baldur’s Gate. Initially, his goal is to return to the shadowfell and wreak bloody revenge on the one who sabotaged him, however the more time he spends among humans, elves and drow, the more invested in their lives and experiences he becomes, becoming passionate about helping the Seldarine drow escape the Lolthsworn and aiding their goddess Eilistraee. He starts to use his gifts for good, though still adheres to the Raven Queen’s tenets, harvesting emotions and memories, only he harvests them from his enemies instead of innocents, now.

He deals mainly psychic and psionic damage (something he learnt as a void reaver on the Astral Plane). He despises the Lolthsworn and abusers, and so builds up a strong rapport with Astarion, Gale, Karlach and Shadowheart. Whilst highly analytical and ‘robotic’ (he loses points with Karlach due to being unpredictable and kind of morally grey at times), Angh’wyn is also deeply curious and thirsts for knowledge and understanding (this is where he loses points with Shart for his endless questioning, but gains points with Gale).

Romancing Gale.

Yazdaer Mizzrym (Hexblade Warlock / Rogue Nightingale) (He/She/They)

Descendant of Pharaun Mizzrym, he trained at Sorcere and was, for all intents and purposes, a straight A student, until he grew smart enough to see straight through Lolth. He kept up appearances, though turned to Shar and began secretly working with the Zhentarim, entering the surface world through Waukeen’s Rest.

As both nightingale and hexblade, it’s clear who his patron is - Shar. Assassin, Thief and Arcane Trickster rolled into one, he changes his face as easily as he changes his clothes, walks in shadow, and thus his crimes are pretty much untraceable. He sees Shadowheart as a sister and Astarion as a brother, and is probably going to romance Wyll, though they’re not going to see eye to eye on a lot of things.

He’s a bit of a bastard, a burnt out gifted kid, HIGHLY secretive, and is too smart for his own good. He doesn’t trust easily.

Malhounnet Do’Urden (Circle of Spores Druid) (She/Her)

One of the last surviving descendants of House Do’Urden, Malhounnet is AMAB, and struggled in drow society, and not just because of the body she was born in; the fall of the Do’Urdens played a role in how she was seen, too - disgraced among Lolthsworn. She fled Menzoberranzan to avoid being captured and killed, and sought refuge in a Myconid Colony.

Her dream guardian, and view this how you wish, is Drizzt Do’Urden. Having heard stories of him, and also having idolised both Drizzt and Zaknafein, though wanting the body of Malice, her lineage is important to her, and she is proud to be a Do’Urden. It was because of Drizzt that she developed a love of nature, and longed to visit the surface. She wields two magic daggers, which she has even named Drizzt and Zaknafein.

Having lived with Myconids, though, she has also cultivated a deep knowledge of mycology, and is a dab hand at Alchemy and the art of mycomancy. She’s seen as a bit of an oddball, even among myconids, due to her ‘project’ - cruel as it may seem, because she was brought up in Menzoberranzan - she sought to attempt to fuse myconid spores with the bodies of still living duergar prisoners in an attempt to see if they would be able to communicate with one another like Myconids: since brains and mycelium are similar things, she attempted to genetically enhance the duergar - if it was a success, she would try it on herself.

However she was nabbed by the nautiloid and tadpoled, so now her interests have shifted towards examining psionic transference. She is less afraid of the tadpole, and more fascinated by everything it does.

Due to this, she’s romancing the Emperor.

Nathurra Agelenidae (Blood Sorcerer / Barbarian) (She/It)

Another Bhaalspawn, with even less control over their instincts. Like Vesz, she also has ambiguous genitalia, is much larger than the average drow, and has unnatural peepers. Without a family name, she was an urchin in Menzoberranzan, simply spawned there and abandoned. She evaded Arach Tinilith, and developed a taste for blood at a very young age. A feral child, who grew into a more or less feral adult.

She can’t speak very well, and tends to get angry when others can’t understand her, leading to a bloody aftermath. She has massive memory loss, but knows that she HATES her sister, Orin, more than anything else in the world. On the other hand, even though she doesn’t remember him after the nautiloid, she built up a relationship with Gortash, because he was patient with her. It was Gortash who taught her how to speak properly.

She’s a complete loose cannon and can’t be predicted. She refuses to be contained and has a HUGE problem with authority figures. That being said, she appreciates being reined in from time to time. Due to her approval with being given rain checks and her hatred of Orin, she gravitates towards Minthara like a moth to a flame.

Like Vesz, she’s also filthy and messy, but way worse. Her hair is always tangled, her skin caked with dirt and blood, and girlie is SWEATY. Her dishes get rancid, her bedroll smells like death and her clothes are torn and stained. Astarion and Gale have to drag her kicking and screaming to get bathed. Astarion gives up, but Gale perseveres - trying to give Nathurra a bath is very much like trying to wash a cat. Gale keeps his face out of her reach and makes sure he’s wearing gloves and layers of clothing. Every time this happens he prays to Mystra that Nathurra doesn’t try to drown him. He usually gets back in her good graces by cooking large and yummy dinners.

She’s based on the hobo spider (as my somewhat murder hobo). As a blood sorcerer, she does revere the give and take, spilling her own blood to spill even more of her enemy’s. She likes to make as much mess as possible and sees total destruction as her signature. Part of her wants for do good, but it’s often overwhelmed by her poor impulse control and explosive anger when she feels misunderstood.

Romancing Minthara.

Fenelzi’ir (Forceblade / Venomancer) (He/They)

Fenelzi’ir is a githgagran (Underdark Gith) who has a symbiotic relationship with the Matriarch of a noble drowic house in Menzoberranzan. She offers him safety in the city, food and shelter, and in return, he keeps Illithids away, hunting them. He is skilled in both psionic attacks and utilising /brewing poisons. He’s based on a poison dart frog.

He ended up on the nautiloid purely by accident, having opened a portal to the Astral Plane, but it rerouted as he was travelling, spawning him directly onto the ship. He carved his way through a handful of mindflayers before he was overwhelmed and captured, forced into a pod and tadpoled.

Considering all this, he’s exceptionally calm and even nonchalant at times. He understands that his mind is his greatest weapon and that his blades are mere extensions, accessories, and as such, he deems it imperative to remain calm at all times. Also due to needing patience to brew the most deadly poisons, he does NOT appreciate being rushed with anything, so even though his tadpole distresses him, the companions constantly urging him to act quickly and the onslaught of people offering him solutions pisses him off. He can and will figure it out by himself, if given enough time, and - after assessing his symptoms - he deems that he does, in fact, have time to sit and think, much to the annoyance of everybody else.

Romancing Halsin for the peace and quiet.

Iorveth (Crypt Stalker Ranger) (He/Him)

An outlander of the wild woods, Iorveth started his profession as a crypt stalker after undead from the cities began encroaching on the territory of his wood elven clan. Not particularly fond of humans or half elves, he is a shrewd huntsman, and tends to charge more coin for his services in human dominated areas.

He worships Kelemvor, lord of the dead, and has strange feelings about Withers and Jergal.

He generally leans towards being good aligned, however he does side with Kagha, sympathising with her wanting to protect her own, just as he did when his forests were under attack. He can be cruel at times, though usually does so for a good reason - he engages the man in the goblin camp in torture… but only to get rid of the goblins and keep up appearances.

He’s quite moody and aloof, though is a romantic at heart. His relationship with Astarion is complex - though he has sworn to hunt undead, viewing them as abominations, he’s never actually taken the time to get to know an undead and learn their story. When Astarion reveals his vampiric nature, every bone in Iorveth’s body tells him to stake Astarion, or hand him over to the gur, but he cannot bring himself to, having grown fond of him. He decides to give Astarion the benefit of the doubt, instead, and asks Kelemvor to forgive him for what he is about to do when Astarion feeds on him.

He’s definitely romancing Astarion.
